Abstract

The problem found in this research is the lack of student discipline, there are students who do not obey the rules, such as students arriving late, not wearing attributes, and playing around during ceremonies. This research aims to determine the significant relationship between scout extracurricular activities and the discipline of students at SD Negeri Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat T.A 2023/2024. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlational methods. From the research results, it was found that there was a significant relationship between scout extracurricular activities and the discipline of students at SD Negeri Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat. This is shown from the calculation of the Hypothesis Test using the t-test, obtained a value of 8.513 > 2.004, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be said that there is a significant relationship between scout extracurricular activities and the discipline of students at SD Negeri Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran outdoor learning terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 091496 Pematang Tanah Jawa tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pre eksperimen dengan metode one group pretest-posttest. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, yaitu siswa kelas IV sebanyak 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan tes hasil pretest diperoleh rata-rata 40,95 dengan skor tertinggi 73,3 dan skor terendah 26,7. Sedangkan hasil posttest diperoleh rata-rata 72,63, dengan skor tertinggi 93,3 dan skor terendah 60. Hasil pengujian hipotesis terdapat thitung yaitu 31,811 dengan ttabel 1,703 dapat dilihat thitung > ttabel yaitu 31,811 > 1,703 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh maka dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan metode pembelajaran outdoor learning terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 091496 Pematang Tanah Jawa.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and produce a product in the form of a feasible, practical and effective E-Module. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). The subjects in this study were material expert, media professional, education practitioners, and students of class V-B SD Negeri 104186 Tanjung Selamat. The object of this research is the E-Module using the Sigil application. The results showed that: (1) the feasibility of the E-Module was assessed by material experts with a percentage of 86.67%, and media experts with a percentage of 93%. (2) the practicality of the E-Module assessed by educational practitioners gets a percentage of 94%. (3) the effectiveness of the E-Module is assessed from the test results and student response questionnaires. The test results got a percentage of 83.40%, and the results of the student response questionnaire got a percentage of 96.65%. So it can be concluded that the E-Module using the Sigil application that was developed is declared feasible, practical, and effective for use in learning activities.

Abstract

Abstract: Mentoring in lesson planning using digital platforms plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education, particularly by supporting teachers in integrating technology into the learning process. This study aims to enhance teachers' pedagogical competence in designing digital-based lesson plans. The research method consists of four main stages: preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and follow-up. The study population includes teachers from SDN 107398 Sei Rotan and SDN 104239 Lengau Seprang, with a sample of 25 teachers. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis before and after the mentoring program. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers' abilities, with lesson planning scores increasing from 51% to 82%. Teachers have become more proficient in integrating technology into the teaching process, utilizing platforms such as Canva, Kahoot, and Wordwall to create more interactive learning experiences. Thus, the digital-based mentoring program has proven effective in enhancing teachers' professional competence, motivating them to continue innovating, and encouraging the adoption of more creative and dynamic teaching strategies. Abstrak: Pendampingan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis platform digital memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, terutama dalam membantu guru mengadaptasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup empat tahapan utama: persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut. Populasi penelitian meliputi guru di SDN 107398 Sei Rotan dan SDN 104239 Lengau Seprang, dengan sampel sebanyak 25 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta analisis dokumen sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru, dengan hasil perencanaan pembelajaran meningkat dari 51% menjadi 82%. Guru menjadi lebih terampil dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti penggunaan Canva, Kahoot, dan Wordwall untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif. Dengan demikian program pendampingan berbasis digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru, memotivasi mereka untuk terus berinovasi, serta mendorong penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan dinamis. Abstract

Basic education is a crucial stage in forming the intellectual foundation, character, and skills of students. However, the orientation of education that still focuses on academic achievement makes the development of creativity and innovation less attention. This study aims to describe the collaboration between family, school, and community through the concept of Tri Center Education in supporting the creativity and innovation of elementary school students, as well as analyzing obstacles and mitigation strategies to maintain collaboration sustainability. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving school principals, teachers, parents, and community leaders as purposively selected informants. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed with thematic techniques through coding, categorization, and triangulation of sources. The results show that family collaboration is seen in material, emotional, and ideative support; the community acts as an alternative space provider, mentor, and creative resource; while schools function as mediators that synergize both external actors. The impact of this collaboration appears in increased motivation, courage to experiment, and innovative works relevant to the socio-cultural context. Main obstacles include limited parental time, creative literacy capacity, communication gaps, limited facilities, and fluctuating commitments. Effective mitigation strategies include creative literacy training, flexible scheduling, liaison team formation, curriculum integration, external funding alliances, and participatory evaluations. In conclusion, the Tri Education Center can strengthen the creative and innovative education ecosystem if supported by systematic sustainability strategies.

