Abstract

Basic immunization helps to prevent infectious diseases in toddlers. It increases immunity and reduces morbidity and mortality. However, full basic immunization coverage is low in several areas, including the Darul Imarah Health Center, Aceh Besar. Family support is considered one of the influencing factors. This support can be emotional, informational, instrumental, or appraisal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and the completeness of basic vaccinations for toddlers in the service area of ​​the Darul Imarah Community Health Center in Aceh Besar. This study used a quantitative cross-sectional design. Using a probability random sampling method, the sample size was 90 respondents out of 817 respondents in the population. The research was conducted from May 5th to 24th, 2025. The study used both bivariate and univariate analyses. The data collection was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a relationship between family support and toddler immunization completion, with a P-value of 0.003 (p<0.05). The conclusion indicates a relationship between family support and immunization completion. Therefore, this research provides insight for the family's role in improving basic immunization coverage for toddlers. The findings may help the Darul Imarah Health Center and healthcare workers design strategies for socialization and family support to reach complete immunization targets.

Abstract

Menarche is the first transitional period marked in women, known as the first menstruation (menarche). During menarche, physical and psychological changes occur, such as anxiety and sadness, due to the physical changes in this period. The changes usually include pubic hair, armpit hair, and breast development. This often happens among elementary school students, including those in SDN Lampeuneurut. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and the level of anxiety in girls facing menarche in SDN Lampeuneurut. This research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 120 female students in grades 5 and 6 at SDN Lampeueneurut who had not yet experienced menarche. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 55 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. This research was conducted from June 18th to 20th, 2025. The instruments used were a parental support questionnaire and the STAI (State Trait Anxiety Inventory) of anxiety questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a bivariate statistical test, the Chi-Square test. The research findings indicated a significant relationship between parental support and the anxiety levels of female students in facing menarche, with a p-value of 0.011 (p-value < 0.05). This study concludes that parental support is related to a decrease in the anxiety levels of girls facing menarche. This study recommends that schools provide basic reproductive health education from an early age, especially regarding menarche, and that parents understand the importance of providing emotional, informational, instrumental, and appreciative support.

Abstract

Masa remaja akan diwarnai dengan perubahan fisik salah satunya adalah payudara   membesar.  Payudara   ini   memiliki   kemungkinan   akan   timbulnya penyakit salah satunya adalah kanker payudara. Namun kurangnya minat remaja dalam  mencari  informasi  mengenai  deteksi  dini  kanker payudara,  menjadikan remaja tidak paham akan penyakit kanker payudara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui peer group terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang SADARI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre and post test without control group. Dengan jumlah populasi 1028 remaja putri, sehingga jumlah sampel didapatkan sebanyak 91 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed ranktest diperoleh   nilai   probabilitas  (p-value)  sebesar 0,000  (p<   0,05)   sehingga kesimpulan uji adalah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui peer group terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang SADARI.Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Peer Group, Remaja   ABSTRACT Adolescence will be colored by physical changes, one of which is enlarged breasts. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology is accompanied by an increase in cyber incidents such as data breaches. One of the security methods that can be implemented to enhance data security against data breaches is by applying cryptography to data management systems. Cryptography is useful for encrypting plaintext into ciphertext, making the data not easily readable. One of the encryption algorithms widely used in data security is Blowfish and Twofish. Blowfish and Twofish are symmetric encryption algorithms that use a single key for encryption and decryption. This journal focuses on testing the encryption and decryption of Blowfish and Twofish algorithms in relation to space and time complexity. The results of testing three sets of data on two different devices indicate that the Blowfish algorithm has better speed than Twofish, while Twofish performs better than Blowfish in terms of memory usage. Moreover, the usage of the processor affects the speed of the process.

Abstract

The inability to produce an adequate supply of breast milk is frequently the primary factor leading to the premature cessation of exclusive breastfeeding. A lack of maternal understanding regarding healthy dietary patterns and the consumption of galactagogues (lactation-enhancing foods) poses a significant risk. Health education serves as a cognitive approach to improve maternal knowledge of nutrition during the lactation period. This study aims to enhance the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers concerning dietary habits as an effort to optimize breast milk production. This research employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental "one-group pre-posttest design," conducted at the Krueng Barona Jaya Public Health Center (Puskesmas). The population consisted of 15 breastfeeding mothers, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The findings revealed that prior to the intervention, most respondents (67%) possessed a low level of knowledge. Following the health education session, the maternal knowledge level increased significantly, with 100% of participants falling into the high category. A T-test was performed to compare knowledge levels before and after the intervention, yielding a significant value of. This indicates a statistically significant difference in knowledge levels following health education. Health education should be consistently implemented by healthcare providers to enhance the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers, thereby supporting the practice of breastfeeding until the child reaches two years of age.

