Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the application of differentiated learning assisted by Articulate Storyline 3 media in improving mathematics learning outcomes of class IIIA students at SDN Kebraon II Surabaya. The main problem faced is the low interest and learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects, so that innovative learning strategies are needed and in accordance with the individual needs of students.Method – This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with two cycles conducted in SDN Kebraon II Surabaya. Data was collected through learning outcome tests. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods to observe improvements in student learning outcomes from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, complemented by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to assess statistical significance. Findings – The results showed that the application of differentiated learning assisted by Articulate Storyline 3 can improve student learning outcomes. The student’ average score increased from 51.92 (pre-cycle) to 70 (cycle 1) and 83.02 (cycle 2). The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test revealed significant differences between pre-cycle and cycle 1 scores (p = 0.000 ? 0.05), as well as between cycle 1 and cycle 2 scores (p = 0.000 ? 0.05), confirming a statistically significant improvement. Research Implications – This study suggests that teachers should integrate interactive media Articulate Storyline 3 in differentiated learning to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. However, this study was limited to a small sample size of 26 students, and further research is needed to explore long-term effects on different student demographics.

Abstract

: low numeracy literacy ability of students is a particular concern considering that in this 21st-century learning, students should have mastered this ability. The problem-based learning models is a learning model that presents a contextual problems so that students can be directly involved in the problem-solving process. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on the numeracy literacy skills of elementary school students. The research method used by researchers is a pre-experiment with one group pretest and posttest design using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was eleven students in fifth grade at Waru Timur 2 Pamekasan Madura state elementary school. Data collection was carried out by administering tests (pretest and posttest) regarding students’ numeracy literacy abilities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing with paired samples test. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that there is a significant influence of the use of problem-based learning models on students’ numeracy literacy skills. That is because learning is student-centered so that students can be directly involved in problem-solving

Abstract

Writing essays with a descriptive structure is one of the basic competencies. A descriptive essay is a true depiction of objects or events so that the reader feels what the writer feels in the story. However, the level of students' ability to write descriptive essays is still low given the lack of understanding in writing descriptions so it is difficult to find ideas to translate into written form, and the choice of vocabulary is not quite right in constructing sentences. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the project-based learning model assisted by mind mapping on students' descriptive essay writing skills. The method of this research is Quasi Experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. Quasi experiment was conducted to determine the effect of a treatment on the subject under study. The research subjects were 50 students of class fourth-grade at Dukuh Menanggal I/424 Public Elementary School, Surabaya. Data analysis techniques using normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was an influence of the Mind Mapping-assisted Project Based Learning learning model on literacy skills in writing essay descriptions of grade IV students. In addition, with the help of Mind Mapping, can students learn motivation in writing descriptive essays because it helps focus students' minds in composing sentences into paragraphs.

Abstract

The ability to think critically in the 21st century is very important for developing children's thinking ideas. This ability is very likely to be empowered intentionally through the educational process. In this century it is very influential in human life, especially in the field of technology and knowledge. However, students' critical thinking skills are still low, with one of the factors being the learning model which is still considered monotonous. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of the project based learning model on critical thinking skills seen from cognitive style. The type of research used is quantitative research with research methods using tests and observations, the subjects of this research are 5th grade elementary school students. With the method of data analysis using the normality test, homogeneity and ANOVA hypothesis testing. The data was analyzed quantitatively. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the project based learning learning model on students' Critical Thinking abilities in science subjects at SDN Gaungan 02. The project based learning model emphasizes that student activities are in the form of collecting information and using it to produce something useful for the lives of students themselves or for other people, but still related to basic competencies in the curriculum.

Abstract

Pengembangan peternakan sapi skala rakyat di Merauke belum optimal, kondisi ini perlu diberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan potensi pengembanganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproyeksikan strategi pengembangan peternakan skala rakyat di Kabupaten Merauke melalui metode force field analysis untuk mengetahui arah kebijakan yang tepat. Penelitian dilakukan pada peternakan rakyat sebanyak 60 peternak di tiga distrik yaitu Sota, Semangga dan Kurik. Data diperoleh dari Focus group Discussion (FGD) dan wawancara kepada peternak secara detail dari narasumber inti seperti kepala dinas peternakan dan kesehatan hewan Kabupaten Merauke. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Force Field Analysis (FFA) berdasarkan ketentuan faktor pendorong (D) dan faktor penghambat (H). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa faktor pendorong pengembangan sektor peternakan adalah sumber daya pakan, adanya penerapan teknologi reproduksi, pasar, kemampuan adaptasi ternak, harga jual stabil, dan kelembagaan peternak. Faktor penghambat utama yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) peternak, modal usaha, penyakit ternak, mitra peternakan dan pengelolaan limbah kotoran sapi. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendorong (D) memiliki nilai lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan faktor penghambat (H), oleh sebab itu rekomendasi kebijakan yang diusulkan adalah menguatkan sistem kelembagaan breeding di setiap distrik, pembentukan balai bibit ternak unggul di Merauke, agar ketersediaan bibit semen beku dan program inseminasi buatan dapat dilakukan sepanjang tahun.

