Abstract

Tim Penggerak PKK Kelurahan Bastiong Karance merupakan bagian dari kepengurusan PKK Kota Ternate Selatan menyadari bahwa untuk meningkatkan peranan PKK dalam mensejahterakan keluarga dan masyarakat membutuhkan dukungan semua pihak termasuk perguruan tinggi untuk dapat menambah khasanah pengetahuan dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan organisasi mereka terutama dalam hal aspek motivasi dan wirausaha. Hal ini terlihat saat Forum Group Discussion (FGD) berlangsung. Adapun kondisi masyarakat di Kelurahan Bastiong Karance yaitu dilihat dari faktor ekonomi masih berada pada garis kemiskinan. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan membuat kripik berbahan baku pisang, diharapkan dapat menggali potensi masyarakat yang mempunyai nilai jual tinggi. Pengembangan pelatihan yang dilakukan di Kelurahan Bastiong Karance agar warga memiliki khasanah yang luas dalam berwirausaha terkait produk kripik pisang dan pengembangan usaha yang dijalankan agar lebih teratur. Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan keahlian dalam berwirausaha mandiri sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas hidup warga kelurahan Bastiong Karance. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa penyampaian materi, pelatihan dan praktek kewirausahaan. Dari hasil pelatihan diperoleh yaitu bentuk usaha yang dapat dikembangkan oleh masyarakat PKK Kelurahan Bastiong Karance yaitu jenis usaha pengolahan bahan makanan, berupa kripik pisang. Ini merupakan bentuk dari kreativitas dan kemampuan yang diperoleh melalui pelatihan pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan semangat wirausaha bagi anggota PKK Kelurahan Bastiong Karance sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan para ibu di lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect fariabel supervision (X1) and discipline (X2) of the employee performance variables (Y). From the results of analysis calculation regresei multiple, results of hypothesis testing the effect of variable oversight of the variable performance of employees partially or individual, it can be concluded that the variable control positive and significant effect on employee performance and discipline partially positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the representative body of the population and national family planning north Maluku province. The test results simultaneously monitoring variables and with the same work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables representatives of the national population and family planning North Maluku Province. The test results influence the supervision and discipline of the employee performance, seen from the regression coefficient indicates that the work discipline (X2) provides the greatest influence on the performance of employees in the representative body of national population and family planning North Maluku Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this studay was to determine and analyse how much influence and discipline of work to employee performance at at the distrect office wasile Halmahera district east of collection was done by distributing questionnaires, the analysis method used is multiple resgression analysis wit a sample of 33 responden. Statistic of test results showed that the t test(partial) control positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) employees at the district. Abstract

Each employee works naturally, have a family, both parents, husband / wife or his children . On the one hand an employee must devote attention, thought and energy to the company where she worked. On the other hand, the worker / employee must give the same thing to his family. This is where there are opportunities for the different conflicts of interest. Its direction can be of two kinds, the quality of family relationships interfere with work or family demands interfere with the quality of work of employees.This research approach is qualitative descriptive case studies (case study ). Case subjects were selected based on the justification that working women are experiencing work family conflict with work in the sector characteristics formal / managerial certain working hours, can not easily leave their work at any time, the job demands a lot of time outside working hours or working hours too time-consuming so she worked hard to devote time in balance to work and family .The results found that both of them is something that is very important and complementary , the family is an integral and very important in the life of a career woman , a job is also a woman in a wheel career building in the era of globalization.Conclusion : adult economic demands the increasingly high cost of living, education and other needs of the career woman who makes an active role, with a high level of discipline, the seriousness of which is applied in the work to make progress and add to the success mainly on economic factors, environmental impacts that occur in the real family informants seen in the company of family time is less, but the positive impact that formed the equality in gender justice, application of the theory of work and family conflict by Latihfa (2008) who said that the conflict between work and family occurs when a person must carry out a multi role, namely as an employee, couple (husband and wife) and parents. Abstract

Teaching English at primary school is difference from teaching English at junior or senior high school because the teacher must really pay attention on the students characteristics. The English teacher must have English background and have ever had training on ways of teaching EYL. This TEYL (Teaching English for Young Learners) program is necessary to be well prepared. Qualified and competent teachers are necessary to be prepared for the implementation of this curriculum. In delivering the materials, they must have competences or abilities in mastering the materials especially on the use of good English pattern to make the young learners familiar with the language. This research is aimed at investigating the EYL teacher competence namely pedagogic and professional competences using syntactic approach especially at the high level class students of primary school in Kota Lhokseumawe. The method used in this research is called descriptive survey research. According to Ary Donald descriptive survey research is divided into some classification based on their focus and scope (census and sample surveys) or according to the time frame for data collection (longitudinal and cross-sectional surveys). The population of the research were all primary schools in Kota Lhokseumawe, while the sample were only fourteen schools who still applied English as the subject or local content. The result of the research shown that pedagogic and professional competences of EYL teachers in teaching English using syntactic approach shown us that from 14 respondents is 100%, or all of respondents obtained the result of very good. It means that most of EYL teacher in Kota Lhokseumawe who implemented English as local content had fulfilled the criteria of very good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation in Labschool UNTAD High School Palu. Research data obtained through essay tests and interviews. The cognitive competency test consists of 6 items that were discussed by interviewing 6 selected respondents. Analysis of research data using descriptive-qualitative research. The results showed that this study reached 61.10% or in the very poor category and the level of analysis only reached 25.92% or in the very poor category. Comprehensive analysis application. Better than analysis. From the results obtained can be obtained from students who are able to solve problems, applications that cannot solve problems, category analysis. ointment students, forget, there is no preparation before the exam, less maximum learning in class and no interest in physics.

Abstract

A good company, one of which is a company that is able to present regulations for employees, performance is the result of the aspects that are rolled out and this happens on the policies that are set to be implemented later. PT. HERFINTA F&P Kebun Aek Batu implements good corporate governance as evidenced by the intensive morning apple activity and becomes a routine before starting work. It can be trusted that this is able to contribute between superiors and subordinates to carry out work in accordance with SOPs and what is expected. So that if the performance is good, the company's profits will automatically experience the same thing and reduce or even eliminate earnings management practices in the company. The research method is carried out with a qualitative approach with data analysis research collection. Data was collected by means of interviews and observations. The respondents of this research include Harvest Employees of PT. HERFINTA F&P Aek Batu Gardens, South Labuhanbatu Regency. Based on data analysis research, it is known that the results of the study show that the application of good corporate governance in this case the application of morning apples to provide work motivation to support employee performance so as to produce the appropriate/desired production.

Abstract

This research was carried out by the author so that the PT. Fajar Agung Office coukd carry out operational activities ad maximiza the awareness and safety aspects of work carried out by office employyes in order to create work comfort and optimal performance of their employees. If employess who work feel comfortable and satisfied, their performance will have a postitive impact and are believed to be able to provide benefits for the office. Appropriate operational activities and maximizing the awareness and safety aspects of work carried out by office employees in order to create work comfort and optimal performance of their employees, both during norma times and during the COVID 19 pandemic. Operational cost are a very important part of company. These operational costs very helpful on any costs incurred and also on the efficiency stock management. Operational costs only focus on the costs and needs nedeed from a company and measure the income earned from company . This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods by taking primary data from direct companies. From the research, it can be sseen regarding the importance of reporting operational costs in a company, namely to organize all forms of income and expenditure activities required by the company. Operational costs are costs that have an important influence on achieving the goals or targets of the company. In addition, operational cost have a goal so that all types of costs carried out becaome more focused and report regularly.
