A bank always requires collateral to its customers in providing credit facility as a form of a guarantee or responsibility for their contract with the bank. A bank also employs an Appraisal Bank or Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP). KJPP is expected to prevent wrong collateral valuation and value engineering. Therefore, the research problems are how the independence of an Appraisal Bank is, in performing collateral valuation in a credit contract, how the binding force of the valuation results gained by an Appraisal Bank to the collateral in a credit contract, and how the liability of the Appraisal Bank for the valuation performed by an Appraisal Bank to the collateral in a credit contract. This is a normative juridical and descriptive research. This research employs statutory method using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The data are collected from library study and field observation. They are analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/making verification to obtain descriptive data. The results of the research conclude that the independence an. appraisal is assessed when he performs valuation without intervention from anyone. In legal view, an appraisal is considered valid and affecting the collateral object; the results of his valuation becomes his responsibility. The responsibility of an appraisal for his valuation results can be seen from the conformity of his report and the prevailing regulations. It is suggested that one be required and obliged to have specific skills, integrity, honesty and objectivity to become an appraisal. Hospital in implementing health services is not always the medical service provided by health workers in the hospital, it can provide the results expected by all parties. Not a few hospitals due to the negligence of their doctors in providing health services made the mistake of committing medical malpractice. Article 46 of Law Number 44 Year 2009 states that "the hospital is legally responsible for all losses caused by negligence committed by health workers in the hospital". Articles 190 and 201 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health regulate the provision of criminal responsibility not only to doctors but also to hospitals, which legally are doctors and the facilities and services are provided by the hospital. The problems that will be discussed in this research are: 1. How is the doctrine of corporate criminal responsibility regulated in the laws and regulations in Indonesia? 2. What is the role and position of the hospital which is categorized as a corporation? 3. How is the criminal responsibility of the hospital for medical malpractice in the hospital? Based on the results of research and discussion that the doctrine of corporate criminal responsibility which is regulated in the laws and regulations in Indonesia, especially in the Law on stockpiling of goods adheres to the doctrine of Direct Liability and Vicarious Liability, UU Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals adheres to the doctrine of the corporate culture model of doctrine, while Law Number 36 of 2009 adheres to the doctrine of delegation. Perma Number 13 of 2016 adopts the corporate culture model theory. The role of hospitals that are categorized as corporations is based on the hospital definition that hospitals are health service institutions based on the provisions of Article 7 of Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning hospitals must be a legal entity. This legal entity is a corporation when viewed in a broad sense such as the existence of PT, CV, Foundation and other forms of legal entities. Hospital criminal liability for medical malpractice in the hospital If viewed from the point of view of the hospital, the hospital's responsibility itself includes three things, namely: responsibilities relating to personnel, responsibilities relating to facilities and equipment, responsibilities relating to the duty of care. provide good care). Corporations or hospital legal entities can also be prosecuted as the perpetrator of a criminal act based on the provisions of Article 80 paragraph (2) and Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practice as well as Article 190 Jo. Karya cipta seni lukis yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI) yang dilindungi oleh Perundang-undangan, namun masih ada pelanggaran atas ketentuan UU. Pelanggararan yang terjadi seperti pemalsuan atas suatu seni lukis, perebutan hak sebagai pencipta dan pemegang hak cipta atas suatu dasar karya lukisan. Hal ini terjadi karena Ketidaktahuan masyarakat yang menimbulkan salah pengertian mengenai UU No. 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta dimana bahwa negara Indonesia telah  meratifikasi “Berne Convention For The Protection Of Artistic And Literary Works” (Konvensi Berne tentang Perlindungan Karya Seni dan Sastra) melalui Keputusan Presiden No.18 Tahun 1997, dan “World Intellectual Property Right Treaty”  (perjanjian Hak Cipta WIPO) melalui Keputusan Presiden No. 19 Tahun 1997. Hak cipta hendaknya selalu mendapat perhatian sekaligus pengawasan yang serius dalam perkembangannya, karena merupakan suatu produk hukum yang akan selalu mengalami kemajuan seiring kemajuan pada bidang lainnya, pemerintah harus bekerjasama dengan masyarakat dalam melakukannya, oleh karena itu masyarakat harus lebih peduli dan mau tahu terhadap apa yang terbaik dapat menjadi perlindungan bagi Hak Cipta.

