Abstract

This study begins with the reality that pesantren as traditional Islamic educational institutions often maintain patriarchal structures that place women in subordinate positions. The research addresses three main questions. First, how does women’s subordination appear within the patriarchal system of the pesantren? Second, what negotiation strategies do women use to gain space and authority? Third, how do Islamic pesantren women produce authority within patriarchal domination? The study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study method. Data were collected through structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis in several pesantren. The results show, first, that women’s subordination appears in four forms: structural, normative, cultural, and linguistic. Second, women negotiate these conditions through subtle, ethical, and adaptive strategies. Third, women build their authority through everyday ethical practices, which gradually become cultural and symbolic capital. This process helps them gain cultural recognition that eventually leads to formal acknowledgment. These findings contribute to gender studies in Islamic education by highlighting the active role of pesantren women in challenging and reshaping unequal power relations.

Abstract

Limbah sayur merupakan limbah organik yang terus meningkat akibat aktivitas rumah tangga dan pasar, serta berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi limbah sayur sebagai bahan baku biogas, menganalisis proses produksinya melalui fermentasi anaerob, serta menilai manfaat lingkungannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan digester sederhana selama 30 hari, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, pengukuran volume gas, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biogas mulai terbentuk pada hari ke-5 sebesar 10 ml, meningkat menjadi 45 ml pada hari ke-10, dan mencapai puncak pada hari ke-12 sebesar 60 ml, kemudian menurun pada hari ke-15. Proses ini dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas mikroorganisme dalam tahapan hidrolisis, asidogenesis, asetogenesis, dan metanogenesis. Dengan demikian, limbah sayur efektif dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku biogas sekaligus menghasilkan residu yang dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk organik cair, sehingga menjadi solusi ramah lingkungan dalam pengelolaan limbah dan pengembangan energi terbarukan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of study habits and learning intensity on students’ mathematical problem-solving ability. The research employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design involving eleventh-grade students of MAN 2 Palu in the 2025/2026 academic year. The results showed that the Nagelkerke Pseudo R-Square value of 0.093 indicates that study habits and learning intensity only explain 9.3% of the variance in students’ mathematical problem-solving ability. Study habits and learning intensity have a positive and significant relationship with students’ mathematical problem-solving ability, although the strength of the relationship is relatively weak. This finding suggests that mathematical problem-solving ability is influenced by various other factors beyond the learning behaviors examined in this study.   Keywords: Learning Intensity, Learning Habits, Mathematical Problem Solving Ability,

Abstract

Madrasah Teacher Education (PGMI) plays a strategic role in shaping the pedagogical competence, personal character, and social sensitivity of prospective teachers who will directly engage with elementary-level students. However, teacher education curricula still tend to emphasize methodological and cognitive aspects, while affective dimensions Primary and gender awareness have not been systematically integrated. This article aims to examine, first, the conceptualization of a love-based curriculum grounded in gender equality within the context of Primary Madrasah Teacher Education. Second, it explores the genealogy of the idea of a love-based curriculum rooted in gender equality. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research design. Research data were obtained through a review of literature, including books, scholarly journal articles, and relevant educational policy documents. Data collection was conducted through documentation study, while data analysis utilized conceptual analysis and historical (genealogical) analysis through stages of data reduction, concept categorization, critical interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that a love-based curriculum grounded in gender equality in MI teacher education is understood as a pedagogical framework that emphasizes compassion, empathy, justice, and respect for gender differences as the foundation for shaping teachers’ habitus. The genealogy of this idea can be traced from religious teachings on rahmah (compassion), humanistic thought, Paulo Freire’s critical pedagogy, to contemporary feminism, which positions love as a practice of liberation. This article contributes to the discourse on teacher education by emphasizing the importance of integrating affective pedagogy and gender awareness into the PGMI curriculum.

Abstract

Listening and speaking skills are two of the four Arabic language skills that are highly influential in developing the language. Both of these skills can be successful if students continue to practice and practice, but these two activities can be done if supported by adequate environmental facilities. Therefore, YouTube media tries to answer the limitations of the environment experienced by students. This study aims to describe the use of YouTube media to increase students’ listening and speaking skills. The method used is the qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This study revealed that media YouTube delivered improvements to students’ listening and speaking skills. Although due to the limitations of the media, still have a record, including not all can use this media if you do not have internet access. As well as the unavailability of automatic translation. Maharah kalam dan maharah istima’ adalah dua dari empat keterambilan bahasa Arab yang sangat mempengaruhi dalam perkembangan berbahasa. Kedua keterampilan ini bisa dinggap berhasil jika siswa terus melakukan latihan dan praktek, tetapi dua kegiatan tersebut bisa dilakukan jika didukung dengan fasilitas lingkungan yang memadai. Karena itu, media YouTube berusaha menjawab keterbatasan lingkungan yang dialami siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media YouTube untuk peningkatan maharah kalam dan maharah istima’ mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa media YouTube pada dasarnya memberikan peningkatan terhadap maharah kalam dan maharah istima’ mahasiswa. Meskipun karena keterbatasan media tersebut, tetap memiliki catatan, di antaranya tidak semua bisa menggunakan media ini jika tidak memiliki akses internet. Serta tidak tersedianya translate otomatis.
