The program to improve the quality of life and protection of women in Riau Province is a program that functions to empower women victims of domestic violence. This study aims to determine the strategy implementation of life quality improvement and protection of women program in Riau Province, as well as determining the inhibiting factors of the program. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. The research results found that the implementation of the strategy program improved quality of life and protection of women in Riau Province is good. Because of all the assessments done on the program, budgets and procedures, all of them show the results that are already good. Implementation of the strategy of the program conducted by the Women Empowerment Office and Child protection of Riau Province through UPT P2TP2A which is reviewed from the program has been running for more than a year and the benefits of this program has been perceived by victims of domestic violence that received treatment. A review from the budget indicates that the budget used has been audited and recorded in the document of the budget work plan so that it can be accounted for. Then reviewed from the procedure shows that in the implementation of quality of life improvement program and women protection is executed according to the operational standards of the existing procedures.

Covid-19 Pandemic does not mean the obligation to remain productive. Performance assessments continue to run and job demands are also not diminished.Everyone should utilize the best possible time including the free time they have to follow a wide range of activities organized online.Research respondents spread across 24 provinces in Indonesia. Data is obtained by a descriptive quantitiative approach using data collection methods via closed poll and distributed through Google online form on June 19 to June 30, 2020.From the process of spreading Google form links on various social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Facebook, the authors get respondents as many as 218 people.The results showed that 63.3 percent of male sex respondents. The level of education of respondents was at the undergraduate and master's degree with the same percentage of 43.6 percent.The respondent's educational background is an educator of both teachers and lecturers with a percentage of 77.1percent.The reason for following the webinar was to fit the job with a 61.5percent response percentage.While the average respondent is willing to contribute or give a fee as long as it gets a certificate with a percentage of 52.3percent.Media access is the most dominant iformation is WhatsApp with a percentage of 74.3percent.

This research examines the adoption of technological innovations in the field of fisheries that have successfully contributed to the improvement and change of livelihoods for the community. This study aims to analyze in-depth and comprehensively to construct a model for the adoption of technological innovations that takes place and can contribute to the welfare of society. The method used in this study is a qualitative research paradigm with a case study approach being the choice of researchers in conducting research with the theme of innovation adoption. The results of this study found that the adoption model of technological innovation in the field of fisheries in the Minapolitan area of Koto Mesjid Village, Riau Province, Indonesia turned out to have contributed to the improvement and change of livelihoods for the community. The success of the community in adopting technological innovations in the field of fisheries has gradually improved the economic conditions of the community. The construction of the technological innovation adoption model is arranged to start from the existence of local values as a link in the adoption process, the existence of proof and promises of benefits (rewards) in the process, the existence of regional characteristics, community, and supporting personal variables, the existence of factors that can be a stimulus for the community to be able to accept technological innovations in the field of fisheries and have a clear decision-making flow.

This study aims to determine the impact of household waste management policies at the Panipahan Rokan Hilir port and the role of the Environmental Service in handling household waste in Rokan Hilir. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis recommended by Miles and Huberman: Data Reduction, Presentation of Data, and Summarizing and Verification of Results. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews (structured and in-depth with informants), and documentation. The results of the research show that the Evaluation of Policy Impacts in Household Waste Management in a Case Study of Marine Pollution at Panipahan Rokan Hilir Port With the Theory of Policy Impacts, that are: Household Waste Management Policy (Case Study of Pollution at the Panipahan Rokan Hilir Port, it does not have an individual impact on the Panipahan community, both psychological impacts, environmental impacts, economic impacts, and social and personal impacts. No effect on the community in Panipahan, Rokan Hilir Regency, and has not had an impact on social institutions and systems in Panipahan, Rokan Hilir Regency. have done the Task. Its function is from Environmental Pollution Prevention Services and Management of Household Waste and similar Household Wastes quite well. However, it is still not optimal, and this can be seen from the existence of Pollution in the Panipahan Sea due to household waste and similar types of household waste.

This research mean to know: (1) the strategy for developing the Patin Village Tourism Village (2) the driving and inhibiting factors in the development of the Patin Village Tourism Village. This study uses the theory of Tourism Village Development Strategy by Arief Yahya (2019), this theory describes a tourism village development strategy through 3 things, namely 3A (Attractions, Accessibility and Amenities), SMI (HR, Community and Industry), BAS (Branding, Advertising and Selling) which is applied in the strategy of developing the village tourism village of Patin in Koto Mesjid, Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach.. Informants were taken using purposive sampling. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the village of Koto Mesjid held several programs with the formation of Pokdarwis for creative economy training and culinary presentation. The management program in facilitating tourists also synergizes by providing good facilities and accommodation such as transportation, homestay, souvenirs and processed food from catfish. In addition, in providing attractiveness, holding advertisements in the form of banners, banners and social media. The driving factors are the presence of adequate natural resources, good relations are established between the government and the local community as well as the establishment of significant cooperation between the village government and the tourism office, then the inhibiting factor in the successful development of the Kampung Patin Tourism Village strategy is the emergence of community elements who destroying tourist facilities, tourists who are not friendly to the environment and the emergence of several illegal levies in the use of tourist objects in the Koto Mesjid Village.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Srategi pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Patin (2) Faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Patin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Strategi Pengembangan Desa Wisata oleh Arief Yahya (2019), teori ini menjabarkan strategi pengembangan desa wisata melalui 3 hal yaitu 3A (Atraksi, Aksesibilitas dan Amensitas), SMI (SDM, Masyarakat dan Industri), BAS (Branding, Advertising and Selling) yang diterapkan dalam strategi pengembangan desa wisata kampung patin di Koto Mesjid Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Pariwisata Kasih Hubungan Kelembagaan dan Pengembangan, Kepala Desa Koto Mesjid, Direktur Bumdes, Pokdarwis, masyarakat desa Koto Mesjid, dan Pengunjung desa wisata kampung patin. Informan diambil mengunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desa Koto Mesjid mengadakan beberapa program dengan pembentukan Pokdarwis pelatihan ekonomi kreatif dan penyajian kuliner. Program pengelolaan dalam memfasilitasi wisatawan juga bersinergi dengan menyediakan fasilitas dan akomodasi yang baik seperti, tranportasi, homestay, souvenir dan olahan makanan dari ikan patin. Selain itu dalam memberikan daya tarik mengadakan pengiklanan berupa spanduk, banner dan sosial media. Adapun faktor pendorongnya berupa terdapatnya sumber daya alam yang memadai, terjalin hubungan baik antara pemerintah dan masyarakat setempat serta terjalinnya kerjasama yang signifikan antara pemerintahan desa dengan dinas pariwisata, kemudian adapun faktor penghambat dalam sukses strategi pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Patin adalah berupa munculnya para oknum masyarakat yang merusak fasilitas wisata, wisatawan yang tidak ramah dengan lingkungan dan munculnya beberapa pungutan liar dalam pemanfaatan objek wisata di Desa Koto Mesjid.

