This research is motivated by several problems found by the author. The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Motivation and Confidence on Employee Performance at Mercure Padang Hotel. This type of research is classified as quantitative descriptive research with causal associative methods. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results of this study showed that the motivation variable in mercure padang hotel was in the good category of 88.68%. As for the confidence variable lies in the unfavorable category of 49.05% and for the employee performance variable is in the good category which is 53.77%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, adjusted R Square value of 0.109, meaning the influence of motivation variables (X1) and confidence (X2) on employee performance variables (Y) by 10.9% while 89.1% is determined by other factors. Furthermore, the results of the double linear regression analysis obtained the value F calculated 7.422 with sig. 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that the motivation variable and confidence in employee performance variables significantly affect.

The purpose of this study was to see and measure how much influence the work environment (X1) and motivation (X2) had on the work discipline (Y) of employees at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The author uses a quantitative descriptive research method and the approach is causal associative. The technique for collecting data from the sample using a questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability, distributed to employees of Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. In this study, the determination of the sample used proportional random sampling technique with a total of 82 samples. The data collected was processed using the SPSS application on a computer. To determine the assessment of the data by conducting normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multicollinearity testing. To find out the relationship between variables by doing multiple linear regression testing. After processing the data, this study states that the work environment has no influence on employee work discipline with the acquisition of the number of sig. 0.176 > 0.05, while motivation has a significant effect on work discipline with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. But together the work environment and motivation affect work discipline with the acquisition of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Penelitian ini berawal dari pengamatan peneliti terhadap beberapa permasalahan yang ada di daya tarik wisata Delleng Sindeka Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat, seperti kebersihan disekitar area wisata dalam keadaan kotor karena banyak sampah yang berserakan, fasilitas toilet ditemukan dalam keadaan kotor dan tidak terawat, tidak tersedia angkutan umum menuju objek wisata dan tidak terseianya penjual aksesoris/cinderamata disekitar objek wisata. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan mendeskripsikan bagaiman persepsi pengunjung tentang daya tarik wisata Delleng Sindeka Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini memiliki empat indikator antara lain: Acctraction (Atraksi), Accessibilities (Aksesibilitas), Aminities (Amenitas atau fasilitas), dan Ancillary service (Jasa Pendukung pariwisata). Jenis penelitian ini deskriftif dengan data kuantitatif. Popuslasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung pernah berkunjung di objek wisata Delleng Sindeka Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 6.710 orang. setelah mendapatkan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini, selanjutnya peneliti mencari sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 98,53 dan dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang. teknik yang dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu mendestribusikan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert yang telah di uji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan secara keseluruhan Persepsi Pengunjung Tentang Daya Tarik Wisata Delleng Sindeka Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Sumatera Utara tergolong dalam kategori bagus dengan persentase 54%. Berdasarkan masing indikator yaitu: Atraksi 65% berada pada kategori sangat bagus, Aksesibilitas 41% berada pada kategori sangat bagus, Fasilitas 43% berada pada kategori cukup, dan Ancillary 60% berada pada kategori cukup.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai customer experience tamu menginap di Imelda Hotel Waterpark & Convention Padang yang ditinjau dari indikator sensory experience, emotional experience dan sosial experience. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah tamu yang sudah pernah menginap minimal satu kali di Imelda Hotel Waterpark & Convention Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Non probability sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling (92) tamu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan angket/ kuesioner yang disusun menurut skala likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis melalui analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengkategorian penilaian berdasarkan rata-rata skor dan presentase penilian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa customer experience tamu menginap di Imelda Hotel Waterpark & Convention Padang tergolong pada kategori cukup. Sedangkan berdasarkan pada masing-masing indikator yaitu: (1) Sensory experience tergolong pada kategori cukup, (2) Emotional experience tergolong pada kategori baik, (3) Sosial experience tergolong pada kategori baik.

This research is motivated by the fact that the turnover rate is relatively high. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of Work engagement on Turnover Intention mediated by Job satisfaction at Whiz Prime Hotel at Padang. This research is causal associative research with a quantitative data approach, using a survey method. Employees at the Whiz Prime Hotel Padang who stayed there for more than a year make up the study's demographic. 41 participants made up the study's sample. The method of sampling is targeted sampling. Employees were given questionnaires including 41 statements, each of which had its validity and reliability examined. The method of data analysis employed in this investigation uses the Smart PLS 3.0 program. (1) There is a strong and favorable correlation between the job engagement and job satisfaction variables, according to the findings of data processing research using 41 samples that were tested for validity and reliability. (2) The impact of labor input on sales intent is negative and considerable at Whiz Prime Padang. (3) There is a negative and substantial relationship between factors measuring work satisfaction and quitting intention. (4) At Whiz Prime Hotel Padang, job satisfaction serves as a mediator between work input and sales intent, and this effect is negative and significant. According to the research, the hotel can improve employee job satisfaction and engagement in order to lower the likelihood of employee turnover in an organization. (5) It is suggested that the hotel encourage work engagement and job happiness to lessen occurrence of turnover intention in a firm because job satisfaction has the capacity to mediate elements affecting work engagement and turnover intention

