Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital Islamic financial literacy, risk perception, and religiosity on investment interest in Islamic mutual funds among FEBI UIN Sumatera Utara students. The digital era has transformed the landscape of the Islamic financial industry, but the low level of Islamic financial literacy (9.1%) poses a challenge in the development of Islamic investment. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4 application. The research sample consisted of 98 FEBI UIN Sumatera Utara students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The results showed that digital Islamic financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on investment interest in Islamic mutual funds with a parameter coefficient of 0.552 and an effect size (f²) of 0.483 (a large effect). Religiosity also had a positive and significant effect, with a parameter coefficient of 0.280 and an effect size (f²) of 0.128 (moderate effect). Conversely, risk perception did not significantly influence investment interest in Islamic mutual funds, with a P-value of 0.267 and an effect size (f²) of 0.006 (very small effect). The research model was able to explain 59.8% of the variation in investment interest in Islamic mutual funds (R² = 0.598). These findings indicate that increasing digital Islamic financial literacy and strengthening religious values are more effective in encouraging investment interest in Islamic mutual funds than focusing on investment risk aspects.Keywords: Digital Islamic Financial Literacy, Risk Perception, Religiosity, Investment Interest, Islamic Mutual Funds

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transaction services and usage on the perceptions of employees and Tribe Fit members at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan. The subjects of this study were employees and Tribe Fit members consisting of customer service staff, cleaning service staff, technical staff, and members totaling 100 people, of which 36 respondents were tested using the probability sampling method. The results of primary data processing using regression analysis show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the variables of service and usage on the perceptions of employees and members regarding Bank Syariah Indonesia transactions in Medan. Of the three independent variables, it appears that the service variable is the main variable that contributes the most to the perceptions of employees and members regarding Bank Syariah Indonesia transactions in Medan.

Abstract

Puskesmas mulai menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi terkomputerisasi. Penerapan ini mengakibatkan perubahan pada penyimpanan data, pemrosesan data, perubahan terhadap ketersediaan informasi, dan perubahan dalam pengendalian internal di puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi yang ada di puskesmas Sentosa Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, dokumentasi dan kajian teori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, puskesmas Sentosa Baru menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual dan menggunakan software sistem informasi akuntansi. Dengan adanya software tersebut mempermudah pihak puskesmas dalam menyususn laporan keuangan. Akan tetapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu pada dokumen-dokumen pelengkap yang bersifat penting dalam kelengkapan bukti transaksi. Selain itu walaupun penerapan sistem sudah mencukupi kebutuhan informasi di puskesmas, baik kepala puskesmas ataupun bendahara puskesmas masih belum cukup mengerti akan sistem informasi akuntansi tersebut. Pada akhirnya sistem informasi akuntansi yang sedang berjalan di puskesmas Sentosa Baru, belum bisa dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Dengan itu, peneliti menyimpulkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akuntansi di unit layanan kesehatan publik dan meningkatkan kualitas informasi akuntansi yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Lubuk Pakam dalam memasarkan produk Deposito iB Ibadah. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menggali strategi pemasaran, tantangan, serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh bank dalam memasarkan produk tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Temuan penelitian memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank Sumut dalam mempromosikan produk Deposito iB Ibadah, yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan disesuaikan dengan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) untuk menarik nasabah. Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam dalam memasarkan produk ini antara lain persaingan yang ketat antar bank dan adanya persepsi masyarakat yang lebih mempercayakan dana mereka pada bank konvensional daripada bank syariah. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, bank berupaya meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang konsep perbankan syariah.

Abstract

IntroductionArticle 65 of Aceh Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions regulates that financial institutions operating in Nagroe Aceh Darussalam are required to make adjustments no later than three years from the promulgation of the qanun. PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh is one of the financial institutions that is transitioning from conventional to sharia as the implementation of this qanun.ObjectivesThis research aims to find out the impact of implementing this Qanun on PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh. MethodThis qualitative research uses interviews, observation, and documentation for data collection. The data is then reduced, simplified and presented to draw conclusions.ResultsThe results of the research show that there were changes in the payment mechanism carried out by PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh before and after the implementation of the qanun. Apart from that, the implementation of the qanun caused PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh to experience a decline in business of up to 70% in the initial stages. However, subsequently, PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh began to experience an increase in business. ImplicationsThe sharia insurance industry in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam needs to provide education and information about the implementation of the sharia system for the wider community.Originality/NoveltyThis research is unique because it contributes to the analysis of the impact of sharia legislation on the sharia insurance industry.

Abstract

In developing a company must have a strategy that is very effective in developing a product that must be done so that the company is always growing rapidly in the world of market competition. Product development for bank Muamalat KC Medan Baru, the business carried out by the company develops existing products or produces new products and takes a strategic approach to achieve success and avoid risks, and presents products that are attractive, competitive and provide convenience in transactions, as well as according with the needs of society and market industry. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy for product development at Muamalat Kc Medan Baru bank. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the product marketing concept that Islamic banks need to pay attention to in developing products and services, namely: needs, wants, demands, production, utility, value and satisfaction. Direct product promotion channels for Bank Muamalat KC Medan Baru are by picking up the ball, introducing the Muamalat DIN application, using the Personal Selling model, optimizing Costomer Service, door to door. Abstract

Sharia banking experienced a very fast change of events and spread to various countries. The development of the process of making sharia banking products certainly raises concerns regarding the real factors that hinder Tanjung Putus Village residents from making transactions at sharia banks. So is it true that information factors, location factors, insight factors and brand factors can inspire people in Tanjung Putus Village to carry out transactions at sharia banks? So, to find out the factors that hinder the people of Tanjung Putus Village from carrying out transactions at sharia banks, factors related to buyer behavior were used. This examination aims to determine the elements that pressure the public to carry out transactions at sharia banks, especially the people of Tanjung Putus City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research carried out with the help of the SPSS application and includes several testing stages, such as: hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, and validity. Testing Looking at the results of the exploration that has been carried out, the results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that the factors of information, area, wisdom and brand influence individual income in carrying out transactions at Sharia Commercial Banks.

Shopee stands out as a prominent e-commerce platform, maintaining a strong presence in the digital marketplace by offering diverse payment options and engaging promotional campaigns, particularly targeting younger consumers. The study was conducted within the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, involving a sample of 100 students selected through a probability sampling method. Employing a quantitative approach, data were gathered using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to interpret the data. Findings indicate that the availability of various payment methods on Shopee positively influences consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to formulate a development strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the Pentahelix approach to reduce unemployment in Tebing Tinggi City. The Pentahelix approach involves five main elements: academics, businesses, communities, government, and mentors, who collaborate in the local economic development process. The methodology is a qualitative one, including statistical data, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and observation as data collecting methods. The strategy is analyzed using the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) framework and the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) principle, which includes social (people), environmental (planet), and economic (profit) aspects. The analysis results show that the combination strategy of Opportunities + Aspirations (OA) is the most optimal approach, with the highest score in the IFAS and EFAS analyses. The OA strategy is considered capable of utilizing external opportunities such as technological innovation, strategic partnerships, community collaboration, and policy support, to realize the aspirations of sustainable community economic empowerment. These findings demonstrate the importance of cross-sector collaboration in encouraging MSME growth as a strategic solution to reduce unemployment in the region.Keywords: MSMEs, Pentahelix, Unemployment, SOAR
