Abstract

Total The abstract is well structured and written in clear academic language; however, this revision strengthens the theoretical contribution and novelty of the research. Total Quality Management (TQM) has evolved into one of the most influential paradigms for achieving excellence in education. In the 21st century, educational institutions are challenged to provide services that are student-centered, data-driven, and responsive to stakeholder expectations. This study aims to critically analyze the strategic relevance and theoretical contribution of Arcaro’s TQM principles in enhancing educational service quality. By employing a library research method, this study synthesizes findings from national and international scholarly literature, including journals, books, and prior studies on TQM implementation in education. The analysis reveals that Arcaro’s TQM framework not only aligns with global educational quality standards but also introduces a pedagogical dimension often absent in conventional management models. Its focus on leadership commitment, stakeholder participation, data-based evaluation, and continuous improvement provides a holistic structure for institutional transformation. Theoretically, this study contributes to the modernization of educational quality management by integrating Arcaro’s human-centered approach emphasizing ethical leadership, collaborative culture, and learner empowerment into contemporary educational contexts. Practically, the adaptation of Arcaro’s TQM principles offers a new strategic perspective for developing sustainable quality systems in both schools and higher education institutions. Despite challenges such as limited resources, bureaucratic rigidity, and resistance to change, effective leadership and adaptive governance remain key to successful implementation. In conclusion, Arcaro’s TQM framework provides a comprehensive and contextually adaptable model that bridges management theory and educational innovation, advancing a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction in the global education landscape.

The number of informants in this study was one fourth grade teacher. And thirty students in the application of learning in class. This type of research uses a qualitative method and uses a descriptive approach. Data collection through interview methods with fourth grade teachers, observation and documentation obtained from teaching modules, LKPD, produced by students, teaching materials and other supporting documents. Data validity testing uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman procedure which contains three techniques; data reduction in the context of this study in the form of interview results, observations, documentation and student learning questionnaire results, presentation of data from the results of the reduction is presented in the form of tables and descriptive narratives and finally drawing conclusions. The findings of the analysis show that learning styles influence the achievement and learning outcomes through a differentiated approach. By implementing the four aspects and steps of differentiated learning, learning is not only more focused but also makes it look enthusiastic, the classroom atmosphere becomes fun which is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure and improves student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of product quality, brand image, and electronic word of mouth on the purchase decision of Ebod Jaya bird cages. The population in this study consisted of 160 bird competition participants in Purbalingga Regency. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, resulting in a total of 109 respondents successfully collected. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0. The analysis in this study consisted of two main parts: the outer model and the inner model. The outer model testing included assessments of convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability to ensure the quality of the research instruments. Meanwhile, the inner model was used to assess the relationships between constructs, including hypothesis testing, R-square (R²) values, and goodness of fit. Hypothesis testing aimed to determine the significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. In contrast, product quality and brand image variables do not have a partial effect on purchase decisions. These findings are expected to provide valuable input for Ebod Jaya's management in formulating more effective strategies and marketing mixes to improve sales target achievement.
