The Influence of Product Mix, Promotion Mix and Brand Image on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Sari Roti Products in South Tangerang Jasmani Jasmani; Denok Sunarsi

Along with the many types of bread that appear now, one of which is white bread. Companies are required to make bread products that can meet the wishes of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of product mix, promotion mix and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of Sari Roti products in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 consumers. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the product mix significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions by 30.3%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The promotion mix has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 41.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 26.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product mix, promotion mix, and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 49.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Good service quality within the company will create satisfaction for its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price accuracy on consumer confidence and its implications for increasing sales. The method used is explanatory research with regression tests, coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study it was found that there is a significant influence between service quality on consumer confidence with a determination value of 40.6% and a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. There is a significant influence between the accuracy of prices on consumer confidence with a value of 45.1% determination and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05. There is a significant influence between service quality and price accuracy simultaneously on consumer trust with a determination value of 60.4% and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05.

Sektor pariwisata berkembang pesat di Kuningan. Merujuk pada kebijaksanaan otonomi daerah, setiap daerah dapat mengembangkan potensi yang ada, termasuk sektor pariwisata. Sehubungan dengan bidang kewirausahaan, menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2016, rasio wirausaha di Indonesia sebesar 3,10 persen dari jumlah penduduk sebanyak 225 juta orang. Rasio wirausaha Indonesia mengalami kenaikan yang sebelumnya hanya 1,67%, kini menjadi 3,1%. berdasarkan data BPS 2016 dengan jumlah penduduk 252 juta, jumlah wirausaha non pertanian yang menetap mencapai 7,8 juta orang atau 3,1%. Dengan demikian, tingkat kewirausahaan Indonesia telah melampaui 2% dari populasi penduduk sebagai syarat minimal suatu masyarakat akan sejahtera. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata memberikan kesempatan untuk membangun bidang kewirausahaan, khususnya di bidang kuliner. Bidang kuliner ini dapat mendukung kegiatan pariwisata dengan memperkenalkan makanan tradisional yang merefleksikan karakter budaya dan warisan lokal dari setiap daerah. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mencoba untuk memetakan lima kekuatan yang menentukan intensitas kompetitif dalam industri (5 kekuatan Porter), yaitu: (1) produk pengganti, (2) pesaing yang kompetitif, (3) pendatang baru, (4) penawaran supplier, dan (5) penawaran pembeli. Hasil pemetaan ini dapat dijadikan strategi pengembangan bisnis seni kuliner tradisional dengan metode analisis SWOT. Tulisan ini merekomendasikan sebuah strategi untuk mengembangkan bisnis seni kuliner tradisional melalui kegiatan pariwisata. Selanjutnya diharapkan melalui pengembangan sektor pariwisata dapat memberikan dampak positif untuk perkembangan kewirausahaan di Kuningan. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah ada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dalam berwirausaha dengan menggunakan metode baru ini dibandingkan metode konvensional. ABSTRAKPenelitia n ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui p engaruh gaya ke pemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kiner ja karyawan pada Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Tangerang. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dan menggunakan sebanyak 67 responden dengan m enggunakan Random Sampling dan pengambilan data dengan rumus Solvin. Hasil penelitiandapat dilihat dari Uji F yang memberikan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel (33,173 > 3,140) maka Ha diterima, sehingga dinyatakan bahwa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhada p kinerja karyawan Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Tangerang.Kata Kunci : “Gaya Kepemimpinan,Budaya Organisasi,Kinerja Karyawan”.

This study aims to determine the effect of Plant Layout and the availability of raw materials on the smooth production at PT. Indo Karuna Steel. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Plant Layout has a significant effect on the smoothness of production by 46.4%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.390> 1.998). The availability of raw materials has a significant effect on the smooth production of 45.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.304> 1.998). Plant Layout and the availability of raw materials simultaneously have a significant effect on the smoothness of production by 57.1%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (41.268> 2.750).

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Health Office. The method used in this research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all civil servants of the South Tangerang City Health Office as many as 58 people. The sample in this study was taken using a saturated sampling technique with the results of the calculation of 58 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the better work motivation, the better employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the employee's work discipline, the employee's performance will increase. Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this shows that the better work motivation and work discipline, the employee's performance will increase.

The latest technological developments cause impacts in all fields. One of them is a change in social behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine technological determinism and technological literacy on student learning outcomes at MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 78 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are technological determinism that has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes by 38.6%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.907> 1.992), so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning there is a positive and significant influence between technological determinism on student learning outcomes at the MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang Office. Technology literacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes by 39.8%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.091> 1.992) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between technology literacy on student learning outcomes. A simultaneous test of technological determinism and technological literacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes with an influence contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (40.435> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between technological determinism and technology literacy on student learning outcomes in MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang

The Influence of Procrastination and Low Time Management on Student Self Efficacy (at MA Soebono Mantofani) Kharisma Danang Yuangga; Denok Sunarsi

Procrastination is the behavior that can not take advantage of time or procrastinate doing something. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 61 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the delaying habits have a negative effect on student self-efficacy of 41.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6,406 <2,001), so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between procrastination on student self-efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The low time management has a negative effect on student self-efficacy by 39.9%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6.262 <2.001) so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between low management time on student slf Efficacy on. Simultaneous test of procrastinating habit and low time management affect the student self efficacy with a contribution of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (20.767> 2.760), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani.

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work climate on the performance of school principals at Cipulir Muhammadiyah Vocational High School, South Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the principal by 51.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.568> 2.006). Work climate has a significant effect on the performance of school principals by 44.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.456> 2.006). Discipline and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of school principals with the regression equation Y = 7.924 + 0.419X1 + 0.387X2 and the influence contribution is 61.6%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (41.741> 2.780).

Diverse parties require more extensive, pertinent, exhaustive, and timely information to aid decision-making. This research aims to determine how financial information quality (FIQ) affects voluntary disclosure (VD), particularly when it is moderated by corporate culture (CC). We employed two stages of data collection. The first stage was carried out by distributing questionnaires to company accountants, auditors, and educator accountants concerning the FIQ, CC, and VD. The selected respondents were considered competent with the intended research topic to obtain the respondents' objective and professional perceptions of the distributed questionnaires. The second stage was conducting semi-structured interviews with the competent participants to obtain their professional judgments on the variables studied. The data was processed using a variance-based approach to answer the constructed hypotheses. The study proposed that high-quality financial information could significantly influence the increase of VD. This study also showed that an opened CC could strengthen VD. The supervisory role of top management and the board is crucial to producing reliable, high-quality financial information and building a more open CC. It also influences the growth of VD, reduces information asymmetry, and increases capital market investment transactions.Â
