Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence Gen-Z Muslim consumer interest in making food purchases on the online food service delivery system application which is divided into three variables, namely product quality, price, and halal awareness. This study uses quantitative methods, and data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and sample number in this study was 100 students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra using purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study indicate that product quality and price have a significant effect on purchase intention, and halal awareness has no significant effect on purchase intention, and the results of the simultaneous test hypothesis show that product quality, price, and halal awareness simultaneously affect purchase intention. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effective marketing strategies in offering pre-pension financing products by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cemara Asri and increasing customer interest in this product. This study also aims to determine how effective marketing strategies can increase bank income and improve the quality of Islamic financial services. In this study, researchers applied a qualitative method that prioritizes data collection through field study techniques or field research. This approach was chosen to obtain an in-depth understanding of the obstacles faced by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cemara Asri in marketing pre-retirement financing products. Qualitative methods allow researchers to dive into the perspectives of various related parties and analyze effective marketing strategies to increase customer interest in these products. effective marketing strategies for PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cemara Asri for pre-retirement financing products involve an integrated and diverse approach. The steps include increasing public education about the product, strengthening digital promotion, establishing cooperation with companies, and organizing seminars and education to the public.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the mechanism and benefits savings priority offered PT Bank Syariah Bringjend Ktamso. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Through the descriptive method, data is collected, organized, divided, analyzed, then disintegrated so that a clear picture and direction of the problem is explained. Location of research on PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Bringjend Katamso. The technique used in this research is by way of direct interview with the Bank's employees, who are in charge of Customer Service, Operational, and Documentation. As for kendala to be the customer priority of PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Kisaran is the requirements set forth in order to provide cash minimum Rp. 200 juta.And not many people in that area know what are the benefits they get by becoming priority customers of PT. The Bank Sumut Syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Sharia principles to student savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Simpang Limun and to explain the application of the contracts used in student savings. This research includes field research with a qualitative approach. In terms of its nature, the research is descriptive and analytical. Data was obtained using primary and secondary data by taking samples from staff employees of Bank Syariah, which were taken from interviews regarding student savings. The research results show that Islamic Sharia has implemented student savings at this bank. However, the bank still needs to carry out a less active and effective level of promotion, so student savings are still relatively low. Bank staff must strive for more active and effective marketing in increasing awareness about the benefits of student savings products to encourage more potential customers. Public interest statements As banks adopt these strategies to improve customer satisfaction, the public can expect increased competition in the banking sector. This competition may lead to better services, lower fees, and more innovative products, benefiting consumers. Abstract

This research purpose is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Sukuk sales on profitability at Bank Muamalat in 2018-2022. The independent variables in this research are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), sukuk sales and the dependent variable is profitability. This research uses secondary data obtained from Bank Muamalat’s financial reports. The population in this research is the annual financial report of Bank Muamalat for 2018-2022. The samples used in this research were 60 samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 13 and SPSS 25 software. The research results show (1) partially the the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on profitability with a significant value of 0,032. (2) partially, Sukuk sales have a positive and significant effect of 0,004. (3) simultaneously the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and sukuk sales influence profitability with a calculated F value of 44,816 so that F calculated > F table, namely 44,816 > 3,16 and it can be seen from the Determination Test (R2) which states that the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Sukuk sales simultaneously (ROA), namely 13,6%, while the remaining 86,4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) has an important role in the local economy, especially in rural areas such as Gunung Tua, North Padang Lawas. