Abstract

Dynamic capability is an organization’s ability to integrate, build, and rearrange its internal and external competencies to face the rapidly changing environment. The objectives of dynamic capabilities consist of (1) the capacity to sense and form opportunities and threats (sensing); (2) capacity to seize existing opportunities (seizing); and (3) the capacity to maintain competitiveness through upgrading, merging, protecting, and reconfiguring business assets, both tangible and intangible. This study aims to determine the development of dynamic capability research trends published by leading Scopus-based journals. The data analyzed consisted of 1194 indexed research publications from 2012 until 2021. The data is then processed and analyzed using the VoS viewer application to determine the bibliometric map of dynamic capability research development. Abstract

A performance measurement model is a necessary tool for highland vegetables supply chain performance improve- ment in West Java. The performance measurement is conducted to support an objective planning, a performance evaluation, and determination of the future steps in strategical, tactical and operational levels. This study used system approach which is supported by Exponential Comparison Method (ECM) for the selection of superior products;  the combination of the SCOR Model with the Fuzzy AHP to design performance metrics; the Data Envelopment Analy- sis (DEA) for performance measurement; and the SWOT analysis to formulate the strategy for increasing the supply chain performance. The result of the ECM showed three commodities with the highest value i.e. Papprica, Lettuce Head and Broccoli. The combined SCOR - Fuzzy AHP analysis produced the performance metric values as follows: delivery performance (0.111), compliance to quality standards (0.299), order fulfillment performance (0.182), order leadtime (0.068), order fulfillment cycle time (0.080), supply chain flexibility (0.052), the SCM cost (0.086), cash-to- cash cycle time (0.080), and the daily stock (0.048). The supply chain performance measurement for Lettuce with the DEA approach indicated that the farmers had not been 100% efficient. While at the company level, the supply chain performance measurement of Lettuce crop and fresh cut showed the efficiency performance of 100 %.  Eventually, the SWOT strategy analysis on the Lettuce lead to the following recommendations to improve the performance:1) use hydrophonic cultivation technology and reduce excessive pesticides, 2) optimize the planting and harvesting schedules considering the climate; 3)  increase the responsiveness and the flexibility in meeting consumer orders, and 4) imple- ment the required standard quality assurance and management systems to ensure the consistency of the product quality and acceptability by the consumers.ABSTRAKModel pengukuran kinerja sangat diperlukan sebagai alat untuk peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok sayuran dataran tinggi di Jawa Barat. Pengukuran kinerja dapat mendukung perencanaan tujuan, evaluasi kinerja, perumusan kebijakan strategik, taktis dan operasional rantai pasok. Studi ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan sistem yang didukung dengan Teknik/Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) untuk menyeleksi komoditi prioritas, kombinasi teknik SCOR dan Fuzzy AHP digunakan untuk merancang metrik pengukuran kinerja, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) untuk pen- gukuran kinerja individu anggota rantai pasok dan analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja ran- tai pasok. Hasil MPE menunjukkan bahwa 3 (tiga) komoditas yang diunggulkan adalah Paprika, Lettuce dan Brokoli. Kombinasi SCOR - Fuzzy AHP menghasilkan bobot metrik kinerja rantai pasok: kinerja pengiriman (0,111), Kesesua- ian dengan standar kualitas (0,299), kinerja pemenuhan pesanan (0,182), waktu tunggu pesanan (0.068), pemenuhan siklus pesanan (0,080), fleksibilitas rantai pasok (0,052), biaya manajemen rantai pasok (0,086), siklus pembayaran tunai (0,080), dan stok harian (0.048). Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok komoditi lettuce dengan teknik DEA menun- jukkan bahwa kinerja efisiensi petani belum mencapai 100 %. Kinerja efisiensi perusahaan pada kasus komoditi lettuce dan sayuran segar potong telah mencapai 100%. Analisa SWOT merekomendasikan strategi untuk peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok lettuce sebagai berikut: 1) penggunaan teknologi hidroponik dan pengurangan penggunaan pestisida, 2) optimasi penjadwalan penanaman dan pemanenan dengan memperhatikan iklim, 3)  peningkatan fleksibilitas dalam pemenuhan pesanan, dan 4) penerapan standar manajemen penjaminan kualitas untuk menjamin konsistensi kualitas produk dan penerimaan produk oleh konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the best location of the target area of agro-industrial development of bioenergy in the supply chain. Through a systems approach, using fuzzy TOPSIS, an analysis of various key criteria was conducted, including availability of raw materials, land conditions and prices, the ease of access to transportation, the distance to the city center, the availability of labor at the target location, availability of infrastructure – such as water and electricity, the use of the location and orientation of multiplier effect. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, from the five areas being targeted for locations of bioenergy agro-industry development in the province of Riau, including Industrial Area Kuala Enok; Palm Oil Region in Rokan Hulu; Pelintung Dumai Industrial Area; Palm Oil Region in Bagan Batu Rokan Hilir and Teknopolitan Region in Pelalawan, the one that has been voted the best location is Pelintung Dumai Industrial Area. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh lokasi terbaik yang menjadi target kawasan pengembangan agroindustri bioenergi dalam satu mata rantai pasokan. Melalui pendekatan sistem, dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy TOPSIS, dilakukan analisis terhadap berbagai kriteria penting diantaranya ketersediaan bahan baku, kondisi lahan dan harga, kemudahan akses transportasi, jarak lokasi dengan pusat kota, ketersediaan tenaga kerja pada lokasi sasaran, ketersediaan infrastruktur seperti air dan listrik, orientasi pemanfaatan lokasi serta multiflier effect.  Berdasarakan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dari lima target kawasan yang menjadi sasaran lokasi pengembangan agroindustri bioenergi di Provinsi Riau, diantaranya Kawasan Industri Kuala Enok, Kawasan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit di Rokan Hulu, Kawasan Industri Pelintung Dumai, Kawasan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit di Bagan Batu Rokan Hilir dan Kawasan Teknopolitan di Kabupaten Pelalawan, telah terpilih lokasi terbaik, yakni di Kawasan Industri Pelintung Dumai

