Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of learning motivation and family environment on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at MI Al-Ishlah Palembang. This study used quantitative methods. The analysis found that learning motivation has a significant positive influence with a contribution of 64.7% to learning outcomes. The family environment also has a significant positive influence, explaining 49.7% of the variation in learning outcomes. Regression analysis showed that the combination of these two factors explained 65.7% of the variation in learning outcomes. These findings emphasize the importance of motivation and family support in improving student academic achievement.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Religious Moderation Village (KMB) policy in Southeast Sulawesi Province as a response to digital disruption that threatens credible religious authority and trigger identity polarization. Amidst the contestation of digital spaces dominated by exclusive narratives and provocative hoaxes, the role of Islamic Religious Counselors is crucial as information mediators and agents of moderation. The main focus of this study is to evaluate the impact of the KMB policy in creating peaceful conditions and how the transmission of moderation values ​​is carried out in digital and non-digital contexts. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a policy study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic Religious Counselors and community leaders in the KMB area, participant observation of counseling activities, and content analysis on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) to measure the effectiveness of counter-narratives against extremist ideologies. The analytical framework uses Heidi Campbell's Religious-Social Shaping of Technology theory to dissect the shift in religious authority in the digital era. The research findings show that the establishment of the KMB in Southeast Sulawesi significantly strengthened social capital and the resilience of rural communities to asymmetric information. Religious instructors play a strategic role in enhancing the community's digital literacy to filter out misleading "buffet of religious narratives." This study recommends strengthening digital literacy for instructors to enable them to seize the digital stage through inclusive and tolerant narratives. Integrating Southeast Sulawesi's local wisdom with digital transformation is key to successfully creating a moderate, stable, and harmonious religious ecosystem at the grassroots level.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the level of disproporsionality between the votes obtained by political parties and the number of seats they receive in the 2024 legislative election ini Banggai Regency. It also seeks to assess the effectiveness of the Sainte-Lague method ini achieving proportional representation and identify factors contributing to the level of disproporsionality found in the legislative election in Bangggai Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach to analyze the election results data from the 2024 legislative election in Banggai Regency. The quantitative analysis will be conducted using the Least Squares Index (LSq) or Gallagher Index to determine the level of disproporsionality between the percentage of votes obtained by political parties and the percentage of seats they receive in the legislative council. The findings in this study show the the Gallagher Index at the electoral district level show significant disproporsionality. However, whwn calculated for the overall seats in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), this index is relatively small. In the electoral district of Banggai Regency, the Gallagher Index results indicate an average above 8 or within the range of 5-10. This suggest that the LSq/Gallagher Index interpretation of the electoral system in Banggai Regency demonstrates moderate disproporsionality. There is a significant diffrence between the percentage of votes and seats, some parties receive more or fewer seats compared to the percentage of votes the obtain, which can lead to dissatisfaction among voters.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of criminal cases in West Java necessitates a critical upgrade in the competency of Indonesian National Police (Polri) investigators regarding the application of Scientific Crime Investigation (SCI) principles. A significant gap has been identified in the integrated forensic evidence handling skills (digital, biological, and chemical) at the Sub-Regional Police Resort (Polres) level, potentially compromising the accountability of criminal proceedings. This training program aimed to enhance the capacity of 40 investigators from the Jabar region through a comprehensive, integrated forensic training course. The 5-day program (September 15-19, 2025) was conducted in collaboration with the National Police's Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri), utilizing a Pretest-Posttest design and a hands-on simulation methodology. Evaluation results demonstrated an average competency score increase of 48.57% (from 55.8 to 82.9), significantly exceeding the minimum target of 25%. The most drastic improvement was observed in the Digital Forensics module (79.57%). Practically, 92.5% of participants showed enhanced technical proficiency in applying the integrated Chain of Custody (CoC) protocol. The participant satisfaction level reached 94% (4.7 out of 5.0). This training proved highly effective in bridging the competency gap, strengthening science-based investigative administration, and supporting the establishment of an accountable criminal justice system. The adoption of technical guidelines and the implementation of a sustained program are recommended for follow-up.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam mengembangkan program ekstrakurikuler berbasis Kurikulum Cinta Kasih di MA Darussalam. Kurikulum Cinta Kasih adalah pendekatan pendidikan yang menekankan penguatan nilai-nilai cinta kepada Allah, Nabi, diri sendiri, sesama, lingkungan, dan bangsa sebagai landasan pembentukan karakter siswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para mitra adalah pemahaman guru yang kurang optimal dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tersebut ke dalam program ekstrakurikuler yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PkM) dengan model Penelitian Aksi Partisipatif (PAR). Kegiatan ini dirancang dalam bentuk siklus PAR yang mencakup empat tahapan utama, yaitu: Pertama, Perencanaan, Kedua, Aksi, Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD), dan bimbingan teknis untuk mengembangkan program madrasah berbasis Kurikulum Cinta Kasih. Ketiga, Observasi dan Keempat, Refleksi. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif pada kesiapan guru untuk mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Cinta Kasih secara lebih komprehensif, terutama dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Dengan demikian, pendampingan ini diharapkan menjadi model untuk memperkuat implementasi kurikulum berbasis nilai dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan karakter di madrasah.
