Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh bubuk tempe instan terhadap kadar malonaldehid (MDA) pada serum tikus hiperglikemik. Sebanyak 25 tikus jantan Spraque Dawley umur dua bulan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tikus dibagi atas lima kelompok perlakuan yaitu A (normal + diet standar), B (hiperglikemik + diet standar), C (hiperglikemik + 20% bubuk tempe segar), D (hiperglikemik + 20% bubuk tempe instan), dan E (hiperglikemik + 35% bubuk tempe instan). Tikus dikondisikan menjadi hiperglikemik dengan induksi streptozotocin dosis tunggal 45 mg/kg bb intraperitoneum. Diet tempe diberikan selama 8 minggu. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa rata-rata kadar MDA kelompok A; B; C; D; dan E masing-masing adalah 2,16; 3,67; 3,13; 3,08; dan 2,98. Substitusi 35% bubuk tempe instan pada diet standar dapat menurunkan kadar MDA serum tikus hiperglikemik yang paling tinggi.

Abstract

Burn injury is severe trauma that is mainly caused by fire that affects in various organ systems. The metabolic response caused by burn inury is catabolism of energy, protein, and lipid, so a high quality nutrition with high bioavailability is needed to accelerate wound healing process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of food intervention of liquid food formula from catfish (Clarias gariepinus)-moringa (Moringa oleifera) that have been processed by nanoparticle technology and the effect of body weight and wound healing process through the number of fibroblasts in rats with burn. This study used an experimental design with completely randomized design with ethical number 203-2021 IPB. The samples were 3 month old male Sprague Dawley rats weighing 200-300 grams. There are 6 intervention treatments: control group (aquades), commercial liquid food formula 30%, non-nano liquid food formula 15%, non-nano liquid food formula 30%, nano liquid food formula 15%, and nano liquid food formula 30%. The intervention was carried out for 14 days. Statistical analysis for the difference test used One Way ANOVA. The body weight of rats continued to decrease from day 0,6 to 15. There was no significant difference between groups in the average body weight of rats on days 0,6, and 15 (p-value>0,05). There was a tendency that nano liquid food formula was accelerated the wound healing process in burn rats after 14 days of intervention, but no significantly (p-value>0,05).

Abstract

Abstract: In the province of Aceh, gender equality is still not fully understood by the community, and many face limitations in comprehending the concept. In the implementation of counseling in schools where Islamic law must be adhered to, alongside the demand for guidance and counseling teachers to understand gender equality, it becomes a challenge for them, especially in higher-level schools.The purpose of this research is to gain a deep understanding of how guidance and counseling teachers perceive and face challenges related to gender when providing counseling services under Islamic Sharia Law (Qanun). Additionally, it seeks to uncover the efforts made by these teachers to enhance their own understanding and that of their students regarding gender. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research design with a sample size of four individuals from four different schools, selected purposively through interview techniques. The research findings indicate that guidance and counseling teachers' understanding of gender in school counseling services is influenced by Qanun Islamic Law. There is a variety of perspectives regarding gender differences in Islam, the roles of gender in society, and conservative views on leadership. However, within the school context, gender equality in leadership and students' rights are upheld. In counseling practice, teachers share similar concepts, emphasizing the importance of location and ethical considerations when dealing with adult male students. Challenges include discomfort in addressing the needs of adult male students that require physical contact while adhering to the Islamic prohibition of being alone with unrelated individuals (khalwat). These challenges can be overcome with time. Notably, Qanun Sharia Law does not impose specific limitations on gender in the context of children. Guidance and counseling teachers provide children with the space to resolve their own issues, in accordance with counseling principles in Islam. To improve their understanding of gender based on Qanun Sharia Law, guidance and counseling teachers seek additional information and references that are relevant to the Islamic legal framework.Keywords: Gender; Guidance and Counseling; Qanun Islamic Law.Abstrak: Di Provinsi Aceh, kesetaraan gender masih belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh masyarakat, dan banyak yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memahami konsep tersebut. Dalam penerapan konseling di sekolah dimana syariat Islam harus dijalankan disamping guru BK dituntut untuk memahami kesetaraan gender menjadi tantangan sendiri bagi mereka khususnya di sekolah tingkat atas. tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mencari tau secara mendalam seperti apa pemahaman dan kendala para guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap gender dalam memeri layanan konseling dibawah qanun syariat Islam. Disamping itu juga untuk mencari tau apa saja usaha yang dilakukan oleh para guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatakan pemahaman mereka dan para siswa mengenai gender. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 4 orang dari 4 sekolah yang berbeda yang diambil secara purposive sampling, data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman guru Bimbingan dan Konseling tentang gender dalam layanan konseling sekolah berdasarkan Qanun Syariat Islam. Terdapat variasi pemahaman mengenai perbedaan gender dalam Islam, peran gender dalam masyarakat, dan pandangan konservatif tentang pemimpinan. Namun, di sekolah, kesetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan dan hak-hak siswa dijunjung. Dalam praktik konseling, guru memiliki konsep serupa, memperhatikan lokasi dan etika saat berhadapan dengan siswa laki-laki dewasa. Kendala-kendala termasuk ketidaknyamanan dalam menangani siswa laki-laki dewasa yan memerlukan sentuhan fisik, namun harus mematuhi larangan berkhalwat dalam Islam. Kendala ini dapat diatasi seiring berjalannya waktu. Qanun Syariat Islam tidak memiliki batasan khusus mengenai gender anak-anak, dengan guru memberi anak-anak ruang untuk menyelesaikan masalah mereka sendiri, sesuai prinsip konseling dalam Islam. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang gender berdasarkan Qanun Syariat Islam, guru Bimbingan dan Konseling mencari informasi tambahan dan referensi sesuai konteks syariat Islam.  Kata Kunci: Gender; Bimbingan dan Konseling; Qanun Syariat Islam

