Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of entrepreneurial literacy in community empowerment to enhance local economic potential in Denai Sarang Burung Village. The methods used include digitalization training, strengthening market access, and collaboration with international partners. The results show that improving entrepreneurial literacy significantly increases the capacity and competitiveness of women MSME actors. The establishment of institutions such as the Merah Putih Cooperative strengthens coordination and collective marketing, supporting business sustainability. The challenges of women's dual roles as housewives and entrepreneurs have begun to be identified and are the focus of sustainable solutions. This study provides an important foundation for the development of an inclusive and sustainable community-based local economy.

Abstract

This study aims Optimal and excellent public service, the expectation of all citizens, serves as a benchmark for the performance of public service institutions/agencies. Describing public dissatisfaction with public services will consistently inform government improvements in evaluating implemented policies To achieve these goals, good, high-quality service is required.Because good, quality service can help the government achieve these goals. Service is crucial for every citizen, as the better the quality of service provided, the greater the public's trust in the government operating in that service sector. Service standards are benchmarks used as guidelines for service delivery and as a reference for assessing service quality as an obligation and promise of service providers to the public in the context of providing quality, fast, easy, affordable, and orderly services. , a hypothesis is a temporary answer to a research problem, where the problem statement can be a statement about the relationship between two or more variables, comparisons, or independent variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis posisi strategis serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis PT Agro Tani Marisi melalui penerapan analisis SWOT, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain sequential explanatory yang mengintegrasikan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tujuh informan kunci yang mewakili fungsi keuangan, produksi, pemasaran, administrasi, pergudangan, dan kasir, sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 20 responden internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Agro Tani Marisi memiliki kekuatan utama berupa kualitas produk yang baik, harga yang kompetitif, kapasitas produksi yang memadai, kondisi keuangan yang mandiri, serta hubungan bisnis yang kuat dengan pelanggan dan distributor. Kelemahan utama perusahaan terletak pada rendahnya pemanfaatan media digital dan belum optimalnya aktivitas promosi. Hasil analisis menghasilkan nilai IFE sebesar 2,9402 dan nilai EFE sebesar 3,0725 yang menempatkan perusahaan pada Kuadran I (Growth Oriented Strategy). Posisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kondisi internal yang kuat dan mampu memanfaatkan peluang eksternal secara efektif. Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi perluasan pasar, penguatan pemasaran digital, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pengembangan kerja sama distribusi, serta diversifikasi produk pada segmen pupuk organik dan hayati. Temuan penelitian memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi pengembangan bisnis yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of in improving athletic the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems performance through a literature review. The method used is a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from 20 national scientific articles published between 2016 and 2026, collected through databases such as Google Scholar, Garuda, and SINTA. The data analysis methods used include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that aerobic energy system influences increased endurance and cardiovascular capacity in athletes, while the anaerobic energy system contributes to increased strength, speed, and muscle explosiveness. Training methods such as interval training, HIIT, and fartlek are effective in improving both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. Furthermore, combining aerobic and anaerobic energy systems provides more optimal results for improving athletic performance than using only one system alone. The conclusion of this study shows that balanced development between aerobic and anaerobic energy systems plays a vital role in athletic performance. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive training program tailored to the needs of each sport.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students’ mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of three-dimensional shapes through the implementation of a differentiated learning approach in Grade IV students of SD Negeri 100/II Muara Bungo. The study employed a quantitative approach using a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of 20 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The tests were administered in the form of a pretest and posttest to measure students’ learning outcomes before and after the implementation of differentiated learning.The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a Paired Sample t-Test.The results showed that the implementation of differentiated learning significantly improved students’ learning outcomes. The mean pretest score increased from 54.5 to 82.25 on the posttest. In addition, the learning mastery level improved from 0% to 100%. The t-test analysis revealed that the calculated t-value (9.00) was greater than the critical t-value (2.262) at the 0.05 significance level, indicating that the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was accepted.Therefore, it can be concluded that the differentiated learning approach is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of three-dimensional shapes among Grade IV students at SD Negeri 100/II Muara Bungo.
