Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan sebagai elemen penting dalam manajemen pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Supervisi pendidikan diartikan sebagai proses pembinaan yang melibatkan pengawasan, evaluasi, dan pengembangan profesional guru serta tenaga kependidikan guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sejarah perkembangan supervisi menunjukkan transformasi dari pendekatan otoriter menuju model kolaboratif yang menekankan pembinaan profesional dan dukungan berkelanjutan. Berbagai teori mendukung praktik supervisi, termasuk teori manajemen pendidikan, konstruktivisme, dan kolaborasi, yang semuanya menekankan pentingnya interaksi antara guru, siswa, dan supervisor. Jenis-jenis supervisi, seperti akademik, administrasi, klinis, dan artistik, diuraikan untuk menunjukkan peran masing-masing dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.

Abstract

The madrasa head is a very important and strategic factor in the framework of improving the quality and progress of the madrasa he leads. It can be seen that to achieve the quality and progress of the madrasa, the head of the madrasa is a role model for the entire madrasa community who have the ability to plan better and more advanced madrasas. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research is located at the Baiturrahman Dompu Islamic Elementary School. Data analysis uses display data, data condensation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the principal has been able to plan and develop educational resources and the planning carried out by the principal has been able to meet the needs of teachers and students both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengetahui implementasi manajemen peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik dan keterlibatan stakeholder dalam peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dalm tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik dilakukan dengan cara melakukan perencanaan, melakukan pengorganisasian, menggerakkan (actuating), dan melakukan pengawasann. Selain itu juga difokuskan pada empat kompetensi guru sebagai indikator mutu tenaga pendidik diantaranya kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian (personal) kompetensi social guru. Keterlibatan stakeholder dalam peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik diantaranya keterlibatan stakeholder dalam memberikan gagasan (ide, pikiran dan pendapat), keterlibatan stakeholder dalam pengambilan keputusan keterlibatan stakeholder dalam memberikan motivasi dan keterlibatan stakeholder dalam finansial/materi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perempuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dan dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Sebagai pengelola utama keuangan dalam banyak keluarga, perempuan seringkali menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengambilan keputusan finansial yang memengaruhi kondisi ekonomi rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi literatur yang digunakan untuk menyelidiki penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan topik ini. Dengan latar belakang perempuan di berbagai lapisan sosial ekonomi, untuk menggali pemahaman mereka tentang pengelolaan keuangan, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan bagaimana keputusan finansial mempengaruhi kesejahteraan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan perempuan dalam merencanakan dan mengelola anggaran rumah tangga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan stabilitas ekonomi keluarga, pengurangan tingkat kemiskinan, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup anggota keluarga, terutama dalam pendidikan dan kesehatan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang keuangan sebagai langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga secara keseluruhan. Dengan kecakapan perempuan mengelola keuangan dalam keluarga maka akan tercipta sebuah keluarga yang sejahtera.

Abstract

This article provides some important explanations for the various definitions and theories of leadership. This research uses the library method. In this way, the authors collect data and documentation from different sources related to the topics discussed in this article. The purpose of this article is to systematically and realistically explain the facts, characteristics, and relationships between the phenomena studied. This study uses a content analysis research approach, also known as meta-analysis, specifically an analytical method that combines several types of previous research. Leadership is the process of influencing others inside and outside the organization to achieve what is desired in certain situations or conditions. It usually includes several authorities such as threats, rewards, rewards, authority, and deterrence. From a theoretical point of view, you can find different types of leadership theories: leadership traits, behaviors, and situations. Leadership Theory seeks to identify the unique physical, mental, and personal characteristics associated with successful leadership. It is based on research that combines different characteristics with certain criteria for success. Abstract

Learning leadership is very important because it contributes greatly significant impact on increasing student learning achievement, ble to provide encouragement towards the school community to improve student learning achievement, focus the activities of its citizens toward achieving the school’s vision, mission goals, building a learning community for its citizens and even being able to create a school as a learning school. Ironically, only 16% of the 856 school principals wre found carry out the role of learning ledership. Instructional  leadership is strategically used to improve the quality of learning. This leadership style is leadership oriented to improve the quality of learning, instructional leadership policy becomes the parameters of the school in improving the quality of leaners’ learning outcomes. It can be concluded that instructional leadership is effective in improving the quality of learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe analytical leadership style. The research method used is literature study. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of achieving organizational goals is highly dependent on the quality of assistance or cooperation created and developed by leaders, both individually and in groups within or outside the organization. To achieve the effectiveness of organizational goals, leadership theories and leadership styles are needed. An effective leadership style can provide motivation to work productively and achieve targets that have been designed and determined in advance. A great team comes from a great leader. One leadership style that refers to relevant data to deeply understand the direction of an organization is analytical leadership style. One leadership style that provides effectiveness is analytical leadership style. Because analytical leadership style is a leadership style that involves a data-based approach in every aspect of leadership. Leaders who use this approach focus on a deep understanding of data and matrices to determine the direction of the organization

Abstract

Research on leadership strategies in curriculum management in modern pesantren is important considering the challenges of Islamic education in the digital era which demands adaptive and innovative governance. This study aims to identify and analyze the most effective leadership strategies in curriculum management in modern pesantren using the Systematic Literature Review approach. This study is a qualitative research with data obtained from Dimensions and Scopus databases. The results of the analysis show that leadership transformation that is adaptive to digitalization is a key factor in improving the quality of educational governance. Effective leadership is characterized by the ability to design a strategic vision, build collaboration with various stakeholders, and encourage the integration of technology in the curriculum management process. This finding confirms that strengthening the capacity of transformative leadership needs to be a priority in the development of modern pesantren in order to be able to respond to the dynamics of educational change in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style on students’ ability to overcome digital amnesia at Madrasah Aliyah in Sumbawa Barat. Using a quantitative correlational approach, the research involved a purposive sample of 40 students. The independent variable (X) is transformational leadership, measured through four indicators: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The dependent variable (Y) is the ability to overcome digital amnesia, assessed through indicators including technology dependency, memory ability, concentration, and deep learning. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression via the JASP software. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on students’ ability to cope with digital amnesia. This finding highlights the critical role of teachers' leadership in fostering independent learning and cognitive resilience in the digital era. The study recommends expanding the research to include more diverse schools and suggests a qualitative approach for deeper exploration in future research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Path Goal Theory leadership style on teaching innovation in Islamic educational institutions in Lombok. The approach used is quantitative with correlational research type, with purposive sampling consisting of teachers in several Islamic schools. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire developed based on four dimensions of the Path Goal leadership style (directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented) and indicators of teaching innovation. Data were collected through Google Form and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression through JASP software. The results of the analysis showed that Path Goal Theory leadership style had a significant effect on teaching innovation, with an R² value of 0.455 and a significance of p < 0.001. That is, 45.5% of the variation in teaching innovation can be explained by this leadership style. The findings confirm the importance of adaptive leadership in creating innovative learning environments in Islamic education institutions. The study recommends that institutional leaders develop leadership styles that suit teachers' needs to support educational transformation.
