Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif pada materi Zakat dengan pokok bahasan Pengertian, macam-macam serta ketentuan penerima dan hikmah zakat. Kelas yang dikenai tindakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV dengan jumlah peserta didik 20 orang, yang terdiri dari 8 orang peserta didik laki-laki dan 12 orang peserta didik perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan yag dibagi dua kali pertemuan untuk setiap siklus. Pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan evaluasi dan refleksi untuk menilai ketercapaian hasil belajar peserta didik. Sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan pre tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal peserta didik terhadap materi dan post tes untuk mengetahui ketercapaian hasil belajar peserta didik. Sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan pada siklus 1, guru melakukan pre tes terhadap kemampuan awal peserta didik, dan diperoleh hasil dari 20 orang peserta didik kesemuanya memperoleh kriteria penilaian mulai berkembang atau pada rentang nilai 34 sampai 68 dengan rata-rata 40,4%.

Abstract

The social environment is one that influences a person to take action and changes for each individual. Self-efficacy continues to develop and can change with increasing age, increasing experience and expanding the social environment. Children begin to learn from the environment and their friends at play. The process of forming self-efficacy at school age is cognitively formed and developing. The general objective is to identify the influence of the social environment on self-efficacy in adolescents at SMP N 7 Baktiya, kabupaten Aceh Utara. This type of research is analytic, the design used is a cross-sectional study. Total population is 59 students of SMP N 7 Baktiya, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. The sample used is total sampling. The results obtained p-value 0.051 by doing the Chi-square test. There is no relationship between the influence of the social environment on self-efficacy in adolescents at SMP N 7 Baktiya Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Researcher's suggestions increase knowledge about the influence of the social environment, school environment and self-efficacy on adolescents. Increase the number of variables studied, increase the number of samples for the sake of enriching scientific knowledge and so on.

Abstract

Collaboration with Faculty of Economics and Business Lecturers, Research Center for Communication Marketing, Tourism & Creative Economy at Syiah Kuala University, Business Indonesia Singapore Association (BISA), and Cloud Retail PTE Ltd aims to overcome constraints in international market access, global understanding, and building robust business networks. Through training at Syiah Kuala University and a company visit to Cloud Retail PTE Ltd in Singapore, participants gain profound insights into product packaging, export licensing procedures, and distribution channels. The holistic training method, combining theory and practical experience, empowers participants to optimize their business potential in the creative economy and access the global market. Evaluation indicates enhanced participant understanding and readiness, with recommendations for strengthened collaboration, ongoing training, business network development, monitoring and evaluation, and advanced program development.

Abstract

The problem of management of child behavior is a major problem in the practice of pediatric dentistry. One of the factors that influence the child's response to dental and oral care is parenting. In general, parenting is divided into three main categories, namely authoritarian parenting, permissive and democratic. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of parenting on the cooperative level of children aged 3-5 years in dental and oral care. This study was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional research design. Population is the total number of subjects studied. The population in this study were all children aged 3-5 years in Blang Karieng Village, which numbered 36 children. Sampling was carried out using total sampling techniques totaling 35. This study was from April 2018, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable with a value of sig <α (0.05). While partially the most influential variables on child cooperatives are authoritarian and permissible variables with a p-value of 0.085. The conclusion of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of parenting on the cooperative level of children aged 3-5 years in dental and oral care.

Abstract

Perlu anda ketahui bahwa seluruh aktivitas manusia akan tetap berhubungan dengan system informasi, dimana bukan hanya seorang individu saja yang membutuhkan suatu informasi yang dapat membantunya dalam menuntaskan suatu pekerjaan karena manusia adalah makhluk social , maka suatu perusahaan juga membutuhkan yang namanya system informasi. Pada dasarnya system informasi tidak selamanya harus berbentuk komplek, ada pula yang sederhana. Namun, suatu kualitas informasi bergantung pada 4 hal , yaitu akurat, tepat waktu, relevan dan ekonomis. Maka dari itu suatu kebutuhan akan implementasi informasi yang menerapkan system informasi sangat dibutuhkan dan sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan yang menaungi banyak karyawan. Jika suatu perusahaan menerapkan atau melakukan tindakan yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan rencana yang sudah disusun atau di buat dengan cermat serta terperinci saya rasa kebutuhan akan informasi yang menerapkan system informasi akan berjalan dengan baik dan terpenuhi kebutuhannya, sehingga kelangsungan kehidupan perusahaan dapat dikendalikan seoptimal mungkin. Perusahaan tidak hanya dituntut untuk menjalankan kegiatas perusahaan dengan begitu saja, namun perusahaan juga dituntut agar bisa menjadikan perusahaannya tersebut dapat lebih unggul dari pesaing sejenis, serupa atau beda sekalipun. System informasi yang didapatkan oleh suatu perusahaan tentunya dapat menjadikan sebagai salah satu bentuk penerapan yang baik dalam perusahaan agar mereka lebih terarah dalam menjalankan kegiatan perusahaan, system informasi juga membantu dalam mengembangkan dan memperbaiki segal hal yang kurang baik dan kurang tepat agar perusahaan bisa tetap eksis di dunia persaingan global dunia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and constraints of murabahah contracts on gold installment financing products at BSI KCP Selong. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The primary research data comes from the BSI bank and customers of gold installment financing products. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the inductive method by developing facts or facts that were obtained and could be developed from the results of the research conducted. The results of the study show that (1) The implementation of a murabaha contract occurs when the customer wants to buy gold from the bank in installments for a period agreed upon by the customer and the bank. BSI KCP Selong, in implementing this murabaha contract, uses a rahn system, or pawning system. Where in this product the customer guarantees in this installment, namely gold. So that the goods that the customer repays will be given after the customer has paid off the financing. (2) Obstacles in implementing gold installment financing occur during promotions and when gold prices rise. Therefore, BSI KCP Selong needs to do more promotion to market this gold installment product. In practice, this research is expected to help develop gold installment financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Selong by knowing what obstacles occur so that it is easier to find solutions to these obstacles.

