Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the use of regional government information systems in preparing regional government financial reports in Solok Regency. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all Financial Management Employees in the Solok Regency Government totaling 120 people and the sample in this research was 120 Financial Management Employees in the Solok Regency Government. This research analyzes data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data analysis techniques are the R-Square value, the direct influence hypothesis (Direct Effects) and the indirect influence hypothesis (Indirect Effect). The results show a positive and significant influence of information quality on trust. There is a positive and significant influence of system quality on trust. There is a positive and significant influence of information quality on user satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of trust on user satisfaction. Trust does not mediate the effect of information quality on user satisfaction. Trust mediates the effect of system quality on user satisfaction

Abstract

Technopreneurship is a combination of technology and entrepreneurship that has significant potential in supporting the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the digital era. This study aims to evaluate the impact of technopreneurship on the growth of SMEs in Indonesia, utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 361 relevant articles from various academic databases, such as Google Scholar and Sinta. Data were analyzed using tools like Publish or Perish, Covidence, and VOSviewer to identify trends and relationships within the relevant literature. The findings indicate that technopreneurship plays a key role in enhancing SMEs' competitiveness through the adoption of digital technology, which supports operational efficiency, market expansion, and product innovation. However, several challenges, such as limited access to innovative financing, a shortage of skilled labor in technology, and insufficient digital infrastructure, remain major obstacles. Strategies such as continuous training, partnerships with the government and private sectors, and the use of e-commerce-based technology have proven effective in overcoming these challenges. This study provides crucial recommendations for stakeholders to strengthen technopreneurship as a primary driver of SME growth, particularly in facing the rapidly evolving digital transformation era

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of information quality and service quality on net benefits through service user satisfaction at the Solok Regency Government Kesbangpol Agency. This study describes each variable in the DeLone and McLean model to find out the extent of the success of the Solok Regency Government's Kesbangpol Agency in providing services. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study is 45 employees of the Solok Regency Government Kesbangpol Agency. Data were collected using questionnaires and the results were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of information quality and service quality on the satisfaction of service users at the Solok Regency Government Kesbangpol Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of information quality and service quality on the net benefits of the Solok Regency Government's Kesbangpol Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of service user satisfaction on the net benefits at the Solok Regency Government's Kesbangpol Agency. Service user satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of information quality on the net benefits of the Solok Regency Government's Kesbangpol Agency. Service user satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of service quality on the net benefits of the Solok Regency Government's Kesbangpol Agency.

Abstract

This study examines the ways in which user satisfaction and the overall advantages of an information system's implementation are influenced by system, information, and service quality. A thorough statistical study was carried out, which included path analysis for hypothesis testing, Cronbach's Alpha for reliability measurement, factor loading in structural equation modeling (SEM) for validity assessment, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normalcy. The results show that user happiness is greatly increased by system, information, and service quality, which in turn raises the net benefits. These results align with previous studies, emphasizing that improving these key factors can strengthen organizational efficiency. Additionally, the validity and reliability tests confirm that the research instrument meets the necessary standards. Path analysis further reveals strong correlations between independent and dependent variables, underscoring the importance of high-quality system implementation for maximizing outcomes.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) has had a significant impact on the modern entrepreneurial landscape. Technology is a major driver in creating new business opportunities, facilitating operational efficiency, and expanding market reach digitally. This study aims to systematically review the literature discussing the role of IT in the development of modern entrepreneurship using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the Prisma (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. This study analyzed 100 scientific articles published between 2021-2025 and obtained from reputable databases such as Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, and ScienceDirect. The results of the study show that IT plays a role in several important aspects, namely the development of digital business models, increasing managerial efficiency, utilizing e-commerce platforms, and supporting product and service innovation. In addition to its benefits, challenges were also found such as limited access to technology, lack of digital literacy, and dependence on IT infrastructure. These findings are expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in the development of entrepreneurship that is adaptive to technological developments in the digital era

Abstract

Digital transformation has significantly influenced educational approaches, including entrepreneurship education. This study aims to examine the use of information technology as an innovative medium in entrepreneurship education in the digital era through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA method. A total of 100 articles were collected from various academic databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and IEEE Xplore, and after screening, 70 relevant articles were selected for analysis. The results show that the integration of information technology—such as e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS) aims to identify commonly used data analysis techniques in a systematic literature review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA method, business simulations, and social media—can enhance students’ learning motivation, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills. Technology also enables more flexible, interactive, and contextual learning. However, several challenges remain, including limited infrastructure and the readiness of educators to adopt technological tools effectively. This study concludes that the utilization of information technology is a crucial strategy for developing adaptive and future-oriented entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

The development of mobile technology has revolutionized the world of digital marketing, changing the interaction patterns between consumers and e-commerce platforms like Shopee. This research aims to evaluate the impact of mobile technology implementation on consumer behavior changes, especially in the context of digital marketing carried out through the Shopee medium. The approach used is a qualitative method with data collection through literature study. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The research results indicate that mobile technology significantly influences consumer behavior in terms of time efficiency, transaction convenience, and increased loyalty to platforms. Features such as content personalization, promotional notifications, and ease of access are the main factors driving changes in consumer behavior. Additionally, this technology also assists business actors, particularly in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reducing distribution and intermediation costs. This study concludes that the utilization of mobile technology in digital marketing, if optimized correctly, can strengthen the relationship between consumers and business actors in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of innovation in the development of information technology (IT)-based entrepreneurship through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach with the Prisma technique and analyze the role of innovation in supporting the success of information technology-based entrepreneurship through a systematic literature review approach with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) technique. Innovation is a key factor in creating competitive advantage, expanding the market, and increasing the sustainability of Information Technology businesses in the digital era. Innovation is considered a key factor in developing new products, services, and business models that are relevant to the dynamics of the digital market. This study identifies and reviews a number of scientific publications published in the period 2023–2025, obtained through the Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar databases. The results of the study show that innovation plays an important role in increasing the competitiveness, adaptability, and sustainability of Information Technology-based businesses. These findings also reveal that collaboration factors, digital ecosystem support, and adoption of cutting-edge technology are the main drivers of the success of innovation in Information Technology entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to organizational operational efficiency through a systematic literature review based on the PRISMA method. Eight articles published between 2023 and 2025 from the Scopus database were analyzed using clearly defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were qualitatively analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and recurring themes. The findings show that ERP enhances efficiency by reducing costs, saving time, increasing productivity, and integrating cross-departmental processes. Supporting technologies such as AI and IoT further strengthen ERP performance. Implementation success is influenced by organizational readiness, system quality, managerial support, integration with performance management, and knowledge management. This study offers strategic insights into leveraging ERP to enhance efficiency across industry sectors.

Abstract

The development of technology-based startups in Indonesia has shown rapid growth; however, the failure rate remains relatively high. One of the key factors influencing startup success is the entrepreneurial skills possessed by the founders. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills on the success of technology-based startups in Indonesia. The research uses secondary data obtained from scientific journals, books, research reports, and other relevant publications. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed with content analysis techniques to identify concepts, patterns, and relationships between variables from various literature sources. The results show that skills such as innovation, adaptability to change, risk management, and the ability to build strategic networks significantly impact startup success. These abilities enable startup founders to design flexible business models in the face of market uncertainty and to build effective work teams. This study recommends strengthening the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem through training, mentoring, and supportive policies as strategies to enhance the success of technology startups in Indonesia.
