Abstract

Analisis semiotika Riffaterre pada pada Doangang Panjamabarakkang (mantra Pertanian) masyarakat Makassar di Kelurahan Bulukunyi Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap makna pada Doangan panjamabarakang (mantra pertanian) dengan menggunakan teori semiotika Riffaterre. Metode didesain dengan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analisis. Data bersumber dari doangang panjamabarakang(mantra pertanian). Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Analisis Semiotika Riffaterre pada Doangang Panjamabarakang(mantra pertanian) mempresentasikan yakni: Ketidaklangsungan ekspresi ditemukan makna penolak, nasehat, dan pujian. Pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik ditemukan rasa syukur. Matriks adalah penolak bala dan keberkahan, sedangkan model adalah permohonan agar terhindar dari bala. Hipogram dalam mantra memiliki hubungan dengan teks lain yaknidoangan songkabala (penolak bala. Dari keseluruhan mantra menunjukkan permohonan agar terhindar dari bala dan diberikan kekuatan dalam pertanian, serta rasa syukur, pujian dan keberkahan.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter di kalangan mahasiswa memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan individu yang tidak hanya kompeten secara akademis tetapi juga memiliki moral dan etika yang baik. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat, mahasiswa dapat mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter yang telah mereka pelajari di kelas, terutama melalui pembelajaran bahasa. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran bahasa dapat meningkatkan prestasi akademik mahasiswa dan kontribusi mereka terhadap masyarakat. Pembahasan mencakup pentingnya pendidikan karakter, peran pembelajaran bahasa, implementasi program pengabdian masyarakat, dan manfaatnya bagi mahasiswa serta masyarakat. Upaya ini bertujuan membangun generasi yang berkarakter unggul dan berprestasi akademik sekaligus mendorong harmoni dan kemajuan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam antologi cerpen bahasa Makassar “Inai Lambusuk, Ia Salamak” dan relevansinya dengan pembelajaran bahasa Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian grounded theory.  Penelitian ini menganalisis kata atau kalimat dalam cerpen yang mengandung nilai karakter. Data dianalisis dengan model Miles & Huberman melalui empat tahapan: pemusatan fokus penelitian, penyeleksian data dominan, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan enam nilai penting yang selaras dengan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila: (1) beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia; (2) mandiri; (3) gotong royong; (4) berkebhinekaan global; (5) bernalar kritis; dan (6) kreatif. Nilai beriman dan berakhlak mulia paling menonjol, menekankan aspek spiritual dan moral dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Kesimpulannya, cerpen ini relevan sebagai bahan bacaan dan sumber pembelajaran yang efektif untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum, sehingga menjadi referensi berharga bagi pendidik dalam mengajarkan pendidikan karakter. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Antologi Cerpen “Inai Lambusuk Ia Salamak”, Profil pelajar pancasila

Abstract

This research aims to reveal  stages of meaning of kelong Sisila-sila in the poetry of Pakkiok Bunting, Songkolo Village, Gowa Regency. by using Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutical theory. Hermeneutics is an important element in understanding or providing meaning from a text. This theory uses three stages, namely objective meaning, reflective meaning and existential meaning. The method was designed using qualitative descriptive analysis research. The data is sourced from the kelong sisila-sila in the pakkiok bunting poem, Songkolo Village, Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, reading and listening, taking notes and documentation. The results of the research show that the analysis of the kelong Sisila-sila in the pakkiok bunting poetry of Songkolo Village, Gowa Regency found 28 symbol on stages of objective, reflective and existential meaning. . In this meaning it contains advice or pap put toriolo which is useful for the people who listen. Kelong Sisila-sila in the poem Pakkiok Bunting is believed by the Songkolo people to be oral literature which reflects that Makassar culture must be respected, especially for the younger generation in developing Makassar literature.Keywords: Kelong Sisila-sila, Pakkiok Bunting, Paul Ricoeur's Hermeneutics,Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap tahapan makna yang ada pada kelong sisila-sila dalam syair pakkiok bunting Desa Songkolo Kabupaten Gowa. dengan menggunakan kajian teori hermeneutika Paul Ricoeur. Hermeneutika merupakan unsur penting dalam memahami atau memberikan makna dari sebuah teks. Teori ini menggunakan tiga tahapan yakni makna objektif, makna reflektif dan makna eksistensial. Metode didesain dengan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analisis. Data bersumber pada kelong sisila-sila dalam syair pakkiok bunting Desa Songkolo Kabupaten Gowa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, baca-simak, catat, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kelong sisila-sila dalam syair pakkiok bunting Desa Songkolo Kabupaten Gowa ditemukan 28 simbol Tahapan makna objektif, reflektif dan eksistensial. Dalam makna tersebut mengandung nasehat atau pappasang toriolo yang berguna bagi masyarakat yang mendengarkan.  Kelong sisila dalam syair pakkiok bunting dipercaya oleh masyarakat Songkolo merupakan suatu sastra lisan yang mencerminkan bahwa budaya Makassar harus dihargai keberadaannya khususnya bagi generasi muda dalam mengembangkan sastra Makassar.Kata Kunci: Kelong Sisila-sila, Pakkiok Bunting, Hermeneutika Paul Ricoeur

