Welfare is an important thing that concerns all countries in the world, including Indonesia. Welfare is not only measured materially but also spiritually measured. Materially, welfare is measured by one's wealth, health, nutrition, education, assets, housing, and certain rights in society. While spiritually well-being is measured by perceived happiness. This study discusses the application of the structural equation model to examine the relationship between welfare indicators in Central Java Province. The model-built places education and employment as exogenous latent variables, while objective well-being and subjective well-being are endogenous latent variables. The data used to support the analysis were sourced from BPS, the results of the 2012 KOR National Social Economic Survey and MSBP, with a sample size of 6730 observations. The modeling results obtained by the model are quite feasible to explain the diversity of data, which is indicated by the value of GFI 0.97, AGFI 0.96, RMSEA 0.039, and RMSR 0.072. The analysis shows that education and employment have a direct influence on objective well-being and an indirect effect on subjective well-being. The effect of education on the level of welfare is higher than the effect of work.

The study aims to determine the numerical ability improvement in terms of curiosity and creative character education. The study employs the descriptive quantitative method with survey techniques. The cluster random sampling technique selected 120 students from SMP Islam El-Syihab and MTSN 1 Bandar Lampung. Three classes were chosen from each school which consisted of the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades. Each class consisted of twenty students as the respondents. The analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression to investigate the effect of curiosity and creative characters on students' numerical abilities. The results showed that the curiosity character had a more significant influence on students’ numerical abilities (0.870 or 87%) than the creative character (0,294 or 29%).

Tax policy was crucial as it influenced economic growth. The tax rate was determined by the income level of the population. To improve tax administration quality, the government developed infrastructure and enhanced the services of tax office employees. By gathering taxpayers' opinions, the quality of services and oversight could be analyzed to refine tax administration performance in the future. This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, consultation, and supervision by account representatives on taxpayer compliance. It employed a quantitative approach, utilizing various statistical tests with SEM analysis. The population consisted of 97,714 active taxpayers registered at six KPP Pratama offices in Lampung in 2022. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 taxpayers selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected directly from active taxpayers using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The findings revealed that the variables of service quality, consultation, and supervision by account representatives had a significant influence on taxpayer compliance, both partially and simultaneously.

Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran akuntabilitas dan transparansi laporan keuangan sebagai variabel intervening pada pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki pada lembaga pengelola zakat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Muzakki zakat mal perniagaan di BAZNAS se – Propinsi Lampung. Metode pendekatan penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis analisis jalur yang diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa literasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki. Akuntabilitas dan transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi peran literasi terhadap kepercayaan muzakki. Ketrbatasan penelitian ini yaitu wilayah pengamatan masih di Provinsi Lampung sehingga membuka peluang untuk peneliti selanjutnya menambahkan wilayah pengamatan lebih luas. Implikasi Kesenjangan yang cukup tinggi antara potensi zakat dengan penghimpunan dana zakat bisa dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal diantaranya yaitu kepercayaan terhadap lembaga zakat, pengetahuan tentang zakat dan tingkat pendidikan. Kesenjangan ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, seperti rendahnya kesadaran wajib zakat (Muzakki), rendahnya kepercayaan terhadap BAZ dan LAZ, dan perilaku Muzakki yang masih berorientasi jangka pendek, desentralis dan interpersonal.

Education in boarding schools has a significant role in character-building and increasing religious knowledge among students. However, to ensure that the education provided is by the times and the required competency standards, it is important to pay attention to the role of training and supervision in improving the professional competence of educators in boarding schools. This study aims to determine the effect of training and supervision on improving the professional competence of educators at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda South Lampung. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach with an associative research type design. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling system. Data collection methods in this study include questionnaires/surveys, interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results stated that there was an influence of training on the professional competence of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7. The positive influence given by training on teacher professional competence is 66.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied. There is an influence of supervision on the professional competence of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 with a positive influence given by supervision on the professional competence of teachers at 61.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.

The purpose of this research is to study the management methods used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung when implementing the values of religious moderation. The method of religious moderation emphasizes balance, tolerance, and an inclusive attitude in religious life. The researchers examined the role of PAI teachers as controllers in incorporating moderation values into the learning and school culture. They do this by using a qualitative case study approach. Observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews were used in the data collection process. The results show that PAI teachers at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung use managerial strategies such as continuous value-based evaluation, internal teacher training, inclusive lesson planning, and cross-subject collaboration. Success is supported by the enhancement of the religious moderation curriculum, teacher training, and inclusive school policies. This research also applies a systems approach in educational management, considering the interaction between input, process, and output in moderate educational practices. The research results contribute to the development of contemporary Islamic education management theory and adaptive religious education policy practices. This research suggests that teachers should be strengthened with competency-based training and evaluation to implement the values of religious moderation in vocational schools.

