Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah SMA Negeri 10 Kabupaten Jeneponto. Permasalahan yang ada adalah (1) siswa belum fokus dalam proses belajar mengajar (2) Ketidakmampuan megelola emosi.Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif dan role play dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) memberikan skala regulasi diri kepada peserta, untuk mengetahui regulasi diri siswa sebelum dilakukan program kegiatan., (2) peserta yang memiliki rasa syukur  rendah yang akan dijadikan sebagai peserta program kegiatan, (3) Memberikan penjelasan tentang kebersyukuran, kemanfatan kebersyukuran, (4) Peserta diberikan waktu selama 15 menit untuk menuliskan 5 pengalaman yang disyukuri setiap hari, pengalaman yang lebih khusus disertai dengan penjelasan tentang pengalaman yang dituliskan. Kegiatan ini lakukan setiap hari dengan menuliskan dibuku catatan, (5) Peserta mengungkapkan rasa syukur yang telah dituliskan pada buku catatan (6)  Memberikan skala regulasi emosi. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) terdapat peningkatan regulasi diri pada siswa setelah mendapatkan pelatihan kebersyukuran, (2) siswa antusias mengikuti pelatihan ini. Kata kunci: siswa,kebersyukuran, regulasi diri

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan keterampilan konseling al-qur’an bagi kelompok pecandu narkotika. 2) membantu mengatasi masalah stres yang dialaminya dengan pendekatan konseling al-Qur’an berbasis game. Peserta adalah Pecandu NArkotika  sebanyak 10 orang yang ditunjuk secara purposive sampling. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan partisipatif, game konseling al-Qur’an. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dan respon yang sangat positif bagi pecandu narkotika, 1) memiliki keterampilan konseling al-Qur’an, 2) Dapat menurunkan stres yang dialami.Kata Kunci: Konseling al-Qur’an berbasis game.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a phenomenon that is often found in social media users, especially teenagers. Cyberbullying is aggressive behavior that is carried out continuously against other people using social media. One aspect that can influence adolescents to do cyberbullying is self-esteem. Adolescents who cannot judge themselves well are likely to do cyberbullying to increase their self-esteem. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-esteem and cyberbullying behavior in adolescents in Parepare City. The measuring instrument used in this study is the self-esteem scale which is based on the self-esteem aspects of Coopersmith (1967) and the cyberbullying scale which is based on the behavioral aspects of cyberbullying Willard (2007). Sampling is purposive sampling according to the characteristics determined by the researcher. The data analysis technique in this study was Spearman's correlation which was processed using SPSS 25. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between the variables of self-esteem and cyberbullying, which means that the higher the self-esteem of adolescents, the lower the tendency of adolescents to become perpetrators of cyberbullying.

Abstract

Abstract. The problem experienced by students is that many students are not able to adapt to the school environment. Emotional regulation training is conducted to overcome the problem of low social adjustment in students. Increased emotional regulation can give students positive perceptions so that students can maximize their positive potential. The research method is carried out by taking various approaches, namely interactive lectures, games related to social adjustment, role play. The results showed that emotional regulation training was effective in increasing students' social adjustment.Keywords:  emotion regulation, social adjustment, students

Abstract

 The study of gratitude has begun to develop in Indonesia. Along with this development, there is a need for a measurement tool that can explain the concept of gratitude. This study aims to adapt the gratitude questionnaire (QG-6) to the Indonesian language. The study was conducted on 275 high school students in Surabaya City. The results of confirmatory factor analysis obtained 5 adequate items that have a factor loading value (> 0.5). Measurement model fit (p < 0.01, RMSEA =. 0.08, GFI = 0.98, CFI = 0.99, SRMR = 0.02.) Construct reliability on QG-5 is 0.813

Abstract

Absrtact. Rosenberg's self-esteem scale is a widely used instrument. Rosenberg's self-esteem scale for Indonesian language adaptation has not been carried out specifically for high school students. This study aims to adapt the Indonesian language and test the validity and reliability. The subjects of this study were 275 high school students from several schools in the city of Surabaya. psychometric results show the factor loading analysis shows the fit model. The test results showed Goodness of Fit, namely GFI = 0.92, CFI = 0.99, and SRMR = 0.06. The item test results showed that 8 items had a loading factor of 0.63-082 and had a construct reliability of 0.899.  Key words: Self-Esteem, Students, Adaptation

Abstract

Rasa syukur menjadi salah satu mekanisme koping yang mampu mencegah timbulnya stres dan depresi pada individu ketika menghadapi berbagai masalah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebersyukuran yang ditinjau berdasarkan gender. Metode penelitian merupakan metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan 154 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 81 mahasiswa laki-laki dan 73 mahasiswa perempuan. Sample penelitian ditentukan menggunakan simple random sampling. Kebersyukuran pada mahasiswa diukur menggunakan skala The Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item form (GQ-6) yang dikembangkan oleh McCullough, Tsang, dan Emmons, dan kemudian diadaptasi kedalam bahasa Indonesia oleh Alwi (2021), skala ini telah divalidasi dengan nilai validitas 0.78 dan reliabilitas 0,882. Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample t-test ditemukan nilai probabilitas 0.000 (p < 0.05) yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara tingkat kebersyukuran pada perempuan dan laki-laki. Perempuan (M=31.14) memiliki tingkat kebersyukuran yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki (M=26.68). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memperkaya informasi mengenai perbedaan gender pada kebersyukuran mahasiswa.

Abstract

Humans often use profanity as verbal aggression to express displeasure towards others or a particular situation. Using animal names and gender-related terms with regional connotations is common in Indonesian society. Generation Z, who predominantly engage in social media, have learned to use words like animal names or genders as tools to express their emotions, both aggressively and non-aggressively, which impact on interpersonal communication. This research aims to understand the semantic changes of words created by Generation Z. This will be achieved by applying four principles of semantic change: amelioration, pejoration, narrowing, and broadening. This research will explore the use of expletives in the style of Generation Z in their daily lives and the purpose behind their usage. The study adopts a qualitative approach, with eight respondents meeting the criteria of being part of Generation Z, frequently using expletives, and actively participating in social media. The data obtained will be analyzed using a thematic approach.  The results of this study indicate that the expletives used by Generation Z have deviated from standard literal language. Despite undergoing semantic changes, the words coined by Generation Z still constitute a part of verbal aggression. The inability to contextualize expletives within normative, psychological, and sociological perspectives renders these words commonplace and acceptable.

Abstract

Problematika psychological wellbeing dan stres kerja pada guru honorer adalah isu serius yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan mental dan fisik guru honorer. Permasalahan yang menjadi perhatian adalah beban kerja yang berlebihan, upah kerja yang rendah, kurangnya dukungan dan apresiasi dari pihak sekolah, serta jam kerja yang padat, sehingga beberapa guru mengeluhkan bahkan melakukan mogok kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru tersebut belum mencapai kesejahteraan yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara psychological wellbeing dan stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA sederajat di Kecamatan Bulukumpa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 guru honorer SMA sederajat di Kecamatan Bulukumpa. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala psychological wellbeing dan stres kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara psychological wellbeing dan stres kerja. Semakin tinggi psychological wellbeing, maka semakin rendah tingkat stres kerja, begitu pula sebaliknya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan psychological wellbeing dan stres kerja, serta menjadi acuan bagi institusi untuk lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan guru honorer.