Abstract

This research was conducted on trade operations department at Bank OCBC NISP. The measurement and scope of the analysis was conducted on the activities of trade operations employees. The transactions measured in this study is the LC issuance. The purpose of this study was to identify the process of handling import LC issuance done by the trade operations in the Bank OCBC NISP, determine what policies can be used to improve the performance of employees in the trade operations Bank OCBC NISP and designing productivity measurement for bank employees in the trade operations Bank OCBC NISP. Improvement of the operational side is done by using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) which can be identified several non-value added activities that need to be repaired. This improvement raises employee performance from producing 8 to 11 LC per day. Policy decisions were analyzed based on the analytic network process (ANP) method. The analysis shows that by implementing productivity-based compensation system is a top priority with the priority weight 42,69%. While the improvement of work processes is a second priority with a 36,72% weighting priority. For the final order of priority is the preparation of appropriate targets and key performance indicator (KPI) with priority weight of 20,57%. Based on the analysis of ANP then implement productivity-based compensation systems provide the highest benefits and opportunities compared to the risks that may arise. Productivity-based compensation will motivate employees to improve productivity in order to get better compensation than employees with lower productivity.Keywords: LC, ANP, employee performance improvement, trade operations, VSMABSTRAKPenelitian ini  dilakukan pada  trade  operations department di Bank OCBC NISP. Pengukuran dan lingkup analisis akan dilakukan terhadap aktivitas karyawan trade operations. Transaksi yang diukur pada penelitian ini yaitu penerbitan LC. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengidentifikasi proses penanganan dokumen LC yang dilakukan oleh bagian trade operations di Bank OCBC NISP, menentukan kebijakan apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan bagian trade operations Bank OCBC NISP dan merancang bangun pengukuran produktivitas bagi hasil karyawan bagian trade operations Bank OCBC NISP. Perbaikan dari sisi operasional dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dimana dapat diidentifikasi beberapa aktivitas non value added yang perlu diperbaiki. Perbaikan menggunakan VSM mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dari sebelumnya menghasilkan 8 LC menjadi 11 LC per hari. Proses pengambilan kebijakan akan dilakukan berdasarkan metode analytic network process (ANP). Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan sistem kompensasi berbasis produktivitas merupakan prioritas utama dengan bobot prioritas 42,69%. Sedangkan perbaikan proses kerja merupakan prioritas kedua dengan bobot prioritas 36,72%. Untuk urutan prioritas terakhir adalah penyusunan target dan key performance indicator (KPI) yang tepat dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 20,57%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ANP maka menerapkan sistem kompensasi berbasis produktivitas memberikan keuntungan dan peluang yang paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan resiko yang mungkin timbul. Kompensasi berbasis produktivitas akan memotivasi karyawan untuk berlomba-lomba meningkatkan produktivitasnya untuk mendapatkan kompensasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan karyawan dengan produktivitas yang lebih rendah. Abstract

