Abstract

Kelompok Ekonomi Rejosari “KERJO” merupakan perkumpulan masyarakat untuk melakukan sebuah usaha Bersama, lokasi kelompok ini berada di wilayah Rejosari Kelurahan Genuk Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kab. Semarang, ada beberapa jenis kegiatan yang dikerjakan oleh kelompok ini diantaranya jasa merangkai bunga, souvenir dan produk makanan ringan. Untuk produk makanan, Bawang merah goreng menjadi produk yang banyak laku dikarenakan kepraktisan dan cita rasa yang original, proses produksi pada pembuatan Bawang merah goreng masih sepenuhnya menggunakan alat-alat sederhana seperti pisau, alas kayu untuk merajang dimana kedua alat tersebut bersumber tenaga dari orang (pekerja).Tujuan tim pengabdian dosen jurusan teknik mesin adalah untuk membantu penyelesaian masalah mitra yaitu lamanya proses waktu pencucian dan pengelupasan kulit bawang merah dengan penerapan teknologi mesin pengupas kulit ari bawang, Metode dalam pengabdian ini identifikasi masalahan mitra melalui wawancara dan pengamatan secara langsung, tahap berikutnya adalah melakukan grup discussion untuk membahas solusi permasalahan, merancang alat, pembuatan alat dilanjutkan proses pengujian. Implementasi kegiatan langsung dilaksanakan bersama mitra, diakhiri serah terima alat serta pendampingan dalam bidang operasional dan perawatan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah waktu proses pencucian dan pengelupasan kulit bawang menjadi lebih singkat ± 15-20 menit, serta pemberian label dan perubahan kemasan menjadi lebih menarik  The Rejosari Economic Group "KERJO" is a community association to carry out a joint business, the location of this group is in the Rejosari a, Genuk, West Ungaran District, Kab. Semarang, there are several types of activities carried out by this group, including flower arranging services, souvenirs and snack products. For food products, fried shallots are a product that sells a lot due to its practicality and original taste, the production process for making fried shallots still uses simple tools such as knives, wooden chopping mats where both tools are powered by people (workers). The aim of the service team is to help solve partner problems, namely the length of time for the process of washing and peeling shallot skin using onion skin peeling machine technology. The method in this service is to identify partner problems through interviews and direct observation. The next stage is to conduct group discussion to discuss problem solutions, designing tools, making tools followed by the testing process. Implementation of activities is carried out directly with partners, ending with the handover of equipment and assistance in the areas of operations and maintenance. The results obtained are that the process of washing and peeling onion skins is shorter by ± 15-20 minutes, and labeling and packaging changes become more attractive.

Abstract

Cross Section Accumulative Roll Bonding (C-ARB) adalah proses perpaduan dua material dengan cara penggilingan arah sejajar dan arah melintang. Material dipanaskan dengan suhu 350oC selama 90 menit. Proses C – ARB menghasilkan area pada material yaitu Hot Region (area panas) area material yang pertama masuk mesin roll dan Cold Region (area dingin) area material yang terakhir masuk mesin roll, menggunakan aluminium 5052. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kekuatan antar Interface dari Hot Region dan Cold Region, dengan siklus pengerollan 3x dan 10x, dan bahan penguat Alumina Al2O3 serat sebagai Reinforce, dan tanpa alumina sebagai perbandingan. Nilai kekerasan dan kekuatan tarik meningkat seiring banyaknya jumlah penggilingan karena semakin banyaknya penggilingan, kedua materialnya semakin rapat sehingga material menempel dengan baik, Hot Region memiliki nilai yang lebih kuat daripada Cold Region, karena Cold Region kurang terdifusi dengan baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh perubahan parameter proses terhadap kekerasan, kuat tarik, dan struktur mikro alumunium matrix composite (AMC) dengan komposisi Al5%Cu-12%Mg-15%SiC setelah melalui proses perubahan varian kecepatan putar, dimana kecepatan stir casting adalah 1000, 2000 dan 3000 rpm. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai kekerasan tertinggi dicapai pada kecepatan putar 3000 rpm yaitu 105,6 BH dan nilai kuat tarik tertinggi dicapai pada putaran 2000 rpm yaitu 72,7 N/mm2, dan hasil pengamatan struktur mikro menunjukan penguat unsur C, Mg dan SiC lebih merata pada kecepatan putar 2000 dan 3000 rpm. Dari perbedaan perubahan nilai kekerasan, kuat tarik dan struktur mikro tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh parameter proses perubahan kecepatan putar stir casting terhadap nilai kekerasan, kuat tarik dan struktur mikro AMC.

Abstract

encahayaan merupakan suatu iluminasi jumlah sinar pada sebuah tempat yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan secara efektif. Kuat pencahayaan minimum yang baik pada suatu ruangan berkisar 200 s/d 500, ini sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 03-6575-2001 tentang kuat pencahayaan minimum pada suatu ruang kerja/ ruang kuliah hingga praktik laboratorium. Salah satu faktor yang dapat dilakukan untuk memenuhi standar SNI adalah adanya pencahayaan alami maupun buatan, dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek iluminasi dan memiliki intensitas sesuai dengan fungsinya. Oleh karena itu kami melakukan penelitian di ruangan kerja laboraturium komputer Universitas Amikom Purwokerto untuk dilakukan pengukuran terhadap intensitas penerangan atau luminasi dari suatu sumber cahaya sehingga dapat diketahui apakah sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI)03-6575-2001 dengan menggunakan alat Luxmeter. Dengan mengetahui berapa ukuran dari kuat penerangan yang dihasilkan oleh suatu sumber cahaya dapat kita hitung pula penggunaan energi listrik yang dibutuhkan demi memperoleh penerangan yang sesuai standar serta biaya yang efisien.

