Abstract

ABSTRAK: Kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) pengaruh keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Kecamatan Temanggung yang berjumlah 248 orang, dengan sampel penelitian 153 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi yang diolah dengan SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 45,6% (2)motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 38,9%. (3)budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru berpengaruh 37,4%(4) Keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah,motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 62,6% dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 83,461 + 0,196X1 + 0,155X2 + 0,250X3. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru(2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru(3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Disarankan kepada 1) Guru SD, agar:selalu update dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman.2) Kepala sekolah, agar:meningkatkan peran sebagai edukator membimbing guru. Kata kunci: Keterampilan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Efforts to shape and educate the next generation of the nation to grow into individuals who are faithful and noble, knowledgeable, virtuous, skilled and independent are carried out through education. In the 21st century teachers not only play an important role in improving learning outcomes, but equipping students with four skills namely critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. The research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students due to the use of limited learning methods and media, as well as the classical learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of PBL implementation with the help of toy money on learning outcomes of grade IB students at SDN Bendungan in Indonesian language subjects. This study used a quantitative approach with Pre-Experimental Design. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after applying the PBL model with the help of concrete media. The average score of students' pretest increased from 20-90 to 40-100 in the posttest. This increase was mainly due to students' active participation in the learning process and the use of concrete media that made learning more interesting and meaningful. The hypothesis shows the value of tcount > ttable which is 8.917 > 2.06866 and the value of Sig. (2-tailed) < a which is 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the PBL learning model assisted by toy money is effective in improving the learning outcomes of IB grade students of SDN Bendungan.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik memberikan dampak yang besar dalam mengolah informasi yang diperoleh melalui suatu teks bacaan. Peserta didik yang mempunyai kemampuan literasi, dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan yang luas untuk meningkatkan kecerdasannya dengan mampu mengakses dan memahami suatu bacaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor terhadap guru yang berfokus pada penguatan literasi peserta didik melalui pengelolaan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut supervisi literasi di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Kebumen Kabupaten Kendal. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi kondensasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Temuan penelitian (1) perencanaan supervisi literasi dikatakan sudah bagus karena dimulai dengan penyusunan program supervisi melalui identifikasi masalah melalui data rapor pendidikan dan hasil supervisi sebelumnya, yaitu penurunan aspek kemampuan literasi sehingga program supervisi berfokus pada pembelajaran literasi. (2) pelaksanaan supervisi literasi pada pembelajaran berfokus pada strategi pembelajaran, penilaian dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi peserta didik dan pemanfaatan media multimoda. (3) tindak lanjut supervisi literasi berupa pembinaan serta pelatihan mandiri dan kedinasan terkait penguatan literasi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) have the responsibility to prepare reliable middle-level Human Resources, oriented to the needs of the job market and prepare graduates ready for work. Vocational Schools' efforts to overcome unemployment are holding a Special Job Fair (BKK) program. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of BKK SMK Ma'arif NU 01 Limpung, Batang Regency, namely 1) planning, 2) organizing, 3) implementing, 4) controlling. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the BKK managed by SMK Ma'arif NU 01 Limpung, Batang Regency. Research data collection techniques include observation, interviews, document review. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation technical. The research results show that 1) Special job market planning includes needs analysis planning, socialization of activities and determining sources/funding for the BKK program. 2) Organizing BKK includes industrial/DUDI cooperation, competency standardization and selection of managers who are competent and have integrity, 3) Implementation of special job fairs including offering graduates, providing guidance, recruitment, job fairs and graduate searches 4) Supervising special job fairs by monitoring together with DUDI and evaluate the implementation of the BKK program on an ongoing basis. Suggestions and recommendations 1) it is necessary to increase the consistency of BKK officers in providing soft-skills training and additional skills training. 2) SOPs need to be prepared for BKK management and implemented collaboratively between schools and DUDI.

Abstract

Using a pre-test and post-test design, this research is descriptive and qualitative. 50% of the students at SDN Bugangan 03 made up the study's population, while 14 students from class 5C served as a sample. Surveys, observations, and interviews were used to gather data. Results from the paired sample t-test showed that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, supporting the idea that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the students before and after the intervention, as indicated by a 2-tailed significance value of less than 0.05. Furthermore, with an average N-Gain score of 0.5303, the learning performance test findings from N-Gain categorized the improvement as medium. The study discovered that utilizing Canva as a learning tool improved primary school pupils' learning outcomes in the area of flat figures, with the outcomes also falling into the medium range.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The context of this study is the management of improving teacher professionalism at SDN Padasugih 01. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning, organizing, mobilizing, and monitoring and evaluation in improving teacher professionalism at SDN Padasugih 01. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the management of improving teacher professionalism carried out has a significant role in improving professionalism. The principal at SDN Padasugih 01 has implemented various strategies for improving professionalism which include activities 1) planning to improve teacher professionalism, the findings in the RKS did not find a plan to improve teacher professionalism because the principal compiled it separately from the RKS; 2) organizing teacher professionalism improvement, the findings were that teachers did not use assignment letters and SPPD from the school because training invitations came directly from the center so that they had to shift the budget to BOSP; 3) driving teacher professionalism improvement, the findings were that the principal had not given physical awards to teachers' efforts to improve their professionalism; and 4) supervision of teacher professionalism improvement, the findings are that the principal has not routinely held good practice activities as a result of teacher professionalism improvement activities. This study suggests that schools be more proactive in encouraging their teachers to improve their professionalism. Policy support from the government and local education offices is also considered essential to ensure that these programs can run optimally and sustainably. In conclusion, effective management in improving teacher professionalism will have a positive impact on the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in fostering effective communication through teacher learning communities at SMA Negeri 1 Moga and its impact on the quality of learning. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that effective communication within learning communities plays a crucial role in supporting instructional innovation, solving learning problems, and enhancing teachers' professional development. Teachers are able to implement more innovative teaching methods, such as project-based learning and the use of technology. Regular reflection and evaluation within the learning communities also assist teachers in improving teaching quality by identifying challenges and planning targeted follow-up actions. The conclusion of this study is that effective communication within learning communities not only enhances the quality of learning but also strengthens collaboration and teachers’ professional competencies. The implications of this study suggest the need for strengthening learning communities in schools to facilitate more effective communication among teachers, ultimately positively impacting students' learning processes.

