Abstract

Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is an application designed for data management purposes sothat the entire process of academic activities can be managed into useful information. This data isstored in a database, this causes problems, namely the difficulty of backing up data in case of damageand difficulty when validating data because there is no verifier when inputting data, one of the datastored is student transcripts, as we know that transcripts This student score can be used for scholarshiprequirements and applying for jobs so that the transcript must be authenticated. Therefore, the purposeof this research is to design a blockchain-based SIAKAD application that can make it easier to checkdata validation to prove the authenticity of student grade transcripts and display traceability of studentgrade data. Blockchain technology is a ledger that will record all activities carried out then the datawill be distributed to each node that has been determined and already has a certificate authority toaccess the blockchain, then each node will have a copy of each transaction, each transaction will beinterrelated with the transaction next. The transactions made are student value data, the data will bestored into the blockchain. In this study, a blockchain-based academic information system applicationhas been designed using the prototyping method and then using the hyperledger fabric as a frameworkfor building blockchain. The result of this research is a blockchain information system application thatcan verify the authenticity of grade transcripts and see traceability of student grade data.

Abstract

The majority of supply chain management system that are currently implemented are still centralizedsystem. The system has weaknesses such as still having a centralized authority so that it can causesystem security problems, the data is not presented in real time, not transparent and it takes time inprocessing and presenting data. One of the new alternatives that can now be used to overcome thisproblem is to utilize blockchain technology. Blockchain is a decentralized and distributed ledger thatkeeps a record of transactions in a block. Each block in the blockchain contains data from alltransactions in the system over a certain period of time and can create a digital signature that can beused to verify the validity of information related to the next and previous blocks. This research aimedto design a broiler supply chain traceability system through blockchain-based android applicationusing prototyping method. The result of this research is that blockchain-based android application canrecord transactions and information of actors, namely: breeders, companies, collectors, retailers andconsumers and can trace broiler transactions and information in real time and transparently usingBatchID originating from the actors so as to generate Users’ trust.

Abstract

Consumption of fuel oil is increasing, but it is not accompanied by supply. Transportation sector is spent the most existing fuel. Therefore, it is crucial to look for alternative type of fuel such as biodiesel to overcome the fuel shortage. The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility on how the investment of waste cooking oil as the biodiesel material production. This study consists of two phases. First is calculating feasibility fuzzy model with the input price of biodiesel, waste cooking oil prices and interest rates, and as its output are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) and Payback Period (PBP). Second is predicting the feasibility of using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). The results of the analysis for each type of membership function (mf) were obtained triangular accuracy 77%, accuracy gaussian 53% and trapezoidal accuracy 61%. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v13i3.7122

Abstract

The supply chain in the 4.0 era wanted consumers to be closer to producers. Problems that occur in the supply chain are supply chain information flow is still long, there is no transparency, marketing coverage is less extensive, and documentation of activities is not good. The purpose of this study is to analyze the condition of the Kelompok Tani X cocoa supply chain and to identify the attributes of the blockchain based group cocoa supply chain farmers. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results obtained are that the supply chain information flow in the X farmer group is still overlapping, and has not been systematic. Actors consist of farmers, farmer leaders, processing factories (Kelompok Tani X), and retailers. Activities that occur are signing up, logging in, filling content, transactions, shipping, validation, and returning goods.

Abstract

The conclusion is the supply chain activities of the Kelompok Tani X have not been documented. Abstract

Semakin tingginya kesadaran akan kesehatan telah membawa perubahan tuntutan masyarakat yang menginginkan produk pangan yang akan dikonsumsi tidak hanya bergizi dan aman, tetapi juga dapat memberikan dampak bagi kesehatan (panganfungsional). Salah satu produk pangan fungsional adalah yoghurt. Yoghurt yang sudah ada di pasar saat ini harganya dinilai cukup mahal sehingga tidak terjangkau oleh kebanyakan masyarakat karena berbahan dasar susu sapi. Oleh karena itu, inovasi produk yoghurt berbahan dasar nabati dapat menjadi solusi alternatif dalam menyediakan pangan fungsional yang lebih terjangkau. Salah satu bahan nabati yang berpotensi digunakan dalam pembuatan yoghurt adalah jagung manis dan kacang hijau. Kombinasi dua bahan tersebut dalam pembuatan yoghurt dapat melengkapi kandungan asam amino esensial yang tidak terdapat dalam masing-masing bahan baku. Yoghurtsusu jagung manis kacang hijau diprediksi akan mampu bersaing dengan produk minuman laktat lainnya di pasar karena memiliki kandungan asam amino yang lengkap serta didukung dengan adanya manfaat probiotik.