Abstract

Social interaction of students at higher education can affect the activities of students both in academic activities or in the learning process which in every learning process there needs to be good social interaction between students and other students this can affect the process of student learning activities and their learning motivation . A person's motivation to learn can arise with encouragement both from within the individual and outside the individual. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between social interaction of PGSD students batch 2020 with learning motivation during the pandemic at the Serambi Mekkah University. Quantitative research approach and types of correlation research. The population in this study were all PGSD students of the 2017-2021 class and the sample in this study was from the population, namely the 2020 students of the Serambi Mekkah University, totaling 48 students. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research, the correlation value obtained is 0.48, which means that the social interaction relationship between PGSD students batch 2020 and learning motivation during the pandemic is sufficient or moderate. The results of the analysis of the t-test value = 3.7099 and t-table = 1.6786 so that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the social interaction of PGSD students batch 2020 with motivation to learn during the pandemic at the University of Serambi Mekkah

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan linguistik, emosional dan sosial anak sekolah dasar. Sebuah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan sebagai makalah penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi dokumen, yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang ada. Sumber informasi untuk penelitian ini adalah buku-buku dan majalah-majalah yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pesatnya perkembangan anak sekolah dasar dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan motorik, bahasa, emosi dan sosial. Perkembangan ini tidak sama dari anak ke anak. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan ini antara lain faktor lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah. Dengan mempelajari perkembangan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran di sekolah dan melihat permasalahan yang muncul di sekolah. Sehingga dapat menjadi solusi bagi guru untuk mengatasi masalah belajar dan tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract

Penelitian terkait Strategi Guru Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Untuk Memenuhi Ketercapain Pembelajaran Pada Elemen Pamahaman IPA Di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam mengimplementasi Kurikulum Merdeka untuk memenuhi ketercapain pembelajaran pada elemen pamahaman IPA Di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah dan Guru Pengerak yaitu 2 Orang Guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Hail penelitian yang diperoleh adalah sebagai Dari hasil yang wawancara yang dilakukan Strategi Guru Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Untuk Memenuhi Ketercapain Pembelajaran Pada Elemen Pamahaman IPA Di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh merupakan suatu pelaksanaan dari sebuah rencana yang sudah disusun atau dirangkai secara matang dan terperinci. Dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka terdapat tahap tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian. Pada tahap perencanaan, kepala sekolah harus melakukan perencanaan dengan membuat jadwal pembinaan kepada semua guru terkait materi-materi penting di kurikulum merdeka. Berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi, implementasi kurikulum merdeka telah diterapkan dengan baik di SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh.  Kata Kunci: Strategi Guru, Kurikulum Merdeka, Pembelajaran IPAResearch related to Master's Strategy in Implementation of Merdeka Curriculum to Meet Learning Interests on IPA Comprehension Elements in SD 54 Banda Aceh aims to know the teacher's strategy in implementing Merdeca curriculum in order to meet learning interference on IPA comprehension elements at SD 54. Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods with observation and interview techniques. The object in this research is the teacher. Sampling was done with a total sampling consisting of the head of the school and the master master, namely two teachers. Data collection was done by way of interviews. The result of the interview was that the Master's Strategy in Implementing a Free Curriculum to Meet Learning Interactions on IPA Understanding Elements in the SD 54 of Banda Aceh represents an implementation of a plan that has been prepared or drafted in a mature and detailed manner. In implementing an independent curriculum there are stages of planning, implementation and evaluation. At the planning stage, the head of the school must make the planning by making a training schedule for all teachers related to the important materials in the independent curriculum. Abstract