Pendekatan rezim anti pencucian uang, pengejaran uang (follow the money) terhadap hasil kejahatan merupakan cara mudah dan efektif dalam mengungkap kejahatan dan pelakunya. Kewenangan PPATK menjadi sangat penting dan perlu pengaturan kelembagaan yang kuat. Lahirnya UU No. 8 Tahun 2010 tentang pencegahaan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana pencucian uang telah memberikan kewenangan yang lebih strategis kepada PPATK. Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan adalah lembaga independen yang dibentuk dalam rangka mencegah dan memberantas tindak pidana pencucian uang. (PPATK) memegang peran utama dalam mekanisme komunikasi dan koordinasi antara lembaga yang terlibat dalam upaya menegakan rezim anti pencucian uang di Indonesia. PPATK dengan pihak pelapor mewajibkan pihak pelapor Penyedia Jasa Keuangan (PJK) menyampaikan tiga jenis laporan ke PPATK, yaitu Laporan Transaksi Keuangan  yang Mencurigakan (LTKM), Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Tunai (LTKT) dan transaksi transfer dana elektronis internasional (Internasional Fund Transfer Instruction). Sumatera Utara as one of the entrances to the Asian economic trade, which is going to the Continent of Australia. Therefore Indonesia, especially North Sumatra, is a very strategic city for Narcotics trade routes in Asia. Data from the Sumatera Utara Regional Narcotics Directorate has increased Narcotics cases both as users or as narcotics dealers every year, from 2015 there were 4,319 cases and in 2016 there were 5,460 Narcotics Cases and in 2017 there were 5,897 cases. In this study using a juridical empirical approach and the nature of descriptive analytical research. The problem in this study is how the criminal law policy for narcotics dealers at the investigator level in the jurisdiction of North Sumatra Regional Police and what are the Constraints in criminal law policy for eradicating Narcotics dealers at the investigator level in the North Sumatra Regional Police as well as how future policy towards legal policy criminal for Narcotics dealers at the investigator level in the jurisdiction of the North Sumatra Regional Police. The results of this study provide a conclusion that in terms of legislation it is necessary to establish a law or umbrella in implementing Undercover Buy and Phone intercept so that investigators in carrying out their duties do not hesitate, in terms of law enforcement officials need to push the Agency Diklat Polri to conduct training for North Sumatra Regional Police Narcotics investigators as well as from the legal culture aspect the pelu increases public awareness very low to assist the police in matters of complaints or reporting on narcotics crimes in the North Sumatra Regional Police.

Constitutional Court Decision No.69/PUU-XIII/2015 on Article 29 of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage caused the rules regarding marriage agreements to change, where previously a marriage agreement could only be made before or at the time of marriage. This research is a normative legal research with analytical descriptive character. The approach used is a conceptual approach. Sources of data used in the form of secondary data. The location of the research was held at the Medan District Court class 1 A specifically by interviewing Judges and also interviewing Notaries. This research was conducted by means of literature/document studies and interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results showed that with the Decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015, there are two things that become the ratio decidendi of the Constitutional Court to grant the petition for a judicial review of Article 29 of the Marriage Law. First, because of the needs of people who are married to foreign nationals. Second, the Constitutional Court evaluates it in terms of justice. The marriage agreement can be made at any time as long as it is still in the marriage bond. As a result of the decision of the Constitutional Court on the extension of the marriage agreement to the bankrupt debtor, namely the opening of the bankrupt debtor's opportunity to make a marriage agreement, but still the marriage agreement is made within one year before being declared bankrupt so that if it is made during bankruptcy and there is a third party who is harmed, the marriage agreement is canceled for The law is considered to never exist because it is not in accordance with Article 1320 of the Civil Code. BUMN in carrying out restructuring carry out the principle of holding companies in maximizing capital. The legal relationship established in the application of the holding company principle between the parent company and its subsidiaries is caused by the takeover of shares by the parent company. BUMN subsidiaries are treated the same as BUMN by fulfilling several conditions as specified in Article 2A paragraph (7) of PP RI Number 72 of 2016. This research is focused on analyzing and analyzing problems related to the legal status of BUMN subsidiaries according to Indonesian law, legal provisions regarding the legal relationship of BUMN holding companies to BUMN subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy, and analysis of the rejection of bankruptcy applications based on equal treatment of BUMN subsidiaries in Decision Number 35/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2021/PN. Niaga.Jkt.Pst. The research method used is a normative research method that is descriptive. Data sources were obtained through primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The data collection technique used is a literature study. This normative research is based on qualitative analysis of secondary data in the form of laws and regulations and library materials. To prevent various interpretations regarding the limitation of bankruptcy application authority for BUMN subsidiaries engaged in the public interest sector, it is necessary to have clear arrangements. Currently, the Bankruptcy Law has not explicitly regulated the authority to apply for bankruptcy, especially for state-owned companies that adopt a holding system, so it is necessary to make changes or additions to the regulations. In Decision Number 35/Pdt.Sus-Bankruptcy/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst the judge did not consider the aspect of share ownership of the bankruptcy respondent and its source of capital that must be owned entirely by the state against BUMN subsidiaries that are treated the same as BUMN engaged in the public interest when referring to Article 2 paragraph (5) of UU KPKPU.