Abstract

Corn flour as one of the products made from corn is an intermediate product. This productcan be consumed directly, also can be used as raw materials in the food industry, feedindustry and other industrial raw materials. In the supply chain system, corn flour industry isa part of the maize supply chain . To maintain the continuity of the flow of raw materials inthe supply chain , the industry needs to provide corn flour that meets quantity with goodquality according to consumer demand . It is closely related to the supply of corn as a rawmaterial for corn flour. The provision of corn are also closely related to the availability ofthe amount of corn production obtained from the farmers. This paper discussed aboutprediction of maize production using artificial neural networks and a statistical forecasting .The input variables of corn production forecast in causal models were land and rainfall,while the output variable was the amount of corn production per month . The forecastingresults would be used as input for the corn flour industry.

Abstract

After the economic crisis in 1997, the growth of Big and Medium Scale Industries (MBI)have been slowing down. The perspective of business returns to SME’s. Meanwhile, the problemsof rubber SME’s products, some of them, have been known as slow technology innovation, slowoutput growth (productivity) and lack of working capital. To maintain the competition in themarket, rubber SME’s products must accompany some strategies, in order to survive in themarket and having a bargaining position. This paper just made a recommendation of a model tooptimize the growth of rubber SME’s products. The spread and diffusion of MBI as a leader torubber SME’s products as follower can be done by making some assumptions which must be doneby both parties. By doing this, rubber SME’sproducts could enhance their function in the economyand thus, They will have a secure market to support the economy and sustainability of economicgrowth. To increase the parameters of productivity can be implemented in some ways. The growthof investment, return of capital, working hours, and the growth of human resources quality can bemaintain as the engine of growth for rubber SME’s products. To perform this, They could dothrough raised of the saving, lower inflation and real costs through government’s policy.Thedevelopment of industry should not be imposed only through MBI. The participation of rubberSME’s products should be in the perspective of the government. As it has been mentioned above,the sustainability growth of rubber SME’sproducts must be integrated with the growth of MBI.The government should realize that most of Indonesia population works in this sector, thereforethe growth of this sector will be the locomotive engine of people’s economy.

Abstract

Gliserol adalah hasil samping dari proses transesterifikasi dari minyak kelapa sawit untukmenghasilkan biodiesel, dalam meningkatnya produksi biodisel tersebut maka akan meningkat pulaproduksi gliserol tersebut. Dengan peningkatan itu maka harga gliserol akan menurun dan tidak adanilai jual, oleh karena itu akan membahayakan lingkungan karena akan dapat menjadi limbah. Olehkarena itu penting untuk mengaplikasikan strategi inovasi proses yang baru sehingga meningkatkanjumlah produksi pengolahan gliserol menjadi produk lain yang lebih berguna dan memiliki nilaijual.Tulisan ini akan mengajukan sebuah strategi inovasi aplikasi konsep aplikasi Kecerdasan Buatanyang diterapkan pada proses pengolahan gliserol kotor sampai gliserol ester, pada tulisan ini jugadibahas tentang kaitan dengan manajemen pengetahuan untuk mendukung pembuatan sistem

Abstract

Pembuatan kompos dari tandan kosong kelapa sawit sudah banyak dilakukan dengan metodesederhana. Beberapa penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mempercepat waktu pengomposan dilakukanoleh Baharuddin et.al (2009) yang mengembangkan teknologi thermophillic in vessel dan windrowssystem yang dapat meningkatkan komposting dari tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan palm oil milleffluent (POME) pada skala industri. Pembuatan kompos dilakukan dengan open windrowcomposting antara tandan kosong kelapa sawit yang sudah dipres dengan memberikan POME.Melalui inovasi teknologi nano kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit diharapkan dapat menjadi solusiaternatif dari permasalahan karena tingginya harga pupuk non organik, peningkatan kualitas pupukorganik dan dalam rangka mewujudkan industri PKS tanpa polusi limbah padat.
