Abstract

Employee loyalty plays a crucial role in assessing the success of a company's human resource management. This study analyzes the policies on compensation and job satisfaction of employees at Detikcom PT Trans Digital Media and their impact on job loyalty, mediated by work motivation. Using a nonprobability sampling method, primary data collection through questionnaires, and data analysis using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM), the study reveals that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on job loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.011 and P-Values of 0.929. In contrast, job satisfaction positively and significantly affects job loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.431 and P-Values of 0.000. Both compensation and job satisfaction significantly and positively affect work motivation with path coefficients of 0.380 and 0.601, and P-Values of 0.000 and 0.000, respectively. Additionally, work motivation significantly affects job loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.592 and P- Values of 0.000. Work motivation also mediates the effects of compensation and job satisfaction on job loyalty, with path coefficients of 0.201 and 0.318, and P-Values of 0.002 and 0.001, respectively. This study indicates that while compensation is important, job satisfaction plays a more dominant role in enhancing employee loyalty, and work motivation is a crucial factor in this process

Abstract

This study aims to determine the calculation of production cost using the full costing method as a basis for determining the selling price and formulating the appropriate pricing strategy to be applied by Hospes Coffee. Full costing method was chosen as the main method because it considers the calculation of all production cost elements, including raw material costs, labour costs, and overhead costs. Hospes Coffee is a simply coffee shop located in Tegal Regency and began operations in February 2025. This study using a quantitative approach with a descriptive (non-statistical) research design. Data sources were obtained from secondary data, with May 2025 sales data and the production cost calculations used by the owner of Hospes Coffee. The research results show that the production cost using full costing method is higher than the calculation performed by the owner. This occurs because certain costs are not included in the calculation, such as labour costs and overhead costs. The change in production cost calculations using the full costing method is followed by a re-calculation of menu selling prices using the cost-plus pricing method with a reasonable markup percentage for the food and beverage (F&B) industry of 50%. The pricing strategies that Hospes Coffee can implement include a discount strategy for the entire menu with a maximum discount of 15% and a product bundling strategy by combining the most popular products with those that have not yet been sold

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Information Credibility and Electronic Word of Mouth on Customer Empowerment in the purchase of tumbler products on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The research employed an associative quantitative approach with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents in Bekasi City who has purchased a tumbler within the last six months. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that both Information Credibility and Electronic Word of Mouth Sentiment have a significant effect on Customer Empowerment, both partially and simultaneously. These findings affirm that access to accurate information and relevant reviews can enhance consumer confidence and engagement in the purchasing process, thereby strengthening consumer empowerment. This research offers valuable insight into improving the quality of product information and managing consumer reviews to encourage more informed and participatory purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Printbox is an innovative product developed by PT Startup Inovasi Indonesia that functions as a self-service printing machine and digital advertising media via a screen. The popularity of Printbox has grown since its launch, with about 1,000 daily transactions per unit at a university campus. This research aims to design a Printbox Advertisement promotion strategy using the Value Proposition approach and the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) marketing communication model. The method is descriptive qualitative with a case study on PT Startup Inovasi Indonesia and literature analysis of digital marketing. Findings indicate that Printbox value proposition should emphasize the combined convenience of printing services with targeted advertising for the student segment. Implementation of the AIDA Model includes: (1) Attention stage, generating awareness through campus events and social media; (2) Interest, sparking interest by explaining practical benefits; (3) Desire, creating desire with user testimonials and incentives; (4) Action, facilitating action (e.g., QR code) to encourage Printbox usage. This integrated strategy is expected to enhance Printbox promotional effectiveness among students and pupils.

Abstract

The growth of online transportation services has transformed the way people move around cities by offering convenience, flexibility, and ease. This study aims to determine the level of consumer awareness of their rights when using the Gojek online transportation service and to identify the main complaints consumers have raised regarding the service. This study used a descriptive method, distributing questionnaires to 15 online transportation service users. The data obtained were then analyzed and categorized. The results revealed a significant contradiction: although the majority felt unsafe (66.7%), almost all respondents (93.3%) did not file a complaint. This indicates not only a lack of consumer rights literacy but also a potential failure of the service system in building user trust. These findings indicate that consumer awareness of their rights remains relatively low. Although the majority have filed complaints, and more than half have been resolved, there is still room for improvement in the speed and quality of responses from service providers. This study recommends the need to increase consumer education and improve the complaint handling system by online transportation service providers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online customer ratings and timeliness on purchasing decisions for J&T Express goods delivery services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling and involves 100 community respondents in the East Jakarta area. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires and documentation, and data processing uses SmartPLS 4.1.1.2 The results show that the online customer rating variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 <0.1 and a t-count of 6.279> t-table 1.65. Likewise, the timeliness variable has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 <0.1 and a t-count of 4.714> t-table 1.65. Simultaneously, these two variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with an R-Square value of 0.620 indicating that 62.0% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 38.0% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Learning quality is an important factor influencing student satisfaction in vocational higher education. However, previous studies have primarily focused on the direct effect of learning quality on student satisfaction without considering the role of learning perception as a mechanism underlying this relationship. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning quality on student satisfaction with learning perception as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed involving 100 active students of the Diploma III Business Administration Program at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that learning material quality, learning methods, and lecturer performance have positive and significant effects on both learning perception and student satisfaction. Lecturer performance was identified as the most dominant factor in shaping learning perception and enhancing student satisfaction. Furthermore, learning perception has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and serves as a mediator in the relationship between learning material quality, learning methods, lecturer performance, and student satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving student satisfaction depends not only on the quality of learning itself but also on how students perceive and interpret their learning experiences throughout the educational process.
