Abstract

The Muslim scientist who became the scientific reference on the manufacturing sector was Reyhan al-Biruni. The processing of wrought iron and the manufacture of steel from cast iron is carried out through the carbonization process. The element carbon has a very significant influence on the strength of the metal. The maximum solubility of Fe3C in iron is: 6.67%. This is a series of calculations of the composition of the atomic weight of each constituent element, which is the atomic weight of Fe = 56, the atomic weight of Carbon 12. Calculation of steel compounds Fe3C = 56 X 3 = 180. The solubility of Carbon in steel is 6.67, coming from 2/180 X 100% = 6.67%. Metal processing that has received worldwide attention today is the ECAP method, which is capable of producing significant mechanical strength. The stages of the ECAP process start from the process of applying a compressive force to the sample that is placed in the mold. A special characteristic of ECAP is the ability to introduce fine grain refinement into large bulk samples. Capable of reducing the size of fine grains to the size of nanometers, resulting in a material that is able to provide maximum physical and mechanical properties. ECAP combines compressive stress and tensile stress in the mold. The ECAP formula was previously found in the book of Fi Makrifat Al Jawahir by Reyhan Al Biruni. The book it was explaine in great detail that when metal is bent there will be an increase in its strength because of the reaction between metals

Abstract

Local government websites are increasingly important for distributing information, providing e-services, and facilitating public engagement. However, digitalization brings cybersecurity challenges that jeopardize the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. Cybersecurity incidents pose a serious threat, with risks of data breaches, unauthorized access, and system downtimes affecting the reliability and trustworthiness of public services. To address this problem, this study employs the NIST SP 800-30 framework for information security risk management, focusing on detecting, handling, and preventing cybersecurity incidents. The study involved assessing the maturity level of information security controls to identify any gaps and areas of vulnerability. To enhance the implementation of information security policies, the study also utilized tools such as RM Studio, Kali Linux, and Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner, which help in identifying and mitigating potential threats more effectively. The results showed that the maturity level of current information security controls is still below the desired target, revealing a significant gap that needs attention. This indicates that while the method provides a structured approach to identifying and addressing security issues, there are still areas for improvement. By emphasizing systematic improvement and focusing on vulnerable points, the study concludes that adopting a combination of the NIST SP 800-30 framework and ISO 27002 standards, along with clear, documented policies, can enhance cybersecurity resilience, reduce risk, and ultimately protect public services. This approach effectively raises the maturity level of information security controls, although continued efforts are needed to fully meet the targeted security standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan aksesibilitas transportasi untuk mendukung sektor pariwisata di Kepulauan Seribu, dengan fokus khusus pada Pulau Pramuka. Perkembangan pariwisata yang optimal tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas destinasi, tetapi juga pada kemudahan akses dan transportasi yang memadai. Saat akses transportasi terbatas, kunjungan wisatawan cenderung rendah dan terbatas pada kalangan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pengembangan aksesibilitas yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisata Pulau Pramuka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggabungkan berbagai teknik dan orientasi penelitian serta menerapkan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam pengembangan aksesibilitas transportasi di Pulau Pramuka. Hasil analisis SWOT digunakan untuk merancang alternatif strategi dengan matriks SWOT, meliputi penjadwalan dan penentuan rute perjalanan, penyusunan prosedur keselamatan untuk setiap moda transportasi, serta sosialisasi kepada pelaku usaha transportasi mengenai pentingnya perizinan dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan wisatawan, serta mendukung pertumbuhan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Pulau Pramuka.

Abstract

The stainless steel thin metal foils have wide application, especially for electronic industries. The problem hindered are high cost for mass production, the effect of phase transformation to the mechanical properties still not clear. The change of microstructure in austenitic stainless steel (ASS) after double annealing at 400oC and spheroid anneal treatment at 810oC in thin metal foils (TMF) of SUS 304 were studied experimentally, including Scanning Electron Microscope – Electron Back scaterred Difraction (SEM – EBSD) and five stages of the uniaxial tensile stress state. The martensitic phase transformation (MPT) and grain misorientation (GMO) compared each other both in fine grains and coarse grains. The MPT occur in ASS SUS 304 TMF. The GMO occur in SUS 304 Thin Metal Foils. The GMO spread homogeneous in fine grains and spread inhomogeneous in coarse grain. The GMO volume fractions in fine grains spread homogeneously. The GMO volume fractions in coarse grain spread inhomogeneously.

Abstract

The Aluminum has special properties such as light weight, ductile and a lower melting point. It has very suitable for applied as composite material, with ceramic as reinforcement. Accumulative roll bonding (ARB) is part of technology of Severe Plastic Deformation (SPD) that has been developed of manufacturing process for metals, alloys and composites as well. It has a potential becoming an industrial process to produce composite and ultrafine-grained (UFG) metal sheets. In this research, the development of aluminum-based composites is made by SPD technology using the ARB method on aluminum plate sheets with boron carbide (B4C) as reinforcement, is expected to improve its mechanical properties along with the rules of microstructure analysis. To get of the UFG metallic materials where the mean grain size must be smaller than 1μm are expected can be exhibit excellent mechanical properties. The ARB process consists of multiple cycles of rolling, cutting, stacking and solid-state deformation bonding. Two plates were prepare for the ARB sample process, cleaning uses acetone liquid to prevent attachment of dust and dirt on the surface to be made in contact with other samples. Acetone and grinding to produce a rough surface to facilitate the surface binding process between samples, B4C powder is sprinkled between the centers of aluminum plate surface and stacked going together.

