Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) is a government program to provide health insurance to all Indonesian citizens. In its implementation, determining the eligibility of premium assistance recipients still faces challenges regarding accuracy and efficiency. This study aims to implement the C5.0 algorithm in classifying the eligibility of JKN premium assistance recipients and measure the accuracy of the resulting classification model. The method used is the C5.0 algorithm with the boosting technique with 10 trials and global pruning, with a 70:30 training and testing data split ratio, minimum cases of 2, and confidence level of 0.2. The research results show that the classification model performs excellently with an accuracy rate of 94.27%, precision of 83.78%, Recall of 90.29%, F1-Score of 86.92%, and AUC of 92.81%. The Specificity, reaching 95.34%, demonstrates the model's reliability in identifying ineligible participants for assistance. With a total algorithm execution time of 0.2224 seconds, these results indicate that the C5.0 algorithm can be implemented as an effective decision support system in determining the eligibility of JKN premium assistance recipients.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate Information Technology Governance at Jabal Ghafur University (Unigha) using the COBIT 2019 Framework. The focus of the research includes analysis of Information Technology operational processes, measurement of feasibility with the COBIT 2019 Design Factor Toolkit, and performance evaluation on two main process objectives, namely EDM03 (Ensured Risk Optimization) and MEA03 (Managed Compliance with External Requirements). This research involved respondents selected based on RACI Chart analysis, consisting of the Vice Chancellor I, Head of the General Administration Bureau, Head of the Administration Section, Head of PUKSI, Head of the Information Security Section, and Head of the Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) using a questionnaire. The analysis results show that these two process objectives have an average capability value of 100% at Capability Level 1, but only achieved Largely Achieved at Capability Level 2. The gap analysis shows a gap between the current condition (Level 1) and the desired target (Level 4), with a difference of 3. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Unigha strengthen risk management and compliance with external requirements, through updating internal policies, improving HR training and utilizing technology more effectively. This improvement is expected to increase the level of capability and performance of Information Technology Governance in Unigha.

Abstract

Furniture is a household necessity that serves to complement a room. The design models of furniture are varied, ranging from general or mass-market designs to those made for specific needs. Sofas, tables, chairs, swivel chairs, TV cabinets, wardrobes, beds, and bookshelves are the items analyzed in this study. The fact that there are always more and better furniture models available is one of the reasons the researcher chose these furniture items. The goal of furniture object classification is to help categorize objects automatically, making it easier for users to quickly search for the furniture products they want, and the system can recommend items based on the classification results. This study uses 3 architectures with 3 testing scenarios. The architectures used are MobileNetV1, ResNet-50, and VGGNet-19. Scenario S1 uses image dimensions of 128x128 with 50 epochs, scenario S2 uses image dimensions of 128x128 with 100 epochs, and scenario S3 uses image dimensions of 128x128 + grayscale with 50 epochs. The accuracy results are differentiated according to the scenarios used, namely S1, S2, and S3. The detailed accuracy results are as follows: Scenario S1 using the MobileNetV1 architecture achieved an accuracy of 94.31%. The highest accuracy in scenario S2 was also achieved with the MobileNetV1 architecture at 94.31%. For the highest accuracy in scenario S3, MobileNetV1 achieved an accuracy of 72.61%. The fastest computation time for S1 was 871.97 seconds, for S2 it was 1763.04 seconds, and for S3 it was 436.32 seconds. Among the three architectures used, MobileNetV1 stands out as the best architecture in terms of accuracy and classification speed in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja protokol MQTT dan HTTP dalam sistem komunikasi Internet of Things (IoT), khususnya untuk pemantauan kualitas udara ruang kelas secara real-time. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan server virtual machine dengan spesifikasi identik, berdasarkan parameter seperti penggunaan CPU, waktu pengiriman pesan, dan tingkat kehilangan data. MQTT, sebagai protokol ringan dengan model publish-subscribe, menunjukkan kecepatan pengiriman pesan yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan HTTP, terutama pada skenario dengan volume pesan yang besar. Namun, penggunaan CPU pada MQTT meningkat tajam seiring bertambahnya jumlah pesan, dan terjadi kehilangan data yang signifikan hingga 33,8% pada pengiriman 600.000 pesan. Sebaliknya, HTTP yang berbasis model request-response dengan mekanisme multi-proses, mampu menjaga keandalan pengiriman pesan hingga 100%, meskipun waktu pengirimannya jauh lebih lambat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MQTT lebih efisien untuk sistem yang membutuhkan kecepatan tinggi dan dapat mentoleransi sebagian kehilangan data, sementara HTTP lebih cocok untuk aplikasi yang menuntut keandalan tinggi dan akurasi data secara penuh. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembang dalam memilih protokol komunikasi yang sesuai berdasarkan kebutuhan sistem IoT dan skala implementasinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk perkembangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa KIP Kuliah di Universitas Jabal Ghafur (Unigha), dengan menggunakan metode SAW dan AHP. Efisiensi dan objektivitas dalam proses seleksi beasiswa sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa beasiswa diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang layak. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai metode, termasuk studi literatur, melakukan observasi dan wawancara, serta analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW dan AHP sama-sama efektif dalam proses seleksi beasiswa, masing-masing memiliki keunggulan tersendiri dalam aspek penilaian yang berbeda.

