Indonesia is an agrarian country which means that agriculture plays an important role in the overall national economy. The agricultural sector is one of the bases that are highly expected in supporting economic growth. The business opportunity from the vegetable business using the hydroponic method is very promising. Especially for fulfilling the food and nutritional needs of the community itself, since very little quality of food intake from vegetables and fruits for the people of Indonesia in particular. Tanjung Morawa area is located on the outskirts of Medan, known as a center for ornamental plants, fruits and vegetables. Communities in this area make crop cultivation a livelihood. This study aims to study strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) of the quality of hotel services in the city of Medan in the MICE industry. The research method used is a qualitative method using an internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix and an external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix with decision making using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) matrix. The results of this study indicate that shows that the development of marketing strategies based on social media. Analysis of external and internal factors using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices indicate that the internal influence is greater than the internal factors.

This research was conducted on high school teachers in Physical Education in Bireuen District, with the aim being a). To find out the magnitude of the influence of the Principal's Leadership on teacher motivation in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; b). To find out the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on teacher motivation in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; c). To find out the magnitude of the effect of financial compensation on the motivation of teachers in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; and D). To find out the simultaneous influence of the Principal's leadership, organizational culture, and Financial Compensation on the motivation of teachers in Physical Education in the Bireuen District. This research is in the form of quantitative research with a survey of 60 high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the method of data analysis with statistics with the path analysis approach. The results showed that 1). there is an influence of the Principal's Leadership factors on the motivation of high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, which is equal to 35.16%. 2). It also proves the influence of organizational culture factors, namely school culture on the motivation of high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, which is 18.46%. Bireuen, which is 13.81%. 4). The results of the analysis of the value of the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of the factors of Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Financial Compensation to the Physical Education Motivation of 67.4%. ABSTRACT Along with changes in the lifestyle of people who tend to pay less attention to health, disease development in the community is inevitable. Providing education about medicine through smart calendars to the public can overcome this problem. Calendar is designed to improve thinking skills and stimulate adolescents' thinking, including concentrating and solving problems against changes in knowledge and action. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of innovative calendar media for learning over-the-counter drugs on knowledge and attitudes in realizing the intelligent community movement using drugs. Were conducted this research with a quantitative survey method by collecting data via a google form. The sampling method uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Sampling was conducted on 140 adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Kendawangan, then obtained a sample of 116 respondents. Data analysis used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality, Wilcoxon test for hypothesis testing of knowledge and attitudes. The level of confidence used is 95%. The results showed an increase in the number of respondents between the pre-test and post-test. With an Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value on knowledge and attitude of 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using free drug calendar media on the inside and attitudes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kendawangan.

ABSTRACT The credibility of local endorsers is one of the factors to rely on the truth of the message that the advertisers convey, whose ad targets are local people. Cosmetics advertisements are a means of communication for products delivered through social media to attract the consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the local endorsersâ€™ credibility on cosmetic advertisement affected the consumersâ€™ buying interest. This research was a survey. The sample comprised 92 respondents, Year-11 students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kepulauan, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan, selected using purposive sampling technique.The data were collected with a google form delivered through online access, and they were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that the significance value of the local endorser credibility variable (X) on the cosmetic advertising variable (Y1) in the coefficients table was 0.000 <0.05 and the count value was 8.768> 1.990, and the influence of the local endorser credibility variable on the cosmetics advertising variable was 46.0. %, categorized sufficient, while the result of the local endorser credibility variable test (X) on the purchase intention variable (Y2) was significant 0.000 <0.05 and count of 4.170> 1.990, and the influence of the variable was 16.2%, categorized low but definite. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of local endorsersâ€™ credibility on cosmetic advertising and consumer buying interest.