Abstract

The flight information region adjustment agreement between Indonesia and Singapore, as the Realignment Flight Information Region Agreement, has been ratified by Presidential Regulation Number 109 of 2022 concerning Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Singapore concerning the Adjustment of Boundaries between the Jakarta Flight Information Region and the Singapore Flight Information Region on September 5, 2022. The problem to be discussed is How are the regulations for ratification of boundary adjustments between Jakarta flight information regional and Singapore flight information regional based on laws and regulations in Indonesia? and What are the implications of ratifying the adjustment of the boundaries between Jakarta's regional flight information and Singapore's regional flight information with presidential regulation number 109 of 2022?. With the normative legal research method (normative legal research). The regulation of ratifying the adjustment of the boundaries between Jakarta's regional flight information and Singapore's regional flight information is regulated by Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation and its implementing regulations. This law also refers to the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), which is a global reference in the management of airspace and FIR as well as the Indonesia-Singapore Flight Information Region (FIR) Adjustment Agreement 2022. The implications of ratifying the adjustment of the boundaries between Jakarta's regional flight information and Singapore's regional flight information with presidential regulation number 109 of 2022 occur in the Implications in the political field, Implications in the Economic field and Implications in the field of national defense and security. The regulation of ratifying the adjustment of the boundaries between Jakarta's regional flight information and Singapore's regional flight information Indonesia must strengthen and maintain the FIR areas on maps A and B so that they are not managed again by Singapore. The implication of ratifying the adjustment of the boundaries between Jakarta's regional flight information and Singapore's regional flight information is that Indonesia must think about immediately regulating a Single Air Traffic Provider where all Indonesian airspace is regulated in one FIR (Flight Information Region). Abstract

Lessons from participative de facto and de jure approaches to socioeconomic registration for integrated policymaking have been underexplored, especially in archipelagic states and middle-income countries. This study aims to analyze participants' perceptions of statistical data and assess how socioeconomic circumstances shape the Regsosek (socioeconomic registration) process in Indonesia. Using a qualitative method, the research incorporates ethnographic techniques and triangulation, with enumeration carried out by locals familiar with the socio-cultural characteristics of the communities. The data were validated through multiple cross-checking stages. The Regsosek initiative seeks to create a unified national database to improve policymaking, a key aspect of Indonesia's socioeconomic development that has received limited attention in terms of participative methods. While prior studies have focused on the technical aspects of socioeconomic data collection, this research highlights the influence of socioeconomic diversity on the process. Novel insights reveal that participants’ perceptions of well-being vary based on socioeconomic backgrounds, geographic conditions, livelihood systems, gender, and exposure to previous development programs. Key challenges identified include community resistance and misconceptions linking data collection to social assistance, as well as the need for system integration and stability to establish a single national database. The study concludes that development and poverty alleviation programs must be mutually agreed upon to avoid disruptions, instability, and political influence, offering a fresh perspective on integrated policymaking in archipelagic and middle-income contexts.

Abstract

The Muslim scientist who became the scientific reference on the manufacturing sector was Reyhan al-Biruni. The processing of wrought iron and the manufacture of steel from cast iron is carried out through the carbonization process. The element carbon has a very significant influence on the strength of the metal. The maximum solubility of Fe3C in iron is: 6.67%. This is a series of calculations of the composition of the atomic weight of each constituent element, which is the atomic weight of Fe = 56, the atomic weight of Carbon 12. Calculation of steel compounds Fe3C = 56 X 3 = 180. The solubility of Carbon in steel is 6.67, coming from 2/180 X 100% = 6.67%. Metal processing that has received worldwide attention today is the ECAP method, which is capable of producing significant mechanical strength. The stages of the ECAP process start from the process of applying a compressive force to the sample that is placed in the mold. A special characteristic of ECAP is the ability to introduce fine grain refinement into large bulk samples. Capable of reducing the size of fine grains to the size of nanometers, resulting in a material that is able to provide maximum physical and mechanical properties. ECAP combines compressive stress and tensile stress in the mold. The ECAP formula was previously found in the book of Fi Makrifat Al Jawahir by Reyhan Al Biruni. The book it was explaine in great detail that when metal is bent there will be an increase in its strength because of the reaction between metals

Abstract

Local government websites are increasingly important for distributing information, providing e-services, and facilitating public engagement. However, digitalization brings cybersecurity challenges that jeopardize the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. Cybersecurity incidents pose a serious threat, with risks of data breaches, unauthorized access, and system downtimes affecting the reliability and trustworthiness of public services. To address this problem, this study employs the NIST SP 800-30 framework for information security risk management, focusing on detecting, handling, and preventing cybersecurity incidents. The study involved assessing the maturity level of information security controls to identify any gaps and areas of vulnerability. To enhance the implementation of information security policies, the study also utilized tools such as RM Studio, Kali Linux, and Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner, which help in identifying and mitigating potential threats more effectively. The results showed that the maturity level of current information security controls is still below the desired target, revealing a significant gap that needs attention. This indicates that while the method provides a structured approach to identifying and addressing security issues, there are still areas for improvement. By emphasizing systematic improvement and focusing on vulnerable points, the study concludes that adopting a combination of the NIST SP 800-30 framework and ISO 27002 standards, along with clear, documented policies, can enhance cybersecurity resilience, reduce risk, and ultimately protect public services. This approach effectively raises the maturity level of information security controls, although continued efforts are needed to fully meet the targeted security standards.