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Gunung Tua Sub-Branch Office (KCP) provides Sharia People's Business Credit (KUR) financing to support MSMEs in increasing working capital and investment. This research aims to examine the impact of KUR Syariah financing on the Performing Financing of UMKM under the guidance of BSI KCP Gunung Tua. The research method used is mix method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with KUR Syariah BSI KCP Gunung Tua managers and UMKM owners who received financing, as well as through direct observation and analysis of related documents. The research results show that KUR Syariah financing from BSI KCP Gunung Tua has a positive impact on increasing UMKM Financing Performance. The socialization and information dissemination strategy carried out by BSI KCP Gunung Tua has succeeded in increasing UMKM awareness and interest in KUR Syariah financing. An easy and transparent financing process and the implementation of a strict monitoring system also support the effectiveness of this financing. KUR Syariah financing from BSI KCP Gunung Tua not only provides the capital needed by UMKM, but also plays an important role in the economic empowerment of UMKM and local communities. By continuing to improve marketing and service strategies, BSI can continue to be a reliable partner for UMKM in developing their businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Lubuk Pakam dalam memasarkan produk Deposito iB Ibadah. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menggali strategi pemasaran, tantangan, serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh bank dalam memasarkan produk tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Temuan penelitian memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank Sumut dalam mempromosikan produk Deposito iB Ibadah, yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan disesuaikan dengan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) untuk menarik nasabah. Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam dalam memasarkan produk ini antara lain persaingan yang ketat antar bank dan adanya persepsi masyarakat yang lebih mempercayakan dana mereka pada bank konvensional daripada bank syariah. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, bank berupaya meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang konsep perbankan syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived knowledge, ease of use, and usefulness on interest in using digital wallet services for Generation X in Medan. The research method used was quantitative with survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were included in the Generation X category in Medan. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the influence of the three independent variables on interest in using digital wallets. Processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 29 as an analytical tool. The results of this research are that simultaneously, these three variables (perceived knowledge, ease of use, and usefulness) have a significant effect on interest in using digital wallet services. Meanwhile, partially, perceived knowledge and ease of use have no effect on interest in using digital wallet services for Generation X in Medan. Meanwhile, usefulness influences interest in using digital wallet services for Generation X in Medan. Following up on the findings of this research, to increase the adoption of digital wallet services among Generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat nasabah terhadap produk pembiayaan pra-pensiun di PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Cemara Asri dan mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi pemasaran yang saat ini diterapkan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor demografi, kebutuhan finansial, serta pemahaman dan persepsi terhadap prinsip syariah memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi minat nasabah. Strategi pemasaran berbasis edukasi, layanan personalisasi, dan penggunaan media sosial yang relevan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran nasabah terhadap produk ini. Namun, tantangan yang perlu diatasi meliputi rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, persepsi negatif terkait kompetitivitas produk syariah, dan persaingan dengan bank konvensional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan edukasi tentang keuangan syariah, inovasi konten digital, serta penggunaan aplikasi simulasi untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih jelas kepada nasabah mengenai manfaat produk pembiayaan pra-pensiun. Diharapkan, penerapan strategi ini dapat meningkatkan minat nasabah terhadap produk pembiayaan pra-pensiun di BSI KCP Cemara Asri.Kata kunci: Minat Nasabah, Pembiayaan Pra-Pensiun, Bank Syariah, Strategi Pemasaran, Literasi Keuangan Syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan, strategi pengembangan wakaf produktif dan peran wakaf terhadap pengembangan kemandirian ekonomi di pesantren. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada Pimpinan Yayasan Syekh Mashudi Pondok Pesantren Darul Aman, bendahara yayasan dan bendahara pesantren. Yayasan Syekh Mashudi Pondok Pesantren Darul Aman yang memiliki nomor SK Izin Operasional B.844/Kd.02.01/3/PP.07/01/2020 yang berlaku sejak tanggal 11 Februari 2020 dengan total luas tanah 258.820 m2. Penelitian ini menyimpuilkan bahwa, 1) Pengelolaan wakaf produkif pada Yayasan Syekh Mashudi Pondok Pesantren Darul Aman ini dikelola oleh perseorangan yakni Ustadz Gita Prima Dihati, M.Pd selaku Pimpinan Yayasan, belum kepada tahap nadzir perseorangan atau organisasi yang resmi. Aadapun wakaf tanah ini diperoleh dari beberapa wakif dengan total luas 250.020 m2, kemudian diatas lahan tersebut 40.000 m2 digunakan sebagai lahan perkebunan karet yang memperoleh keuntungan Rp. 6.500.000,00 per bulan, selebihnya dikelola sebagai tempat perternakan atau tempat penggemukan lembu dengan keuntungan Rp. 50.000.000 – Rp. 250.000.000 per tahunnya (tergantung dengan pesanan), dan menanam sayuran untuk pangan pesantren. 2) YSMPP Darul Aman belum menerapkan strategi pengembangan wakaf produktif sebagaimana akad-akad dalam fiqh muamalah. 3) Peran wakaf terhadap pengembangan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren masih dalam skala kecil, karena belum memenuhi standarisasi yang dikemukakan oleh Bank Indonesia. Akan tetapi wakaf tersebut sudah menjadi salah satu sumber pendaan yang menyokong operasional, gaji, memberikan gratis uang sekolah atau SPP, serta gratis uang makan untuk para santri.
