Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan ini mengkaji tentang pentingnya pengujian normalitas dan homogenitas pada model regresi linear. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan prinsip yang dapat diberlakukan secara umum atau bersifat universal tentang seberapa penting uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas serta kekekaran uji t dan uji f terhadap pelanggaran normalitas dan homogenitas data. Asumsi awal suatu persamaan regresi linear dikatakan baik jika error / galat regresi berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Setiap suku galat diasumsikan mempunyai ragam yang sama , oleh karenanya respons mempunyai ragam yang sama pula. Model regresi mengasumsikan bahwa sebaran peluang bagi Y mempunyai ragam yang sama s2, tidak tergantung pada nilai peubah bebas X. Karena error mempunyai distribusi, sedangkan tidak, maka juga mempunyai distribusi yang sesuai dengan yaitu . Karena asumsi galat berdistribusi normal dan homogen berdampak pada variabel dependen (Y) maka yang diuji normalitas dan homogenitas adalah variabel Y dan variabel independen (X) diasumsikan bukan variabel acak. Untuk menunjukkan kekekaran uji t dan uji f terhadap pelanggaran normalitas dan homogenitas data dengan menggunakan simulasi data. Data yang digunakan adalah bangkitan dengan bantuan program R. Data yang dibangkitkan adalah dua kelompok data tidak normal dan heterogen varian. Tahap simulasinya yaitu data bangkitan dilakukan uji t dan uji F serta diperoleh nilai p, hasil yang di dapat adalah nilai p dari semua data simulasi tersebut memperoleh nilai p > 0,05. Nilai p > 0,05 menunjukkan data yang diperoleh konsisten dengan hipotesis nol, sehingga data yang tidak normal dan tidak homogen tersebut terbukti normal. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa uji t dan uji F terbukti kekar terhadap ketidaknormalan dan homogenitas data.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) find out students critical ability in learning problem based learning achieves the minimal mastery criteria; (2) find out students algebraic ability in learning problem based learning achieves the minimal mastery criteria; (3) to describe the algebraic ability of 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 6 semarang viewed by students critical ability (high, middle, and low). The method of this research is mix method with concurrent embedded design. The population in this researchwere class 8thSMP Negeri 6 Semarang The research sample was class VIII G and the subjects were taken 9 out of 34 students of class VIII G. The results of the research showed that: (1) students critical thinking ability in problem based learning achieved the minimal mastery criteria; (2) students algebraic thinking ability in problem based learning achieved the minimal mastery criteria; (3) students who belonging to the high-critical thinking ability group, have high generationaland global meta-level capabilities, while transformational capabilities that moderate to high.Studentswho belonging to the middle-critical thinking ability group, have generational, transformational, and global meta-level capabilities that tend to be moderate. Studentswho belonging to the low-critical thinking ability group, have generational and transformational capabilities that tend to be low, while global meta-level capabilities that low to moderate.

Abstract

The measles the Semarang experience fluctuates every year, so that the City Health Agency (DKK) Semarang put special attention to reducing many cases measles.In the case of smallpox semarang 2013 was data discrete Poisson. Regression Poisson is nonlinear regression used to analyze data count variable response Poisson and meet the equidispersi. In practice often occurs in violation of discrete overdispersi analysis of data in regression poisson underdispersi and models or improper use.To anticipate such violation used Generalized Poisson Regression in modeling (GPR) data. In this research are variable response used in the case of smallpox Semarang 2013 and variable prediktor used is many medicines measles, community health centers, the poverty and overcrowding every subdistrict across Semarang town. The best model Generalized Poisson Regression (GPR) was gotten.