Abstract

The research background at MI Negeri 2 Semarang as a place for research, because MI Negeri 2 Semarang has a clear mechanism in accordance with the SOP (Implementation Operational Standards) for financing management that is transparent and accountable to the public, both to the community and the authorities; in developing the academic quality of MI Negeri 2 Semarang guided by the National Education Standards (SNP) and madrasa quality assessment based on AKM scores in the field of literacy and numeracy; MI Negeri 2 Semarang has a madrasa development plan to realize the vision, mission and goals of the madrasa; and The accuracy of financing management in improving academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang can be seen from the various academic achievements achieved by teachers and students. The focus of the research is the process of implementing education financing management in an effort to improve academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang which meets the financing principles, namely 1) Transparency in implementing educational financing management at MI Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality, 2) Accountability for implementing MI education financing management Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality, 3) Effectiveness of implementation of educational financing management at MI Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality, 4) Efficiency of implementing educational financing management at MI Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and document search methods. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation in its implementation. The results of this research explain that the implementation of education financing management in an effort to improve academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang is by applying the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency which are realized in the form of easy access to information regarding the management of madrasah education financing both offline and online, involving stakeholders in decision making, open reporting on the use of education funds, and collaboration between related parties to improve the academic quality of madrasas. The implementation of education financing management is running well and in accordance with procedures. The results of the analysis of madrasa academic quality show that there is a correlation with financing management where financing management is able to answer programs and policies that support improving academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang. Abstract

The problems in this study are (1) is there an influence of principal supervision on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency?, (2) is there an influence of organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency?, (3) is there an influence of principal supervision and organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency?. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the influence of principal supervision on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency, (2) to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency, (3) to determine the influence of principal supervision and organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency. The population of this study was all elementary schools in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency, totaling 211 people, and with a sample of 138 people using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method used was the questionnaire method. The data analysis used was descriptive data analysis, prerequisite testing and hypothesis testing. Data analysis using SPSS for Window 26 program. The results of this study are as follows: (1) there is a significant influence of principal supervision on teacher performance stated in the equation Ŷ = 53.746 + 0.542X1 with a correlation strength of 0.500 with a contribution size of 0.250 = 25%, meaning that the magnitude of the influence of variable X1 on Y is 25% and the remaining 75% is influenced by other factors. The first hypothesis is proven, (2) there is a significant influence of organizational culture on performance stated in the equation Ŷ = 55.063 + 0.557X2 with a correlation strength of 0.599 with a contribution size of 0.359 = 35.9%, meaning that the influence of variable X2 on Y is 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The second hypothesis is proven, (3) there is a significant influence of principal supervision and organizational culture on teacher performance which is stated by the equation Ŷ=46.631+0.176X1+0.452X2 with a contribution of 0.373 or 37.3% this value shows that 37.7% of teacher performance is influenced by principal supervision and organizational culture. The remaining 62.7% is influenced by other variables. Hypothesis 3 is proven. The researcher's suggestion is for teachers to carry out learning planning professionally and systematically for the smoothness and effectiveness of the learning process, so that teacher performance will increase. For principals, they can plan, implement and evaluate supervision objectively and measurably so that teacher performance in learning planning can increase. For the education office, hold a learning innovation workshop to provide new knowledge and skills about more creative and effective teaching methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on the performance of primary school teachers in Tanggungharjo Sub-district. Job stress is one of the psychological factors that can affect the quality of performance, especially in the context of education. This study used the multiple correlation method involving 49 teachers as samples, which were selected using random sampling techniques with a margin of error of 5%. Data collection was conducted through a Likert scale-based questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there is a very strong relationship between job stress and teacher performance, with a correlation value (R) of 0.977 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 95.5%. The regression model used is significant, indicating that job stress has a significant negative effect on teacher performance. This finding suggests that any increase in job stress tends to decrease teacher performance. Therefore, it is important for schools and policy makers to design effective work stress management strategies, such as providing psychological support, creating a conducive work environment, and reducing excess workload, to improve teacher performance. This study makes an important contribution to efforts to improve the quality of basic education through managing teachers' work welfare.
