<![CDATA[Masjid Al Ihsan merupakan salah satu masjid yang ada di Kelurahan Tegal Gede, Kecamatan Sumbersari, Kabupaten Jember. Masjid sebagai lembaga nirlaba yang mendapatkan dana dari jamaah perlu memperhatikan aspek pengelolaan manajemen masjid serta keuangan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada jamaah. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan untuk pengabdian kegiatan masyarakat ini adalah menjaring kendala pengelolaan manajemen dan akuntansi masjid yang dihadapi oleh takmir masjid Al Ihsan. Pengabdian dilakukan selama 6 bulan dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan takmir Masjid Al Ihsan. Selanjutnya, menindaklanjuti kebutuhan yang terjaring, tim jurusan manajemen agribisnis melaksanakan kegiatan pendampingan manajemen pengelolaan masjid dan pembukuan sederhana pembuatan arus kas masjid menggunakan aplikasi excel. Hasil pendampingan bagi takmir masjid Al-Ihsan adalah tersampaikannya pengetahuan tentang manajemen pengelolaan masjid dan pembukuan sederhana akuntansi arus kas masjid baik secara manual dan terkomputerisasi menggunakan microsoft excel.]]>

<![CDATA[Di abad 21 ini, pemanfaatan software untuk menciptakan sebuah media pembelajaran digital yang kreatif dan inovatif sangat perlu digunakan demi meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kompetensi siswa pada mata pelajaran tertentu. Media pembelajaran digital mempunyai peran penting dalam setiap proses pembelajaran khususnya pada keterampilan menyimak dongeng. Pada literatur review ini telah merangkum beberapa dengan komprehensif, serta menilai dan meninjau literatur yang ada tentang pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital (Video Scribe) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak dongeng siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan dari literatur review artikel jurnal yang dilakukan oleh penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa tingkat keefektifannya dalam penggunaan media Video Scrib sebagai media pembelajaran digital bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar. Dugaan sementara dari literatur review ini berpendapat bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dapat membantu siswa lebih mudah dalam belajar, mengingat, dan mendapat pelajaran atau materi dengan cepat dan mudah dipahami siswa di Sekolah Dasar.]]>

<![CDATA[Coffee shops in Indonesia are starting to grow significantly. America Starbucks was also present in Indonesia in 2001 because they saw a huge opportunity in Indonesia. Currently, coffee shops have mushroomed all over Indonesia, including the Medan City. The Medan City as one of the big cities in North Sumatra Province has many coffee shops which are usually used as a gathering place for young people. There are many coffee-based beverage service providers in Medan City, which of course has an impact, namely market competition. The purpose of this research is to find out barista competency test judging from interpersonal communication. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. In this study using primary and secondary data. The primary data from this research is interpersonal communication used by barista in creating customer satisfaction. Secondary data in this research can be in the form of a study of articles or books written by experts. The results showed that occur in the field between barista and customers through interview and observation data, this shows a pattern of interactive communication, where the interaction begins with greeting or welcoming from the barista to the order taking process using self service. All communication processes carried out by the barista are based on service standards.]]>

<![CDATA[The ability of Wnt ligands to initiate signaling cascades that result in cytoplasmic stabilization, β-catenin underlies their ability to regulate progenitor cell differentiation. In this review, we will summarize current knowledge about the mechanisms underlying Wnt/β-catenin signaling and how pathways regulate the differentiation of normal stem cells in the human body and the role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling in the paracrine effect. It is desirable to have a picture regarding the role of Wnt/β-catenin in Regenerative Medicine.]]>

<![CDATA[Batik Jember salah satu produk khas kabupaten Jember yang memiliki ciri khas dengan motif tembakau dan warna yang cerah. Perkembangan batik Jember belum banyak dikenal masyarakat luas. Hasil penelitian wirausaha batik Jember menunjukkan faktor penghambat pengembangan usaha batik Jember adalah produktivitas yang rendah, keterbatasan modal, keterbatasan alat produksi serta keterbatasan pemasaran. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu bu Sri sebagai Batik Sekar Arum yang beralamatkan di Dusun Tombo Waluh Desa Kencong Jember. Batik sekar arum berdiri Tahun 2019 dengan pendirinya bernama Bu Sri berusia 52 tahun. Kondisi fisik bu sri mengalami cacat kaki dan tidak mengurangi semangat bu sri untuk melestarikan budaya batik khas Jember. Kondisi usaha batik sekar arum yang awal beranggota 6 tenaga kerja, namun setelah adanya pandemic covid tenaga kerja tersisa hanya 4 tenaga kerja. Beberapa permasalahan dan solusi yang akan di diberikan sebagai berikut ini: (1) Permasalahan dalam bidang produksi keterbatasan alat cap batik yang dimiliki. Peningkatkan produksi mitra dengan merancang dan membuat alat canting cap berbahan kayu dan kardus bekas dengan motif tembakau dan buah naga. (2 Permasalahan dalam bidang pemasaran belum menggunakan digital marketing. dalam pemasaran batik sekar arum perancangan, pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[Technological advances have made citizen journalism also develop very rapidly, because many media use citizen journalism as a source of news and information. In addition to mass media, citizen journalism also uses social media as a platform to receive and disseminate information. The @bengkuluinfo account is one of the accounts that uses citizen journalism as a source of information. This study analyzes the role of citizen journalism in generating information about @bengkuluinfo accounts using a descriptive qualitative paradigm based on postpositivism. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews with two key informants and five informants and observations. The theory used in this study is the role theory of Tony Rodgers and the stages of the concept of initiation of citizen journalism. This research found that the role of citizen journalism is very important to provide information about the city of Bengkulu on @bengkuluinfo Instagram account, because it can help the audience to get information easily, quickly and in real time.]]>

