This study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of microfinance in improving the resilience and performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) amidst uncertain economic dynamics. MSMEs contribute significantly to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment, but still face various obstacles, particularly in access to formal financing, limited capital, and low financial literacy. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through searching and analyzing various literature sources such as scientific journals, books, research reports, and official documents relevant to the topic of microfinance and MSME development. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically to identify patterns of findings, research gaps, and conceptual synthesis related to the effectiveness of microfinance. The results of the study indicate that microfinance plays a significant role in improving capital access, productivity, and the sustainability of MSME businesses. In addition, support for the digitalization of financial services and innovation in financing models contribute to expanding financial inclusion. However, financing effectiveness is strongly influenced by factors such as financial literacy, managerial capacity, and adequate policy support. This study concludes that microfinance serves not only as a credit instrument but also as an economic empowerment strategy capable of sustainably strengthening the resilience of MSMEs.

Property investment is one of the most popular long-term investment instruments due to its potential to generate stable income and achieve asset value appreciation over time. As a tangible asset, property is often perceived as relatively secure compared to financial assets; however, it is not free from risk. Property investment is exposed to various uncertainties, including market volatility, fluctuations in economic conditions, location-specific risks, regulatory changes, and relatively low liquidity compared to other investment instruments. These risk factors may negatively affect investment performance if not properly managed. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of property investment risk is essential to support informed investment decision-making. One effective approach to managing investment risk is portfolio diversification, which involves allocating funds across different asset classes to reduce dependence on a single source of return. Diversification aims to minimize unsystematic risk while optimizing the overall risk–return trade-off of the portfolio. Integrating property assets into a diversified investment portfolio can provide benefits such as income stability, inflation hedging, and risk reduction due to low correlation with certain financial assets. This study emphasizes the importance of analyzing the effectiveness of risk diversification in investment portfolios that include property assets.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Negeri 2 Kepenuhan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru pada SMK Negeri 2 Kepenuhan yang berjumlah 30 orang, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh (sugiyono,2010:96) Sedangkan variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dan kinerja analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji validitas , reliabilitas, R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas (independen variabel) dengan variabel terikat (dependent variabel). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,818 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang erat antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada SMK Negeri 2 Kepenuhan. Sedangkan R Square di dapat 0,669 yang berarti lingkungan kerja memiliki kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 65,7% terhadap kinerja Guru pada SMK Negeri 2 Kepenuhan. Secara persial diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru pada SMK Negeri 2 Kepenuhan dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana dalam penelitian ini Y = 7.046 + 0,481X dengan signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis secara parsial anatara variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kienerja guru terbukti dan dapat diterima kebenarannya.

The development of digital technology and social media has influenced the literacy patterns of Generation Z, which tend to reduce in-depth reading habits and critical thinking skills. This condition has resulted in a low social awareness among the younger generation in responding to increasingly complex social issues. One potential critical literacy strategy to address this problem is writing book reviews, as it can train analytical skills, reflection, and the systematic delivery of ideas. However, the skill of writing engaging and informative reviews remains a challenge due to a lack of mentoring and the perception that book reviews are academic and lack context. This community service activity aims to provide training and practical guidance to Generation Z in writing critical book reviews relevant to social issues. The methods used included material delivery, interactive discussions, and review writing practice. The results of the activity demonstrated an increased understanding of the structure, techniques, and function of book reviews as a medium for social reflection. This activity is expected to foster a culture of critical literacy and strengthen Generation Z's social awareness through educational, communicative, and responsible writing.

The problem of drug abuse not only impacts legal and health aspects but also causes moral and spiritual degradation. Drug inmates generally face problems of weak self-control, low religious awareness, and a value crisis that impacts daily behavior. Therefore, correctional guidance needs to be complemented by an approach focused on strengthening morals and spirituality. This community service activity was carried out at the Class II B Rumbai Narcotics Correctional Institution in Pekanbaru with the aim of internalizing Islamic moral values in the inmate development process. The objective of this activity was to instill Islamic moral values, such as honesty, responsibility, patience, discipline, self-control, and repentance, in order to shape the inmates' moral and spiritual awareness. Through internalization of these values, it is hoped that positive changes in attitudes and behavior will be sustained throughout the rehabilitation period and upon their return to society. The implementation methods included religious lectures, interactive discussions, self-reflection (muhasabah), habituation of worship, and moral-spiritual mentoring. A participatory approach was used to ensure that the rehabilitation process was not one-way but rather fostered inmates' internal awareness. Targeted outcomes include increased understanding and practice of Islamic moral values, the development of Islamic moral development modules, and the establishment of ongoing collaboration between universities and correctional institutions to support the rehabilitation and social reintegration of inmates.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh financial attitude, digital payment, lifestyle, dan financial knowledge terhadap financial well-being masyarakat di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring terhadap 270 responden pengguna pembayaran digital dan dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial attitude, digital payment, financial knowledge, dan lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial well-being. Variabel financial knowledge memiliki pengaruh paling kuat dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya sikap, pengetahuan keuangan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pembayaran digital secara bijak dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keuangan masyarakat.

