Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on firm value and financial performance as an intervening variable. In addition, this study also aims to determine whether financial performance can be used as an intervening variable in this research model.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, so that 13 companies were selected with 117 total observations. The data analysis technique used path analysis technique.The results of the analysis show that VACA and VAHU have no significant effect on financial performance while STVA has a significant effect on financial performance. VACA and VAHU have a significant effect on firm value while STVA has no significant effect. The financial performance variable cannot mediate the effect of VACA and VAHU on firm value while it can mediate the effect of STVA on firm value.

Abstract

Rumah sakit umum daerah adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berperan cukup penting untuk pembangunan kesehatan. Ini dikarenakan fungsi utama dari rumah sakit yaitu melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan, maka dari itu pengelolaan keperawatan merupakan bagian yang terpenting dalam manajemen rumah sakit. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat adalah kompetensi dan beban kerja. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja juga merupakan aspek penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada RS XYZ dengan sampel sebanyak 74 responden yang merupakan perawat rawat inap dengan status PNS. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur dengan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Secara tidak langsung kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat melalui kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor Quality of Work Life (QWL) yang diharapkan oleh para pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kabupaten Karo agar mereka bersedia dan bertahan menjadi pegawai pemerintah daerah, serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mix methods) dengan desain deskriptif dan teknik analisis faktor. Sampel diambil secara jenuh dari 38 pegawai di enam bidang kerja. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, serta dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh faktor QWL yang diharapkan para pegawai, yaitu: (1) penilaian, pengakuan, dan penghargaan; (2) pengembangan dan pertumbuhan diri serta relevansi sosial; (3) relasi sosial dan otonomi kerja; (4) keseimbangan hidup; (5) rasa aman secara psikologis; (6) perhatian terhadap hak-hak pekerja dan fasilitas; serta (7) lokasi tempat bekerja. Di antara ketujuh faktor tersebut, faktor yang paling dominan dan berpengaruh adalah rasa aman secara psikologis, yang mencakup kestabilan penghasilan, status kepegawaian, dan jaminan hari tua. Temuan ini mencerminkan bahwa pegawai masih bertahan meski terdapat berbagai keterbatasan, karena adanya kebutuhan dasar dan rasa aman yang terpenuhi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam perumusan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif dan manusiawi, khususnya dalam konteks organisasi pemerintah daerah yang sedang mengalami proses transformasi.

Abstract

The movement of the community's economic structure experienced a very drastic decline in line with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a driving force for digitalization in almost all sectors, including payment systems. Digitalization of the payment system is considered to be the key to accelerating national economic recovery in addition to the COVID-19 vaccination program. This research aims to find out how the Digitalization of Sharia Banks Promotes National Economic Recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used by the author in preparing this article is a literature review or literature study that contains theories that are relevant to the research problems. Several digital services can be put forward to encourage the acceleration of increasing sharia financial inclusion in Indonesia such as digital payment systems, peer-to-peer lending, and branchless banking. Increasing Sharia financial inclusion itself is carried out because it has a direct impact on improving the welfare of people who use digital-based Sharia financial services and products. Digitalization of Sharia banking can be the key to encouraging national economic recovery. The convenience of digital transaction services facilitates bank transaction activities amidst the limited mobility of community activities. So it cannot be denied that the Sharia banking industry has experienced an increase through digital banking services even though it has been hit by a crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Incentives on Performance through the Emotional Distress of Teachers of SMAN 1 Matauli.  This associative research with a quantitative analysis approach using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and path diagrams. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Matauli, totaling 69 teachers. The sample in this research totaled 69 respondents. The research show that Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Performance, Incentives have a negative and insignificant effect on Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on Performance, Emotional Intelligence is unable to mediate the relationship between Incentives and Teacher Performance at SMAN 1 Matauli.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan aplikasi digital shop/Tokopedia bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan penjualan UMKM Gang Perwira Medan. Pesatnya kemajuan e-commerce juga telah membawa transformasi signifikan. Kemajuan e-commerce seperti Tokopedia di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan pesat dan menjadi trend belanja online masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk itu pemberdayaan Tokopedia menjadi salah satu upaya positif, sehingga pelaku usaha khususnya Gang Perwira Medan dapat memaksimalkan penjualan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasilnya pemberdayaan aplikasi digital shop/Tokopedia untuk memaksimalkan penjualan UMKM Gang Perwira Medan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam keberlangsungan UMKM dan peningkatan penjualan. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan juga keterampilan kepada 20 UMKM Gang Perwira dalam berjualan online di Tokopedia dan kedepannya meningkatkan penjualan pula

Abstract

This study analyzes how transformational leadership and self-efficacy influence employee performance at Perumda Tirtanadi KC Sunggal Medan, with employee innovativeness as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM on census data from 50 employees, the research evaluates both direct and indirect relationships. The results show that transformational leadership does not significantly affect employee innovativeness or performance, likely due to a highly structured, SOP-driven public sector environment. In contrast, self-efficacy has a positive and significant impact on both innovativeness and performance. Employee innovativeness also significantly improves performance and mediates the effect of self-efficacy on performance, but not the effect of transformational leadership. The study concludes that psychological factors—especially self-efficacy and innovative behavior—are more influential than leadership style in enhancing performance within regulated public utility organizations.