<![CDATA[Humans are social creatures who communicate every day. In the process, each individual has their own goals by communicating. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to learn how to communicate effectively. Psychology is a science that studies human psychology, with a communication psychology approach, the communicator will better recognize the characteristics of effective communication. In this journal it is explained that there are 5 characteristics of effective communication, namely 1) understanding, 2) pleasure, 3) influence on attitude, 4) better relationship, 5) action. This journal was created to explain how the science of communication psychology can help increase the effectiveness of communication so that the goals of communication carried out by individuals can be achieved. Achieving the purpose of a communication is a value that is often underestimated and considered easy but is actually difficult.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled “Quantitative Descriptive Study of the Behavior Phenomenon of Korean Drama Audience Among North Sumatra University Students”. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and behavioral phenomena of Korean drama audience among students Universitas Sumatera Utara. The theory used in this research is Theory of Reasoned and Action. This study uses a descriptive study, which only describes situations and events, does not test hypotheses or make predictions. The population in this study were active students at the University of North Sumatra, amounting to 41,962 people. The sample was determined using the Taro Yamane formula and a sample of 100 people was obtained. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection technique using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was single table analysis using Statistical Product and System Solution (SPSS) version 26.0. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of the respondents in this study were mostly female with a total of 87 respondents with a percentage of 87%. The results showed as many as 77% of Korean drama audience students stated that they strongly agreed to watch Korean dramas because of the varied genres but as many as 63% of viewers chose not to follow Korean trends after watching Korean drama(s). The results of the cross table research between the frequency of watching Korean dramas in a week with the Korean drama genre being more varied compared to other dramas obtained the most results at a frequency of 2x a week with a total of 25 respondents.]]>

<![CDATA[Libraries in increasing their usefulness after the pandemic need to update the methods used to attract users' attention. Changes were made either through regulatory changes, adding programs and services or improving communication strategies with users. One of the tools for communication is social media. Including the USU library using social media in increasing the attractiveness of service utilization by users. However, on the other hand, there has been a change in the communication strategy adopted by the library in the post-pandemic period. From this, the author is interested in studying USU's library communication strategy in increasing the attractiveness of users to visit the library and take advantage of library services in the post-pandemic period. This study asks about the form of communication strategies used by the USU library in reaching out to users. Given that there has been a change in student communication patterns in obtaining information before the pandemic and post-pandemic. Library marketing is one of the keys to the sustainability and use of the library by users. One of the tools used by libraries to disseminate their activities and information is social media.]]>

<![CDATA[Disability in post-stroke clients in the form of decreased function of the extremities, such as the presence of hemiparesis in the extremities. The disability experienced by stroke patients triggers the emergence of stress to depression due to the patient's inability to meet internal and external demands. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between disability in post-stroke patients and the level of depression in the elderly at the Brain Hospital DR. Drs. M. Hatta Bukittinggi in 2021. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were elderly post-stroke patients who were outpatient with a sample of 81 people using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument of this study used the Barthel Index and GDS questionnaires. The test used is Spearman rank. The results showed that almost half of the elderly post-stroke patients had disabilities in the independent category (44.4%), some of the elderly post-stroke experienced mild and normal (39.5%), obtained p-value = 0.000 < (0.05) and value of r = 0.639. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between disability in post-stroke patients and the level of depression in the elderly at the Brain Hospital DR. Drs. M. Hatta Bukittinggi in 2021, which shows a strong and statistically significant relationship between disability in post-stroke patients and the level of depression in the elderly. Suggestions to nurses in hospitals, can be used as input for developing nursing knowledge, so nurses can improve the quality of services in providing nursing care, especially for elderly patients with post-stroke disabilities.]]>