Website resmi merupakan kebutuhan strategis bagi institusi yang ingin meningkatkan branding, visibilitas, dan komunikasi digital, terutama dalam dunia pendidikan dan riset. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pengembangan website resmi sebuah institusi riset dengan pendekatan yang profesional dan responsif. Proses pendampingan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, pelatihan pengelolaan, dan evaluasi website. Pendekatan ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara tim pendamping dan mitra untuk memastikan bahwa website yang dikembangkan memenuhi kebutuhan branding dan operasional institusi. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa website resmi yang dapat diakses secara daring, menampilkan berbagai informasi terkait visi, misi, layanan, dan proyek institusi secara terstruktur. Selain itu, pelatihan yang diberikan memungkinkan tim internal institusi mengelola website secara mandiri, menjadikannya platform yang berkelanjutan. Pengembangan website ini memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkuat citra profesional institusi, meningkatkan keterjangkauan informasi, serta memperluas jejaring akademik dan industri. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan website dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam mendukung transformasi digital institusi pendidikan dan riset.

Background: The ex-dividend date anomaly remains relevant in modern finance because, despite the predictions of the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH) that such arbitrage opportunities should be eliminated, empirical studies consistently show their persistence across different markets and time periods. This endurance highlights the role of real-world frictions, such as taxation differences between dividends and capital gains, transaction costs, and short-sale constraints, which prevent the complete arbitrage of price discrepancies.Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of the ex-dividend date on stock price adjustments using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to identify general patterns, empirical findings, and factors that influence this phenomenon.Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the SLR method by systematically reviewing relevant academic literature from various countries and time periods. The analysis is based on three main theories: Signaling Theory, Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH), and the Clientele Effect. From an initial 101 articles retrieved (2000–2024), a rigorous screening and eligibility review resulted in 10 studies meeting the inclusion criteria, all of which examined the relationship between ex-dividend dates and stock price adjustments.Findings/Results: The results show that abnormal returns consistently occur around the ex-dividend date across different markets, indicating that price adjustments are not fully explained by dividend payouts. However, the magnitude, direction, and statistical significance of these abnormal returns are not uniform; they vary depending on market characteristics, such as the level of market development, the efficiency of trading systems, and the presence of dividend taxation rules. Company-specific conditions also play a role, with firms with higher liquidity tending to exhibit smoother price adjustments.Conclusion: The findings show that although the efficient market theory states that dividend information is directly reflected in stock prices, there are market anomalies around the ex-dividend date. This indicates that psychological factors and market structure also influence stock price dynamics.Originality/value (State of the art): This study offers originality by conducting a comprehensive global synthesis of research on ex-dividend dates and stock price adjustments, bridging insights from both classical finance theories, such as the Efficient Market Hypothesis and tax clientele effect, and behavioral perspectives that emphasize investor psychology and market frictions. Unlike earlier reviews that focused on single countries or limited periods, this study integrates evidence from diverse markets, including developed and emerging economies, and incorporates recent findings from periods of financial crises, thereby capturing how external shocks shape ex-dividend anomalies in the UK. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of digital literacy among junior high school (SMP) teachers, with a focus on the wise, safe, and ethical use of social media. In today's digital era, teachers' roles are not only as instructors in the classroom but also as role models in a healthy digital ecosystem. Through this outreach, participants were provided with an understanding of the basic concepts of digital literacy, the risks and challenges in the digital space, and strategies for using social media to support learning and shape student character. The activity's implementation methods included material delivery, interactive discussions, and case simulations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' knowledge and awareness of the importance of digital literacy, as well as a change in attitudes toward more responsible online activities. This activity is expected to be the first step in building a positive digital culture in the school environment and encourage teachers to become agents of digital literacy amidst the rapid flow of digital information today.
