Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine 1.) Description of recruitment, selection, commitment, work discipline and employee productivity, 2.) Effect of recruitment, selection, commitment and work discipline on employee productivity, 3.) Effect of recruitment on employee productivity, 4.) Effect of selection on employee productivity, 5.) Effect of commitment on employee productivity, 6.) Effect of work discipline on employee productivity. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used was 33 employees at the Village Unit Cooperative Pakis, Malang Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the data analysis used was instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 as a tool. The results showed that 1.) Recruitment, selection, commitment, and work discipline have a simultaneous influence on employee productivity, 2.) Recruitment has an influence on employee productivity, 3.) Selection has an influence on employee productivity, 4.) Commitment has no effect. influence on employee productivity, 5.) Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on iPhone buying interest. This research uses a study on student consumers in the city of Malang, the data obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of Brawijaya University, Islamic University of Malang and Muhammadiyah University of Malang selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 75 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the research instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test, t test) and coefficient test determination of data processing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality, brand image and promotion simultaneously affect buying interest in iphone. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on buying interest in iPhone, while brand image and promotion partially have no significant effect on buying interest in iPhone. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge, ability and work experience on performance in the batik industry of Gedog H.M Sholeh Kerek Kab. Tuban. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach. Non Probability Sampling technique to take samples, which is a sampling method when all members of the population are used as a sample of 40. To solve the problem in this study, use validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. Abstract

AbstractBased on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of competence and professionalism on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the competence and professionalism variables had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the competence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the professionalism variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Professionalism, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine entrepreneurship education, skills, and motivation and their impact on entrepreneurial interest in students at the Islamic University of Malang. The population in the study was 84 students or college students with the criteria of students who are still actively studying at the Faculty of Economics and Business. The technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Entrepreneurship education, skills, and motivation have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FEB UNISMA students. Entrepreneurship education partially affects the entrepreneurial interest of FEB UNISMA students. Skills have a partial effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FEB UNISMA students. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine workload, human relationship, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. This study uses explanatory research by using primary and secondary data as a data source. Sampling techniques and populations using non probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling. The samples used are all employees of BKPSDM Tulungagung Regency as many as 52 ASN status.  The analyses used are instrument tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, hypothesis tests, and adjusted R2 coefficients.The results showed, workload, human relationship, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affect the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung, workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of BKPSDM Tulungagung Regency, human relationship has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) does not have a significant influence on the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung.  Keywords: Workload, Human Relationship, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at shopee for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research applied is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2018, totaling 565 students. The sample used was 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) through SPSS 20 tools.The results showed that the price variable had a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. The online customer reviews variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The variable price, product quality and online customer reviews have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at shopee. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Online Customer Reviews, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstact Employee performance, both in quality and quantity, enables the vision, mission and goals of the organization to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, organizational culture and religiosity on employee performance at KSPPS DMU Jatim Pasuruan. The population in this study was 95, and all of them were taken as samples. By using multiple linear analysis, the following results are obtained: simultaneously, the variables of Islamic leadership, organizational culture and religiosity have a significant positive effect on employee performance. partially, Islamic leadership variables, and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources and the use of information technology on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The population in this study were all employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The sample in this study was a saturated sample with a total sample of 48 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach (Explanatory Research). Based on testing using the analysis of the simultaneous F test, the results of the study show that there is a significant effect between the X variable (quality of human resources and the use of technology) simultaneously on the Y variable (employee performance) in employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan, and the partial t test results. The research shows that the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan and the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media TelematikaLamongan. Keywords: Quality Of Human Resources, Utilization Of Information Technology, Employee Performance.
