Abstract

This study analyzes the role of mediation of innovation in the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, technological orientation and intensity of competition on the performance of MSMEs by Muslim women who cultivate melinjo in the village of Menes Pandeglang, Banten. This research uses quantitative methods and statistical analysis tools in the form of smartpls 4.0. This study used a sampling technique in the form of quota sampling as many as 62 female entrepreneurs who processed melinjo. The results of this study found that there was an influence of entrepreneurial orientation and technology on innovation but different results on the intensity of competition. Other results explain that the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on performance but technology orientation and competition intensity have no effect on performance. The role of mediation has an effect on entrepreneurial orientation and technology on performance but has no effect on the intensity of competition. This research focuses on the role of women in improving the performance of MSMEs processed melinjo. In addition, the focus of this research is on the village of Menes, which is one of the villages in Pandegelang, Banten. The novelty in this study is that apart from the object of research, it is also a research model that has never been studied before.

Abstract

This study is a measurement of microeconomic variables using non performing financing (NPF) and operating costs (BOPO) and macroeconomic variables using inflation and exchange rates on performance using the profitability ratio (ROA) at Islamic commercial banks during the covid-19 period. This study is a quantitative design study with the object of research being Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a total of 3 Islamic Commercial Banks. IBM Statistical SPSS version 23 program is the analytical method used in this study. The results of this study conclude that microeconomic variables that use NPF and BOPO affect the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks during the covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, macroeconomic variables with inflation and exchange rates have different results, where inflation has an effect on performance, but the exchange rate has no effect on the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks during the covid 19 pandemic. This study focuses on measurement using the financial ratio method. This research also makes a new contribution to the phenomenon of Islamic commercial banks during the covid 19 pandemic. This research can also be input and an overview of strategies that can be taken by related parties so that they can improve positive performance, especially in dealing with extraordinary conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between innovation and social media in influencing the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative approach that is examined on halal food entrepreneurs in the city of North Bekasi. This study uses the SmartPls data analysis tool with a minimum sample of 100 halal food SMEs in the city of North Bekasi, but in practice from the questionnaires distributed as many as 145 questionnaires were received and only 115 questionnaires could be used in the study. The results of this study found that innovation had no effect on performance while social media had an effect on the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi. This research focuses on the role of innovation and social media in influencing performance. The focus of research on halal food MSMEs is expected to be a new sector that is studied in many types of MSMEs. The city of North Bekasi with a large number of MSMEs and a scattered Muslim population makes the results of this study more useful for the wider community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali informasi lebih dalam mengenai perbandingan laporan keuangan PT Medco Energi Internasional sebelum dan sesudah mengakuisisi ConocoPhillips Co dengan menggunakan metode rasio likuiditas (current ratio dan quick ratio), rasio profitabilitas (gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on aset, dan laba atas ekuitas), dan rasio aktivitas (rasio perputaran persediaan). Dari hasil penelitian, rasio likuiditas pada tahun setelah akuisisi mengalami peningkatan, rasio profitabilitas pada tahun setelah akuisisi mengalami penurunan, dan rasio aktivitas pada tahun setelah akuisisi mengalami penurunan. Perusahaan hanya perlu mengelola asetnya dengan baik untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas dan kinerja aktivitas yang sebelumnya menurun akibat akuisisi.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan dalam kinerja keuangan antar perusahaan. Rasio likuiditas mengungkap kemampuan perusahaan untuk memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek, sementara Rasio solvabilitas mengukur kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk memenuhi kewajiban finansial jangka panjangnya. Analisis Rasio aktivitas atau rasio perputaran adalah ukuran yang memberikan gambaran tentang seberapa efisien suatu perusahaan dalam menggunakan asetnya untuk menghasilkan penjualan atau pendapatan. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi signifikan untuk pemangku kepentingan, termasuk manajemen perusahaan, investor, dan kreditur. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang penggunaan analisis rasio keuangan sebagai alat penting dalam mengevaluasi kesehatan keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of halal food MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. Internal factors of information technology and external factors of cooperation influence the performance of MSMEs. The unit of analysis in this study amounted to 100 halal food MSME players in Bekasi Regency. The findings in this study further strengthen the findings of previous studies where internal factors of information technology affect the performance of MSMEs with a p-value of 0.009 and external factors of cooperation affect the performance of MSMEs with a p-value of 0.000. This study further strengthens previous findings regarding information technology and cooperation. This research is new to previous research conducted on the halal food industry in the Bekasi district. The selection of internal variables with the Resource Base View (RBV) and Market Base View (MBV) theories is a novelty in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide education, training and assistance in improving strategy and IT-based business performance for seafood MSME in the village of Labuan Banten. This training focuses on solving product problems that do not have Branding, packaging, are not hygienic, do not have traditional sales and marketing strategies and low average sales. Solutions for the problem is training and assistance in Branding and packaging strategies as well as the use of digital marketing are alternative solutions to problems in the short term to improve the performance of seafood MSME in Labuan village. It is hoped that after this activity is carried out, the MSME can have strong Branding, good packaging and a wide range of buyers and in the end can directly increase sales and indirectly help the regional economy and families.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Province Environmental Service. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with research hypothesis testing carried out using outer model and inner model tests in SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 program which is useful for analyzing the effect of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service using 150 respondents who were distributed through questionnaires in the Integrated Waste Management Unit area of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service. The results of the research that has been carried out are as shown in the following brief explanation: (1) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y). (2) The Job Satisfaction variable (Z) influences employee performance (Y). (3) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y). (4) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z). (5) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z).

Abstract

This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire aimed at employees of PT Graha Inti Permai. Sampling in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 105 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the Smartpls 4.0 statistical tool. The results of this research provide an explanation that the Workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. However, the Job Stress and Work Motivation variables have no effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. This research shows that work stress is not the main consideration in employee performance. This research has limited research objects which were only carried out on employees of PT. Graha Inti Permai. In this research, it combines the variables of work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Graha Inti Permai.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi pemerintah, baik besar maupun kecil, perlu menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Faktor manusia perlu diperhitungkan dalam manajemen agar efeknya konsisten dengan apa yang diharapkan organisasi atau bisnis untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Ketika seseorang dapat menemukan potensi mereka untuk pekerjaan melalui pekerjaan mereka, mereka terus bekerja dengan antusias. Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam kesejahteraan karyawan, kedisiplinan, dan kinerja mereka dalam bekerja, yang semuanya mendukung tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami lingkungan kerja dan motivasi yang berhubungan dengan praktik perekrutan karyawan di PT. SKF Indonesia..