This study aims to explore the 2019 election logistics distribution process carried out by the KPU of Medan City along with the obstacles that resulted in the late election logistics distribution process; finding a way out of the delay in the distribution process of election logistics in Medan City so that it is in accordance with the principles of being on time, effectively and efficiently; and to analyze the impact of late distribution of election logistics on the integrity of elections. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that many factors caused delays in the distribution of the 2019 election logistics, such as the DPTHP stage, fleet shortages, policies taken for distribution from PPS in urban villages to polling stations on April 17, 2019 before the start of voting, and others. as a way out of these problems: one, permanent distribution from KPU to PPS and finally to TPS; two, Using distribution centers (warehouses) in five constituencies in Medan City to break the concentration from one place in order to ease the work, be more focused, and minimize the occurrence of logistical delays and the exchange of ballots between electoral districts. Logistical delays indicate human error, lack of capacity and capability of election administrators.

Waste management is still a serious problem that must be resolved, especially in Kerongkong Village, Suralaga District, East Lombok. One of the efforts that can be done is waste management through waste banks. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge regarding waste banks and improve community skills and income through waste bank management. This community service activity was carried out in Kerongkong Village, Suralaga District, East Lombok, which consisted of 2 activities including preparation and implementation of activities. The results of the service activities show that an increase in public knowledge about waste bank management and the establishment and empowerment program through a waste bank in Kerongkong Village, Suralaga District, East Lombok Regency has been able to reduce the amount of piles of waste generated by the community, improve community skills and income in managing waste banks. . To support the sustainability of the waste bank program, it is highly expected that there will be support from the community and the government so that the waste bank can maintain cleanliness and environmental sustainability in the future.

In general, this community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the farming community through the development of Trigona beekeeping business around the Bayan customary forest area, North Lombok Regency, while the specific objectives are: (1) To develop interest and motivate the people of Bayan Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency for entrepreneurship in agriculture and animal husbandry especially beekeeping u trigona; (2) Showing farmers about the technological aspects of trigona beekeeping business; (3) Beekeepers can recognize the socio-economic aspects (sustainable increase in income) of trigona beekeeping business; and (4) Establishing relationships between universities, especially Mataram University with the community. The implementation is carried out using the community development method that emphasizes adult learning (andragogy), involving 8 members of the trigona beekeeper group and students through counseling, demonstrations, and demonstration plots. The results of the implementation show that: (1) This community service activity has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of members of the trigona beekeeper farmer group regarding technical, socio-economic and other aspects related to the development of trigona beekeeping around forest areas; (2) Increase the awareness of farmer group members on the importance of togetherness in a group bond; (3) Demonstrate to the community, especially group members about good, healthy, and environmentally friendly trigona bee cultivation techniques; (2) The response of members of the trigona beekeeper group to extension activities around the Bayan customary forest area, the economy of this dry land farming community is quite high; and (3) This activity has also contributed to the intensification of reciprocal communication between the local government of North Lombok Regency, universities, UNRAM and the community who are members of the trigona honey bee farmer farmer group in Bayan Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency.

