Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Democratic Leadership, Motivation, and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance at Purbasari Pancuran Mas Educational Tourism Park. Data were obtained from 108 respondents through questionnaires, and processed with the help of Smart PLS and multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings prove that democratic leadership and work-life balance positively and significantly impact employee performance. However, motivation has no significant effect on performance. This study reveals the importance of leadership style and work-life balance in improving employee performance, while motivation due to other unidentified factors. The company is advised to strengthen the implementation of democratic leadership and programs supporting work-life balance, while reevaluating its approach to employee motivation to identify other factors that may affect performance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work-Family Conflict, Workload, Non-Financial Compensation, and Employee Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. This study uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Employees at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga, with a population of 160 people, using a purposive sampling method with a minimum service period of 1 year. The analysis test in this study are using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that Non-Financial Compensation and job stress have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. However, Work-Family Conflict and Workload have no impact on Turnover Intention

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan yang menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan literasi budaya dan kebangsaan dalam membangun karakter pada peserta didik SDN Siwalan. Literasi budaya dan kebangsaan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan sikap dan nilai-nilai positif pada anak-anak, termasuk rasa cinta tanah air, penghargaan terhadap budaya lokal, dan kesadaran sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan literasi budaya dan kebangsaan secara konsisten dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik tentang identitas budaya dan nasional serta memperkuat karakter mereka. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya integrasi lebih lanjut dari literasi budaya dan kebangsaan dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar untuk mendukung pembentukan karakter yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the form of implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in instilling character values ​​in grade IV students of SDN Roworejo, 2) To determine the character values ​​of students through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in grade IV students of SDN Roworejo, 3) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in grade IV students of SDN Roworejo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subjects of this study were grade IV teachers and grade IV students consisting of 14 students. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity used president observation, source triangulation, method triangulation, and peer discussion. Data analysis used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study are 1) The form of P5 activities is mutual cooperation and creativity with the theme of local wisdom in making jumputan batik. 2) Students are directly involved in making jumputan batik. Through the project of making jumputan batik, researchers observed character values ​​in students such as mutual cooperation and creativity. 3) Supporting factors for the implementation of P5 include adequate facilities, support from schools, teachers and students, and enthusiasm from students. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of P5 include challenges in the form of a lack of basic batik skills from teachers and requiring a long time.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of monopoly learning media in the subject of science, the material of parts of the earth for grade V at SD Muhammadiyah Purwodadi and to determine the feasibility of the product developed. This study uses a research and development method (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The study was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Purwodadi with the research subjects of grade V Al-Mu'min students of SD Muhammadiyah Purwodadi in the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques or instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The test instrument consisted of a pretest and posttest which were used to determine the effectiveness of the product. The data analysis used was feasibility analysis, practicality analysis, and effectiveness analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Producing a product in the form of Monopoly Learning Media in the Subject of Science, the Material of Parts of the Earth for Grade V at SD Muhammadiyah Purwodadi; 2) Product feasibility includes validity, practicality and effectiveness, namely: a) Product validity obtained an average percentage of 92.5% with the criteria of "very feasible". Product practicality obtained an average percentage of 85.96% with the criteria of "very practical". Effectiveness obtained an average percentage of 73.15% with the criteria of "effective".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita Matematika materi bilangan cacah kelas IV SD Negeri Malangrejo. 2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita Matematika materi bilangan cacah kelas IV SD Negeri Malangrejo. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, kartu pencatat data, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kartu pencatat data. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) kemampuan siswa menyelesaikan soal cerita bilangan cacah berdasarkan teori Newman terbagi dalam kategori kesalahan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Siswa kategori kesalahan tinggi kurang mampu dalam membaca, memahami soal, transformasi, keterampilan proses, dan pengkodean. Siswa kategori sedang mampu keterampilan proses dan kurang mampu dalam membaca, memahami soal, transformasi, dan pengkodean. Kategori kesalahan rendah siswa mampu mencapai hampir semua indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah Newman yaitu membaca, memahami soal, transformasi, keterampilan proses, dan pengkodean. 2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa yaitu, faktor internal meliputi kesehatan fisik, minat, dan motivasi serta faktor eksternal meliputi lingkungan fisik sekolah, lingkungan sosial kelas, dan lingkungan sosial keluarga. Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning difficulties experienced by students insolving and describe the factors causing students learning difficulties in solvingstory problems on division material in grade IV of Ngabean State ElementarySchool. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive type by describing theresults of research in grade 4 with a total of 5 students as subjects. Data collectiontechniques and instruments were observation, interviews, documentation, anddata recording cards. Data analysis techniques used were data collection, datareduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the initialstudy showed that students: (1) had difficulty understanding the concept, studentswere able to understand the concept of division, this occurred in AA, SA, and MAI(2) difficulty applying the principle, students were unable to use the arithmeticoperation of division to apply it to nested division, which occurred in AA and MAIand (3) difficulty solving verbal problems, students were unable to solve the storyproblems using the steps that occurred in AA, MAI, NW, SA, and SS. Based onthe results of this analysis, it was concluded that students experienced learningdifficulties. Second, these learning difficulties are caused by two main factors,namely: (1) internal factors, such as interest and motivation to learn, talent,attitudes towards learning, lack of teacher understanding of learning methods, and(2) external factors, such as family environment, school environment, peers, theinfluence of mass media, and learning tools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan murid dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita Matematika berdasarkan toeri newman pada materi pecahan kelas III di SD Negeri Bulus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam pemelitan ini adalah 14 murid kelas III SD Negeri Bulus, dari 14 murid diambil 5 murid untuk diwawancara melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang didapatkan diperoleh dari lembar observasi murid dan wawancara terhadap murid terkait kesulitan murid menyelesaikan soal cerita Matematika berdasarkan teori Newman pada materi pecahan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu model Miles dam Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis data kesulitan murid menyelesaikan soal cerita Matematika pada materi pecahan yang dilihat dari 5 indikator kesulitan berdasarkan teori Newman, yaitu murid dengan kategori sangat baik tidak mengalami indikator kesulitan, murid dengan kategori baik mengalami 2 indikator kesulitan, murid dengan kategori cukup mengalami 3 indikator kesulitan, murid dengan kategori kurang mengalami 5 indikator kesulitan, murid dengan kategori sangat buruk mengalami 5 indikator kesulitan, yang membedakan murid dengan kategori kurang dan sangat kurang adalah murid dengan kategori kurang dapat membaca dan mengerjakan tetapi mendapat nilai yang kurang dari rata-rata sedangkan murid dengan kategori sangat kurang tidak dapat membaca dengan lancar dan tidak dapat mengerjakan soal tes.