This research was conducted of this research is the work loyalty of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees which is influenced by the work environment and organizational culture. The aims of this study: 1) To know the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty, 2) to describe work environment, 3) to describe organizational culture, 4) to describe employee loyalty. And the type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The research was conducted at Whiz Prime Hotel Padang. For the population of this study as many as 62 people. And for the selection of this research sample, namely a saturated sample with a total of 62 people. And the data collection technique used is the Likert Scale which has been tested for its validity and reliability. The analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with the help of the SPSS version 26.00 program. So the results of the study show that 1) There is a significant influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty by 55.7%, 2) the work environment is in the fairly good category with an achievement score of 45%, 3) Organizational culture is in the category quite good with an achievement score of 42%, 4) Employee Loyalty is also in the fairly good category with an achievement score of 36%.

Based on data from Traveloka in booking rooms at 3 Star Hotels in Padang City, there was instability reservation from December 2022 to June 2023 and there was also customer dissatisfaction with customers who made online room reservations which caused a lack of customer trust in Traveloka. This research aims to analyze the influence of e-service quality and trust on the decision to purchase a room at Traveloka (study of a 3-star hotel in Padang City). The type of research that the author conducted was quantitative using an associative approach, this was used to determine the influence of E-Service Quality (X1), Trust (X2), on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The population of this research is Traveloka customers who make room reservations via the Traveloka Site at 3 Star Hotels in Padang City. The sample for this research consisted of 350 respondents and used a sampling technique, namely a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. The independent variables examined in this research are E-Quality Service and Trust for the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decisions using PLS-SEM analysis techniques and data descriptions. The results of this research show that the E-Quality Service and Trust variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

This research is motivated by the development of the Hospitality business in Indonesia which continues to experience visible growth in recent years, with more and more accommodation service providers emerging, ranging from offers at affordable prices to expensive ones. One of the lodging service providers known to the public as pocket-friendly lodging is OYO Rooms. Some guest reviews via Google reviews contain many problems with price, cleanliness, problems with complete facilities, service and so on. This research aims to conduct an analysis of Brand Awareness and prices at OYO Padang city. In this research, the use of quantitative methods is used. The type of research utilized in research is causal associative or relationships of cause-effect. The data was got through results from survey which were divided into respondents who were the research objects. 58. The Brand Awareness variable average is 3.791 with criteria in Good. The Price variable was gotaverage 3.712 with good criteria in Good. Then the purchasing decision variable was got average is 3.792 with criteria in Good. So, there is an influence in positive and significant of Brand Awareness on the decision to purchase a room at OYO Padang city. There is also an influence between price and the decision to purchase a room at OYO Padang city. The Brand Awareness and Price variables have an influence on the purchasing decision variable, so H1, H2 and H3 are accepted.

Employee job satisfaction is a positive emotion that employees do to do work according to company rules, and how happy they are to receive what is given by the company based on the value they get for work experience. This study identified prior job satisfaction work facilities and compensation and then moderated by leadership style. Work facilities are facilities and infrastructure provided by the company for use by employees to support employee productivity. Compensation is something that is both financial and non-financial that employees receive as remuneration for their work. Leadership style is a way or behavior of superiors to influence subordinates. The purpose of this study was to examine the extent to which the influence of work facilities and sensitivity to job satisfaction is moderated by leadership style at Yuan Garden Hotel Pasar Baru. This research is included in the quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The sampling method is a saturated sample technique of 77 employees. Smart PLS analysis was used to evaluate the hypothesized models statistically using Smart PLS 3 software. This research shows that work facilities and recovery each positively affect job satisfaction significantly. Then leadership style as a moderating variable shows positive and significant moderating results.

Penelitian ini bermula dari adanya indikasi ketidakpuasan yang dirasakan oleh para wisatawan di destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Oleh karena itu fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisi pengaruh halal destination attributes dan perceived value terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan fokus pada hubungan sebab-akibat. Penelitian ini menekankan pada wisatawan muslim yang telah atau sedang mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari 271 responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji untuk validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan jika variabel halal destination attributes memiliki tingkat yang cukup baik dengan persentase sebesar 43,17%, perceived value menunjukkan tingkat yang cukup baik dengan persentase sebesar 36,16% dan kepuasan wisatawan juga berada pada tingkat yang cukup baik dengan persentase 39,11%. Selanjutnya, temuan penelitian ini juga mengindikasi bahwa halal destination attributes dan perceived value memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan sebesar 0,294.
