Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dalam pembelajaran matematika perlu dikuasai siswa guna menunjang proses belajar dan menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak model pembelajaran Blended Learning dengan pendekatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) berbantuan E-Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasy Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian faktorial . Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji Analisis Variansi Satu Jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat dampak penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning dengan pendekatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) berbantuan E-Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Model pembelajaran Blended Learning dengan pendekatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) berbantuan E-Learning memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

Abstract

This study measures how much the role of madrasah religious culture influences the discipline of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Sekincau students in West Lampung by using the Mix Method and Sequential Explanatory Design, namely collecting and analyzing quantitative data in the first stage, then followed by collecting and analyzing qualitative data in the first stage. next. Based on the results of the study, the coefficient of determination is shown by R Square = 0.213 which implies that 21.3% of the variability of student discipline variables can be explained by the religious culture of the madrasa (X2), so it can be concluded that the influence of religious culture of the madrasa on student discipline is 21, 3%, while the remaining 78.7% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation that the lack of exemplary behavior of teachers and madrasah leaders makes it difficult for students to be disciplined, which then has an impact on negative (deviant) behavior. Therefore, teachers must instill, practice and familiarize Islamic values to their students and provide good role models to them.Keywords: Madrasa Religious Culture, Student Discipline

Abstract

Abstract:Understanding mathematical concepts is an important foundation for thinking in solving a mathematical problem or everyday problem. This study aims to determine the influence of the SSCS (Search, Solve, Create, and Share) learning model using gamification teaching materials on improving students' mathematical concept comprehension ability. The type of research used is Quasy Experimental. Samples were taken randomly with the cluster random sampling technique. Before conducting research, first, analyze-trial-instrument-research is carried out in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, difficulty tests, and, differentiability tests. Data analysis techniques with one-way ANOVA test. The results showed that the SSCS (Search, Solve, Create, and Share) learning model using gamification teaching materials had a significant effect on students' mathematical concept comprehension ability.Abstrak:Pemahaman konsep matematis merupakan landasan penting untuk berpikir dalam menyelesaikan suatu persoalan matematika maupun permasalahan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share) menggunakan bahan ajar gamifikasi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experimental. Sampel diambil secara random dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Sebelum dilakukan penelitian, terlebih dahulu dilakukan analisis-uji coba-instrumen-penelitian berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji tingkat kesukaran, dan, uji daya beda. Teknik analisis data dengan uji ANOVA satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran SSCS menggunakan bahan ajar gamifikasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemahaman konsep sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika yang harus dikuasai untuk menunjang keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengkaji kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan mengimplementasikan model VARK-Fleming dan self-concept sebagai variabel kovariat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model VARK-Fleming terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dengan mengontrol self-concept siswa dan pengaruh variabel kovariat self-concept terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa, serta pengaruh secara simultan model VARK-Fleming dan self-concept terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 siswa SMP, dengan rincian 32 siswa belajar menggunakan model VARK-Fleming dan 32 siswa belajar dengan model ekspositori. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket dan tes uraian. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analysis of covariance (one-way ancova). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lebih baik model pembelajaran VARK-Fleming dibandingkan model ekspositori dan self-concept terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Concept understanding is required for the learning process to be successful. This quantitative study investigates students' mathematical concept understanding abilities using the VARK-Fleming model and self-concept as a covariate variable. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the VARK-Fleming model on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts by controlling for students' self-concept and the effect of the covariate variable of self-concept on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts, as well as the simultaneous concept of the VARK-Fleming model and self-concept on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. Sixty-four junior high school students participated in this research, with 32 learning the VARK-Fleming model and 32 learning the expository model. Questionnaires and descriptive tests were employed to collect information. The analysis of covariance was utilized for hypothesis testing (one-way ANCOVA). The findings of this research reveal that the VARK-Fleming learning model has a better effect on students' mathematical concept understanding capacity than the expository model and self-concept, both partially and concurrently.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi ialah salah satu tujuan utama negara-negara berkembang, saat ini Indonesia menghadapi masalah yang sulit dipecahkan yaitu kemiskinan. Menurut laporan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Provinsi Lampung menempati posisi ke-14 termiskin di Indonesia dan menduduki posisi ke-3 se-Sumatera. Maka, diperlukan analisis yang tepat untuk melihat permasalahan tersebut secara kewilayahannya, analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi spasial. Model regresi spasial yang memiliki efek spasial pada eror adalah Spatial Error Model (SEM). Data yang digunakan data tingkat Pengangguran dan kemiskinan di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bentuk pemodelan spatial error model dan mengetahui faktor suatu variable Pengangguran yang mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan. Hal tersebut diperkuat oleh hasil uji Indeks Moran menunjukkan adanya efek dependensi spasial. Berdasarkan uji Lagrange Multiplier, depedensi spasial terjadi pada error. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengangguran berpengaruh pada tingkat kemiskinan setiap Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung.

