Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of product quality, service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction at the Soto Seger Spice Warung Sahabat Muda Malang. The sample used in this study was 75 respondents using the Malhotra method of porposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is a partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) the variables of product quality and service quality have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at the soto seger spice stalls Sahabat Muda Malang, the promotion variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Soto Seger Spices stalls Sahabat Muda Malang. Keywords: Product & Service Quality, Promotion, Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, location and layout on purchasing decisions at Super Indo Tlogomas. The type of approach taken is a quantitative approach. With the type of explanatory research. The population in this study is students of the faculty of economics and business. The samples used in this study were 95 samples. The data used is primary data using questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests: validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests: multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests: simultaneous tests, partial tests and coefficients of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained the results that product quality, location and layout have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The layout has a positive insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Location, Layout and Purchasing decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng is a village business unit that focuses on the cultivation and marketing of freshwater fish. The purpose of establishing BUMDes is to increase village potential, increase village income, and make it easier for the community to be able to consume fresh water fish to meet the nutritional needs of the community with the nutritional content present in fish. This service activity aims to add insight into Karya Muda Pandanajeng BUMDes regarding the importance of developing digital marketing to increase the promotion of fresh water fish sales. The method of implementing this community service is participatory, namely a method that is oriented towards efforts to increase the role of the community directly in the process and its implementation. This assistance is carried out through sharing digital marketing knowledge, preparing the formation of media used for digital marketing, as well as the realization of digital marketing, and monitoring implementation. The results of this service activity show that developing digital marketing at Karya Muda Pandanajeng BUMDes has a problem, namely, there is no workforce that can be given responsibility for implementing digital marketing. Therefore, the servant provides advice and understanding to the Karya Muda Pandanajeng BUMDes director to appoint members who have knowledge of social media and digital marketing, who can then develop online marketing through social media marketing.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Freshwater Fish, BUMDes ABSTRAKBUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng merupakan unit usaha desa yang berfokus terhadap budidaya dan pemasaran ikan air tawar. Tujuan pendirian BUMDes ini untuk meningkatkan potensi desa, menambah pemasukan desa, serta mempermudah masyarakat untuk dapat mengonsumsi ikan air tawar guna mencukupi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat dengan kandungan gizi yang ada dalam ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan terhadap BUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng mengenai pentingnya melakukan pengembangan pemasaran secara digital demi meningkatkan promosi penjualan ikan air tawar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah partisipatif, yaitu metode yang berorientasi kepada upaya peningkatan peran masyarakat secara langsung dalam proses dan pelaksanaannya. Pendampingan ini dilakukan melalui sharing keilmuan pemasaran digital, persiapan pembentukan media yang digunakan untuk pemasaran secara digital, serta realisasi pemasaran secara digital, dan pemantauan pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa melakukan pengembangan pemasaran secara digital di BUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng memiliki kendala yakni, belum adanya tenaga kerja yang dapat diberi tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pemasaran digital. Oleh karena itu, pengabdi memberikan saran serta pengertian terhadap direktur BUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng untuk menunjuk anggota yang memiliki pengetahuan mengenai media sosial dan pemasaran digital, yang selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan pemasaran secara online melalui sosial media marketing.Kata Kunci: Pemasaran Digital;,  Ikan Air Tawar, BUMDes

Abstract

This article analyzes the quality control model in inculcating the five soul values ​​owned by Pesantren Nurul Jadid Probolinggo so that students' religious maturity is formed and readiness to serve the nation and state. The research method used is qualitative, with the type of research being a multi-case study. Researchers collected data employing in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data analysis with data presentation, data condensation, and concluding. As for checking the validity of the data, it is done by using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. This study resulted in the findings: quality control of the internalization of religious and state maturity in the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school was carried out through the following model: guidance from teachers to students, worship with sincerity values ​​by instilling faith values ​​in the heart, giving inspirational stories, able to organize life personal, able to recognize good and bad, create a conducive environment through various organizational media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Product assistance program for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Management Halal Certificate through “SEHATI” program carried out through outreach activities and programs assistance in processing halal certification as an effort to increase consumer confidence in market share, because the products being marketed are legal smart and competent. Apart from that, with the government's "SEHATI" program in the halal certification program free of charge, it is hoped that this can provide benefits and added value for MSMEs in register product halal management. Research methods to do is to use it method Qualitative descriptive research is used in this type of research arena . Abstract

