A sample of 200 respondents was evaluated using questionnaires and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicated that work-life balance, organizational support, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment impact employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment mediated the association between employee performance and the other variables. Abstract

This study examines the impact of intellectual capital, enterprise risk management, and sustainability reporting on the value of technology firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, this study investigates the moderating effect of profitability on the relationships above. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select a sample of 20 technology companies. Secondary data was collected from 2021 to 2023, yielding 60 observations. Moderated regression analysis (MRA) within a panel data framework was adopted for data analysis in this study. The research findings indicate that only intellectual capital exhibits significant positive associations with firm value. Conversely, enterprise risk management and sustainability reporting do not substantially influence firm value. Profitability could not moderate the relationships between intellectual capital, sustainability reporting, and firm value. Nevertheless, it moderated the relationship between enterprise risk management and firm value. The implications of these findings are expected to enrich both the theoretical and practical knowledge of firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of implementing green finance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and capital structure on profitability, with the board of directors as a moderating variable. The research focuses on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. The combination of green finance with corporate social responsibility (CSR) in this study is uncommon in previous studies. In this case, green finance is more concerned with the environment, whereas corporate social responsibility (CSR) is more focused on social issues. Conducted as a quantitative study, the sample selection employed purposive sampling. Secondary data was collected from annual reports and sustainability reports, accessed via www.idx.co.id and the respective companies' official websites The study’s findings reveal that green finance does not significantly impact profitability, while CSR has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure, on the other hand, has a significant negative impact on profitability. As a moderating variable, the board of directors does not moderate the relationship between green finance and profitability. However, it weakens the positive impact of CSR on profitability and strengthens the negative impact of capital structure on profitability. The implications of this study provide empirical insights into the influence of green finance, CSR, and capital structure on profitability levels. Additionally, the interaction effect analysis suggests that the board of directors plays a strategic role in decision-making related to resource allocation with a sustainability orientation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore whether there is a relationship between cyberloafing and hustle culture on the performance of Generation Z employees across Indonesia, mediated by mental health. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, with a total of 202 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) were employed as data measurement methods, using the SMARTPLS 3 application. The findings indicate that cyberloafing negatively impacts mental health but not significantly affects employee performance. On the other hand, hustle culture significantly harms both mental health and employee performance. Mental health also have significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, both cyberloafing and hustle culture have a significant negative impact on performance, mediated by mental health. This research is expected to assist companies in designing more effective strategies to support employee well-being, understand the factors influencing the performance of Generation Z, and enrich the literature on human resource management, particularly concerning the relationship between mental health and performance.
