Abstract

Education is a crucial pillar in developing the quality of human resources and shaping a nation’s progress. Yet, the condition of education in Indonesia still encounters many challenges, ranging from macro-level issues such as curriculum complexity, unequal access, high costs, and teacher competence, to micro-level problems like weak morals, poor character, and frequent cases of moral deviation. This research applies a qualitative approach through literature review and film analysis, using Laskar Pelangi as the main source to explore the application of educational theories. Findings indicate that the film portrays the determination of children in Lenggang Village to pursue education despite severe limitations. The educational practices illustrated in the film align with various theories, including behaviorism, constructivism, humanism, character education, creativity, multiple intelligences, and motivation. Teachers are shown not only as knowledge transmitters but also as mentors, role models, and motivators who nurture moral values, character, and learning enthusiasm. A paradox emerges when, on one hand, facilities and infrastructure are deemed vital for quality education, but the film demonstrates that persistence, student eagerness, and teacher dedication can compensate for such shortcomings. This highlights that educational achievement is influenced more by the integration of values, character, and motivation than by infrastructure alone. Ultimately, education that emphasizes humanistic values, moral development, and the optimization of student potential can create a generation with integrity, creativity, and resilience in facing global challenges, even though gaps between theory and practice remain.

Abstract

Banyaknya pengusaha Usaha Kecil Mikro (UKM) di bidang makanan dan minuman yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal menjadi alasan utama dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Airlangga (Unair) Tahun 2024 ini. Kehalalan suatu produk sangat penting bagi masyarakat, mengingat sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia adalah beragama Islam yang dalam ajarannya tidak diperkenankan mengkonsumsi bahan-bahan yang mengandung babi atau minyak babi. Sehingga berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, pelaku usaha wajib memberikan sertifikasi halal atas semua produk makanan dan minumannya. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perlindungan bagi konsumen (khususnya muslim) agar aman dan nyaman saat mengkonsumsi produk tersebut. Untuk dapat mengakses jumlah pelaku usaha UKM yang belum memiliki sertifiksasi halal maka Tim PKM Unair bekerjasama dengan Paguyuban Pedagang Turonggo Karyo Tawangmangu (Paguyuban). Metode yang dilakukan dalam PKM ini adalah Tim PKM Unair mendapatkan data terkait pengusaha UKM di Tawangmangu dari Paguyuban. Untuk selanjutnya didakan sosialisasi terkait prosedur pendaftaran sertifikasi halal. Tim PKM Unair juga memberikan sosialisasi pembiayaan syariah untuk mendukung UKM untuk mengembangkan usaha serta sebagai sumber pembiayaan dalam pengurusan pengajuan sertifikasi halal. Tahap akhir dari PKM ini adalah pemberian pendampingan terkait pengajuan atau registrasi permohonan sertifikasi halal bagi pengusaha UKM di Tawangmangu. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah dapat memberikan informasi dan prosedur terkait pendaftaran sertifikasi halal, membantu paling tidak sekitar 15 sampai dengan 20 pengusaha UKM di Tawangmangu untuk dapat mendaftar dan mendapatkan sertifikasi halal atas produk yang dimilikinya serta mendapatkan pemahaman terkait pembiayaan syariah sebagai salah satu sumber permodalan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang di temukan siswa masih cenderung tidak dapat mengatur waktu belajar, kurangnya keteraturan siswa dalam belajar matematika siswa disebabkan oleh faktor antara lain yaitu, kecerdasan emosional diantaranya kurangnya motivasi diri, tidak percaya diri terhadap kemampuan diri sendiri serta kurangnya empatii terhadap teman sebaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan dalam kecerdasan emosional terhadap kedisiplinan belajar. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat “pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika dikelas VIII SMP N2 ampek angkek”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 81 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi kelas VIII SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket kecerdasan emosional dan angket kedisiplinan belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai kolerasi sebesar rxy= 0,6889102881 dan nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 47,47% dari pengujian hipotesis, persamaan regresi antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek Y= 22,5270524826+0,6470606867X untuk pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek diperoleh thitung=8,448 > ttabel= 1,99. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek.