Abstract

The study aims to formulate a normative-operational analytical model concerning the obligation to provide information in digital transactions by employing contemporary fiqh muamalah principles as a benchmark for the validity of contracts (akad). The study responds to the increasing prevalence of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information practices in e-commerce, marketplaces, and algorithm-based services, which widen the gap between legal norms and digital market practices. It adopts a normative-qualitative approach based on library research, utilizing documentation techniques and content analysis of classical and contemporary fiqh literature, statutory regulations, fatwas, and scholarly works related to transparency, fairness, and digital consent. The data were analyzed descriptively and argumentatively to identify the relationship between muamalah principles and modern transactional practices. The findings indicate that consumer protection in digital transactions requires the integration of three core principles: transparency, fairness, and free consent. Transparency functions to reduce information asymmetry and prevent gharar (uncertainty) and ghisy (fraud) through the provision of clear, objective, and verifiable information. Fairness demands a balance of rights and obligations and the limitation of exploitation and algorithm-based price discrimination. Free consent emphasizes the necessity of voluntary agreement free from manipulative interface design or concealed pressure. These principles directly affect the validity of contracts in digital transactions. This study is limited to literature-based analysis and does not empirically examine specific platforms or conduct cross-jurisdictional comparisons. Its primary contribution lies in the systematic integration of digital consumer protection theory and the contractual validity principles of fiqh muamalah as a substantive evaluative framework for modern digital transaction legitimacy. Abstract

Literacy skills are fundamental competencies that students need to face the demands of 21st-century learning. In the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, literacy development is integrated into all subjects, including Indonesian language through text-based writing instruction. This study aims to examine the forms of writing instruction and their implications for the development of students’ literacy skills. This research used a qualitative approach with literature review and content analysis methods. The data were obtained from the Grade VII Indonesian language textbook of the Merdeka Curriculum published by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The results show that writing instruction is developed through a text-based approach, including descriptive texts, fantasy stories, procedural texts, observation reports, response texts, as well as letters and messages. Each writing activity is designed in stages, namely observing, analyzing, designing, writing, and revising texts, which supports the development of students’ literacy competencies. The findings indicate that writing instruction in the textbook not only improves writing skills but also contributes to the development of reading literacy, information literacy, critical literacy, and digital literacy. Theoretically, this study strengthens the concept of text-based instruction as a means of literacy development. Practically, the findings can serve as a reference for teachers in optimizing the use of textbooks to support literacy instruction in junior high schools (SMP/MTs).

Abstract

Speaking is a fundamental competency in Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) instruction because it reflects learners' ability to communicate effectively in authentic contexts. The growing number of studies on BIPA speaking instruction published between 2020 and 2025 has generated diverse findings, highlighting the need for a comprehensive evidence synthesis. This study aims to identify the characteristics, trends, and effectiveness of instructional strategies for developing speaking skills in BIPA through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, including identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and study inclusion. Literature was retrieved from Google Scholar, Garuda, Dimensions, DOAJ, and Crossref, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. Of the 126 records identified, 10 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using content analysis and thematic synthesis. The findings reveal a clear shift toward communicative, contextual, and learner-centered instruction. The most prominent strategies include authentic communication through role-play and simulations, Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT), digital technology integration, culture- and community-based learning, and oral repetition practice. Their effectiveness is influenced by learner characteristics, language proficiency, authentic interaction, cultural integration, technology use, and teachers' pedagogical competence. This review provides an evidence-based conceptual synthesis that reinforces Communicative Language Teaching, Second Language Acquisition, and Task-Based Language Teaching as theoretical foundations for improving BIPA speaking instruction and offers practical guidance for teachers, curriculum developers, and future researchers.