The goals of this research are to know the application of green productivity in PT.XYZ, to find the factors that influence the green productivity and to find the best solution and policy to improve the green productivity index. The analysis method was done by identifying waste that has environmental impact using Green Value Steam Mapping. The current green productivity index (GPI) is 27,20. The increase of green productivity value index could be done by lowering production costs and lowering environmental impact. Strategies to increase the value of green productivity index involving the experts using ANP method. There are five alternatives solution to increase green productivity index, the solution are reusing water, using led lamp, using modulating heater, optimizing production process, and using automatic cartonner. Using led lamp increase green productivity index 3,21% (GPI: 28,07), using modulating heater can increase 15,38% (GPI: 31,38), using automatic cartonner can increase 8,25% (GPI: 29,44), reusing water can increase 2,63% (GPI: 27,91) and with optimizing production process can increase 5,43% (GPI: 28,67). The factors that influence the green productivity index are energy cost, labor cost, CO2 emission and water consumption. Keywords: green value stream mapping, green productivity index, led, green productivityABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan produktivitas hijau di PT.XYZ, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi dan menerapkan kebijakan-kebijakan solusi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas hijau yang dilihat dari perbaikan nilai indeks produktivitas hijaunya. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi limbah yang terkait dengan dampak lingkungan dengan menggunakan Green Value Steam Mapping, dari nilai dampak lingkungan didapatkan nilai indeks produktivitas awal adalah 27,20. Peningkatan nilai indeks produktivitas hijau di lakukan dengan menurunkan biaya produksi dan menurunkan dampak terhadap lingkungan. Strategi untuk meningkatkan nilai indeks produktivitas hijau melibatkan pakar  menggunakan metode ANP. Alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan indeks produktivitas hijau pada PT.XYZ yaitu penggunaan mesin pengemas otamatis, penggunaan lampu LED, optimasi proses produksi, penggunaan air kembali dan pengunaan sistem modulating heater. Menggunakan lampu LED meningkatkan indeks produktivitiy sebesar 3,21% (GPI: 28,07), menggunakan modulating heater dapat meningkatan indeks produktivitas hijaunya sebesar 15,38% (GPI: 31,38), menggunakan  mesin pengemas otomatis  dapat meningkatkan nilai indeks produktivitas hijau sebesar 8,25% (GPI: 29,44), menggunakan air kembali dapat meningkatkan nilai indeks produktivitas hijaunya sebesar 2,63% (GPI: 27,91) dan dengan mengoptimalkan proses produksi dapat meningkatkan  indeks produktivita hijau sebesar  5,43% (GPI: 28,67). Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai indeks produktivitas hijau pada PT.XYZ pada aspek biaya produksi dipengaruhi oleh biaya energi dan biaya tenaga kerja, sedangkan pada aspek dampak lingkungan dipengaruhi oleh emisi CO2 dan pengunaan air.     Kata kunci:  green value stream mapping, indeks produktivitas hijau, LED,  produktivitas hijau