Abstract

This community service project aims to enhance the digital literacy of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Toyareka in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. One of the challenges teachers face is their limited ability to utilize digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to create interactive and relevant learning experiences for students. The program was conducted through socialization, digital literacy training, AI technology introduction, and continuous mentoring and evaluation. During the training, teachers were provided with insights into digital platforms that can be used in the teaching and learning process, as well as AI applications to assist in student data analysis and the creation of adaptive learning materials. The training results show a significant improvement in teachers' skills in using digital technology and AI, particularly in creating more personalized and compelling learning experiences. Teachers could utilize digital tools to manage their classrooms more efficiently and use AI to personalize learning based on students' needs. The program evaluation revealed that teachers felt more confident using technology to support teaching and learning. The sustainability of this program is ensured through regular mentoring and assessment, as well as plans for further training to keep teachers updated with rapidly evolving technologies. This initiative is expected to be a model for developing digital literacy in other schools.

Abstract

The study explores the transformation of metallurgy in Islamic civilization and its influence on the development of metalworking in Nusantara. Beginning with pioneers such as Khabab bin Al-Arat and Salman Al-Farisi, who introduced alloy technologies such as the creation of Zulfikar's sword, Islamic metallurgy advanced significantly with contributions from Jabir Ibn Hayyan and Reyhan Al-Biruni. This knowledge developed innovative methods, such as sublimation and nanostructure technologies, which found applications in weapons like the Damascus sword. The knowledge was later disseminated to Java by Sheikh Sadzali, who merged Islamic spiritual teachings with local traditions, particularly in keris-making, through figures like Mpu Supo Driyo and his son, Mpu Supo Mandraki. Collaborating with Sheikh Abdul Jalil, they integrated Islamic values into the symbolic designs of keris, blending functionality and spirituality. Abstract

The lack of skills among teachers at SD Negeri 1 Toyareka in utilizing interactive learning technology has become a challenge affecting the effectiveness of classroom teaching. This issue prompted a community service initiative in the form of training on the use of the Nearpod platform to enhance teacher’s digital competencies. The objective of this activity was to provide teachers with practical knowledge and skills in using Nearpod to create more interactive learning experiences. The training was conducted in several stages, starting with a needs analysis to assess infrastructure readiness and identify technical challenges, followed by a two-day training session covering an introduction to Nearpod features, hands-on material development exercises, and classroom simulation applications. Evaluation was conducted to measure participants’ improvement in understanding and skills. The training results indicated that most teachers successfully mastered the basic features of Nearpod, such as creating and delivering interactive learning materials. Additionally, teachers reported increased confidence in integrating this technology into their teaching practices. Technical issues, such as unstable internet connections, were the main challenges encountered during the training. Overall, this training had a positive impact on improving teacher’s competencies in integrating learning technology, which has the potential to enrich students learning experiences and enhance classroom interactivity.ABSTRAKKurangnya keterampilan guru SD Negeri 1 Toyareka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran interaktif menjadi tantangan yang memengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran di kelas. Hal ini mendorong dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan penggunaan platform Nearpod untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis bagi guru dalam menggunakan Nearpod guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan untuk menilai kesiapan infrastruktur dan identifikasi kendala teknis, diikuti oleh pelatihan selama dua hari yang mencakup pengenalan fitur Nearpod, latihan pembuatan materi ajar, serta simulasi penerapan di kelas. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru berhasil menguasai fitur dasar Nearpod, seperti membuat dan menyajikan materi pembelajaran interaktif. Selain itu, para guru merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan teknologi ini di kelas. Kendala teknis, seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, menjadi tantangan utama yang dihadapi selama pelaksanaan. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi pembelajaran, yang berpotensi memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan meningkatkan interaktivitas di kelas.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi dari manual ke sistem secara otomasis kini menjadi tulang punggung berbagai aktivitas manusia, mulai dari komunikasi hingga transaksi ekonomi, di balik kemudahan yang dihadirkan, masyarakat juga dihadapkan pada berbagai ancaman baru, seperti kejahatan siber, praktik judi online, dan penipuan bisnis bodong. Ancaman-ancaman tersebut semakin rentan menyerang komunitas-komunitas kecil, termasuk masyarakat desa kalitapen, yang belum sepenuhnya memahami risiko dan perlindungan di dunia digital. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini hadir sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan digital yang aman dan produktif. Tujuan utama kami menumbuhkan kesadaran pemuda dan pemudi desa kalitapen mengenai pentingnya keamanan siber, bagaimana cara menghindari praktik judi online, serta memahami dan menolak tawaran bisnis bodong yang merugikan. Target luaran dari kegiatan tersebut agar pemuda pemudi Desa Kalitapen khususnya dapat menggunakan media digital dengan bijak dengan mengetahui macam – macam kejahatan siber, bahaya judi online serta penipuan bisnis bodong yang marak di dunia digital serta mengetahui langkah pencegahan dan penyelesaiannnya.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of cybercrime, particularly online fraud, poses significant challenges for modern legal systems. Although a number of studies have highlighted the technological and criminological dimensions of cybercrime, scientific attention to the normative adequacy and effectiveness of the legal framework governing online fraud remains limited. This study fills this gap by examining the interaction between the Criminal Code (KUHP) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) in regulating online fraud. The research questions addressed in this study are (1) How is online fraud regulated by law and (2) What are the obstacles faced in the process of enforcing the Law on Online Fraud?  The research method used in this study is a legal-normative method by analyzing several primary and secondary legal sources, including legislation, journal articles, and electronic news. Based on the research process that has been carried out, it was found that in Indonesia itself, there are already laws that regulate violations committed by individuals/entities in the virtual environment, which are listed in several laws and regulations, both in the ITE Law and the Criminal Code. However, in the implementation process, law enforcement officials still face many obstacles in carrying out their duties in relation to cybercrime cases, one of which is the ambiguity of the choice of law.
