Abstract - Information Technology (IT) governance is used to build a system that helps companies in a process that involves stakeholders and related elements within the company. In order to provide maximum service to the community, a good Information Technology (IT) governance is needed. CV. Hydro Paint Medan is a company engaged in the automotive sector with the aim of providing high-quality services at competitive prices. The current increase in the role of IT in the company has actually been followed by changes in the company's business processes. The development of business strategy is always associated with IT strategy development. In this study, the authors aim to evaluate the information system governance at CV. Hydro Paint Medan with reference to the COBIT 5 framework. The results of this study indicate an assessment of the capability level of environmental conditions, conditions of the monitor, the potential for technology, and the use of innovation.Keywords - Information Technology, Cobit 5, Capability Level, IT Governance, Information Systems Abstrak – Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) digunakan untuk membangun suatu sistem yang membantu perusahaan dalam proses dimana melibatkan para pemangku kepentingan dan elemen-elemen terkait dalam perusahaan. Agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat, maka diperlukan sebuah tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang baik. CV. Hydro Paint Medan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang otomotif dengan tujuan memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas tinggi dengan harga yang kompetitif. Peningkatan peran TI dalam perusahaan yang terjadi saat ini sebernarnya juga diikuti dengan perubahan proses bisnis perusahaan. Perkembangan strategi bisnis selalu dikaitkan dengan pengembangan strategi TI. Dalam penelitian ini penulis bertujuan melakukan evaluasi tata kelola sistem informasi di di CV. Hydro Paint Medan dengan acuan dari kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Separating of inheritance according in sciences of faroidh each heir does not get the same part depending on their relationship to the inheritance recipient. This is because the needs of each heir are different, such as heirs of boys and girls differ the reason boys have a big responsibility and if already married should have been obliged to offer for his family while the daughter if already have family responsible for the necessities of life. In addition, in sciences of faroidh also there is a hijab or a barrier where heir can get a share can also not get a part depending on whether the heirs prevented it causing its own complexity in the calculations. Nowadays it is very difficult to meet people who understand about this division of inheritance. Just little of people are experts distribute inheritance based on faroidh. So created a web-based application to aid in the calculation and distribution of inheritance properly and managed computerized that can ease people in solving this problem.

Image Inpainting method is a technique of modifying images without being detected. The purpose of thisapplication is starting from the restoration of damaged paintings and photography to removing or replacingcertain objects. Image inpainting is one method of image restoration for confronting images that are slightlydamaged such as scratched or streaked where filling the area will be restored based on information around thearea so that the restoration is carried out completely in that area. Image restoration is often used in improvingimage quality where in this image restoration focuses on repairing damaged images, either during thedigitization process or due to intentional or accidental processes.Keywords: Image Restoration, Inpainting Method, design

Dalam menarik minat tamatan Sekolah Menengah Atas atau setingkatnya untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, Maka sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta akan menjajaki setiap sekolah untuk menawari informasi dan daya tarik institusinya. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi dalam melakukan promosi adalah banyaknya Sekolah Menengah Atas dan sejenisnya yang mesti dikunjungi sehingga divisi promosi mengalami sedikit kesulitan dalam menentukan skala prioritas SMA/SMK/MA mana yang potensial untuk dikunjungi terlebih dahulu. Untuk itu perlu dibuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu menentukan potensi promosi. AHP adalah alat pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah keputusan yang kompleks dalam pembangunan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) penentuan potensi lokasi promosi ditetapkan menggunakan 4 (kriteria), diantaranya Letak Geografis, Minat, Kerjasama, dan Terdaftar. Hasil akhir dari proses SPK menggunakan metode AHP ini berupa peringkat dari beberapa alternatif lokasi potensi promosi dan pemasaran yang ditetapkan dan alternatif lokasi potensi pemasaran yang mendapatkan bobot global paling tinggi yang menjadi rekomendasi untuk penentuan potensi lokasi promosi dan pemasaran.