Utilization of regional potential is currently not running optimally, the pattern of development and utilization of regional potential is still focused on fulfilling raw materials that have low selling value, for this reason the role of all parties, local government, community members is needed to be able to participate actively with the academic community to make changes local potential development system. The purpose of this service is to find out the Development of Downstream Potential Utilization of Sago in Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Sungai Tohor Village, Kab. Meranti Islands. As well as identifying and developing innovations in utilizing existing potential, and knowing how the development is carried out. This service method uses a qualitative approach, with qualitative data collection techniques through interviews, observation, literature studies and focus group discussions (FGD). The result of this community service activity is the drafting of a community empowerment and development plan concept in exploiting potential opportunities and challenges both arising from within and from outside their environment.

Pajak Bumi Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) merupakanbentuk kontribusi wajib yang harus dibayarkan kepada pemerintahKabupaten/Kota dan bersifat memaksa serta tidak mendapatkan imbalan secaralangsung. Dasar pengenaan PBB P2 adalah Nilai Jual Objek Pajak (NJOP).Dengan adanya peralihan ini diharapkan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bengkalisdapat meningkatkan PAD dari sektor pungutan PBB-P2. Karena jika pungutanPBB P2 lebih dioptimalkan, hasilnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembangunandaerah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana ImplementasiPeraturan Bupati Nomor 43 Tahun 2014 tentang SOP Pelayanan PBB-P2 diBadan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Bengkalis, apa saja faktor yang menjadipenghambat mempengaruhi Implementasi SOP Pelayanan PBB-P2 di BadanPendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Bengkalis dan bagaimana Upaya BadanPendapatan Daerah Bengkalis dalam Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 43Tahun 2014 Tentang Sop Pelayanan PBB-P2, Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperolehlangsung melalui wawancara dari informan, yaitu Kepala Badan PendapatanDaerah Kabupaten Bengkalis. Data Sekunder diperoleh melalui media online,jurnal dan tesis yang berkaitan dengan SOP Pelayanan PBB-P2.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terealisasinya targetpenerimaan PBB P2 yaitu karena kurangnya kesadaran yang dimiliki oleh wajibpajak (WP) dalam melunasi kewajibannya membayar pajak berdasarkan ketetapanpokok Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terutang (SPPT) dan seolah didukung dengantidak adanya penegakan hukum berupa sanksi yang tegas kepada wajib pajak yangmenunggak pembayaran PBB P2 baik berupa surat paksa maupun penyitaan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan efektivitas pelaksanaan e-Office serta menganalisis faktor penghambat pelaksanaan e-Office pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Penelitian Pengembangan Provinsi Riau. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan e-Office pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Penelitian Pengembangan Provinsi Riau ditinjau dari kriteria ketepatan kebijakan, ketepatan pelaksanaan, ketepatan target, ketepatan lingkungan,, dan ketepatan proses adalah tidak efektif. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi Dana kapitasi merupakan dana yang diberikan pemerintah daerah melalui puskesmas untuk pelayanan kesehatan kepada peserta program JKN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Dana Kapitasi JKN di FKTP Puskesmas Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2018 dan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang menghambat Pengelolaan Dana Kapitasi JKN di FKTP Puskesmas Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara dari informan, yaitu kepala seksi jaminan kesehatan masyarakat, pemegang program jaminan kesehatan masyarakat dan bendahara jaminan kesehatan puskesmas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme keuangan daerah menghambat Pengelolaan Dana Kapitasi FKTP di Puskesmas khususnya puskesmas yang belum BLUD, kurangnya kemampuan tenaga kesehatan untuk menyusun Perencanaan, penganggaran dan pengelolaan dana kapitasi

Kuantan Singingi Regency has a tourist village located in Kuantan Mudik District, precisely in the village of Pebaun Hilir, namely the Tobek Pebaun Tourism Object. Tobek Pebaun itself is a tourist attraction consisting of 2 seasons, namely the Lake Season and the Rice Planting Season. This study aims to analyze the capacity of Bumdes managers to advance together in the tourism sector of Pebaun Hilir Village and the factors that hinder the capacity of Bumdes managers to advance together in the tourism sector of downstream Pebaun villages. This study uses the theory of Alimbudiono & Fidelis (2004) which uses indicators, namely: good experience, education according to work, skills according to task. This research uses qualitative research. The results show that the management capacity is not good and inefficient because the employees who manage the Tobek Pebaun tourism object do not have special expertise in the field of developing tourism objects, due to their educational background coming from different fields. and special guidance as a guidance and counseling service provided by experts or professionals in their field on how to develop tourism from local governments.