Abstract

In primary education, student motivation and creativity often remain underdeveloped despite curricular innovations. This study addresses this issue by examining the role of teachers’ psychological foundations including their beliefs about learning, motivational literacy, and creative self-concept in shaping instructional practices that foster engagement and creativity in young learners. Guided by Self-Determination Theory (SDT), the research aimed to construct and validate a conceptual framework linking teacher psychology to motivating instructional support, student engagement, and creative outcomes. A qualitative constructivist grounded theory design was employed, involving semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. Participants consisted of primary school teachers with at least three years of experience, complemented by input from school leaders and student focus groups. Data analysis followed a coding cycle from initial open coding to theoretical integration, with triangulation and member checking ensuring trustworthiness. Findings revealed a four-stage pathway model: teacher psychological foundations, motivating instructional support, students’ need-satisfying experiences, and creative learning expressions. The results emphasize that autonomy-supportive and structured practices such as providing meaningful choices, explanatory feedback, and scaffolded open tasks significantly enhance student engagement and creativity. Moreover, teacher self-efficacy and tolerance for creative uncertainty emerged as mediators that determine whether psychological beliefs are enacted in practice.In conclusion, the study highlights that cultivating teachers’ psychological resources is essential for sustaining student motivation and creativity in primary classrooms. Professional development should therefore prioritize efficacy-building, creative identity, and integrated autonomy-supportive practices to strengthen long-term pedagogical impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas integrasi nilai-nilai politik Islam dalam sistem demokrasi Pancasila di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari realitas bahwa Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan prinsip demokratis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keselarasan antara nilai-nilai politik Islam seperti syura (musyawarah), ‘adl (keadilan), amanah (tanggung jawab), dan ukhuwah (persaudaraan) dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar Pancasila, serta menelaah implikasinya terhadap praktik politik nasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan, melalui analisis berbagai literatur ilmiah dan dokumen yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai politik Islam tidak bertentangan dengan demokrasi Pancasila, tetapi justru memperkaya dimensi moral dan spiritual dalam pelaksanaan demokrasi. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam memperkuat etika kepemimpinan, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, serta menumbuhkan budaya musyawarah dan keadilan sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa demokrasi Pancasila bukan hanya sistem politik prosedural, tetapi juga sistem nilai yang berlandaskan moralitas, religiusitas, dan kemanusiaan. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter dan etika politik berbasis nilai Pancasila dan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Lifelong learning is the key to improving human resource quality, adapting to change, and achieving sustainable development. This paper employs a literature study approach, systematically elaborating on schools, lifelong education, and formal, non-formal, and informal learning based on journals and books to understand the framework of lifelong education. Lifelong learning is a comprehensive system encompassing all learning activities that occur throughout human life. The concept aims to create better individuals and societies while serving as a major project in modern communities living in an ever-changing and information-rich world. Lifelong education plays a vital role in helping people continuously adapt to change. Also known as Life Long Education, it emphasizes continuous learning from birth to death through various educational pathways, formal, non-formal, and informal. Thus, lifelong learning underscores that education does not end with formal schooling but continues throughout life across multiple modes of learning.

Abstract

Education is an essential part of human life as it serves as the primary process for developing individual potential from an early age. However, in practice, not all elementary schools have adequate and high-quality educational tools. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and analyze the factors influencing students’ learning motivation and the impact of educational tool availability on motivation in elementary schools. The qualitative approach reveals social situations scientifically through accurate descriptions and relevant data analysis based on natural conditions. This research adopts a library study approach by reviewing theories and findings from various scholarly sources. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of educational tool availability on elementary students’ learning motivation. The findings indicate that the availability of educational tools significantly affects students’ motivation to learn. Concrete, visual, and digital media have been proven to enhance students’ attention, comprehension, and engagement, although their effectiveness largely depends on teacher creativity. Furthermore, disparities in school facilities across regions and differences in family socioeconomic conditions affect the equitable distribution of learning resources. The main obstacles include limited funding, insufficient teacher training, and poor maintenance of educational facilities. Therefore, the provision of adequate tools, the improvement of teacher competence, and equitable educational policies are key to strengthening learning motivation and improving the overall quality of elementary education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis permainan LUSI (Ludo Literasi) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV di SDN 101660 Bahal. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena media pembelajaran yang digunakan masih kurang menarik dan interaktif, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, angket, dan tes. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran LUSI memperoleh penilaian sebesar 95% dari ahli materi (kategori sangat layak), 73% dari ahli media tahap I (kategori layak dengan revisi), 97% dari ahli media tahap II (kategori sangat layak), dan 98% dari praktisi pendidikan (kategori sangat praktis). Untuk mengukur efektivitas media, dilakukan uji pretest dan posttest yang menghasilkan nilai rata-rata N-gain sebesar 67,2%, termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media pembelajaran LUSI dinyatakan layak, praktis, dan cukup efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, khususnya pada materi Menghargai Keberagaman Suku Bangsa.