Research on information technology, namely in terms of urban transportation in Medan. This study makes information technology in the form of an android application for customers and drivers which aims to track the location of city transportation using a driver application that is directly connected online with the customer application so that they can see the position of the driver and can also request pick-up at the bus stop. In terms of tracking using GPS (Global Positioning System) while for mapping using Google Maps Api Key. This application uses the design of several Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams.

Bandar Khalifah Subdistrict is one of the sub-districts in Serdang Bedagai Regency. Bandar Khalifah District has various types of agricultural land. Agricultural land in Bandar Khalifah Subdistrict has various kinds of information (non-spatial data) related to the geographical area (spatial data). But this information cannot be processed optimally. Therefore, we need a system that is able to manage spatial data and non-spatial data so that it becomes an effective and efficient information. The system that is able to overcome this problem is GIS Agricultural Land in Bandar Khalifah District. GIS Agricultural Land District Bandar Khalifah was built using ArcView GIS Version 3.3. Digitizing techniques are used to manage spatial data in graphic form. Non-spatial data is managed in tabular forms. Spatial and non-spatial data will be displayed on the system interface. The process of making an interface on the system using the Avenue script programming language. GIS Agricultural Land District of Bandar Khalifah District presents both spatial and non-spatial information about the mapping of agricultural land in Bandar Khalifah District. This system can also be used to update information that can only be accessed by the admin. The interface on the system is a modification of the appearance of the ArcView GIS software interface.

Augmented reality is a technologycal development that can display two dimensional or three dimensional virtual objects into a real scope and then display them or display them in real time. Augmented reality technology in the application of building and room location layout on UINSU Medan campus I is an application that uses the markerless user defined target method, which is a method that applies it without using a marker or marker to dismantle the 3D augmented reality map of UINSU Medan campus I environment. This application program can help users to find buildings and rooms within the building, without having to ask the security guard or see an image map that is on campus locations, with this technology users can determine where children are without having to be in first. Campus environment. This application runs on the Android operating system and is offline based, so it can be more easily accessed by all users.

The determination of the recipients of functional allowance subsidies for non-civil servant teachers at SMA Tamansiswa Tapian is done manually with no weighting of criteria which means that the teachers who will be selected are not based on the best abilities and criteria so that the system that runs is not appropriate and efficient. In order for the teacher's functional allowance to be properly targeted, it is necessary to implement a decision support system to handle it automatically. Teachers who receive the functional allowance subsidy are eligible once a year so that the election is conducted annually and the system can be used continuously. The combination of the MOORA and WASPAS methods in the decision support system is able to determine the best value from the assessment of 5 criteria with a predetermined weight. This system can rank the highest to the lowest scores of each teacher as a candidate for the functional allowance subsidy.

Hajj and umrah is a visit to Mecca to implement the 5th pillar of Islam which is required for Muslims in carrying out it, especially for those who are able to carry it out. With the technology that has been developed at this time the Hajj and Umrah package ordering information system is urgently needed in an effort to improve services to people who will perform Hajj or Umrah, by allowing each pilgrim to use the system that has been provided for ordering Hajj and Umrah packages. Multilevel feedback queue is an algorithm based on a queuing system which can provide recommendations based on the priority of prospective pilgrims who have registered by making several criteria as a support in determining the highest priority to the lowest, this algorithm is very possible to move queues in accordance with specified priorities by pilgrims and umrah.Keywords: Hajj and Umrah, Queue Information System and Multilevel Feedback

The reason for this examination was to decide the significance of Mendeley's reference to the board programming and to prepare instructors in arranging references in the planning of logical papers. This exploration is a result of network administration that has been done by teachers at the 1 Medan State Junior High School. This examination technique is subjective with a contextual investigation approach. This investigation requests that the educator record methods of masterminding logical papers in sorting out references utilizing reference the board programming, for example, Mendeley in entering references and gathering a list of sources. The subjects of this investigation were 16 instructors from SMP Negeri 1 Medan. The outcomes got from this examination are that instructors can look for references from sources, for example, Google Scholar, and add to Mendeley references, can improve definite data on the data that has been acquired, and can synchronize the Microsoft Word application.