Abstract

Business competition in the automotive world is increasingly hypercompetitive. According to the Motor Vehicle Industry Association, annual purchase of motor vehicles has increased the share of automotive business. However, this increasingly open business condition has not been followed by positive impacts on the corporate profits of PT. XYZ in a span of 5 years. This study measured the performance of the supply chain in PT. XYZ using SCOR model approach. The weighting was calculated using fuzzy AHP and performance assessment matrix. The improved supply chain performance was formulated with the method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The measurement results show that the performance of supply chain in PT. XYZ is in the Good category (76%), the effectiveness performance with a value of 85% is in Good category while the efficiency performance is in Average category (68%). Supply chain improvement strategy was formulated with 3 tools: campaign quality, shop floor management, and cost control.Keywords: performance appraisal, SCOR, FGD, Fuzzy AHP

Abstract

CV XYZ is a growing plywood company. In increasing the company's competitiveness, CV XYZ seeks to find more ideal production planning for the company. The difference between supply and demand of CV XYZ has a total gap of 7,676 m3 over a period of 30 months. This proves that the current CV XYZ production planning is not ideal to be able to keep up with fluctuating demand. This study aims to analyze medium term production planning. Demand forecasting method is used to determine demand in the coming 12 months period. To compare the current CV XYZ strategy with the level, chase, mixed strategy. Based on calculations that have been made using demand and CV XYZ production variables, it is known that the ideal method used for future production planning is the chase strategy. The chase strategy focuses on eliminating existing inventory in the company, using adjusting the number of working days to the number of demands, as well as purchasing units from subcontracts. The use of a chase strategy has a 43% lower cost impact. In 2017-2018, the average monthly production cost is Rp1,633,316,531 to Rp930,905,200. Abstract

PT JICT is largest container terminals at Tanjung Priok and has capacity of container up to four million TEUs(Tweenty Foot Equivalent). To compete with other container terminal at Tanjung Priok, JICT needs to evaluate and determine strategy for improving operational performance. The purposes of this research is to indetify internal factor and external factor that influence operational performance at PT JICT and to determine priority of alternative strategy to improve operation container terminal performance.This study used 4 analysis tools matrix i.e. IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation), BSC (Balanced Scorecard), AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and Analytical Network Process ( ANP). The result showed that position JICT in quadran I with weigh (3.79; 3.16) indicated that JICT phase in grow and build. The results of BSC and AHP showed that perspective of the customer is the first priority that influence operational performance improvement with a weight of 0.48. The main priority alternative strategies generated by using the ANP method to improve operational performance are maintenance of operational facilities and equipment on a regular schedule as well as investing in new operational equipment with a weight of 0.0321. Abstract

Tasikmalaya District is one of the West Java regions with good agribusiness potentials in food crops and ruminant livestock. The potentials must be utilized properly to have an impact on regional economic improvements. This research aimed to design a dissemination model for mobile money application in rural communities, especially in Tasikmalaya District, in three sub-districts: Singaparna, Rajapolah, and Ciawi, using a structured approach through Soft System Methodology (SSM). The model must be built in a system, through a four-layered model, with components for each layer: a) Layer-1 consists of values, infrastructure (network, smartphone, merchant), customer capabilities, & regulations; b) Layer-2 consists of institutional support (local government and related agencies); c) Feature, communities, and communication media; d) Sweetener program. In the implementation process, layer-1's readiness is a priority that must be met first, followed by layer-2, layer-3, and layer-4's readiness.Keywords: dissemination model, soft system methodology, mobile money, Tasikmalaya

Abstract

Identifikasi jenis kayu di Indonesia pada umumnya dilakukan secara manual, dengan cara memperhatikan pori kayu pada daerah penampang kayu menggunakan kaca pembesar atau mikroskop dengan pembesaran minimal 10 kali. Teknik komputerisasi belum banyak dilakukan terutama karena kurangnya penelitian di bidang ini dan sulitnya mendapatkan database kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah sistem untuk mengklasifikasikan 4 jenis kayu yang diperdagangkan di Indonesia dengan metode support vector machine (SVM) berbasis citra. Teknik ekstraksi ciri yang digunakan adalah two-dimensional principal component analysis (2D-PCA). Sistem ini dapat mengidentifikasi kayu dalam waktu singkat sehingga mempercepat proses identifikasi jenis kayu. Hasil klasifikasi dari 120 kali percobaan dengan menggunakan 96 data citra dengan 4 jenis kayu menunjukkan akurasi terbaik sebesar 95.83% pada kernel Polinomial.
