Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics students in grades VI (SDN Kampungsawah 01, District Rumpin) with this type of action research. The subjects in this study were sixth grade students at SDN Kampungsawah 01 for the academic year 2022–2023, with a total of 28 students, consisting of 10 male students and 18 female students. Data obtained through tests, observations, and documentation Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis According to the data analysis results, there was an increase in learning management by teachers, learning activities, and student learning outcomes from cycles I, II, and III, with each cycle obtaining the value of aspects of learning management by teachers in the observation phase at intervals of 2.12 with a predicate of "good enough," then increasing to 2.76 with a predicate of "good," 3.14 with a predicate of "good," and 3.5 with a predicate of "very good."At the observation stage, it was predicted that things would go well by 25%, and in cycle I it increased to 46.42% predicted good, then in cycles II and III it increased to 35.71% and 64.28% predicted very well.Learning outcomes have improved, particularly at the observation stage, where 21.41% are completed, cycle I is 53.57%, cycle II is 71.43%, and cycle III is 100%.Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), assisted by the Geogebra application, can improve the results of the mathematics learning of fifth grade students in SDN Kampungsawah 01, Rumpin District.

Abstract

Natural resources are something that can be used for various interests and needs of human life in order to live a more prosperous life around our natural environment. Utilization of a resource is determined based on the use of these resources for humans themselves. Therefore, the more useful a natural resource is, the more valuable it will be. Utilizing existing natural resources is a form of empowerment based on local potentials that strongly supports community development. Good natural resources management can improve the welfare of local communities. The implementation of community service activities (PKM) was carried out by using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method and the approach method with related parties, especially the Pagar Alam City Tourism Office. In addition, the collection of data on the potentials and natural resources in Pagar Alam is also carried out through a database search at the Tourism Office. From the results of the data collection obtained, it can be concluded that the empowerment of natural resources in Pagar Alam City can help the community's economic growth. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Pagar Alam City, Pagar Alam City's economic growth in 2021 grew by 4.39%. The highest growth was achieved by the accommodation and food and drink provision sectors at 8.83%. This is an indication of the empowerment of existing natural resources. Pagar Alam with its potentials can be further developed into an international standard tourist village by implementing the empowerments given.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk bilingualisme yang terjadi pada anak usia 6 tahun dalam kanal YouTube Dedeto Tv dalam konten video “Faunaland Ancol Seru Banget!! Edukasi yang Menyenangkan Tentang Fauna” dengan tautan https://youtu.be/jRLH6WG0kF0?si=SmSrQxpN19Pni0mh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini berupa anak usia 6 tahun bernama Enzo dalam kanal YouTube Dedeto Tv yang terdapat dalam konten video “Faunaland Ancol Seru Banget!! Edukasi yang Menyenangkan Tentang Fauna”. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat dari konten video “Faunaland Ancol Seru Banget!! Edukasi yang Menyenangkan Tentang Fauna” pada kanal YouTube Dedeto Tv. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik simak dan teknik transkripsi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan sebanyak 26 data tuturan bilingualisme yang termasuk ke dalam tiga jenis bilingualisme sebagai berikut: 1) Bilingualisme majemuk sebanyak 2 data, 2) Bilingualisme koordinatif sebanyak 3 data, dan 3) Bilingualisme subordinatif sebanyak 21 data. Abstract This study aims to describe the form of bilingualism found on Leonardo Edwin's YouTube channel in the video content “Sehari Kuliah Musim Dingin di Amerika! Cantikkk Banget!”. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data in this study is the video content on Leonardo Edwin's YouTube channel which consists of “Sehari Kuliah Musim Dingin di Amerika! Cantikkk Banget!!” with the link https://youtu.be/wPiUOYx0Eqg. The data in this study are the utterances of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences from the video content “Sehari Kuliah Musim Dingin di Amerika! Cantikkk Banget!” on Leonardo Edwin's YouTube channel. Data collection techniques in this study used photographic techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study, using listening techniques and transcription techniques. From the results of this study, it was found that there were 26 data of bilingualism utterances belonging to the three types of bilingualism as follows: 1) 2 data of compound bilingualism, 2) 3 data of coordinative bilingualism, and 3) 21 data of subordinate bilingualism. Abstract

Budidaya hidroponik menawarkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan produksi pertanian. Namun, keberhasilan budidaya hidroponik sangat bergantung pada pengaturan kadar nutrisi yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem kontrol kadar nutrisi tanaman hidroponik berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Dengan menggunakan sensor TDS untuk kontrol nutrisi tanaman, sensor ultrasonic HY-SRF05 untuk deteksi ketinggian air dan NodeMCU ESP32 untuk mikrokontroler. Kemudian data yang diperoleh akan diolah oleh mikrokontroller dan divisualisasikan melalui platform Blynk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kontrol otomatis ini mampu menjaga kadar nutrisi pada rentang yang optimal, sehingga meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kualitas tanaman. Nilai baik dari tanaman selada yaitu 1000 PPM berada di 48ltras rentang ideal untuk selada hidroponik (800-1200 PPM) karena pada konsentrasi ini tercapai keseimbangan optimal antara ketersediaan nutrisi dan kemampuan tanaman untuk menyerapnya. Pada 1000 PPM, tekanan 48ltraso larutan sesuai dengan kemampuan akar selada, memungkinkan penyerapan air dan nutrisi secara efisien tanpa menyebabkan 48ltras pada tanaman. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diatas untuk mengetahui alat sistem kontrol kadar nutrisi tanaman hidroponik berbasis IoT sudah dapat berfungsi dengan baik, maka dilakukan implementasi sistem pada tanaman hidroponik yang ada di Ternate.