Abstract

This reseacrh aims to examine whether students' perceptions of teacher performance have a positive influence on their mathematical problem-solving abilities. The research subjects consisted of 30 tenth-grade students from SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung. The research methodology employed is a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques, including regression analysis, within the framework of an ex-post facto study. The research instruments include a problem-solving ability test comprising four items that have undergone validity testing, reliability testing, difficulty level testing, and discrimination power testing. Additionally, a student perception questionnaire regarding teacher performance was utilized, consisting of 25 statement scales adopted from Suryanti (2021) with indicators such as teaching style, ability to interact with students, and personal characteristics. The findings indicate that students' perceptions of teacher performance do not significantly influence their mathematical problem-solving abilities. There is a possibility of other factors, such as family support, learning environment, or teaching methods, not accounted for in this study. Each student responds uniquely to mathematical challenges, suggesting that the influence of teacher performance may vary among individuals and requires further consideration. The results highlight the significance of other elements beyond teacher performance in developing students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. Educators and researchers can explore these factors for a more comprehensive understanding, taking into account the relevance of the findings in specific learning contexts and student characteristics. Although no significant influence was detected, practical implications include efforts to enhance other factors supporting students' mathematical abilities, such as the development of additional teaching strategies or increased support outside the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of self-confidence on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. The study involved 27 students from class VIII A at SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung. The method employed in this research was a quantitative approach using data analysis techniques such as regression analysis and characterized as an ex-post facto study. The research instruments included a test of critical thinking abilities consisting of 8 items that underwent processes of validity testing, reliability testing, difficulty level assessment, and discriminant power testing. Additionally, there was a student perception questionnaire regarding teacher performance consisting of 25 statement scales adopted from Febriandari Siwi (2021) with indicators: a) Confidence in one's abilities; b) Independence, responsibility, and desire for high achievement; c) Persistence; d) Willingness to take action. The findings of this study indicate that self-confidence does not have a significant influence on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. There might be other factors, such as family support, learning motivation, or teaching methods, which were not encompassed in this research. Each student responds uniquely to mathematical challenges, hence the impact of teacher performance may vary among individuals and necessitates further consideration. The results suggest that factors beyond self-confidence play a crucial role in developing students' mathematical critical thinking skills. Educators and researchers can further explore these factors for a more comprehensive understanding, considering the relevance of outcomes within specific learning contexts and student characteristics. Despite the absence of a detected significant influence, practical implications include efforts to enhance other factors supporting students' mathematical abilities, such as developing additional teaching strategies or improving family support and environmental factors outside the classroom

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching dengan strategi heuristik krulik rudnick terhadap kemampuan representasi matematika dan self confidence. Jenis eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 7 Krui. Populasinya adalah peserta didik kelas VIII dan sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIII B dengan jumlah 28 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching dengan strategi heuristik krulik rudnick dan kelas VIII A yang jumlah 28 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran direct instruction. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan representasi matematika dan angket self confidence. Analisis data menggunkan uji Manova. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan representasi matematika dan self confidence menggunakan model reciprocal teaching dengan strategi heuristik krulik rudnick. Efektivias penggunaan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching dengan strategi heuristik krulik rudnick lebih efektif terhadap kemampuan representasi matematika dan self confidence, ditunjukkan dari effect size yang diperoleh termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy (DMR) terhadap kemampuan representasi, penalaran, dan reversible thinking matematis peserta didik. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental design dengan posttest only control design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MAN 1 Lampung Tengah. Jumlah sampel 70 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 35 peserta didik di kelas eksperimen dan 35 peserta didik di kelas kontrol yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes uraian. Teknik pengujian data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan uji normalitas dan homogenitas kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan Multivariate Analysis of Variance (Manova). Hasil pengujian Manova menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan representasi, penalaran, dan reversible thinking matematis diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik kelas eksperimen yang belajar menggunakan model DMR memiliki kemampuan representasi, penalaran, dan reversible thinking matematis lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model konvensional yaitu direct instruction. Rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen untuk kemampuan representasi matematis adalah 80,80, sementara kelas kontrol adalah 64,97. Untuk kemampuan penalaran matematis, rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 83,69, sementara kelas kontrol adalah 68,91. Sedangkan untuk kemampuan reversible thinking matematis, rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 78,83, sementara kelas kontrol adalah 63,34. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model DMR layak untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan pemahaman konsep matematis. Data diambil dari 58 responden yang berasal dari siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri di Bandar Lampung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), guna melihat hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel laten serta mengkonfirmasi kembali model yang telah dihipotesiskan dengan berbantuan SPSS dan Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan baik antara peubah laten ke peubah laten lainnya maupun antara peubah indikator ke peubah latennyaa itu sendiri. Terjadi kombinasi linear pada indikator kelima peubah laten pemahaman konsep matematis yaitu mengaitkan berbagai kosep sehingga yang terlihat hubungannya hanya empat indikator lainnya dan terdapat hubungan antara peubah indikator pemahaman konsep dengan peubah laten pemahaman konsep itu sendiri serta yang berpengaruh kuat dalam peubah laten indikator berpikir kreatif terletak pada indikator ketiga dan indikator kedua pada peubah laten kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dengan nilai masing-masing koefisien λ sebesar 0.96 dan 1.32. This study analyzes the relationship between creative thinking ability and understanding of mathematical concepts. The data were taken from 58 respondents who came from class XI students of SMA Negeri in Bandar Lampung. The data analysis used was path analysis, in order to see direct and indirect relationships between latent variables and to reconfirm the hypothesized model with the help of SPSS and Lisrel 8.80. The results showed that there was a good relationship between latent variables and other latent variables and between indicator variables and the latent variables themselves. There is a linear combination of the five latent variables for understanding mathematical concepts, namely associating various concepts so that only the other four indicators can be seen and there is a relationship between the indicator variables for understanding the concept and the latent variable for understanding the concept itself and the one that has a strong influence on the latent variable for indicators of creative thinking lies in the third indicator and the second indicator on the latent variable ability to understand mathematical concepts with the respective values of the coefficient λ of 0.96 and 1.32.