Abstract

Curcuma Mangga adalah sejenis tanaman toga yang terlihat seperti kunyit tetapi warna kuning. Aroma mangga curcuma juga seperti mangga muda sehingga tidak heran jika disebut mangga curcuma sebagai tanaman toga, ternyata memiliki manfaat yang baik bagi tubuh kita seperti menambah nafsu makan, asam lambung, asam lambung, asma, dan masuk angin. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat Desa Pugeran untukberinovasi sumber daya alam yang tersedia, meningkatkan harga jual tanaman rimpang.. Program workshop ini berjalan dengan lancar, terlihat dengan partisipasi warga untuk berkenan berlatih untuk pembuatan toga dari awal hingga akhir. Selain itu, kegiatan ini dianggap bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Desa Pugeran, karena kegiatan ini dapat memberikan gambaran tentang berbagai jenis toga dan dapat memberdayakan masyarakat di Desa Pugeran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembentukan karakter cinta lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan barang bekas di SDN Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru Sidoarjo. Karakter cinta lingkungan menjadi salah satu nilai penting yang perlu ditanamkan sejak usia dini untuk menciptakan generasi yang peduli terhadap kelestarian alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas, siswa, serta kepala sekolah. Hal ini meliputi (1) adanya program pembentukan karakter cinta lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan barang bekas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru (2) Pemaparan pelaksanaan program pembentukan karakter cinta lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan barang bekas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru (3) Kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan program pembentukan karakter cinta lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan barang bekas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru.

Abstract

Keterampilan berkomunikasi di era society 5.0 ini sangat diperlukan oleh calon generasi penerus bangsa dalam segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan dimana keterampilan berkomunikasi akan mendorong tercapainya keberhasilan dalam belajar. Namun, keterampilan berkomunikasi peserta didik masih rendah dengan salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah model pembelajaran yang monoton. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) terhadap keterampilan berkomunikasi di SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimen menggunakan metode one group pre-test-post-test design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V di SDN Sumur Welut III/440 Surabaya dengan jumlah 40 anak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis (Paired Sample t-Test) sebagai uji prasyarat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectually, dan Repetition (AIR) terhadap keterampilan berkomunikasi peserta didik. Model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectually, dan Repetition (AIR) menekankan bahwa belajar haruslah memanfaatkan semua alat indera yang dimiliki siswa sehingga siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran dan meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi yang dimiliki.

Abstract

The development of learning models can be adapted to the conditions and needs of the learning process so that the atmosphere in the class is not easily bored, students quickly receive learning material and improve cognitive learning styles in solving student problems. This research is a quantitative study with a Quasi Experimental Post-test Only Control Group Design. Participants were 21 students in each class IV-A and IV-B. The data collection technique was in the form of a HOTS question description test after being treated (having carried out the learning process using the scramble method) and the results of observations regarding students' cognitive style ( Field Independent and Field Dependent). Data analysis techniques used the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that (1) there was an influence of the Scramble learning model on the problem solving abilities of science subjects seen from the Cognitive Style of elementary school students (2) Cognitive Style was effective in the scramble learning model because there is an interaction between the scramble learning model and cognitive style on the problem solving abilities of fourth grade students in science subjects. Thus it can be concluded that "There is an Influence of the Scramble Learning Model on the Ability to Solve Problems in Science Subjects Viewed from the Cognitve Style of Elementary School Students".

Abstract

Literasi keuangan merupakan salah satu kunci utama dalam perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Tingkat literasi keuangan di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, hal ini didukung dengan hasil survey yang dilakukan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Tahun 2019 yang menunjukkan tingkat literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM di Indonesia sebesar 38,03 %. Perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pelaku UMKM dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai literasi keuangan. Pelaku usaha yang memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan yang baik akan memiliki kendali atas kondisi keuangannya dan memahami cara pengelolaan pendapatan dan pengeluaran untuk menjamin keberlangsungan usahanya saat ini dan masa mendatang. Rendahnya pemahaman literasi keuangan ini menjadi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha keripik pisang di Desa Kalikatir Kecamatan Gondang Mojokerto. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan ini mendorong tim untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat peningkatkan keterampilan pelaku usaha mengenai literasi keuangan dan pelaporan keuangan UMKM yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi untuk mendukung keberlangsungan usaha keripik pisang.