Abstract The Medan-Berastagi Alternative Route is currently felt to be very much needed by road users, because the existing road connecting Medan and Berastagi is no longer able to serve the existing traffic volume. This can be seen from the frequent occurrence of traffic congestions on this road, both on weekdays and on weekends. This study discusses the economic feasibility of constructing the Medan-Berastagi alternative road that goes through the Tuntungan-Sibolangit Intersection. The results of this study can be used by stakeholders in making decisions related to the construction of this alternative road. The calculation results show that the total construc-tion cost is IDR 1,171,518,647,736. Meanwhile, the annual routine maintenance fee is IDR 3,114,325,566 and the periodic maintenance fee every five years is IDR 87,808,542,710. The existence of the Medan-Berastagi alternative road will save Vehicle Operating Costs of IDR 23,589,645,855 and Time Value savings of IDR 57,337,666,839 in 2023. From the results of the economic feasibility analysis, the Economic Internal Rate of Return is 12.21%, which where this value is greater than the current prevailing lending rate. Using the prevailing interest rate of 10%, a Profitability Index of 1.17 is obtained and a Net Present Value of IDR 222,365,000,000. This study shows that the construction of the Medan-Berastagi alternative road is economically feasible to build. Keywords: traffic congestion; alternative route; road construction; economic feasibility Abstrak Jalur Alternatif Medan-Berastagi saat ini dirasa sangat diperlukan oleh pengguna jalan, karena jalan eksisting yang menghubungkan Medan dan Berastagi sudah tidak mampu melayani volume lalu lintas yang ada. Hal ini terlihat dari seringnya terjadi kemacetan lalu lintas di ruas jalan ini, baik di hari kerja maupun di akhir pekan. Pada studi ini dibahas kelayakan ekonomi pembangunan jalan alternatif Medan-Berastagi yang melalui Simpang Tuntungan-Sibolangit. Hasil studi ini dapat digunakan oleh para pemangku kepentingan dalam mengambil keputusan terkait dengan pembangunan jalan alternatif ini. Hasil perhitingan menunjukkan bahwa total biaya konstruksi adalah Rp1.171.518.647.736. Sedangkan biaya pemeliharaan rutin tahunan sebesar Rp3.114.325.566 serta biaya pemeliharaan periodik per lima tahun sebesar Rp87.808.542.710. Adanya jalan alternatif Medan-Berastagi akan menghemat Biaya Operasi Kendaraan sebesar Rp23.589.645.855 dan penghe-matan Nilai Waktu sebesar Rp57.337.666.839 pada Tahun 2023. Dari hasil analisis kelayakan ekonomi didapat nilai Economic Internal Rate of Return sebesar 12,21%, yang mana nilai ini lebih besar daripada tingkat suku pinjaman yang berlaku saat. Dengan menggunakan tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku sebesar 10%, diperoleh Profitability Index sebesar 1,17 dan Net Present Value sebesar Rp222.365.000.000. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan jalan alternatif Medan-Berastagi layak secara ekonomi untuk dibangun.. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap sejarah pembaruan hukum keluarga Islam di dunia Islam, faktor-faktor pemicu pembaruan hukum keluarga di dunia Islam, tujuan pembaruan hukum keluarga di dunia Islam, metode pembaruan hukum keluarga Islam, dan muatan reformasi hukum keluarga Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian adalah library research. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; 1) Reformasi hukum keluarga baru terjadi pada perengahan dasawarsa kedua abad ke duapuluh, tepatnya tahun 1915. Sekali lagi, reformasi hukum keluarga ini dimulai dari Turki. Turki Usmani menjadi negara pertama yang melakukan reformasi hukum keluarga dengan keluarnya dua keputusan Khalifah Dinasti Usmaniyah (two imperial decrees), Sultan Muhammad V, mengenai hak para isteri. 2) Faktor pemicu pembaruan hukum kelurga di dunia Islam: Ekonomi, Politik, Hukum, dan Sosial. 3) Tujuan Pembaruan Hukum Keluarga Islam: unifikasi hukum perkawinan, mengangkat status wanita, dan merespon perkembangan zaman. 4) Metode Pembaruan Hukum Keluarga Islam: The procedural expedient, The eclectic expedient, the expedient of re-interpretation, The expedient of administrative orders, dan ketetapan-ketetapan hakim. 5) Muatan Reformasi Hukum Keluarga Islam: Umur minimal kebolehan kawin, peranan wali dalam nikah, pencatatan nikah, keuangan perkawinan, poligami, nafkah isteri, talak di muka pengadilan, hak-hak isteri yang dicerai, masa hamil dan akibat hukum, pemeliharaan anak setelah cerai, hak waris pria-wanita, wasiat bagi ahli waris, dan pengelolaan wakaf keluarga.

The level of effectiveness of regional governments in managing regional finances, especially the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), can be seen from their financial performance. If the local government's financial performance is high, it shows that financial management performance can be said to be successful . This research was conducted in order to determine the relationship between the realization of local original income, special allocation funds, general allocation funds, and capital expenditure on the financial performance of regional governments in 33 provinces in Indonesia. This research data comes from the APBD realization report for each province which has been audited by the central BPK for 2017-2021. The research findings show that when viewed individually, both the realization of regional income from special allocation funds and capital expenditure have a positive and significant effect on the fiscal performance of regional governments in 33 provinces in Indonesia. However, it needs to be emphasized that general allocation funds do not have a significant impact on regional government financial performance. The combined impact of PAD, DAU, DAK, and capital expenditure simultaneously influences the financial performance of local governments in 33 provinces in Indonesia