Model pembelajaran merupakan kerangka konseptual yang melukiskan prosedur yang sistematis dalam mengorganisasikan pengalaman belajar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penerapan model pembelajaran course review horray dan model pembelajaran make a match telah banyak dilakukan. Namun tingakt perbandingan pada model keduanya belum pernah dilakukan pada khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS di SD. Penelitian ini dilaksanan di SD Negeri 5 Banda Acehyang bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horray dengan model pembelajaran make a match pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan  teknik purposive sampling, total responden 28 siswa dan kelas IV B sebanyak 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dilakukan dengan pemberian tes. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan taraf signifikan 5%  dengan uji N-Gain score diperoleh nilai mean untuk kelas CRH sebesar 0,5740 sedangkan untuk model MAM diperoleh mean sebesar 0,4242. Hasil uji-t menggunakan independen samples test CRH dan MAM menunjukkan hasil belajar yang diajarkan kedua model tersebut setara. Namun hasil belajar model pembelajaran course review horray lebih meningkat dibandingkan pembelajaran dengan model make a match dilihat dari hasil belajar  kelas CRH 1.900 > 1.690 hasil belajar  kelas MAM. Dengan demikian kesimpulan akhir yang didapatkan adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe course review horray lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran make a match pada mata pelajaran IPAS  di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Make a Match, Course Review HorrayThe learning model is a conceptual framework that describes a systematic procedure for organizing learning experiences into learning goals. The application of the course review horray learning model and the make a match learning model has been done a lot. This study was conducted at SD Negri 5 Banda Aceh and aimed at studying the effectiveness of the use of a cooperative learning model type Course Review Horray with the learning model making a match on IPAS subjects. The population in this study is a student of the IV grade in SD Negeri 5, Banda Aceh. Sampling was done using purposive sampling techniques with a total of 28 respondents and 28 students in class IV B. Data collection techniques are tested. The data was processed using SPSS 25 with a 5% significant level, with the N-Gain test score obtaining a mean value for the CRH class of 0.5740 and for the MAM model obtaining a mean of 0.4242. The results of the test using independent samples of the CRH and MAM tests showed that the learning results taught by both models were equal. However, the learning outcome of the course review horray model has increased in comparison with the learning outcome of the make-a-match model, as seen from the CRH 1.900 > 1.690 learning outcomes of the MAM class. Thus, the final conclusion obtained is that the cooperative learning model of course review Horray type is better compared to the learning model made a match on the IPAS subjects in SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh.Keyword: Cooperative learning, Make a Match, Course Review Horray

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at Berkah Mandiri Sejahtera Cooperative in Tanjungsari. This research is important based on the low level of employee job satisfaction, which impacts their performance and productivity, as indicated by the data on salary reductions and increased employee turnover over the past three years. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative design to explore the relationship between the independent variable (compensation) and the dependent variable (job satisfaction). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all cooperative employees, with 35 respondents. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The statistical test results indicated a coefficient of determination (R-Square) value of 77.6%, meaning that the compensation variable explains 77.6% of the variation in employee job satisfaction. The t-test showed a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05, thus rejecting H0 and accepting Ha, indicating a significant effect between compensation and job satisfaction. The contribution of this research lies in strengthening empirical evidence that proper compensation, aligned with employees' needs, can enhance their job satisfaction, which in turn can improve company performance and productivity. This research is expected to serve as a reference for companies in formulating effective compensation policies to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between nutritional adequacy and height-for-age z-scores (HAZ) in toddlers in Kendari City's coastal region. This cross-sectional analysis involved 96 children aged 48‒59 months. Height measurements was converted to HAZ, while a 24-hour dietary recall was conducted to assess nutritional intake. Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment test and multiple linear regressions. The study revealed a significant HAZ correlation with calcium, iron, and copper adequacy levels (p<0.05). Notably, in Kendari City's coastal area, stunting is found in toddlers aged 48‒59 months due to nutritional inadequacy.

Abstract

The alpha generation is the generation born from 2010-2025. This generation has parents from generations Y and Z. They were born at the same time as the rapid pace of technological development where information technology can be said to be perfect. In contrast to generations Y and Z where information technology technology is still in transition. The alpha generation cannot be separated from gadgets. Their proximity to gadgets has an effect on lifestyle, mindset, way of learning, and even health. This is a concern for many parents. This study aims to describe the character of children who were born as an alpha generation and the readiness of counseling teachers must prepare in dealing with them. The research method in this study is library research with qualitative techniques. The results of a study conducted from several reviewed articles. Guidance and counseling teachers must be creative in providing services to their students. They must also be technology literate in providing services. That's because the children of the alpha generation cannot be separated from gadgets.