Abstract

The use of electrical energy is expected to always increase every year. This is due to the increasing needs of the community that must be met. Electricity has become the foundation for welfare and economic progress as well as a growth engine both domestically and globally, to meet the need for electrical energy in the future so that a system is needed that can predict future electrical energy consumption. Various prediction methods have developed along with the problems that arise. These methods include the Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain method and the Markov Chain Monte Carlo method. This study aims to apply the Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain (FTSMC) method to predict electricity consumption (KWH) in Aceh Province until 2030 using the electricity consumption dataset from 2018 to 2022. The FTSMC method combines fuzzy time series modeling with Markov chain state transitions, allowing for effective handling of uncertainty in time series data. The results reveal an impressive forecast accuracy, with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 3.2483%, demonstrating the model’s robustness and suitability for electricity consumption forecasting, with a predicted 314,606,308 kWh in January 2023 and 482,982,495 kWh in December 2030, representing an overall increase of 53.5% over the eight-year period. The FTSMC model effectively stabilizes predictions over time, ultimately converging to a stable value. This stability suggests that FTSMC is well-suited for forecasting in contexts where historical patterns are expected to persist. Further application of this model could benefit other sectors requiring accurate, stable forecasts.

Abstract

The application of Internet of Things in agriculture, particularly in grape greenhouses, enables automated environmental control to enhance efficiency and crop yield. This study compares the performance of two fuzzy logic methods, Fuzzy Mamdani and Fuzzy Tsukamoto, in a temperature and humidity control system based on IoT using the DHT22 sensor. The system is designed to automate irrigation via actuators based on sensor data. Performance evaluation was conducted using RMSE, MAE, and standard deviation metrics. The results show that the Tsukamoto method achieved lower RMSE 2.6928, MAE 2.2625, and standard deviation 1.1080 compared to the Mamdani method, which recorded RMSE of 2.9039, MAE of 2.3947, and standard deviation of 1.9268. However, a paired t-test yielded a p-value of 0.0690 0.05, indicating no statistically significant performance difference. Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to provide recommendations for the best accommodation and the fastest route to the accommodation location in Lhokseumawe City. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the priority of accommodation based on five main criteria, namely price, public facilities, cleanliness, security, and year founded. The Dijkstra algorithm is applied to calculate the shortest path from the user's position to the selected accommodation. This study involved 21 accommodations as study objects. The results of the analysis showed that Hotel Diana obtained the highest value of 0.08873, so it was recommended as the main accommodation. The shortest distance from the Faculty of Engineering, Malikussaleh University to Hotel Diana is 11.53857 km. These results indicate that the combination of the AHP method and the Dijkstra algorithm is effective in supporting location-based decision making, as well as making it easier for users to determine appropriate accommodation and the fastest route efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to cluster the best Senior High Schools (SMA) in Serdang Bedagai Regency using the K-Means method. Five evaluation indicators were used in the clustering process: accreditation, school status, number of teachers, achievements, and facilities. A total of 41 schools were analyzed using a non-hierarchical approach, with the optimal number of clusters determined through the Elbow Method, resulting in three groups: excellent, good, and fair. Data normalization was performed using the Min-Max method to ensure equal scaling among variables. The clustering results using the K-Means algorithm formed three clusters that represent the quality of schools based on transformed numerical data. The K-Means method proved capable of providing a general overview of school quality grouping, which can serve as a basis for policy-making to improve the quality of education in the region.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan suatu organisasi yang menyediakan layanan sistem informasi akademik bagi mahasiswa, dimana layanan sistem informasi akademik tersebut tentunya harus dapat dianalisis. Institusi pendidikan tinggi tersebut adalah Universitas Malikussaleh, yang terletak di Lhokseumawe, sebuah kota di provinsi Aceh, Indonesia. Mahasiswa merupakan pengguna utama layanan perguruan tinggi Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui besar gap antara persepsi dan ekspetasi mahasiswa melalui pendekatan Service Quality yang dikombinasikan dengan teori Fuzzy untuk mengukur gap persepsi dan ekspetasi dari mahasiswa dengan tepat.  Dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Service Quality hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan semua item pernyataan memiliki nilai gap negatif. Nilai gap pada dimensi service quality yang tertinggi adalah pada dimensi pertama, Reliability, yaitu sebesar -1,04; kedua, Responsiveness yaitu sebesar -0,87; ketiga, Assurance yaitu sebesar -0,85; keempat, Empathy yaitu sebesar -0,79; dan kelima Tangiable yaitu sebesar -0,72. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) yang diberikan oleh pihak Universitas Malikussaleh masih belum mampu memenuhi harapan penggunanya dikarenakan sampel pada penelitian ini yang masih terbatas dan perlu melakukan perbaikan pada masing-masing dimensi pada service quality.