Abstract

This article discusses the theoretical study and use excel and SPSS 19 application of Least Trimmed Square (LTS) methods and MM-estimation methods. Theoretical study focused on the elaboration of the concept of outlier, least trimmed square methods and MM-estimation methods and selection best model use the criteria R2 and resid value. Outlier is data on who did not attend a pattern common regression on the model produced, or not follow as a pattern data as a whole. The existence of outlier in the data can be disrupt the process of data analysis, that led to the data on residual and variance become larger. This research aims to know the effectiveness of robust regression method with Least Trimmed Square (LTS) and MM-estimation in multiple linear regression. This data consisting of age (X1) and body mass index (X2) as variable independent while systolik blood pressure (Y) as dependent variables. The model produced using Least Trimmed Square methods that is Y^=67.141+0.649X1+0.587X2. Regarding the resulting uses the method MM-estimation that is Y^=65.308+0.666X1+0.618X2. Because at Least Trimmed Square method (LTS) obtained the R2 value of is bigger and smaller than the residual method of MM-estimation then it can be concluded that the method of Least Square Trimmed (LTS) is more efficient in the estimate parameter of the regression compared the methods of MMestimation

Abstract

The aims of this study are to identifies the quality of mathematics learning used CORE model assisted by scaffolding, examine whether students' ability in global meta-level algebraic thingking pass the minimun completeness criteria, describes the type and the causes of students error in global meta-level algebraic thingking, and type of scaffolding for lower group students. This is a mixed-method research. The population of this research are students of class XI-IPA at SMAN 1 Bojong. The sample of this research are students of class XI-IPA 3 as many as 32 students. The research subjects were taken 9 students, each of 3 students from the uuper, middle, and lower groups. Data collection methods used documentation, interviewies, and test. Teh validity of the data is done by triangulating the result of test and interviews. Data is analyzed by doing data reduction, data presentation, and verificatiton. The results of this research showed that (1) the quality of mathematics learning used CORE model assisted by scaffolding in very good criteria; (2 students' ability in global meta-level algebraic thingking on CORE learning assisted by scaffolding pass the minimun completeness criteria; (3) upper group students tend to make some error in the process skill and encoding steps, middle group students tend to make some error in the process skill steps, while lower group students tend to make some error in the transformation and process skill steps; (4) the cause of the error are lack of students’ accuracy in writing problem information modeling, inaccurate in calculation process, not able to complete the proving process, and inaccurate in writing down the variables in conclusion sentences; (5) scaffolding reviewing is given for transformation and encoding errors, scaffolding explaining, reviewing, and restructuring are given for process skill errors.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the ability to interpret the information in the student's algebraic critical thinking. The type of research is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative. Methods of data collection are tests and interviews. The results of the algebraic critical thinking test referring to Watson-Glaser were analyzed descriptively quantitatively, then 6 subjects were selected each of 2 subjects including the upper, middle, and lower groups for interviews. Triangulation was carried out using 2 different subjects for each level and comparison of test results and interview results. The results of this research indicate the average Algebraic Critical Thinking ability of 31 students was 50.14 and the standard deviation was 9.09, with the lowest average inference ability was 32.64, and the highest average argument was 62.63; the correlation coefficient of algebraic critical thinking skills with indicators of inference, recognition assumptions, deductions, interpretations, evaluations of arguments, each of which amounted to 0.3264, 0.5126, 0.5417, 0.4602, 0.6263; and that the upper group subjects were able to interpret information in the medium category, the middle group subjects were able to interpret information in the medium category, and the lower group subjects were able to interpret the information in the low category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hasil ramalan inflasi enam bulan berikutnya yaitu bulan Oktober 2016, November 2016, Desember 2016, Januari 2017, Februari 2017 dan Maret 2017 menggunakan metode Autoregressive (AR), Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) Radial Basis Function (RBF) dan hibrid AR-RBF. Selain itu untuk mengetahui metode mana yang lebih akurat untuk peramalan. Metode AR dapat menganalisis masalah bagian linier data. Sedangkan, metode JST RBF dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi data nonlinier. Metode hibrid AR-RBF merupakan penggabungan dua buah metode yaitu AR dan JST RBF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kajian pustaka. Data yang digunakan yaitu tingkat inflasi Indonesia berdasarkan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) pada bulan Januari 2003 sampai dengan September 2016. Hasil analisia menunjukkan bahwa hasil JST RBF memiliki hasil yang lebih akurat dari pada AR dan hibrid AR-RBF. