Abstract

Problems associated with green constitution-based ecological citizenship include challenges in law enforcement, conflicts between economic and environmental interests, social inequality, and difficulties in encouraging adequate public participation. The purpose of this research is to see how the green constitution can help raise environmental awareness in Indonesia through education. The research found, using a qualitative approach and literature analysis techniques, that environmental education should be part of the national curriculum. The results show that education based on environmental principles can make people more involved in environmental protection.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of civics learning based on digital citizenship development and the integration of digital citizenship models through civics learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collection technique uses the literature study method by reviewing various literature. The results of the study show that the role of civics learning based on digital citizenship development is as a strategy so that students have the qualities to be able to face the challenges of the times. The integration of the digital citizenship development model through civics learning is based on the behaviorist theory of operant conditioning, namely changes in student behavior caused by positive responses. The new concept of digital citizenship through civics learning must be implemented in the digital era so that teachers and students can use technology wisely and judiciously.

Abstract

The Bantar Gebang landfill is a paradise for scavengers. However, this condition is inversely proportional to the reality of an unhealthy environment and increasing poverty. On this basis, this research aims to examine the extent of environmental justice for this community. This research uses qualitative techniques with a case study approach starting from 2022-2023 with informants from Bantar Gebang scavenger residents and the Bantar Gebang TPST. It was found that environmental justice was not yet running as it should, and this was further exacerbated by the lack of public education, and the lack of optimal attention from the local government. Thus, the urgency of environmental justice at the grassroots supports sustainable development, especially for the welfare of scavengers with the principle of equality. The government should be able to change its perspective in paying attention to the living conditions of these minorities with a social empathy approach that is included in environmental regulations by giving them the right to participate in making decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan penerapan model pembelajaran value clarification technique (VCT) dan model inquiry terhadap internalisasi karakter tanggung jawab dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi experiment, untuk mengetahui perbedaan dengan memberi perlakuan terhadap dua kelompok kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket dan tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan uji beda. Hasil penelitisan ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil angket siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Teknique (VCT) dan Model Inquiry terhadap internalisasi karakter tanggung jawab. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh hasil uji paired sample t test, diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) untuk data angket < 0,05. 2). Terdapat perbedaan hasil tes siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Teknique (VCT) dan Model Inquiry terhadap hasil belajar pada materi Kewenangan Lembaga Negara menurut UUD 1945. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh hasil uji paired sample t test, diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) untuk hasil belajar < 0,05. 3) Terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata angket model VCT sebesar 118,97 dan model Inquiry sebesar 124,57. Sedangkan hasil belajar model VCT sebesar 83,97 dan model Inquiry sebesar 89,27. Dengan kata lain rata-rata nilai angket dan hasil belajar model Inquiry > nilai rata-rata model VCT. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Inquiry lebih efektif dibandingkan model pembelajaran VCT terhadap internalisasi karakter tanggung jawab dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The global environmental crisis is caused by wrong and failed policies, low political commitment, deviant behavior from state actors ranging from trans-national corporations, consumerism and individualism culture, which ultimately harms the environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze environmental law, the form and importance of law enforcement in realizing sustainable development. The method used in this paper is to use a normative juridical approach. The results of the research show that currently environmental law is still weak in overcoming various environmental problems that occur. The cause of not optimal environmental law is the lack of a firm and real form of law enforcement. Therefore, law enforcement must be enforced for the realization of sustainable development

Abstract

In general, santri (student) in islamic boarding school do not have clean habits. The habit that is actually throwing garbage in the river/sewer, someone else's yard, empty land, by burning it, or handing over garbage that has not been sorted out to the garbage officer/cleaning service. This study aims to provide an overview, analysis and recommendations (problem solving) about the need to strengthen environmental education (specifically about waste) to increase santri concern for the environment. This research method uses descriptive analysis method that is supported by secondary data and literature studies. The number of respondents 80 santri (santri). The results showed: environmental care programs can be realized well if supported by four basic elements namely; policies of environmentally friendly institutions, implementation of environment-based curriculum, participatory-based environmental activities, and management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities. The environmental care program is essentially the formation of attitudes and behaviors that are pro-environment, including waste management which applies the 3R principle (reuse, reduse, recycle) to reuse goods, reduce consumption on goods, and recycle items that are is not used anymore

Abstract

The indigenous people of Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi are one of the indigenous communities that are members of the Banten Kidul traditional unit, which is located in the Sukabumi district, West Java. This study aims to: Identify the living conditions and their philosophies, social and cultural conditions of the people of Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi and Identify the local wisdom of the Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi residents and their implementation in daily life. To study the local wisdom values of the Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi, using a descriptive-qualitative method by conducting analysis and literature review. This study found that local cultural values serve as the basis for the daily life of the Kasepuhan indigenous people. As a farming community, Kasepuhan residents obey the rules of their ancestors by carrying out various traditional rituals related to agricultural activities. The philosophy of life of the Kasepuhan indigenous people, in treating nature, is a form of local wisdom that is maintained by the Kasepuhan indigenous people. The development of technology and information may affect the sustainability of the cultural values of the Kasepuhan indigenous people. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits in the form of: Understanding the philosophy of life as the basis for local wisdom of the community; and As a consideration in determining policies related to indigenous peoples.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has worried the international community. Countries in the world have banned their citizens from leaving their homes, to avoid transmission of the corona virus. Based on this policy, indirectly it has an effect on air pollution. The earth is clean again with an appeal to just stay at home. The corona virus has changed people's views on climate change. Although on the other hand the corona virus has had a negative impact on global economic conditions. This study aims to provide an overview and analysis of the effect of corona on the global climate. This research method uses a descriptive analysis method supported by secondary data and literature studies. Climate can affect the stability of covid-19, the corona virus can be stable at temperatures of 1oC to 10oC with a humidity of 40% to 50%. Indonesia, which is located on the equator with an average temperature of 27 to 30oC and humidity of 70% to 95%, is an area that is not ideal for the Covid-19 epidemic. However, the facts show that cases of Covid-19 have spread in Indonesia. This means that the population mobility factor has more influence on the development of Covid-19 in Indonesia. Thus it can be concluded that air temperature and humidity can be the dominant factors for the spread of the corona-19 virus. Thus the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic can be controlled by climate and weather factors, human demographics and mobility, as well as social interactions, and also determines public health interventions.

Abstract

Permasalahan SMAN 11 Pangkep kurangnya literasi digital kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka yang bisa digunakan oleh guru dan siswa dalam belajar baik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Solusi permasalah SMAN 11 Pangkep melalui Literasi Digital Berbasis Quick Response Code (QR Code). Metode pelaksanaanya melalui (1) Sosialisasi Literasi Digital, (2) membuat Literasi Digital, (3), mencetak Literasi Digital (4) menyampaikan Literasi Digital, (5) Melatih menggunakan Literasi Digital, (6) Membagikan Literasi Digital, (7) Praktik Literasi Digital dan (8) Gerakan Literasi Digital. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian Literasi digital mata pelajaran kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka berbasis Quick Response Code (QR Code) mendapatkan respons positif dari seluruh elemen sekolah SMA 11 Pangkep karena menganggap kegiatan yang dilakukan sangat bermanfaat untuk kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa-siswa dalam belajar di semua mata pelajaran baik kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka. Literasi digital Quick Response Code sangat bermanfaat untuk proses pembelajaran.