The development of the BUMDesa Au Wula management education model must be carried out to produce better performance. Model development is carried out through the implementation of BUMDesa management and governance system education which leads to a digitalization system, especially in technical management of financial management and marketing of BUMDesa superior products. This research aims to develop and implement a BUMDesa management and governance education model including management, collaboration with other parties, and local economic development to increase the economic resilience of the community in Au Wula village. The research method used is research and development. The development plan is based on a model of increasing community economic resilience through BUMDesa management practices and the PIID-PEL program approach. The stages of the research consisted of pre-field, implementation, data analysis, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the increase in the economic resilience of the people of Au Wula Village is the result of coaching and implementing: (1) General management elements at BUMDesa include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling; (2) Collaborative management with 60 farmers, additional workforce, transportation synergy, opening of vegetable markets, and scholarship programs from elementary schools to master's programs; (3) Development of the local economy through the establishment of ecotourism centers, MSME centers, and the involvement of youth groups.

Abstract

MSMEs are business activities that are able to expand employment opportunities for the community and encourage economic growth. The aim of this service is to provide digital marketing assistance to pastry business people to develop their business so that their productivity will increase. Each existing MSME, especially those operating in the dry cake home industry, is faced with various problems. One of the MSMEs that already has a sales market share is the right choice for assistance because many have fundamental problems in the marketing sector. These MSMEs have several problems, namely they don't have a product brand, don't have a logo and product label, and don't do digital marketing. Based on this problem, our target is to help pastry MSMEs in the Gresik area through digital marketing assistance to increase sales of pastry products. The results of the service show that these MSMEs have product brands, logos and marketing accounts on social media and the Tokopedia marketplace.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata merupakan salah satu pengembangan wisata yang dapat memperkenalkan potensi wisata suatu desa. Dalam pengembangan desa harus diketahui secara detail tentang karakteristik, kelebihan, dan kelemahan desa tersebut sehingga pengembangan yang dilakukan akan sesuai dengan daya tarik wisata yang memiliki nilai jual. Pengembangan wisata alam yang dapat mendukung daya tarik wisata Sumber Jenon yaitu pembuatan gazebo. Tujuan pembuatan gazebo adalah untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan wisatawan dalam menikmati keindahan alam yang ada di desa Gunung Ronggo. Tiga tahapan pembuatan gazebo meliputi perencanaan keterlibatan masyarakat, implementasi, dan pengawasan kontrol. Hasil pembuatan gazebo sesuai dengan desain klasik yang dipilih, ditempatkan di lokasi yang teduh dibawah pohon besar dengan sudut pandang yang bagus untuk menikmati wisata alam sumber jenon, dan pemilihan warna yang menarik untuk menambah kesan elegan.

Abstract

Untuk mendukung digitalisasi di desa Andonosari khususnya pada sektor UMKM adalah dengan cara melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan serta menginput data UMKM yang berada di desa Andonosari, untuk di masukan ke google maps. Sistem pemasaran UMKM di desa Andonosari masih tergolong kurang, dikarenakan masyarakat disana kurang memahami dunia internet secara spesifik, sehingga yang diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan dan penginputan data umkm ini, dapat membantu UMKM di Desa Andonosari semakin maju dan berkembang. Metode yang kami gunakan adalah observasi langsung kepada pemilik UMKM, mengumpulkan data UMKM, dan memberi pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pemilik UMKM. UMKM di desa Andonosari sebenarnya memiliki potensi yang sangat baik, karena produk dan letak usaha berada pada jalan utama menuju wisata gunung Bromo, oleh karena itu kami tertarik untuk memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan ini guna mendukung UMKM yang berada di desa Andonosari sehingga mudah diakses oleh para pelanggan atau konsumen secara digital
