Digital imagery from digital image cameras often has some disturbances that may occur, such as lenses not focusing, spots appear caused by the imperfect capture process. This ineptness can be caused by uneven lighting resulting in uneven intensity, low image contrast and the appearance of noise in the image. Of course all these negative effects will reduce the quality on digital imagery. To overcome the noise, efforts need to be made to improve the quality of that image. One of them is by filtering the image both linearly and non-linearly. There are many methods that can be used to perform linear and non-linear filtering. Images that contain noise can limit the valuable information needed when image analysis is done. Gaussian filter is one of the linear filters that serves to smooth and eliminate noise in an image. Mean Filter is very simple and easy to implement and is very useful for reducing the variation in value of a pixel with the next pixel. This filter works by replacing the intensity of the pixel value with the average the neighboring pixels.

At present, information technology is an important part for companies to meet their needs and support the achievement of strategic plans for the company. Providing competitive advantage, increasing effectiveness, time, and reducing expenses is the role of information technology that is very vital in today's business trade. By researching information technology governance using the COBIT 5 Framework in a company, it can be seen whether the company has met the requirements of the C indicators. In this study, we discussed resource management audits at the North Sumatra One-Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service Office to find out these capability indicators and have obtained results by conducting interviews using questionnaires distributed online to employees at the Service. With this research, we found that some indicators do not meet the capability of a company.

The rapid development of internet technology can be felt and is very much needed in numerous industries of company when it comes to selling their products online. Marketplace is an e-commerce service that connects merchants and customers online to handle buying and selling transactions, such as creating a marketplace application. This marketplace can assist businesses in offering their products and competing in a healthy manner, one of which is the Umrah and Hajj travel agency business. The Umrah and Hajj travel marketplace can assist travel companies in marketing their products, prospective pilgrims have many travel options and desired departure packages, and prospective pilgrims can order packages online and in real time using this application. This program also has a pleasing appearance and gives menus and options to assist the congregation in doing their worship. The umrah and hajj travel application is an android-based application built using the dart programming language, flutter framework, and MySQL database used for data storage.

In the process of determining student beneficiaries using the manual method, it can affect time efficiency and data accuracy. By using a systematic calculation using a decision support system (DSS) that combines expert methods and SAW the resulting data can be used as an alternative to determine students who receive assistance to produce accurate data. In this case, the decision support system uses criteria, namely final semester grades, parental income, certificates, number of dependents and smart indonesia cards. This system is built on a web-based basis using the PHP programming language and Mysql database. The final result of this system can display ranking data and a combination of two methods. The resulting data can be printed in the form of a report. The resulting report can be used as a recommendation in the decision-making process regarding students who are entitled to receive educational assistance.

Oil palm (Elaeis guinensis) is a plant that has its own charm and plays an important role in people's lives. Plants are categorized as normal if they can process their physiological functions properly. In line with the development and expansion of community-owned oil palm land areas, more and more problems arise due to various types of diseases and pests attack on oil palm plants, especially on the midrib and leaves of oil palm. The existence of diseases and pests that cause losses in plant productivity also results in loss of costs used to restore plants that have been attacked by diseases or pests in nurseries, immature and mature plants. The lack of understanding of farmers regarding how to diagnose and proper control of oil palm diseases and pests as well as the availability of experts or experts in the field of oil palm in smallholder oil palm plantation areas can be overcome by presenting experts or experts or doubling the knowledge possessed by experts in the coconut field. oil palm by building an expert system for the diagnosis of diseases and pests in oil palm leaf midribs. The certainty factor method is used to describe the uncertainty in thinking and express the degree of confidence of the expert or expert in diagnosing the types of diseases and pests of oil palm. The developed expert system is expected to be useful for farmers in the area or ordinary people in diagnosing diseases and pests on oil palm leaf sheaths through the symptoms selected during consultations to diagnose the types of diseases and pests that are being experienced.

