Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh content marketing terhadap minat beli; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh affiliate marketing terhadap minat beli; serta (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh content marketing dan affiliate marketing secara simultan terhadap minat beli. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis angkatan 2021 Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 83 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli; (2) affiliate marketing berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli; dan (3) content marketing dan affiliate marketing secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Additional Workers (TKT) at Teluk Nibung Port in Tanjung Balai City are vulnerable subjects in industrial relations in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal protection for TKT who experienced unilateral termination of employment (PHK) by the port in 2023, after working since 1996, without compensation. Legally, the status of workers who worked for years with verbal agreements and the continuous nature of the work indicates an indefinite-term employment relationship (PKWTT), regardless of the formal designation "Additional." Although the Government has issued Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 as a derivative of the Omnibus Law of the Job Creation Law, the regulation still causes ambiguity, especially regarding the status of workers who are not formally registered and the mechanism for unilateral layoffs that violate procedures. From the perspective of Maqashid sharia, protection for TKT is crucial in order to achieve the benefit (welfare) which is the main objective of sharia, especially in maintaining the soul (hifzh an-nafs) through fulfilling the right to livelihood (hifzh al-mal). Layoffs without proper compensation have the potential to threaten the maqashid and are a form of injustice that must be resolved through industrial relations legal channels.

Abstract

This research examines the meaning of the word "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" in the Qur'an by placing it within the entire context of its usage, namely in the covenant of Allah with the prophets, the covenant of Allah with the Children of Israel, and the marriage contract. This emphasis on the scope is intended to demonstrate that the meaning of "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" represents a universal covenant in the Qur'an that reflects the highest divine commitment, rather than being limited solely to the institution of marriage. This study is a library research utilizing a thematic interpretation approach (maudhu‘ī). Data is obtained through the exploration of Qur'anic verses that contain the meaning of "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" and is analyzed based on classical and contemporary interpretations, including Tafsir al-Qur’an al-‘Aẓīm by Ibn Kathir, Tafsir an-Nūr by Tengku Muhammad Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqie, and Tafsir al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab. The results of the study indicate that "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" means a very strong, sacred, and binding covenant that carries significant responsibility before Allah. In the context of marriage, "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" reflects the sanctity of the marriage contract as a divine trust that demands responsibility, justice, and fidelity. Thus, the meaning of the word "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" has strong relevance in the lives of Muslims.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interpretations of classical and modern exegeses concerning the verses on inheritance in QS An-Nisā’ verses 7, 11, 12, and 176, as well as to examine their relevance to the principle of women's justice. Ibn Kathir's exegesis is selected as a representation of classical interpretation that adheres to the bi al-ma’tsur approach, while M. Quraish Shihab is chosen as a representation of modern interpretation that employs contextual and hermeneutic approaches. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach through text analysis of exegeses, scientific journals and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that classical exegesis understands the distribution of inheritance as a final decree based on the social structure at the time the verses were revealed, whereas modern exegesis emphasizes substantive justice that considers the changing social roles of women in the contemporary era. This study concludes that the principle of women's justice in the verses on inheritance is flexible through the maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah approach, thus remaining relevant in the context of modern social developments. Consequently, this research provides significant contributions in bridging the understanding between classical and modern exegesis traditions, as well as reinforcing the position of women as rightful, dignified, and legally protected heirs under Islamic law.

Abstract

Arabic language learning plays a very important role in Islamic educational institutions, especially in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Arabic functions not only as a means of communication but also as a medium for understanding the primary sources of Islamic teachings such as the Qur'an and Hadith. Therefore, effective management of Arabic language learning programs is required in order to achieve learning objectives optimally. This study aims to analyze the management of Arabic language learning programs in improving the language competence of santri (Islamic boarding school students) in pesantren. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the management of Arabic language learning programs includes the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs. Planning is carried out by designing the curriculum, determining learning methods, and preparing competent teaching staff. The implementation of the program is conducted through classroom learning activities as well as supporting activities such as muhadharah (speech practice), muhadatsah (conversation practice), and the implementation of an Arabic language environment (bi’ah lughawiyah). Evaluation is conducted periodically to determine the success of the program and the development of the students’ language abilities. With proper program management, the Arabic language competence of the santri can improve significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh good governance, system pengendalian intern dan kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kualiatas laporan keuangan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menetukan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan kreteria dari level middle – upper manajemen sejumlah 31 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer dengan mengunakan pengumpulan data dari kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa good governance dan system pengendalian intern berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kualitas keunagan Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Sedangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualias laporan keuangan Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat mengukur aspek-aspek apa saja yang menjadi prioritas penulis dalam mengungkapkan kualitas laporan keuangan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong.

Abstract

In modern organizations, human resources, specifically the people within an organization, are one of the primary means of creating competitive advantage, as the way we manage people directly impacts their performance. One of the critical challenges facing leaders is how to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance, using Employee Engagement as an intervention for employees at the Directorate of Binalemlatvok, Ministry of Manpower, using a sample of 60 employees. Data analysis methods used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the hypothesis testing prove: Work stress does not affect employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee engagement. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress does not affect employee performance through employee engagement.
