This study aimed to analyze the hotel management graduates' perception of work conditions and the moderating effect of salary on work motivation in the hotel industry during the COVID- 19 pandemic. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The total population was 670 hotel management graduates with the sample's determination based on the type of purposive sampling. The sample size of the study is 20% of the total population (134 graduates) who are estimated to work in the hotel industry. A total of 134 respondents were successfully collected. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that: There is a significant effect of work condition toward hotel management graduates’ work motivation in the hotel industry during the COVID- 19 pandemic and there is a significant moderating effect of salary toward the relationship between work condition and hotel management graduates’ work motivation in the hotel industry during the COVID- 19 pandemic. What could be said from the result of the study is that the impact of work conditions toward work motivation in the hotel industry during the COVID-19 pandemic would be increased with the presence of salary.

This research aims to determine the influence of customer experience on repurchase intention with variable moderation of variety seeking. The statistical analysis used is moderated analysis regression. The selection of 4-star hotels due to the standard of star hotels pays attention to the increasingly varied needs of consumers. The target population in this study was hotel guests who had stayed at a 4-star hotel in Padang. A simple random sampling technique is used with 286 samples, in obtaining the data a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From the results of the study obtained the influence of variable customer experience had a significant positive effect on the repurchase intention, with a significance value of 0,000<0.05 and had an influence contribution of 4.5%, with a regression coefficient of 0.125. While variety-seeking variables have a significant negative effect on repurchase intention with a significance value of 0<0.05, and have an influence contribution of 6%, with a regression coefficient of -0.197. From the results of moderation regression obtained variety seeks to moderate the influence of customer experience on repurchase intention negatively with the significance of 0,000<0.05, and has a regression coefficient of -0.537 with an influence contribution of 8.7%.

This research is based on changes in consumer behavior in deciding to purchase hotel room services in West Sumatra, post-covid-19 consumer behavior has an impact on hoteliers in determining marketing strategies, this study aims to see the relationship between variables, namely E-Service Quality on purchasing decisions and see the effect of the E-wom variable as a moderator on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted in West Sumatra with a sample of 120 hotel guests, using a purposive sampling technique, where the sample was determined by the criteria of having stayed at a hotel and making hotel room reservations online. This study uses the help of PLS techniques to determine the inner and outer variables, where the variables measured are E-Service quality, Purchase Decision, E-WOM as a moderating variable. The results show that E-Service Quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and E-WOM moderates E-Service quality significantly positive on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to investigate the impact of workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction within Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. The research employs a quantitative approach, specifically a causal associative design, utilizing survey methods. The study's focus group consists of the employees working at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. The primary data collection methods comprise literature reviews and the distribution of questionnaires among the selected research participants. The findings of this research indicate that, contrary to expectations, workload does not exert a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. However, it was found that compensation does have a positive and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction within the same hotel. Interestingly, the study also uncovers that both compensation and workload indirectly contribute to enhancing employee job satisfaction at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang.

This research was motivated by the intention phenomenon to revisit the Alahan Panjang destination. The length is influenced by the tourist destination image and the attributes of the tourist destination in Alahan Panjang. Several tourist reviews state that the tourist destination Alahan Panjang is not Recommended for those who re-visit and haven't experienced the attraction yet impressive for tourists. This research aims to analyze the tourist destination image and attributes of the Alahan Panjang tourist destination. In this research using quantitative methods, the research type used in this research is causal associative or cause-effect relationships. Data was obtained from survey results by distributing questionnaires to respondents which is the object of research. The average for the tourist destination image variable is 4.112 with criteria Good. The tourist destination attribute variable has an average of 3.996 with Good criteria. Then The tourist destination attribute variable has an average of 4.016 with Good criteria. So therefore There is a positive and significant influence between the image of a tourist destination and interest in visiting repeated the tourist. There is also an influence between tourist destination attributes and interest in visiting repeated the tourist. Destination image variables and tourist destination attributes have an impact on variable interest in revisiting, then H1, H2 and H3 are accepted.

This research was conducted because there is a phenomenon that causes employee performance to decline at the Truntum Padang Hotel. The aim of this research is to explain how job rotation and workload affect employee performance. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods with associative causal relationships. The research location is the Truntum Padang Hotel. The non-probability sampling type is used for purposive sampling. The data used in this research is primary data. The questionnaire created based on the Likert scale has been processed before passing the validity and reliability test process using SPSS 26.00. This research found that job rotation is an important factor in improving employee performance at the Truntum Padang Hotel. and workload have a significant influence on employee performance at the Truntum Padang Hotel. The research results show that the work rotation (X1) and workload (X2) variables are both rated very well based on statistical calculations, with average TCR values of 4.36% and 4.26% respectively. employee performance (Y) is also considered very good with an average TCR value of 4.34%.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on the brand trust of the Prince City Padang Hotel. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods by conducting an online survey of Instagram followers at the Prince City Padang Hotel, totaling 184 samples. The method used in sampling is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, quantitative descriptive analysis, assumption test (normality test, linearity test, and coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand trust. By looking at the beta value in the unstandardized coefficients column which is 0.874 and the t test it is known that the calculated t value is 6,282 which is greater than the t table with 1.658. The R square value is 0.615, meaning that 61.5% of brand trust that occurs can be explained by social media marketing variables.

The general objective of this research was to determine the level of importance and need for halal attributes in Kota Pariaman hotels. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. This research was conducted on halal attributes with the IPA method at the Shafira Syariah hotel and the Al-Madinah hotel, Pariaman City. The time of this research was March - April 2023. Based on the description and results of the level of importance and halal requirements for the attributes of the Shafira and Al-Madinah hotels, Pariaman City, using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method which has been stated above, it can be concluded in general, as many 52% of guests stated that the halal attribute was very important at the Shafrira Syariah and Al-Madinah Hotels, Pariaman City.

This research is based on the background based on the response of visitors to the Mersi Bukittinggi hotel which can be seen from the slow response to guests at check-in and chek out, getting complaints from guests because the room booked is not as desired, high room prices during high season. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on guest satisfaction with service quality as a mediating variable at Hotel Mersi Bukittinggi. The population in this study amounted to 698 people and the research sample amounted to 88 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique consists of descriptive data, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study describe that price has a direct effect on guest satisfaction, descriptively that the price is in the good category with an achievement rate of 45.4%. Price has a direct effect on service quality seen from the value of t count> t table (2.627> 1.67).

This research purposes is to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Marawa Beach Club, Padang, utilizing the SmartPLS method. The research employed a survey with an associative causal approach and quantitative data collection. Data were gathered through a questionnaire distributed to 278 respondents. The data analysis utilized SmartPLS 4, employing the technique of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicated that service quality has a positive but influence in not significant on satisfaction of customer. Conversely, price and quality of product significantly impact customer satisfaction positively. The implications of these findings suggest that Marawa Beach Club's management can enhance service quality, adjust pricing, and improve product quality to maximize customer satisfaction. This research contributes to understanding the factors affecting customer satisfaction in the tourism industry and serves as a guideline for future research in this field.