Binomo as one of the trading platforms has taken a lot of casualties, due to the presence of affiliates who facilitate huge profits in a short period of time. Influencer and affiliate Indra Kents were named as a suspect. It should be noted that misleading advertising formats that cause consumer losses, the mechanism by which affiliated companies can compensate consumers, and the legal liability of affiliated companies that advertise items that result in losses for customers. Using a philosophical and legislative approach, this research is normative in nature. Utilizing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal documents gathered through literature study methodologies, the data comes from secondary data sources. A qualitative data analysis method is employed. The investigation came to the conclusion that deceptive advertising that presents success stories and offers affiliates the promise of enormous earnings are among the deceptive tactics that harm consumers. A demand for compensation can be made both civilly and UUPK in order to reimburse victims of Binary Option criminality for their damages. In combination with ITE Law's Article 28 paragraph (1) and Article 45A paragraph (1), Article 1365 of the Civil Code both contain legal liability provisions for affiliates that push products that result in losses for consumers. Restrukturisasi perusahaan bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja suatu perusahaan, baik pada saat kondisi perusahaan  tidak sehat atau dalam keadaan normal  restrukturisasi diperlukan supaya terus unggul dalam persaingan atau paling tidak dapat bertahan menghadapi persaingan. Salah satu bentuk restrukturisasi  yang dilakukan adalah dengan membentukan perusahaan grup (holding company) dalam satu entitas ekonomi tunggal (single economic entity). Metode penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif atau kepustakaan, sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, menggambarkan faktanya sekaligus menganalisanya.  Undang-Undang No.40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas tidak ada mengatur keberadaan perusahaan grup, Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas menggunakan pendekatan tunggal. Akan tetapi Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas memberikan legitimasi atas terbentuknya perusahaan grup (holding company). Mekanisme restrukturisasi perusahaan dapat dilakukan melalui pemisahan (spin off) atau pengambilalihan (akuisisi). Holding company dalam realitasnya mempunyai kewenangan yang cukup luas dalam pengelolaan anak perusahaan. Holding company memperoleh perlindungan berupa limited liability, sehingga holding company hanya bertanggung jawab sebesar nilai saham yang disetornya atas ketidak mampuan anak perusahaan untuk menyelesaikan seluruh tanggung jawab hukum kepada pihak ketiga.Hapusnya pertanggung jawaban terbatas (limited liability) disebabkan adanya perbuatan melawan hukum, itikad tidak baik ataupun kerugian pada anak perusahaan yang dilakukan holding company. Untuk memberikan  perlindungan hukum kepada masyarakat perlu adanya pengaturan perusahaan grup di Indonesia. Agar dalam anggaran dasar anak perusahaan ditegaskan kewenangan operasional anak perusahaan ada pada Direksi anak perusahaan yang dipertanggungjawabkan pada RUPS. Untuk menghindari dominasi holding company tanpa tanggung jawab yang seimbang, perlu dilakukan terobosan  hukum dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas terkait dengan perluasan tanggung jawab holding company.

Konflik kewarisan merupakan konflik dalam keluarga yang sering terjadi terutama pada distribusi harta warisan berupa tanah. Tidak jarang konflik keluarga ini menjadi konflik hukum yang diselesaikan melalui pengadilan, sebagaimana terjadi pada keluarga Rajagukguk di Kota Pematang Siantar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1). Keabsahan peralihan hak atas tanah warisan yang dilakukan pewaris semasa hidup yang digugat oleh ahli waris lainnya dapat dikatakan sah apabila dilaksanakan dengan mematuhi peraturan yang telah diatur dalam Buku Ketiga Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata) dan peraturan agraria yang berlaku di Indonesia, 2). Perlindungan hukum terhadap hak pembeli atas tanah yang dialihkan sebelum warisan dibagi adalah bahwa hak pembeli harus dilindungi secara hukum agar tidak dirugikan akibat ketidakpatuhan penjual dalam melakukan pembagian warisan, dan 3). Penerapan hukum oleh Majelis Hakim pada perkara warisan keluarga Rajagukguk di Kota Pematangsiantar dalam putusan No.28/Pdt.G/2023/PN PMS menggunakan hukum perdata sebagai rujukan dalam menganalisis perkara dan mempertimbangkannya.
