Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization, fiscal stress on economic growth with financial performance as an intervening variable. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using path analysis. The data used is secondary data. The secondary data in this study are financial reports in the province of Bali during the COVID-19 pandemic.The results of this study indicate that the variable of fiscal decentralization has no significant negative effect on financial performance. Fiscal stress variable has no significant positive effect on financial performance. Fiscal decentralization variable has no significant positive effect on economic growth. Fiscal stress variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The financial performance variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The variable of Fiscal Decentralization on Economic Growth has no effect so that Financial Performance cannot mediate Fiscal Decentralization on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, Fiscal Stress on Economic Growth has no effect so that Financial Performance cannot mediate Fiscal Stress on Economic Growth in Cities/Regencies in Bali Province in 2014-2020. Keywords: Fiscal Decentralization, Fiscal Stress, Financial Performance, Economic Growth.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of exposure to social media advertising, video marketing content, product posters, and celebrity endorsements on interest in buying Scarlett Whitening products in FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods. The data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire via Google form. The technique of determining the sample using random sampling of 95 respondents with a system of determining the number of samples using the formula by Malhotra.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on the video content marketing variable on buying interest. While the product poster and celebrity endorse variables showed no significant effect on buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products. 37.5% buying interest is influenced by the variables in this study, while 62.5% buying interest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Advertising, buying interest, marketing content, product posters, celebrity endorsements, scarlett whitening

Abstract

AbstrackThe shift of offline product marketing to online of course affects the level of consumer purchasing decisions for a product or service. Especially since the enactment of the appeal to stay at home to prevent and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in the pandemic era. This will certainly affect individual decisions in making purchase transactions. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are perceptions of product quality and service quality.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence the perception of product quality and service quality has on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform in the pandemic era. This research method uses a quantitative method that uses regression as a measure of how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The sample used in this study as many as 76 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis using validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis analysis using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 20 support.The results of this study are 1) the perception of product quality and service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision 2) The variable perception of product quality partially affects the purchasing decision. 3) The variable perception of product quality partially influences purchasing decisions, has been partially tested Keywords: Influence, Perception of product quality, Service quality, Purchase decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to observe the impact of labor discipline and service exceptional of village workplace personnel on network delight in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. The population in this study was the entire community of Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, amounting to 2,348. The sample in this study used Slovin's theory with the number of samples obtained, namely 96 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach. Based on testing using simultaneous F-test evaluation, the results showed that there has been a extensive impact among the X variables (work discipline and service quality) simultaneously on the Y variable (community satisfaction) in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, and the outcomes of the partial t-test. The results confirmed that the paintings area variable had a effective and great impact on network pride in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency and provider nice had a nice and significant effect on community pleasure in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. Keywords : Work Discipline, Service Quality, Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior have on Employee Performance. Studies at PT. Inkor Bola Pacific in the Pasuruan Regency area. In this study amounted to 70 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique. The sampling method is, employees who work at PT. Pasuruan Pacific Football Inkor. To find out the data that will be studied later, this study uses a questionnaire to find out more about the opinions of employees by filling in the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire. In addition, this research uses SPSS measuring instrument to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. From this study resulted in several conclusions stating that the variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior have a joint effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pasuruan Pacific Football Inkor. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of social class, price, promotion, and location on the decision to purchase a study house at PT Jawara Bangun Persada, Karangploso, Malang. The sample used in this study were 58 respondents. The data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis. To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the result  of the statement of class Social, Harga, Promot ion and Location in the results of the Purchase Decision test show that only the Social Class variable has a negative and insignificant effect, while the Price, Promotion variable , and Location has a significant and significat effect on purchasing decision. Keywords: Social Class, Promotion, Price, Location, Developmet

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out the SWOT analysis and marketing strategy on MSMEs of Pentol Pedas Alesha, 2) To find out the application of SWOT analysis to determine marketing strategies for MSMEs of Pentol Pedas Alesha,3) To find out the marketing strategies applied to MSMEs Pentol Pedas Alesha. The results of the study used SWOT Analysis by identifying internal and external factors, namely the position of strength (Strenght) is greater with the total score obtained by 2.86 compared to the weakness position (Weakness) of 0.60. Then on the external factors of the company the opportunity position (Opportunity) is greater with a score of 2.24 compared to the threat position (Threats) of 0.50. The results of the calculations from the analysis showed that the implementation of the strategy in MSMEs using the Growth Oriented Strategy, because it was in the quadrant 1 position, where the quadrant was a very favorable situation.  Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Marketing Strategy, MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all customers of Warung Parikaton Malang. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method. Quantitative analysis was performed using SmartPLS. In this study, the results showed that the store atmosphere, product quality, and location did not significantly influence purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere and product quality have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, there is an indirect effect of store atmosphere and product quality which does not significantly affect customer satisfaction through customer purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits and service features on the interest in using e-wallets in the DANA study application for students of the Faculty of Economics & Business class of 2019, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula used to take the sample, namely the number of items x 5 so that the total sample is 85 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of his research show that perceived convenience partially has no effect on interest in using e-wallets. Perceived benefits partially have no effect on interest in using e-wallets. Service features have a significant and positive influence on interest in using e-wallets. Meanwhile, simultaneously perceived convenience, perceived benefits and service features have a significant effect on interest in using e-wallets. Keywords: Perceived Convenience, Perceived Benefits, Service Features, and Interest in Using E-Wallet

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to determine the effect of online customer reviews, special event day promotions and purchasing decisions of star vendors in Shopee Marketplace. The data used in this study used primary data to determine the number of active business students and distributed surveys and secondary data to the participants. The universe of this study was the students of Malang Islamic University Faculty of Economics in 2019, 2020 and 2021, while the sample of this study was 70 participants according to certain criteria. The analytical method used in this study is a multi -linear analysis that uses F tests and T tests to test hypotheses. Research shows that it has a significant impact on purchasing decisions at the Shopee Marketplace. On the other hand, online customer reviews and special event day promotions have a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Shopee Marketplace, and star sellers may not affect the purchasing decisions of Shopee Marketplace. Keywords: Online Customer Reviews, Special Event Day Promos, Star Sellers