In some cases, this disease can cause complications, such as blood poisoning, septic shock, skin infections (cellulite), permanent skin damage, permanenteye damage, and inflammation of body organs such as the liver and lungs. So that patients find it difficult to get information about Erythema Multiforme and how to handle it. The system that has been designed before has not implemented the client server feature so as to facilitate centralized database processing. Always back up data in order to avoid possible loss of important data caused by damage to the hardware. Then an expert system web will be designed to diagnose diseases in Erythema Multiforme using the Certainty Factor method. Tomuan Holbung Village is a village located in North Sumatra. As a village, there is still information that has not been accessed by many others through public communication, namely the internet. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an information system. Technology changes human life into quick and easy access to information data. Technology contributes to the arrangement of management systems and work processes in government and private institutions. One of the applications of Information Technology in village life is the use of the Village Information System (SID). In the development of this web-based village information system using the spiral method in development which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. The existence of a website-based village information system can facilitate devices in processing village information data to be more effective and efficient in providing information about village government in Tomuan Holbung Village. In addition, researchers also added features of activities that were widely informed. The Village information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system such as a web-based village information system as a means of information in web development in Tomuan Holbung Village using the spiral method.

Pertumbuhan kota kini semakin pesat, lahan-lahan pertanian banyak yang telah berubah menjadi gedung dan bangunan-bangunan baru. Ruang untuk bercocok tanam pun semakin sempit dan mahal. Namun adanya perkembangan teknologi orang yang ingin bertanam pun tidak mesti diatas lahan tanah. Sawi merupakan tanaman yang umum dikonsumsi masyarakat indonesia. Sawi termasuk salah satu sayur yang sering dikonsumsi masyarakat namun sawi rentan terhadap penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu petani dalam menyelesaikan gejala-gejala pada tanaman agar masalah yang sering terjadi dapat terselesaikan secara maksimal. Pembuatan sistem pakar ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada tanaman hidroponik dan melibatkan para pakar dan ahli Data yang diproses yaitu 12 Nutrsi dan 20 Gejala menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer. Metode ini mengelola data beberapa gejala yang menghasilkan diagnosis berupa jenis nutrisi dan penyakit serta langkah penanganannya dengan tingkat akurasi 98% maka metode ini cocok digunakan dalam mendiagnosis Nutrisi pada tanaman.Â

Ekonomi kereatif adalah salah satu bidang di Dinas Pariwisata kota Medan. Medan Creative Market adalah salah satu program kerja bidang ekonomi kreatif Medan Creative Market merupakan sarana yang menyediakan ragam produk yang memfokuskan sub sektor ekonomi kreatif, saat ini Medan Creative Market masih menggunakan sistem transaksi yang masih menggunakan facebook sebagai basis yang mempertemukan penjual dan pembeli. Sistem yang seperti itu kurang efisien karena informasi tentang produk yang didapat kurang lengkap serta metode pembayaran yang masih bergantung kepada kesepakatan bersama. Dengan adanya aplikasi marketplace berbasis website diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku ekonomi kreatif di kota Medan memasarkan produknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebuah aplikasi lokapasar Medan creative market berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway midtrans sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna untuk mengakses informasi mengenai produk yang dijual dan melakukan transaksi di Medan Creative Market. The FIFA U-20 World Cup is a prestigious event for young footballers around the world. Indonesia was originally to host the event in 2023, but FIFA eventually had to cancel the World Cup in Indonesia because some Indonesian public figures did not accept the presence of the Israeli national team in Indonesia at the football match. The refusal was made on security grounds, because the participation of the Israeli national team was considered a potential threat to Indonesia's security, especially considering the Palestinian conflict. Another reason, Indonesia does not have diplomatic relations with Israel, FIFA's decision is enough to cause a variety of opinions both positive and negative. The purpose of this research is to function so that people can be tabayyun by providing solutions by conducting sentiment analysis, namely collecting Twitter user opinions automatically so that they can be useful for the community. The data obtained is 946 tweets after going through the preprocessing stage then the data can be used in the labelling stage using the Lexicon Based method. Grouping is divided into positive sentiment and negative sentiment which is classified by the Naïve Bayes algorithm reinforced by Lexicon Based weighting resulting in positive sentiment as many as 150 tweets with a percentage of 15.86% and negative sentiment as many as 796 tweets with a percentage of 84.14%. From the confusion matrix results, the classification performance with the Naïve Bayes algorithm reinforced with Lexicon Based weighting then produces an accuracy percentage of 84%, with a precision of 86%, a recall of 95% and an f-measure value of 90%.