Abstract

This research aims to test knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on the performance of Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to obtain as complete information as possible regarding the influence of knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on employee performance through Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. The population of this study was 112 permanent employees of Owabong Park Purbalingga. The data analysis method used is SEM with the smart PLS version 3.0 tool. The tests used are outer model, inner model test, and hypothesis test. The results of this research show that knowledge sharing, team work and work skills have a significant positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika bangun datar dengan menggunakan media quizizz, Kedua bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan quizizz untuk meningkatkan hasil prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika di SDN Sarirejo Semarang Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus 1 kurang menarik bagi peserta didik, sehingga siswa berbicara sendiri dan tidak fokus selama pelajaran dikelas. Media pembelajaran Quizizz memiliki potensi sebagai alat yang efektif dan cocok untuk peserta didik generasi abad 21. Penggunaan media edukasi berbasis web seperti Quizizz dapat membuat pelajaran matematika lebih menarik dan meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Sarirejo Semarang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan di SDN Sarirejo Semarang pada semester 2 Tahun ajaran 2024/2025 dengan sasaran penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV sebanyak 27 siswa. Data yang dinalisis meliputi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data mencakup kegiatan Observasi dan penilaian tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentasi peserta didik yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar pada siklus 1 70% dan meningkat menjadi 89% pada siklus II. Dari data tersebut dismpulkan bahwa penggunaan media belajar quizizz secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Sarirejo Semarang.