Abstract

Adolescent health problems have become increasingly complex due to a shift from infectious diseases to non-communicable diseases (NCDs), which often begin during school age, with nutritional status and blood pressure serving as key risk indicators. This community service activity aimed to describe the nutritional status and blood pressure profile of students at SMA 8 Muhammadiyah Kisaran as an effort for early detection of NCD risk. A descriptive study design with a basic health screening approach was employed, involving cross-sectional measurements of Body Mass Index (BMI) and blood pressure among 91 students selected through total sampling. The results showed that most students had normal nutritional status (47.3%); however, notable proportions were classified as underweight (19.8%), overweight (22.0%), and obese (11.0%). Cases of prehypertension and hypertension were more frequently observed among students with overweight and obese BMI categories. These findings indicate a tendency toward increased risk of blood pressure disorders as BMI increases in adolescents. In conclusion, basic health screening is an effective tool for mapping adolescent health risks and provides an important foundation for planning school-based promotive and preventive health programs. Therefore, routine screening integrated with nutrition education, physical activity promotion, and appropriate health follow-up for at-risk students is strongly recommended

Abstract

A competitive business environment makes the company maximize employee performance with high work standards. This has a bad impact when the pressure that occurs makes employees feel the workload carried out exceeds their capacity (work overload). This should be watched out because it can result in work exhaustion and a desire to move. In this study, the industry is seen as a job that puts high pressure on employees. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between workload on turnover intention which is mediated by work exhaustion in production section employees at PT. Alas Petala Makmur. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 119 respondents. This study uses AMOS (Analysi Moment of Structure) software version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that workload does not directly affect turnover intention but workload affects work fatigue and work fatigue affects turnover intention and mediates work load against turnover intention.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company strives to maintain employee satisfaction during the pandemic. One of the dominant factors that affect employee satisfaction is reward. Rewards are divided into intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards. This research was conducted on sales over the counter or OTC in pharmaceutical companies. Sales are usually independent of time and have a high workload. Therefore, companies must know which of the reward systems can increase employee satisfaction. This research is an explanatory qualitative research using SPSS software. The sample in this study were 37 OTC employees. The results of this study are interesting when it is found that extrinsic rewards have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, then intrinsic rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. There is a simultaneous influence between intrinsic and extrinsic rewards on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Di zaman sekarang ini teknologi internet merupakan media informasi yang sangat bermanfaat, yang tidak hanya sekedar media informasi namun sudah beranjak sebagai media bisnis. Internet mampu diakses 24 jam dalam sehari, dan dapat diakses siapa saja dan dimana saja selama ada koneksi internet. Choco cake shop adalah sebuah UMKM yang bergerak dibidang penjualan produk makanan salah satunya adalah kue ulang tahun. Sistem penjualan saat ini menggunakan sistem manual yaitu melalui telehphone atau konsumen datang ke tempat langsung untuk memilih dan membeli produk. Hal tersebut menyebabkan lambatnya layanan terhadap konsumen dan berdampak terhadap omset pendapatan perusahaan tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Selain itu perkembangan usaha terasa dinilai agak lambat. Dari hal tersebut maka di buatlah sistem e-caatalogue untuk memudahkan toko chocho cake shop dalam mengenalkan produk kepada konsuman. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan menggunakan aplokasi JavaScript dan Jquery. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yaitu tahap perencanaan (Planning), tahap analisis (Analysis), tahap perancangan (Design), tahap pengembangan (Development), tahap uji coba (Testing), tahap implementasi (Implementation), tahap pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan (Operation and Maintenance).

Abstract

Haemodialysis (HD) is the primary treatment for end-stage renal disease in Indonesia and heavily strains the national health insurance. This study examined how patient characteristics influence the direct medical costs of CKD patients receiving HD at Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Regional General Hospital. A retrospective cross-sectional analysis was conducted using secondary data from medical, pharmacy, and financial records between July and December 2023. The study included 85 patients who met the inclusion criteria. Statistical analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics, and cost differences across patient characteristics were analysed using nonparametric tests. The total cost over six months reached IDR 2.64 billion, averaging IDR 654,758 per HD visit. While no significant cost differences were observed across patient characteristics such as age, gender, comorbidities, or HD frequency (p > 0.05 for all), descriptive data indicated higher average costs in older patients, in patients receiving HD weekly, and in patients with CKD due to non-hypertensive etiologies. These findings suggest that standard reimbursement rates may overlook variations in resource utilization, highlighting observed cost variations that suggest the need for more tailored health financing approaches. Broader, multicenter studies are recommended to improve resource allocation in CKD management.
