Abstract

PT. Suwara Dwipa Maju, is a service company that focuses on Information Technology and Telecommunication Systems and Lighting Specialists needed by both government agencies, private companies, hotels, apartments and residents. This observation aims to determine the impact of the Work Environment and Career Path on employee retention at PT. Suwarna Dwipa Maju Tangerang. The results of this observation show that the work environment has a positive influence on employee work. The fairly good environment is said to be good and this affects employee job satisfaction in the company. The good environment is due to the comfort and safety of employees while working. As well as employee career development at PT. Suwarna Dwipa Maju Tangerang is still in the good enough category so that career influences employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to determine whether there is a significant influence between communication and the work environment on job satisfaction. Research Methodology: The study uses “Literature Review” which use Google Scholar to collect data from online journal article literature. Result: The result of this writing is that communication and work environment affect job satisfaction. Limitation: This research was only conducted on employees in a company, these variables include communication, work environment and job satisfaction. Contribution: This research is expected to be useful for companies in realizing effective communication and a good work environment, so that there is an increase in job satisfaction for employees.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, training and motivation on employee job satisfaction. Methodology: In this method using a literature review using Google Scholar to be compiled and summarized in this study, in addition to the literature review it also uses references from various written data sources. Mendley and Google Scholar were widely used to write this article. Results: the results of this study can be said that motivation is not significant to employee job satisfaction that occurs in CV. We Succeed Independently. but in the system the variables of training and work environment variables are significant. meaning that motivation is an obstacle in this research but not too serious. Limitations: This research was only conducted on employees in the company. These variables include work environment, training and motivation to see the effect on employee job satisfaction. Contribution: The researcher hopes that this research can provide management with an overview of what conditions are currently happening in the company, and hope to provide insight into managing the company and creating a good working atmosphere so that it can have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and loyalty on Nako coffee consumer satisfaction. Methodology: This study uses the "Literature Review" method using Google Scholar to obtain data from online journal article literature. Results: The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and loyalty have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Nako coffee. Limitations: This research was only conducted on Nako coffee consumers. These variables include product quality, price and loyalty to see the effect on customer satisfaction of Nako coffee. Contribution: The researcher hopes that this research can provide an overview to the company about the conditions that are currently happening in the company, and hope to provide insight into managing the company and creating good quality so that it can have a positive influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see whether there was a difference in the number of rural poor people from several policy formulas used in the mechanism for granting the Village Fund which had been running for 6 years. The statistical method used is the Independent Sample T-Test. The sample used is 33 provinces in Indonesia that receive Village Funds sourced from the National Budget and Revenue. The result is that between the first and second formulas there is no difference in the number of rural poor people, as well as between the changes in the second and third formulas. New differences emerged between the third and fourth formulas, but these differences did not show better results, this was also exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, including Indonesia.

Abstract

The research aims to determine how much product quality influences purchasing decisions for MSME products during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, where this research is expected to provide an overview of the relationship between variables through testing using statistical calculations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the help of data analysis methods namely validity test analysis, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and regression equation test. The number of respondents was 75 people. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable. This shows that the influence between variables has a moderate positive dependency relationship category. While the results of the coefficient of determination show that there is a contribution from the product quality variable (X) to the purchasing decision variable (Y) of 33.7% and most of the remaining 66.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

This study is a research that is used to measure the effect of income, financial literacy, credit attitude towards interest in using Sharia credit cards in North of Bekasi City, Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research where the object used is Sharia credit card. The technique used is a probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of income and financial literacy have no effect on interest in using Sharia credit cards in North of Bekasi City. However, credit attitudes have an influence on interest in using Sharia credit cards in North of Bekasi City This research has a limited object of research which is only carried out on Sharia credit card users in North of Bekasi City. This can be a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of income, financial literacy, credit attitude towards interest in using Sharia credit cards at in North of Bekasi City

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pemanfaatan strategi e-channel pemasaran yang berdaya saing internasional pada UMKM hasil olahan laut di Labuan, Pandeglang, Banten. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pemecahan masalah penjualan yang mengalami penurunan kinerja dari tahun ke tahun. Permasalahan ini muncul karena tidak kurangnya strategi pemanfaatan e-channel pemasaran. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah identifikasi dan profiling produk serta keberhasilan para pelaku UMKM hasil olahan laut untuk dapat memilliki akun yang berbasis e-channel. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan hasil olahan laut di desa Labuan, pandeglang, Banten

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari career development (pengembangan karir), kepuasan kerja, dan perceived organizational support (dukungan organisasional yang dirasakan) terhadap turnover intention (keinginan untuk pindah kerja) karyawan di Naga Swalayan Jatiasih. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner dari responden yang merupakan karyawan Naga Swalayan Jatiasih. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan berbagai teknik statistik untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keinginan untuk pindah kerja di lingkungan kerja Naga Swalayan Jatiasih. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat membantu manajemen dalam mengembangkan kebijakan dan strategi untuk meningkatkan pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, dan dukungan organisasional yang dirasakan, sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat turnover intention karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh remote work dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kolaborasi tim. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yaitu pendekatan penelitian yang menggunakan data numerik untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menyajikan informasi. Ini melibatkan pengumpulan data terukur, analisis statistik, pengendalian variabel, dan penekanan pada validitas dan reliabilitas. Dalam memperoleh data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode survei dan studi literatur. Metode survei dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner dan berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal penelitian, buku referensi dan dokumen lainnya. Gaya kepemimpinan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan tim, karena mempengaruhi organisasi dan motivasi tim. Komunikasi dan interaksi yang baik dengan anggota tim lainnya juga penting untuk keberhasilan tim, terutama dalam situasi kerja jarak jauh. Pemimpin dengan gaya transformasional diharapkan fleksibel dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan lingkungan dan tim untuk menghindari ketidakstabilan yang berlebihan. Kesimpulannya, kerja sama tim, kerja jarak jauh, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.