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form of persuasive language in the text of katobba pallappassang 'Eid sermon' in Gowa Regency, and revealing persuasive techniques in the text of the katobba pallapassang 'Eid sermon' in Gowa Regency. The method was designed using descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study comes from 2 texts of katobba pallappassang 'Eid sermon', 1 text katobba pallappassang rumallang 'Eid al-Fitr sermon', and 1 text of the katobba pallappassang hajj 'Eid al-Adha sermon' obtained from a religious figure named Muh. Ramli, S.Pd.I., Dg. Laja. Data collection was carried out using copy, read and note techniques. The results of the research show that, (1) 4 applications of persuasive form were found, namely persuasive form of invitation, persuasive form of affirmation, persuasive form of advice, and persuasive form of prohibition. (2) 4 applications of persuasive techniques were found, namely association persuasive techniques, integration persuasive techniques, pay off & fear arousing persuasive techniques, and icing persuasive techniques. The application of persuasive forms and techniques is carried out to influence the communicant or congregation so that the desired persuasion goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of Pappasang ponggawa, reveal the meaning of Pappasang ponggawa and reveal the moral values contained in Pappasang ponggawa in fishing communities. This research is a qualitative study, using a qualitative descriptive design, which focuses on the form, meaning, and value of Pappasang ponggawa, obtained from ponggawa in South Galesong District through observation, interviews, and recording. The research instruments consisted of researchers, recorders, notebooks, and interview guidelines. The results revealed that the form of Pappasang ponggawa in the fishing community in South Galesong District, Takalar Regency, is a form of dialogue, pamali, and doangang which contains lexical, contextual, and connotative meanings. The moral values in the Pappasang are individual, social, and religious moral values

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tuturan wali kelas dalam berinteraksidengan siswa di SMAS Angkasa Maros. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yangdianalisis secara deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu tuturan lisan yang telah ditranskip berupa,kata, frasa, kalimat, atau klausa yang mengandung makna interpersonal tuturan wali kelas dengansiswa kelas XII di SMAS Angkasa Maros. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah wali kelas dan siswakelas XII IPS 2 dan XII MIPA 4 di SMAS Angkasa Maros. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitianini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik rekam dan teknik simak-catat. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan jenis MOOD yang lebih dominan digunakan pada konteks WKP menyikapi siswa yangsuka menyendiri di kelas dan konteks WKP menyikapi siswa yang gawainya disita, yakni indikatifdeklaratif dan indikatif interogatif. Sementara, konteks WKL menyikapi siswa yang gawainya disitasaat ujian dan konteks WKL menyikapi siswa yang rambutnya di cukur menggunakan jenis MOODimperatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan temuan baru, dengan teori Sistem Linguistik Fungsional(SLF) disandingkan dengan teori komunikasi Dr. Stephen R, ditemukan bahwa keterbukaan siswakepada wali kelas terhadap permasalahan yang dialami dilakukan dengan dua teknik komunikasi,yakni teknik cek persepsi dan teknik pertanyaan klarifikasi. Teknik inilah yang dilakukan oleh keduawali kelas, baik WKP dan WKL yang terlihat pada fungsi tutur question dan statement. Respons yangdiberikan siswa lebih dominan menggunakan respons positif dengan fungsi tutur answer sertaacknowledgment. Sementara, realisasi fungsi tutur dalam bentuk pilihan MOOD non tipikal lebihbanyak pada tuturan WKP, untuk WKL menunjukkan karakteristik kalimat tipikal.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are; (1) the meaning of the graund sign in the novel CerozBatozar by Tere Liye. (2) the meaning of the sign of the object in the novel CerozBatozar by Tere Liye. (3) the meaning of the interpretant sign in the novel CerozBatozar by Tere Liye. (4) implications for sastra learning in vocational schools. This type of research is qualitative research with a description method. The data of this study is in the form of words, sentences, in the novel Ceroz and Batozar which contain signs in the form of graunds, objects, interpretations. The source of the data in this study is the text of the novel Ceroz and Batozar by Tere Liye. Data collection techniques used through reading or reading technology, observation and recording, analysis techniques. The technique of validity, which is used trianggulation theory. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model with three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there are three signs of semiotics according to pierce in the novels of Ceroz and Batozar, namely graund, object, and interpretant.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability to translate Makassar language sentences into Indonesian through powerpoint media for students. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Inpres Jipang, totalling 32 people. The sample set was 32 students using saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a test technique, namely a written test. The data collected will be analysed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that the ability to translate Makassarese sentences into Indonesian through powerpoint media of students was in the category of not yet able with an average score obtained by students as a whole of 48.7. The level of ability to translate Makassarese sentences into Indonesian through powerpoint  media of students, namely samples who obtained scores of 75-100, did not meet the criteria for the level of student ability to reach the predetermined standard of 75%. The students who scored 75-100 were 6 students (18.8%) who were in the able category and students who scored 0-74 were 26 students (81.2%) who were in the unable category.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the perceptions of foreign speakers towards Indonesian language teaching materials based on local wisdom. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research design. The data source in this research is foreign speakers who are studying Indonesian at the Bolasugi Language School. Research data was obtained by asking several questions that had been provided by the researcher. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that foreign speakers have a positive perception of local wisdom-based teaching materials. They feel that these teaching materials not only help in learning Indonesian, but also introduce local culture in an interesting and relevant way and that local wisdom-based teaching materials are able to achieve learning goals, such as improving language understanding, enriching vocabulary, and growing foreign speakers' confidence in using Indonesian.
