A quantitative approach was used with primary data collection through a 5-point Likert-scale questionnaire, involving 226 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4 software. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, financial attitude, and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on financial self-efficacy (p < 0.05). Furthermore, financial literacy, financial attitude, lifestyle, and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior (p < 0.05). The model's explanatory power is considered moderate, as reflected by the adjusted R2 values of 0.715 for financial management behavior and 0.518 for financial self-efficacy. Indirect analysis shows that financial self-efficacy mediates the influence of financial literacy, financial attitude, and lifestyle on financial management behavior. These findings contribute to the development of financial management behavior literature by emphasizing the importance of financial self-efficacy as a psychological mechanism that bridges the influence of financial factors and lifestyle on financial management behavior. Future research is recommended to explore other psychological or contextual factors that may influence financial management behavior.

Abstract

Total The abstract is well structured and written in clear academic language; however, this revision strengthens the theoretical contribution and novelty of the research. Total Quality Management (TQM) has evolved into one of the most influential paradigms for achieving excellence in education. In the 21st century, educational institutions are challenged to provide services that are student-centered, data-driven, and responsive to stakeholder expectations. This study aims to critically analyze the strategic relevance and theoretical contribution of Arcaro’s TQM principles in enhancing educational service quality. By employing a library research method, this study synthesizes findings from national and international scholarly literature, including journals, books, and prior studies on TQM implementation in education. The analysis reveals that Arcaro’s TQM framework not only aligns with global educational quality standards but also introduces a pedagogical dimension often absent in conventional management models. Its focus on leadership commitment, stakeholder participation, data-based evaluation, and continuous improvement provides a holistic structure for institutional transformation. Theoretically, this study contributes to the modernization of educational quality management by integrating Arcaro’s human-centered approach emphasizing ethical leadership, collaborative culture, and learner empowerment into contemporary educational contexts. Practically, the adaptation of Arcaro’s TQM principles offers a new strategic perspective for developing sustainable quality systems in both schools and higher education institutions. Despite challenges such as limited resources, bureaucratic rigidity, and resistance to change, effective leadership and adaptive governance remain key to successful implementation. In conclusion, Arcaro’s TQM framework provides a comprehensive and contextually adaptable model that bridges management theory and educational innovation, advancing a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction in the global education landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, well-being, career, and organizational culture on employee work-life balance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This study used a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The sample consisted of 220 respondents using the Slovin formulation. The results indicate that motivation, well-being, and organizational culture do not significantly influence work-life balance. However, the work environment and career variables significantly influence work-life balance. This confirms that both internal and external organizational factors play a crucial role in maintaining employee work-life balance in the stressful banking sector. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of human resource management studies, particularly regarding the application of Self-Determination Theory in the context of work-life balance. Practically, the research findings can serve as recommendations for BRI management in designing work strategies that support employee well-being and retention. This study highlights the phenomenon of work-life balance in the Indonesian banking sector by simultaneously integrating five key variables, thus providing a comprehensive perspective for organizational policy development.