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai MAPE JST RBF paling kecil yaitu 7,12199%. Hasil peramalan dengan metode JST RBF secara berturut-turut sebesar 3,0960%; 3,3567%; 3,4304%; 3,5468%; 3,6701% dan 3,8570%. The purpose of this research is to forecast the inflation on October 2016, November 2016, December 2016, January 2017, February 2017 and March 2017 using Autoregressive (AR), Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) and hybrid AR-RBF. Except that the purpose of this reserach to get accurate method. AR methode can be use to analys problem of linear time series data. On contrasting with AR, RBF-NN method can to predict nonlinear data. While hybrid AR-RBF method is the combination of two method, AR and RBFNN. The research method will be use is examine of books. This method is examined by using the data Inflation of Indonesian according to Consumer Price Index (CPI) on January 2003 until September 2016. The result of analysis indicate that RBF NN model get more accurate result than AR model and hybrid AR-RBF. It is shown that value MAPE of RBF NN method is the smallest percentage with 7,12199%. The result of forecasting with RBFNN method on consistenly 3,0960%; 3,3567%; 3,4304%; 3,5468%; 3,6701% and 3,8570%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of curiosity on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities in solving open-ended problems and describe the students' mathematical critical thinking skills in solving open-ended problems in terms of students' level of curiosity. This study was a mixed-methods study with sequential explanatory design. The results showed that (1) there was a significant influence between students 'curiosity on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities in solving open-ended problems, and (2) subjects at high levels of curiosity tended to be able to all the sub-indicators of critical thinking skills. Subjects at a moderate level of curiosity tend to be less able to sub-indicators to use facts to be applied in concepts/formulas appropriately, draw initial conclusions in each step of completion, and work on problems with coherent steps. Subjects at a low level of curiosity tend to be unable to sub-indicators to use facts to be applied in concepts or formulas appropriately and tend to be less able to sub-indicators formulate problem questions, draw initial conclusions in each step of the solution, work on problems with coherent steps, and write down the steps to solve the problems that have been found.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal number of server by using queuing system based on aspiration level model at Ahass Handayani Motor (1706) Semarang workshop. In general, queues arise due to service needs that exceed the capacity and service facilities available. Therefore, to provide excellent service for customers, required an optimal service system. The study was conducted by taking primary data for two days in rush hour. The results obtained, the queue system at the workshop Ahass Handayani Motor (1706) Semarang using FIFO queue discipline with 6 servers. The arrival time distribution is the poisson distribution and the service time distribution is the exponential distribution. So we get the queue model (M / M / 6) :( GD / ∞ / ∞). Based on the aspiration level model, the queuing model in the workshop of Ahass Handayani Motor (1706) Semarang is optimal with 6 servers. With condition: 1) customer does not wait more than 2 hours to be served, 2) server idle time not more than 10 minutes. Size of server effectiveness is said to be optimal because it has an average waiting time in the system for 1.6361 hours on May 22, 2017 with a percentage of idle time of the waiters 7,5947% and the average waiting time in the system for 2.01 hours on the 23rd May 2017 with the percentage of unemployed servants 7,2188%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) memperoleh hasil estimasi parameter pada data yang mengandung pencilan dengan menggunakan estimasi parameter regresi robust metode Least Trimmed Square (LTS); (2) memperoleh sistem persamaan regresi robust pada model Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) dengan metode Generalized Least Square (GLS). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data nilai inflasi umum di Kota Salatiga, Kota Pekalongan, Kabupaten Rembang, dan Kabupaten Demak. Estimasi parameter regresi pada data yang menggandung pencilan lebih baik menggunakan metode regresi robust daripada menggunakan metode OLS karena menghasilkan nilai R-Square yang lebih besar. Estimasi regresi robust padamodel Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) metode Generlaized Least Square (GLS) lebih baik digunakan untuk mengestimasi pada data panel yang semua datanya mengandung pencilan karena menghasilkan nilai residual yang kecil.
