This study aims to determine the effect of Plant Layout and the availability of raw materials on the smooth production at PT. Indo Karuna Steel. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Plant Layout has a significant effect on the smoothness of production by 46.4%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.390> 1.998). The availability of raw materials has a significant effect on the smooth production of 45.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.304> 1.998). Plant Layout and the availability of raw materials simultaneously have a significant effect on the smoothness of production by 57.1%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (41.268> 2.750).

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Health Office. The method used in this research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all civil servants of the South Tangerang City Health Office as many as 58 people. The sample in this study was taken using a saturated sampling technique with the results of the calculation of 58 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the better work motivation, the better employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the employee's work discipline, the employee's performance will increase. Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this shows that the better work motivation and work discipline, the employee's performance will increase.

The latest technological developments cause impacts in all fields. One of them is a change in social behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine technological determinism and technological literacy on student learning outcomes at MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 78 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are technological determinism that has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes by 38.6%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.907> 1.992), so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning there is a positive and significant influence between technological determinism on student learning outcomes at the MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang Office. Technology literacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes by 39.8%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.091> 1.992) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between technology literacy on student learning outcomes. A simultaneous test of technological determinism and technological literacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes with an influence contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (40.435> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between technological determinism and technology literacy on student learning outcomes in MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang

The Influence of Procrastination and Low Time Management on Student Self Efficacy (at MA Soebono Mantofani) Kharisma Danang Yuangga; Denok Sunarsi

Procrastination is the behavior that can not take advantage of time or procrastinate doing something. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 61 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the delaying habits have a negative effect on student self-efficacy of 41.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6,406 <2,001), so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between procrastination on student self-efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The low time management has a negative effect on student self-efficacy by 39.9%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6.262 <2.001) so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between low management time on student slf Efficacy on. Simultaneous test of procrastinating habit and low time management affect the student self efficacy with a contribution of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (20.767> 2.760), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani.

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work climate on the performance of school principals at Cipulir Muhammadiyah Vocational High School, South Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the principal by 51.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.568> 2.006). Work climate has a significant effect on the performance of school principals by 44.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.456> 2.006). Discipline and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of school principals with the regression equation Y = 7.924 + 0.419X1 + 0.387X2 and the influence contribution is 61.6%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (41.741> 2.780).

Diverse parties require more extensive, pertinent, exhaustive, and timely information to aid decision-making. This research aims to determine how financial information quality (FIQ) affects voluntary disclosure (VD), particularly when it is moderated by corporate culture (CC). We employed two stages of data collection. The first stage was carried out by distributing questionnaires to company accountants, auditors, and educator accountants concerning the FIQ, CC, and VD. The selected respondents were considered competent with the intended research topic to obtain the respondents' objective and professional perceptions of the distributed questionnaires. The second stage was conducting semi-structured interviews with the competent participants to obtain their professional judgments on the variables studied. The data was processed using a variance-based approach to answer the constructed hypotheses. The study proposed that high-quality financial information could significantly influence the increase of VD. This study also showed that an opened CC could strengthen VD. The supervisory role of top management and the board is crucial to producing reliable, high-quality financial information and building a more open CC. It also influences the growth of VD, reduces information asymmetry, and increases capital market investment transactions.Â

Saat usia muda, perlunya membentuk mindset wirausaha dan menempuh Pendidikan di tingkat Pendidikan tinggi agar memiliki ilmu dan wawasan dalam berwirausaha. Dalam mewujudkan seorang wirausaha muda, maka sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan, seperti SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta perlu memfasilitasi siswanya agar dapat menjadi wirausaha sejak dini, agar diharapkan mampu menambah jumlah wirausaha khususnya di Kota Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.Adapun tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memotivasi mengenai ilmu kewirausahaan dan motivasi kisah sukses dalam berwirausaha, terutama materi yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan mindset wirausaha pada anggota Siswa SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa Penyampaian materi PKM ini dilakukan secara Hybrid learning yaitu model pembelajaran secara bersamaan dengan bantuan teknologi menggunakan via aplikasi zoom bagi peserta yang online dan menggunakan infocus secara offline bagi peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di sekolah. Dengan sebuah materi mengenai Pembentukan Mindset Wirausaha Muda dengan Tingkat Pendidikan Tinggi dan simulasi cara menjadi wirausahadi era kompetitif saat ini.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat oleh dosen-dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang dapat membuahkan hasil yang positif terlihat dari antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pemberian materi, tanya jawab dan diskusi, serta bertambahnya ilmu pengetahuan, wawasan dan bimbingan mengenai Pembentukan Mindset Wirausaha Muda dengan Tingkat Pendidikan Tinggi.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) untuk mengajarkan bagaimana cara dalam manajemen waktu di bulan ramadahan. Manajemen waktu didalam bulan ramdhan ini berguna dalam efisiensi kegiatan yang dilakukan agar lebih teratur. Fokus masalah yang diangkat, yaitu : (1) bagaimana manejemen waktu dalam beribadah di bulan ramadhan (2) bagaimana kendala dan manfaat ketika kita bisa menerapkan manajemen waktu beribadah di bulan ramadhan. Dimana di bulan ramadhan adalah bulan yang sangat berharga bagi umat islam di dunia karna setiap beribadah akan berkali-kali lipat pahala yang akan didapt, maka dari itu penting sekali untuk menerapkan manajemen waktu beribadah di bulan ramadhan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Waktu, Ramadhan Community Service Activities (PKM) to teach how to manage time in the month of Ramadan. Time management in the month of Ramadan is useful in making efficiency activities more organized. The focus of the issues raised, namely: (1) how to manage time in worship in the month of Ramadan (2) what are the obstacles and benefits when we apply time management to worship in the month of Ramadan. Where in the month of Ramadan is a very valuable month for Muslims in the world because every worship will be rewarded many times over, therefore it is very important to implement worship time management in the month of Ramadan.Keywords: Time Management, Ramadhan
