Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlational approach. This research aims to determine the relationship between smoking behavior and physical fitness in male students ofJunior High School 22 Sigi. The sample used in this study were 10 male students in grades VII and VIII of Junior High School 22 Sigi. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of students who are classified as smokers tends to be low. Of the 10 smoker students, only 2 students (20%) have physical fitness in the "Good" category, while most are in the "Moderate" to "Poor" category. A total of 3 students (30%) are included in the "Moderate" category, 4 students (40%) are in the "Poor" category, and there is even 1 student (10%) who is in the "Very Poor" category. Thus, it can be concluded that smoking habits have a negative correlation with students' physical fitness, where the higher the intensity or duration of smoking, the lower the level of physical fitness

Abstract

In the Qur’an, leadership is understood as a trust that carries moral and spiritual responsibilities rather than merely a formal position. It requires constructive relationships and ethical communication between leaders and subordinates. This study explores leadership relationships, the goals of leadership communication, and the implications of Qur’anic values in organizational contexts. Using a qualitative library-based approach, the research examines the Qur’an, hadith, tafsir, and relevant academic sources. The findings show that Qur’anic leadership is rooted in trust, justice, compassion, and cooperation. Leadership communication seeks to convey truth, develop shared understanding, encourage participation through consultation (shūrā), and support the moral and spiritual growth of subordinates. These values contribute to ethical and participatory leadership practices that remain relevant to contemporary management.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed various aspects of education, including educational supervision practices. Supervision that was traditionally conducted through conventional methods is now required to adapt to digital dynamics to remain effective in improving learning quality. This article aims to examine the transformation of educational supervision in the digital era by analyzing the challenges encountered and the conceptual innovations that have emerged. This study employs a library research approach by reviewing academic sources such as books and national and international journal articles related to educational supervision and digital transformation. Data were analyzed using a descriptive-critical method to identify patterns of change, key challenges, and innovative supervisory practices. The findings reveal that educational supervision in the digital era faces challenges related to limited digital competence among supervisors, resistance within organizational culture, and shifts in supervisory communication patterns. Meanwhile, supervisory innovations have developed through the integration of digital technology, collaborative approaches, and reflective and performance-based supervision models. This study concludes that transforming educational supervision requires the integration of technological mastery, paradigm renewal, and strengthened professional competence to sustainably enhance learning quality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the developmental characteristics of 12-year-old students through a case study of a student named Fanny Azizah. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Fanny's physical development is in the good category, characterized by strong physical stamina, stable motor coordination, and fine motor skills that support learning activities. In the cognitive aspect, Fanny entered the early formal operational stage according to Piaget's theory, characterized by the ability to understand cause-effect relationships, draw simple conclusions, and learn effectively using visual media. Psychomotor development also developed optimally, seen from her agility of movement, neat writing skills, and accuracy in school assignments. From a social perspective, Fanny demonstrated the ability to adapt, cooperate, build positive relationships, and have high empathy towards peers. Emotional development is in the fairly stable category, Fanny is able to express and manage emotions, although still sensitive to criticism and requires support from parents and teachers. Overall, the study concluded that Fanny's development in all aspects is at an optimal stage and requires ongoing support from both the family and school environment to support her readiness for early adolescence.

Abstract

This community service program was implemented in Aniungan Village, Halong Subdistrict, Balangan Regency. Aniungan Village, which is the customary territory of the Dayak Halong people in the Meratus mountain range, has forests that are managed based on a zoning system and strong local wisdom norms. However, village forest management faces significant challenges in the form of stagnation and low institutional capacity of the Village Forest Management Institution (LPHD). The inactivity of this formal institution risks weakening community control and causing uncontrolled forest degradation. This community service program was implemented as a solution to revitalize the LPHD's function so that it can play a dual role in preserving the environment and improving community welfare, based on the principles of being active, participatory, and sustainable. The main methods used were the Participatory Approach and the live-in method, which served to build active collaboration and foster a sense of community ownership of the program. The solutions implemented included institutional strengthening through counseling and the provision of capital stimulus in the form of 1,000 productive tree seedlings. The summary of the results shows that the program successfully carried out comprehensive counseling on LPHD governance and Nusantara Agroforestry techniques. The program also distributed a total of 1,000 seedlings (Mahogany, Jengkol, Petai, Soursop, Avocado, Durian) to 51 recipients, followed by planting activities on community land. The main results of this intervention were an increase in collective knowledge and the re-creation of a spirit of solidarity among LPHD members and the community, which became the initial foundation for realizing organized land management. This community service concluded that the reactivation of the LPHD institution, synergized with local wisdom and the adoption of the agroforestry model, is a key strategy for achieving the sustainability of the Aniungan Village Forest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak melalui media boneka tangan pada anak Kelompok A di TK Aisiyah Bustanul Atval. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif yang menggunakan model Kemmis dan dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 13 anak yang terdiri dari 6 anak laki-laki dan 7 anak perempuan. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan berbicara melalui media boneka tangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi (lembar observasi), dan dokumentasi (catatan-catatan selama proses kegiatan berlangsung, video, gambar atau foto, dan RPP). Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini apabila kemampuan berbicara anak telah mencapai 80% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada kemampuan berbicara melalui media boneka tangan pada anak Kelompok A di TK Aisiyah Bustanul Atval. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada saat Siklus I mencapai 58,11%, Siklus II mencapai 91,02%. Hal tersebut telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan penelitian sebesar 90% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Langkah-langkah yang ditempuh untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara melalui media boneka tangan yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) Peneliti bercerita menggunakan boneka tangan; 2) Peneliti mengelompokkan anak, tiap kelompok terdiri dari dua atau tiga anak; 3) Anak-anak mengulang kembali cerita yang telah disampaikan oleh peneliti; serta 4) Peneliti memberikan motivasi dan reward berupa “Tanda Bintang