Abstract

In Indonesia, Japanese is one of the languages that is less attractive. Because Japanese has a lot of vocabulary, it is difficult to learn the language. Therefore, in the research that we are currently doing, we will create and android based application program with an interface that is made as attractive as possible so that people are more interested in learning the language and make it easier to understand. The features provided by this application are the in the form of vocabulary and some games to test how well we understand the material given. In its development used data collection techniques in the form of observation, literature study, and questionnaires. Hopefully in the future this application can be useful and make people interested in the learning Japanese. The application was tested using the blackbox technique.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) as one of the factors driving the economy in Indonesia are experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic crisis which has led to the activities of the Indonesian people. This will indirectly affect the activities of human life, including the buying and selling process. Buying and selling activities that are usually carried out face-to-face can not be carried out normally due to activities from the government so that it indirectly affects the sales results of business actors, including MSME actors. During this pandemic, there was a very significant decline and caused deep anxiety for MSME actors such as payment of employee salaries, daily operational costs, and others. The existence of this phenomenon or incident has resulted in MSMEs having to rack their brains in order to survive in the midst of the ongoing crisis. In order to continue to survive, MSMEs use social media to promote sales, or make sales online with social media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media adoption on the performance of MSMEs. This research method is carried out in several stages which include problems, literature review about the research model, research design, making instruments that produce questionnaires. The result of this study is produces a research model related to the adoption of social media on the performance of MSMEs which is supported by the dependent variable of the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, as well as a questionnaire.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh variabel makroekonomi yaitu inflasi, kurs dan suku bunga terhadap indeks harga saham sektoral yang di klasifiksikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Terdapat tiga sektor menurut klasifikasi industri yang terdiri atas sektor primer, sekunder dan tersier. Data yang digunakan adalah data indeks saham sektoral bulanan periode Januari 2006 - September 2016 menggunakan alat analisis Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel makroekonomi memberikanpengaruh yang berbeda-beda terhadap indeks sektoral. Begitu pula indeks harga saham sektoral memberikan respon yang berbeda-beda ketika teradi shock pada variabel makroekonomi. Hasil pengujian VECM, pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap indeks harga saham cenderung lebih signifikan di jangka panjang daripada jangka pendek. Hasil pengujian IRF menunjukkan bahwa indeks harga saham sektoral merespon negatif terhadap shock pada inflasi dan suku bungaBI Rate, dan merespon positif pada shock kurs (nilai tukar). Perbedaan ini  disebabkan karena karakteristik saham dan respon yang diterima membutuhkan waktu yang berbeda-beda pula. Kata Kunci : inflasi, kurs, suku bunga, indeks harga saham sektoral, VECM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi implementasi pelaporan keberlanjutan di sektor Pemerintah Indonesia. Pendekatan scoping review dipilih dalam penelitian ini dengan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Sumber data berasal dari artikel-artikel penelitian, buku, website dan referensi ilmiah lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laporan keberlanjutan telah diterapkan oleh instansi pemerintah di berbagai negara terutama pada pemerintah daerah. Pelaporan keberlanjutan juga memberikan banyak manfaat. Selain efisiensi anggaran, pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan adalah wujud transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat. Namun implementasi pelaporan keberlanjutan di sektor pemerintah perlu direncanakan dengan baik terutama oleh Pemerintah sebagai regulator, agar dapat meminimalisasi risiko seperti ketidakkonsistenan dalam penyusunan laporan keberlanjutan tahunan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa instansi pemerintah dalam bidang pengawasan dan pemeriksa dapat menjadi pionir dalam penerapan pelaporan keberlanjutan di sektor publik. Penelitian ini menyediakan literatur ulasan potensi implementasi pelaporan keberlanjutan di sektor pemerintahan.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires every business person to upgrade his technology to more sophisticated. Many business people have upgraded their systems to be computerized and even online, one of the business people is in the culinary field. The culinary field which is meant for example is the cafe One thing that can support the quality of ordering in a cafe is the ordering process. In the hover cafe the menu ordering system is still conventional, using a menu book. This of course can be a problem because the menu book used can be damaged or lost so that it can slow down the ordering process, not to mention if the customer requests additional orders, the waiter must come to the customer's table to record additional orders again. The method used in this research is the method of data collection, the method of observation, the method of interviewing, and the method of literature study conducted to obtain accurate data. Then the data are analyzed with SWOT to find out the company's weaknesses and strengths. In describing the flow of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language with a MySQL database as a database. Therefore we need a ordering media that utilizes information technology as a medium for selecting food and beverage (E-Menu) which can provide information about order menu details to facilitate customers in making and ordering food or beverage menus.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate both partially and simultaneously on stock value in the Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population of this research consisted of 35 companies, with a sample of 26 companies. The analysis technique used panel data regression with the Eviews 9.0 application. The regression model used was the Random Effect Model (REM). The data used were from the first to the fourth quarter of 2020 to 2021 and the first quarter of 2022. The results of the research showed that only the earnings per share variable had a partially positive and significant effect on the stock value of the Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Meanwhile, the variables of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all variables of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The variables of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate contributed only 8.97% to the formation of stock prices and had a weak relationship with stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the understanding of data processing concepts among fifth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 23 Surakarta through the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. The research was conducted using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, which involved two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The primary issue identified was the low level of students' comprehension of data processing concepts, such as data collection, classification, interpretation, and the use of diagrams and tables. To address this, an active and contextual learning approach was implemented, involving real-life data collection and analysis, the use of digital tools for data visualization, and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) strategies.In the first cycle, the intervention revealed limited improvement in student engagement and learning outcomes. Consequently, the second cycle introduced revised group formations and additional instructional strategies, including ice-breaking activities. The results showed a significant improvement in student participation and understanding, with an increase in average class scores from 65 in the first cycle to 81 in the second cycle. The percentage of students meeting the learning criteria rose from 14.28% to 82.14%. This study concludes that applying TaRL, along with improved group dynamics and interactive learning methods, effectively enhances students' data processing skills and overall learning outcomes.
