Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengantisipasi ancaman finansial teknologi terhadap eksistensi industri perbankan di ndonesia, karena dewasa ini kemajuan technologi sudah tidak dapat dihindari lagi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini dimana Indonesia menjadi negara dengan salah satu masyarakat dengan pengguna internet terbesar di dunia. Metodologi yang dignakan adalah deskriptif kualitattif dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan fakta-fakta, atau gejala yang terjadi saat ini terhadap pesatnya perkembangan financial teknologi dalam menyonsong era digitalisasi revolusi industry 4.0, khususnya dalam indutri perbankan. Hasilnya adalah perubahan manajemen merupakan suatu keharusan yang tidak bisa dielakkan bagi Industri ini agar tetap bertahan dalam persaingan . melalui pendekatannya memberikan petujuk dalam melakukan perubahan dengan menggunakan 3 pertanyaan : (1) “mengapa harus berubah ?”, (2)“ Apa yang harus berubah ?”, (3) “ Bagaimana melakukan perubahan ?”. Pertanyaan ini akan menjawab alternatif terbaik dalam melakukan proses perubahan tersebut., sehingga dapat dikembangkan strategi yang harus dilakukan oleh Industri perbankan dalam menghadapi perubahan.

Abstract

Penurunan market share bank syariah mandiri dalam 10 tahun terakhir menimbulkan tandatanya faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dibangun untuk mempelajari hubungan religiusitas, pengaruh sosial dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Mandiri. Penelitian ini mengambil tiga variabel bebas yaitu religiusitas, pengaruh sosial dan dukungan pemerintah serta satu variabel terikat minat menabung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan kuesioner. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan sampel adalah nasabah bank syariah mandiri dengan kriteria tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample yaitu purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 183 responden, dimana 22 responden tidak memenuhi syarat sehingga ada sebanyak 161 responden yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.2 untuk mengolah data dalam menemukan jawaban atas hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa religiusitas dan pengaruh sosial berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah mandiri – Bekasi, namun dukungan pemerintah memberikan hasil yang berbeda dimana dukungan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah mandiri – Bekasi. Penelitian ini fokus kepada faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi minat menabung di Bank Syariah Mandiri – Bekasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan gamabaran kepada Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam mempertimbangkan keputusan bisnis dalam meningkagkan kinerja perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Religiusitas, Pengaruh Sosial, Dukungan Pemerintah, Minat Menabung, dan Bank Syariah

Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction Telkomsel provider in the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative study in which the object used is the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 181 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0 The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of price, promotion, and product innovation have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.This research has a limited object of research which is only carried out on the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between innovation and social media in influencing the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative approach that is examined on halal food entrepreneurs in the city of North Bekasi. This study uses the SmartPls data analysis tool with a minimum sample of 100 halal food SMEs in the city of North Bekasi, but in practice from the questionnaires distributed as many as 145 questionnaires were received and only 115 questionnaires could be used in the study. The results of this study found that innovation had no effect on performance while social media had an effect on the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi. This research focuses on the role of innovation and social media in influencing performance. The focus of research on halal food MSMEs is expected to be a new sector that is studied in many types of MSMEs. The city of North Bekasi with a large number of MSMEs and a scattered Muslim population makes the results of this study more useful for the wider community.

Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of financial literacy, return, and risk on the investment decisions of Islamic millennial generation of Bekasi City. This research is quantitative research where the object used is the Islamic millennial generation in Bekasi City. The number of samples used in this study was 130 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study explain that the financial literacy variable has a positive effect on the investment decisions, the return variable has a positive effect on the investment decisions and the risk variable has a positive effect on the investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of innovation mediation that connects market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management and organization learning on the performance of MSMEs in the city of North Bekasi. This study uses a quantitative. The unit of analysis in this study is the Culinary SMEs in North Bekasi. This research was conducted on 231 respondents spread across northern Bekasi and used the SmartPLS 3.3.3 statistical tools. The results of this study further emphasize that innovation can mediate the relationship between market orientation and performance. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation also affects performance mediated by innovation and knowledge management affects performance mediated by innovation but organizational learning has no effect on performance mediated by innovation in UMKM culinery in North Bekasi.

Abstract

The performance itself is the result in quality and quantity achieved by employees in carrying out the duties and responsibilities authorized to them. If the performance of a company is not good, then the company will experience a setback in the existing competition. Humans are assets for companies that must be directed and guided to have the ability according to the desired expectations, integrity, loyalty and high morale need to be applied to employees to have a sense of responsibility for the work discipline, motivation and job satisfaction they do. Poor work discipline, motivation and job satisfaction can cause various problems in a company, such as employee performance. This study aims to determine whether career development, motivation, promotion affect employee performance. The method used is the PLS method. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that: the latent variables of career development, motivation and promotion have t-statistic values of 2.012, 3.038, and 4.485 > 1.96 and have p-values of 0.045, 0.003, and 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be said that the latent variable of career development, motivation, and promotion have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study is to measure the effect of customer satisfaction, service quality, and price on the loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in the city of North Bekasi. This study uses quantitative research methods where the millennial generation of trans-Jakarta users in the city of North Bekasi are the objects. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique and uses a sample of 100 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in North Bekasi city, while service quality and price have no effect on customer loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in northern Bekasi city. This study has limited research objectives that are only carried out on millennial generation trans Jakarta users in North Bekasi. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of customer satisfaction, service quality, and price on the loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in the city of North Bekasi.

Abstract

This study is to determine the factors that influence the financial management of weightlifting athletes in Indonesia. In this study uses quantitative research methods in which weightlifting athletes in Indonesia are the object. This study using a non-probability sampling technique and using a sample of 80 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that the three X variables consisting of Income, Financial Literacy, and Lifestyle have an influence on Financial Management in weightlifting athletes in Indonesia. This study has limited research objectives that only use 80 weightlifters in Indonesia as research respondents. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty of this study combines the variables of Income, Financial Literacy, and Lifestyle on Financial Management in weightlifting athletes in Indonesia.

Abstract

The research's main objective is to measure the decision of generation Z in North Bekasi City to use the ShopeePay digital wallet which is influenced by financial literacy, perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and income. This study used quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques and a total sample of 145 respondents. Using the structural equity model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and income have a positive effect on the decision to use the ShopeePay digital wallet in generation Z in North Bekasi City. However, the financial literacy variable has no effect on the decision to use the ShopeePay digital wallet.