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of e-commerce in enhancing the competitiveness of local businesses in Bima City. The business actor referred to in this research is the Nur Sakura woven textile shop in Bima City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and direct documentation of the related object. Data validity techniques use triangulation. The results of the study show that e-commerce plays a significant role for entrepreneurs, especially for local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in this case for the Nur Sakura woven textile shop in Bima City. By leveraging this technology, MSMEs can expand their market reach globally without geographical limitations, improve operational efficiency, and enhance their competitiveness in an increasingly digital market. By implementing e-commerce promotion strategies, MSMEs can boost their online presence, reach more customers, and increase their sales. This will help them compete in an increasingly digital market and strengthen their competitiveness in the long term. The conclusion of this study is that the use of e-commerce can enhance the competitiveness of Nur Sakura's woven textiles in both national and international markets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of basic table tennis skills in fifth-grade students at SDN 7 Pinembani. Basic table tennis skills in this study were measured through six types of tests: a 30-second bouncing test, a 1-minute forehand stroke test, a 1-minute backhand stroke test, and a 10-time service test. The study subjects were 10 fifth-grade students at SDN 7 Pinembani who were selected as the research sample. The results showed that no students (0%) were in the Very Good category, this was because most students had not been able to master the basic techniques thoroughly and correctly. A total of 3 students (30%) were in the Good category, influenced by their habit of playing table tennis regularly both at school and outside of school. Five students (50%) fell into the Moderate category, characterized by a standard score, where students mastered only one test item well but were weak on the others. Two students (20%) fell into the Poor category, due to low scores on almost all test items and the lack of sports facilities and infrastructure at school, such as limited table tennis rackets, balls, and nets. Furthermore, two students (20%) fell into the Very Poor category, influenced by their low interest in table tennis. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the level of basic table tennis skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 7 Pinembani is mostly in the Moderate category (50%), thus requiring improved learning and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support basic table tennis skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

konsep dasar pedagogi sebagai landasan penting dalam praktik pendidikan. Pedagogi dipahami sebagai ilmu yang mempelajari teori dan praktik dalam mendidik anak, serta mencakup pendekatan, metode, dan prinsip pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Studi ini menjelaskan definisi pedagogi menurut para ahli, perbedaannya dengan andragogi dan heutagogi, serta penerapannya dalam pendidikan modern. Tujuan pedagogi meliputi pengembangan potensi peserta didik secara holistik dan pembentukan guru yang profesional. Selain itu, artikel ini menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip pedagogi, aspek utama dari proses belajar mengajar, dan komponen pendidikan yang mendukung terciptanya lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif. Pendekatan teoretis seperti behaviorisme, kognitivisme, konstruktivisme, dan humanistik juga dibahas, bersama dengan metode pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan. Terakhir, ditekankan peran penting pendidik sebagai fasilitator, motivator, mentor, dan inovator dalam mengimplementasikan pedagogi secara optimal. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemahaman dan penerapan pedagogi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan dan relevan dengan tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Umbilical cord care is a key aspect of neonatal care, particularly during the first two weeks of life. Umbilical cord care involves treating and tying the umbilical cord, physically separating the mother from the baby. The cord is then cared for in a clean state to prevent infection. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between postpartum mothers knowledge and umbilical cord care in the Bies Community Health Center working area in Central Aceh Regency. Method: This study was descriptive and analytical. Total sampling was used. Respondents were 22 postpartum mothers. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions about personal matters and respondents' knowledge. Data were analyzed statistically using the Fisher's exact test using SPSS. Results: Statistical analysis showed a relationship between postpartum mothers knowledge and umbilical cord care (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Umbilical cord care is crucial for preventing infection. This can reduce infant mortality. Therefore, further education on umbilical cord care in health services is needed in the future.