Abstract

Menghafal Al-Qur’an merupakan aktivitas yang cenderung sulit bagi sebagian orang. Selain memiliki lembaran yang sangat banyak, Al-Qur’an memiliki nuansa bahasa yang relatif sulit untuk dipahami dan memiliki banyak ayat-ayat yang mirip. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama, untuk mengetahui penerapan metode talaqqi dan dampaknya dalam penguatan hafalan Al-Quran santri di Rumah Tahfidz Al-Ikhlas. Kedua, untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan metode talaqqi dalam penguatan hafalan Al-Quran santri di Rumah Tahfidz Al-Ikhlas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari subjek penelitian dan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui media perantara atau secara tidak langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, penerapan metode talaqqi di Rumah Tahfidz Al-Ikhlas sudah berjalan cukup baik dan cukup efektif sehingga memberikan dampak yang positif dan perubahan yang cukup signifikan terhadap kualitas bacaan dan kekuatan hafalan santri di Rumah Tahfidz Al-Ikhlas. Namun terdapat pula berbagai macam faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan metode talaqqi di Rumah Tahfidz Al-Ikhlas. Faktor pendukung tersebut meliputi  konsistensi guru dan santri dalam menerapkan metode talaqqi, kompetensi guru, kesungguhan santri dalam belajar serta faktor lainnya. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah masih ada diantara santri yang sering bolos tanpa keterangan yang jelas, waktu belajar mengajar yang terbatas juga berbagai faktor penghambat lainnya.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using softened and indirect language in digital communication has drawn attentionin sociolinguistic studies, particularly in the context of netizen comments on public figures. This studyaims to identify the forms and functions of euphemisms employed by netizens in response to parentingcontent on Nikita Willy's YouTube channel. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method and discourseanalysis approach, the data were drawn from 30 purposively selected netizen comments. The analysisof euphemism forms is based on the classification proposed by Allan and Burridge, while the functionsare examined using Burridge’s framework. The results show that eight types of euphemisms werecommonly used: metaphor, figurative expression, colloquialism, abbreviation and acronym,circumlocution, jargon, omission, and one-for-one substitution. Among these, figurative expressionsappeared most frequently. In terms of function, the euphemisms identified serve protective, cohesive,booster, deceitful, and humorous purposes. These findings suggest that netizens tend to useeuphemisms as a linguistic strategy to maintain politeness, foster solidarity, and convey criticism subtlyin discussions around parenting an issue laden with values and social norms. This research contributesto a deeper understanding of language dynamics in digital public spaces, especially in parentingdiscourse involving female public figures.

Abstract

Background of study: Tropical karst landscapes harbor exceptional avian biodiversity but pose unique monitoring challenges due to complex topography, cave reverberation, and humidity-driven sound distortion. Conventional ecoacoustic methods fail in these environments, with indices showing weak correlations (r=0.20-0.43) for avian diversity due to insect masking and abiotic interference. Over 83% of karst-endemic birds lack standardized monitoring protocols despite escalating extinction risks.Aims and scope of paper: This review aims to: (1) quantify limitations of current ecoacoustic methods in karst ecosystems, (2) develop a machine learning-enhanced framework addressing topographic and reverberation effects, and (3) establish conservation-ready protocols for endangered karst avifauna. The study synthesizes evidence from 29 studies across hardware innovation, signal processing, and policy applications.Methods: We systematically analyzed 29 studies on acoustic monitoring in karst ecosystems, focusing on machine learning innovations, topographic adaptations, and conservation applications.Result: Topography drives 47% of soundscape variation, surpassing vegetation effects. Machine learning (CNNs/MFCCs) boosts detection accuracy by 22-80% in reverberant caves. Hybrid protocols enable 25-m resolution habitat mapping and precise disturbance monitoring, overcoming tropical "latitude paradox" limitations.Conclusion: This review establishes the first karst-adapted ecoacoustic framework, integrating machine learning with topographic variables to transform monitoring from biodiversity proxy to precision tool. Critical next steps include developing species-specific call libraries, wind-reverberation filters, and policy integration of acoustic baselines for IUCN assessments. The proposed protocols address urgent conservation needs for Earth's most threatened avian sanctuaries.