Abstrak Kemajuan globalisasi yang pesat mendorong pesantren di Indonesia untuk berevolusi sambil tetap mempertahankan identitas pendidikan tradisional mereka. Namun, proses ini sering kali mengabaikan implementasi terstruktur dari teks-teks Islam klasik seperti Fathul Qarib, sebuah kitab fundamental dalam studi fikih (yurisprudensi Islam). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi dan dampak pengajaran kitab Fathul Qarib terhadap pemahaman dan praktik ibadah para santri di Pondok Pesantren Alhana, Bangkalan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengikuti metode Grounded Theory yang melibatkan pengodean terbuka, aksial, dan selektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran Fathul Qarib dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan terstruktur ini secara signifikan telah meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep fikih dan meningkatkan akurasi dan konsistensi praktik ibadah mereka, yang selaras dengan ajaran Fathul Qarib. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Fiqih, Fathul Qarib, Pesantren, Praktik Ibadah, Implementasi Kitab Klasik Abstract The rapid advancement of globalization compels Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Indonesia to evolve while preserving their traditional educational identity. However, this process often overlooks the structured implementation of classical Islamic texts such as Fathul Qarib, a fundamental book in the study of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence). This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation and impact of Fathul Qarib instruction on students' understanding and worship practices at Alhana Islamic Boarding School, Bangkalan. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Grounded Theory method involving open, axial, and selective coding. The findings reveal that the Fathul Qarib learning process is conducted in three key stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. This structured approach has significantly enhanced students’ comprehension of fiqh concepts and improved the accuracy and consistency of their worship practices, aligning closely with the teachings of Fathul Qarib Keywords: Fiqh Education, Fathul Qarib, Islamic Boarding Schools, Worship Practices, Classical Texts Implementation

This research aims to evaluate the impact of the DMR model on students' mathematical representation, reasoning and reversible thinking abilities. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with a posttest only control design. The population consisted of class Data was collected through description tests and analyzed using normality, homogeneity and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (Manova) tests. Manova results show that students who use the DMR model have better mathematical representation, reasoning and reversible thinking abilities compared to students who use the conventional model (direct instruction). Therefore, the DMR model is suitable for use in the classroom learning process. The DMR learning model can be considered as an alternative choice for training students' mathematical representation, reasoning and reversible thinking abilities. The purpose of this study was to find a good academic writing training management model for teachers of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung so that it can improve the professional competence of teachers. This study uses an approach with the ADDIE development model. The research subjects totaled 10 (ten) respondents in the preliminary study and 20 (twenty) people as training participants. Data collection used questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, the results were analyzed using an inductive method: data analysis, which proceeds from facts to theory. The results of this study were that training in writing journalistic-based scientific papers for teachers of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung was successful, and the skills of writing scientific papers based on journalism for teachers of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung could be improved. Based on these conclusions, a scientific writing journalism training management model was found with five stages: determining training needs, designing training, developing training designs, implementing the developed training designs, and evaluating training.

The development of technology in the Society 5.0 era requires the world of education, including Islamic Religious Education, to transform in order to present a relevant, adaptive, and future-oriented learning model. This transformation does not only change the teaching media, but also includes a shift in the learning paradigm, methods, and strategies that combine Islamic values with advances in digital technology. This study aims to examine the implementation of the transformation of Islamic Religious Education learning based on digital technology in the Society 5.0 era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study research method carried out through a critical review of various literatures that discuss the digitalization of Islamic education and its implementation in the context of Islamic Religious Education learning. The results of the study identified three main aspects in the transformation of Islamic Religious Education learning based on digital technology in the Society 5.0 era. First, the integration of digital technology through the use of online platforms, learning applications, and interactive media that support flexible and contextual learning. Second, the shift in approach from teacher-centered to student-centered learning, where students become active subjects in the learning process based on digital experiences. Third, challenges that include the gap in access to digital infrastructure, limited teacher competence in digital pedagogy, and the need to strengthen digital literacy and ethics based on Islamic values. This study concludes that the success of PAI transformation based on digital technology requires synergy between teachers, educational institutions, and policy makers through increasing human resource capacity, providing infrastructure, and curriculum innovation that supports the integration of technology and Islamic values. This study recommends further field-based research to explore the implementation of digital PAI learning in various educational units.
